The alarm modes also comprise sound, light effect, vibration, mail, network, short message notification, content display and other alarm modes.
The power supply module provides power for the whole equipment and maintains the normal operation of the equipment. The power supply can supply power through commercial power, such as 110V/60HZ and 220V/50HZ alternating current, and can also be direct current with various voltages; the new energy power supply mode can also be adopted, and the new energy power supply mode comprises but is not limited to wind energy, light energy, hydraulic energy, geothermal energy, biomass energy and other new energy sources.
Fig. 3 shows an appearance design of the warehouse status display device of the present invention, where the whole warehouse status display device is in the shape of a column, the alarm module is disposed at the top of the column, the warehouse status display module is located at the middle position of the column, occupies a larger area, and other modules (such as a networking communication module, an upper computer, a lower computer, a heat dissipation module, a temperature feedback module and a power supply module) are integrated at appropriate positions at the bottom and back of the column. The warehouse state display equipment is usually arranged at the most convenient observation position of the manager, so that the dynamic information of the warehouse can be acquired at the first time, and corresponding measures can be taken in time to prevent risks. Various sensors are arranged in the warehouse, data in the warehouse can be continuously collected in real time and analyzed in the cloud, the cloud computing platform transmits the calculation result to warehouse state display equipment, and the warehouse state display equipment displays warehouse state information in real time. For example, the most convenient place for the manager to observe may be in the office of the warehouse, at a location where the whole warehouse can be overlooked, provided with a computer terminal or a monitoring camera monitoring screen. This location is typically similar to the primary aisles and work areas of the warehouse to ensure that the manager can quickly respond to any abnormal situation or incident. Meanwhile, the system can communicate with other staff, coordinate logistics operation and ensure efficient operation and safety of a warehouse.
Fig. 4 to 8 show several practical application scenarios of the warehouse status display device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the number of goods in the warehouse is reduced, the warehouse status display device of the present invention can display the number of goods in the current warehouse in a preset form in real time; the cargo number is scanned by the cargo scanning device, then the calculation result is obtained by uploading the cloud computing platform, and then the calculation result is transmitted to the warehouse state display equipment for state display, wherein the display effect is specific light effect, sound effect or customized display content of the scene, for example, the staff can be reminded of the cargo number increasing and decreasing state at the moment in a histogram mode.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, when the entrance of the warehouse is opened, the warehouse status display device can display the current opening and closing status of the entrance in real time, so as to remind warehouse management personnel of paying attention to the situation in the warehouse; the open and close states of the access opening are monitored in real time through the door magnetic sensor, then the access opening is uploaded to the cloud computing platform to obtain a computing result, and the computing result is transmitted to the warehouse state display equipment to display the state, for example, the open state of a warehouse gate can be indicated by an arrow.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, when private intruders appear in the warehouse, the alarm module at the top of the warehouse status display device can immediately display the alarm status, and the current internal status of the warehouse is reflected at the first time, so that the manager is reminded to pay attention to check hidden dangers and prevent risks. For example, the personnel state in the warehouse can be monitored in real time through a camera, the monitoring video stream is uploaded to a cloud computing platform to obtain a computing result, and then the computing result is transmitted to warehouse state display equipment for state display. The alarm mode when the private intruder occurs can be to show specific alarm light effect, sound effect or customized display content, so as to remind the staff of the abnormal state of the warehouse at the moment.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, when the warehouse entrance detects a private intrusion into the vehicle, the warehouse status display device immediately displays an alarm status, reflects the current warehouse entrance condition at the first time, and reminds the manager of preventing risk.
