Further, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the classification module 22 further includes:
the system comprises a intercepting unit, a first judging unit and a second judging unit, wherein the intercepting unit is used for acquiring an electronic version picture of a first effective invoice and intercepting a first picture of a first preset area in the electronic version picture, and the first picture comprises a seal pattern;
the matting unit is used for matting out the seal pattern in the first preset area in the first picture to obtain a processed second picture;
the overlapping unit is used for overlapping a third picture which is generated in advance and represents each medical invoice type with the second picture, wherein the size of the third picture is the same as that of the first preset area;
the target third picture determining unit is used for determining a target third picture with the largest overlapping number of pixel points after the third picture is overlapped with the second picture, classifying the first effective invoice according to the medical invoice type corresponding to the target third picture, acquiring the overlapping number of the pixel points in a second preset area after each third picture is overlapped with the second picture, determining the third picture with the largest overlapping number of the pixel points as the target third picture, determining the pixel points with the pixel values in the preset range as target pixel points, counting the number of the target pixel points, and determining the number of the pixel points as the overlapping number of the pixel points.
Example III
In another aspect, referring to fig. 3, an electronic device according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a memory 20, a processor 10, and a computer program 30 stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor 10 implements the medical fee modification method described above when executing the computer program 30.
The processor 10 may be, among other things, a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other data processing chip for running program code or processing data stored in the memory 20, e.g. executing an access restriction program or the like, in some embodiments.
The memory 20 includes at least one type of readable storage medium including flash memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc. The memory 20 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the electronic device, such as a hard disk of the electronic device. The memory 20 may also be an external storage device of the electronic device in other embodiments, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash Card (Flash Card) or the like. Further, the memory 20 may also include both internal storage units and external storage devices of the electronic device. The memory 20 may be used not only for storing application software of an electronic device and various types of data, but also for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 3 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device, and in other embodiments the electronic device may comprise fewer or more components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may have a different arrangement of components.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the medical fee modification method as described above.
Those of skill in the art will appreciate that the logic and/or steps represented in the flow diagrams or otherwise described herein, e.g., a ordered listing of executable instructions for implementing logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). In addition, the computer readable medium may even be paper or other suitable medium on which the program is printed, as the program may be electronically captured, via, for instance, optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner, if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It is to be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above-described embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in a memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, may be implemented using any one or combination of the following techniques, as is well known in the art: discrete logic circuits having logic gates for implementing logic functions on data signals, application specific integrated circuits having suitable combinational logic gates, programmable Gate Arrays (PGAs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), and the like.
In the description of the present specification, a description referring to terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "examples," "specific examples," or "some examples," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention. In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiments or examples. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.

Claims (9)

1. A medical fee modification method, the method comprising:
acquiring user information, and inquiring all valid invoices within a preset time range according to the user information;
determining first effective invoices in all the effective invoices, and classifying the first effective invoices according to the types of the medical invoices;
acquiring the original cost of the classified second effective invoice and the corresponding target cost to be changed, and judging whether the original cost and the target cost are of different categories or not;
if yes, the second effective invoice is invalidated, invoice data of the corresponding second effective invoice is obtained, and a change invoice belonging to the target cost is generated;
determining each medical item according to the invoice data of the second effective invoice, voiding the historical operation data of each medical item, generating the target operation data of each medical item according to the historical operation data of each medical item, and simultaneously establishing a binding relation between the target operation data and the invoice number of the change invoice.
2. The medical fee modification method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a first effective invoice among all effective invoices and classifying the first effective invoice according to the kind of medical invoice includes:
selecting target effective sub-invoices belonging to the first effective invoice from all the effective invoices, and associating other target effective sub-invoices in the first effective invoice according to the target effective sub-invoices;
the first effective invoice is classified according to the medical invoice types, wherein the first effective invoice consists of a plurality of target effective sub-invoices.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of selecting a target valid sub-invoice among all valid invoices belonging to the first valid invoice and associating other target valid sub-invoices among the first valid invoice according to the target valid sub-invoice comprises:
acquiring payment time and invoice expense corresponding to the selected target effective sub-invoice, and determining all invoices to be determined in a preset time range by taking the payment time as an intermediate time;
respectively acquiring invoice fees of all invoices to be determined in a preset time range, and sequentially judging whether the invoice fees are consistent with invoice fees corresponding to the selected valid sub-invoices;
if yes, determining first invoices in all invoices to be determined in a preset time range, and acquiring the number of the first invoices and the number of all invoices to be determined in the preset time range;
judging whether the number of the first invoices is consistent with the number of all invoices to be determined in a preset time range;
if yes, respectively expanding according to the first invoice and the last invoice in the first invoice in all the invoices to be determined within a preset time range until the invoice with different invoice fees from the first invoice is searched, and defining the invoice obtained by the first invoice and the expansion process as a target effective sub-invoice;
if not, defining continuous first invoices in all the invoices to be determined within the preset time range as target valid sub-invoices.
4. The medical fee modification method according to claim 3, wherein the step of classifying the first valid invoice according to the kind of medical invoice includes:
acquiring an electronic version picture of a first effective invoice, and intercepting a first picture of a first preset area in the electronic version picture, wherein the first picture comprises a seal pattern;
removing the stamp pattern in the first picture in the first preset area to obtain a processed second picture;
overlapping a third picture which is generated in advance and represents each medical invoice type with the second picture, wherein the size of the third picture is the same as the size of a first preset area;
and after the third picture is overlapped with the second picture, the target third picture with the largest overlapping number of pixels is determined, and the first effective invoice is classified according to the medical invoice type corresponding to the target third picture.
5. The method for changing medical fee according to claim 4, wherein after the third picture is overlapped with the second picture, determining the target third picture with the largest overlapping number of pixels, and in the step of classifying the first valid invoice according to the medical invoice type corresponding to the target third picture, acquiring the overlapping number of pixels in the second preset area after each third picture is overlapped with the second picture, and determining the third picture with the largest overlapping number of pixels as the target third picture.

The method for changing medical fee according to claim 5, wherein in the step of classifying the first valid invoice according to the type of medical invoice corresponding to the target third picture, after the third picture is determined to overlap with the second picture, the number of pixels with the pixel value within the preset range is determined as the target pixels, and the number of pixels with the pixel value overlapping is counted and determined as the number of pixels overlapping.
7. A medical fee modification system, the system comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring user information and inquiring all valid invoices within a preset time range according to the user information;
the classification module is used for determining first effective invoices in all the effective invoices and classifying the first effective invoices according to the types of the medical invoices;
the judging module is used for acquiring the original cost of the classified second effective invoice and the corresponding target cost to be changed and judging whether the original cost and the target cost are of different categories or not;
the second acquisition module is used for judging that the original cost and the target cost are of different types, and then, the second effective invoice is invalidated, invoice data of the corresponding second effective invoice is acquired, and a change invoice belonging to the target cost is generated;
the target operation data generation module is used for determining each medical item according to the invoice data of the second effective invoice, voiding the historical operation data of each medical item, generating the target operation data of each medical item according to the historical operation data of each medical item, and simultaneously establishing a binding relation between the target operation data and the invoice number of the change invoice.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the medical fee modification method according to any one of claims 1-6.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the medical benefit altering method of any of claims 1-6 when the program is executed.