Of course, the warehouse status display device can also display various status information of the warehouse, including data such as inventory capacity, temperature and humidity, personnel access, abnormal goods and the like. The warehouse status display device can display comprehensive data required to be mastered by different warehouses in different scenes so as to ensure safe and efficient operation of the warehouses and timely handle potential problems, and only an example is taken for description. Different warehouses can develop different state display strategies according to actual practice, and have a high customization function. Meanwhile, the warehouse state display equipment disclosed by the invention has small occupied area, can be suitable for various unstructured installation positions, and is convenient and simple to install. The multifunctional state display system of the warehouse can adapt to various severe working conditions, has excellent display effect, and can transmit information with high quality even in a relatively long distance.
Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional state display system for the warehouse has the advantages that:
1) And (3) comprehensive information display: the multifunctional state display system of the warehouse can comprehensively display various state information of the warehouse, including but not limited to inventory capacity, temperature and humidity, personnel access, goods abnormality and the like; compared with the traditional monitoring system, the system is not limited to video monitoring any more, so that warehouse management personnel can know the warehouse condition more comprehensively.
2) Diversified information presentation modes: the multifunctional state display system of the warehouse has various information presentation modes, including LED light effect, characters, voice, images, charts, symbols and the like; this diversity allows information to be conveyed to the user in a more intuitive and more vivid manner, helping to improve the understandability and attractiveness of the information.
3) Real-time feedback and warning: the multifunctional state display system of the warehouse has real-time feedback and warning functions, can rapidly give an alarm when an emergency occurs, and assists warehouse management personnel to intervene in the first time; conventional monitoring systems typically provide only real-time pictures, and lack real-time feedback and warning functions for events.
4) Multisource information integration: the multi-functional state display system of the warehouse can integrate multi-source information, including sensor data, network data and the like, and gives out the current state information of the warehouse after comprehensive analysis, which is helpful for comprehensively considering various information and providing more accurate state display.
5) Safety and efficiency: by comprehensively displaying the state information of the warehouse, the method and the system are beneficial to improving the safety and the operation efficiency of the warehouse, and warehouse management personnel can handle potential problems more timely and prevent risks in advance.
6) Flexibility and customizability: the multifunctional state display system of the warehouse has higher flexibility, can be customized according to different warehouse management requirements, is compared with the traditional system which adopts the fixedly configured monitoring cameras and display devices, and meets different requirements of various warehouses.
In practical applications, the different warehouse management requirements may include the following differences in requirements.
Security requirements: different warehouses may have different security requirements. Some warehouses may require more monitoring cameras to ensure the safety of goods and equipment. Other warehouses may require fire protection systems or intrusion detection systems to address potential security risks.
Inventory type and management requirements: different types of warehouses may require different types of monitoring and status displays. For example, a freezer warehouse requires real-time temperature monitoring, while a hazardous materials warehouse requires gas leak detection.
Scale of operation: the size and operational complexity of the warehouse can impact the requirements. Larger warehouses may require more monitoring points to ensure full coverage, while smaller warehouses may require only a few monitoring points.
Data processing and analysis requirements: different warehouses may require different degrees of data processing and analysis. For example, a large warehouse may need tens of high-resolution monitoring cameras and a complex data analysis system to optimize a global supply chain, and a plurality of modules such as a liquid crystal screen, an LED lamp strip, an audible and visual alarm and the like are required to be mounted as a warehouse status display module, so that various data inside the warehouse, such as current environmental temperature, humidity, the number of goods, warehouse capacity, opening and closing states of an entrance and an exit, whether the system is normally operated and the like, can be displayed, so as to adapt to various requirements. While a small home warehouse may only require a simple camera and a warehouse status display device with an LED light strip to monitor inventory. Thus, the flexibility and customization of the system can meet different warehouse management requirements.
In a word, compared with the traditional monitoring system, the multifunctional state display system for the warehouse has more advantages and beneficial effects, including comprehensive information display, diversified information presentation, real-time feedback and warning, flexibility and customization, multi-source information integration, safety and efficiency improvement and the like, and the advantages can obviously improve the quality and effect of warehouse management.

Claims (10)

1. A warehouse multi-functional status display system, comprising: the system comprises a sensor monitoring module, a cloud computing platform and warehouse state display equipment, wherein the sensor monitoring module, the cloud computing platform and the warehouse state display equipment are arranged at the front end of a warehouse; the cloud computing platform is respectively connected with the sensor monitoring module and the warehouse state display equipment;
the sensor monitoring module is used for collecting various state information of the current warehouse and sending the state information to the cloud computing platform; the sensor monitoring module comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, a smoke sensor, a gas sensor, a motion sensor, a photosensitive sensor, a door magnetic sensor, a vibration sensor, a weight sensor, a goods scanning device and a camera; the various state information of the warehouse comprises temperature and humidity data in the warehouse, smoke concentration, toxic gas concentration, movement of personnel or objects in the warehouse, light level of the objects in the warehouse or in the warehouse, warehouse door state, vibration of the ground or objects in the warehouse, weight of goods stored in the warehouse, quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse and monitoring video streams inside and outside the warehouse;
the cloud computing platform calculates and processes various state information of the current warehouse through an artificial intelligence algorithm to obtain a state processing result, and generates abnormal or fault condition alarm information according to the state processing result; the state processing results comprise a temperature and humidity state monitoring result, a gas safety state monitoring result, a personnel or object position monitoring result, an illumination state monitoring result, an entrance safety state monitoring result, a vibration state monitoring result, a warehouse load state monitoring result, a cargo number monitoring result, a personnel or vehicle access state monitoring result and an inventory capacity monitoring result; the abnormal or fault condition alarm information comprises personnel abnormal information, vehicle abnormal information, cargo abnormal information, hardware equipment fault information and system software fault information;
the cloud computing platform packages and sends various state information, state processing results and abnormal or fault condition alarm information of the current warehouse as warehouse information to be displayed to the warehouse state display equipment;
the warehouse state display equipment displays the warehouse information in a diversified mode; the diversification modes comprise characters, images, charts, sounds and light effects.

The warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warehouse status display device includes: the system comprises a networking communication module, an upper computer, a lower computer and a warehouse state display module; the networking communication module is in communication connection with the cloud computing platform and the upper computer; the lower computer is respectively in communication connection with the upper computer and the warehouse status display module;
the networking communication module is used for receiving warehouse information sent by the cloud computing platform and forwarding the warehouse information to the upper computer;
the upper computer is used for decompressing and data processing the warehouse information and then sending a control instruction to the lower computer;
the lower computer receives the control instruction transmitted by the upper computer, and after analysis, the lower computer controls the warehouse state display module to execute specific state display actions to display the multi-dimensional effects of characters, images, charts, sounds and light effects.
3. The warehouse multi-function status display system of claim 2, wherein the warehouse status display device further comprises: an alarm module; the alarm module is in communication connection with the lower computer;
the lower computer receives a control instruction transmitted by the upper computer, and the control alarm module informs a manager of abnormal or fault conditions through various alarm modes after analysis; the alarm mode comprises sound, light effect, vibration, mail, network, short message notification and screen content display.

A warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the warehouse status display device further comprises: the temperature feedback module and the heat dissipation module are in communication connection with the lower computer; the heat dissipation module comprises a radiator and a cooling module;
the temperature feedback module acquires real-time temperature in the warehouse state display equipment through a temperature sensor and feeds the real-time temperature back to a lower computer;
the radiator is responsible for absorbing heat emitted by the warehouse state display equipment;
the lower computer controls the real-time cooling module to reduce the temperature of the radiator according to the real-time temperature.
5. The warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the heat sink uses heat dissipation modes including air cooling, liquid cooling, radiation and convection.

The warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the warehouse status display device further comprises: a power supply module; the power supply module is respectively connected with the networking communication module, the upper computer, the lower computer, the warehouse state display module, the alarm module, the temperature feedback module and the heat dissipation module for supplying power; the power supply mode comprises an alternating current power supply mode, a direct current power supply mode and a new energy power supply mode.

The warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the communication connection includes wired communication or wireless communication; the wired communication mode comprises Ethernet communication, serial port communication and optical fiber communication modes; the wireless communication mode comprises wifi, bluetooth, lora, zigbee and a 4G/5G mobile network communication mode.

The warehouse multifunction status display system of claim 2, wherein the warehouse status display module comprises a liquid crystal display, a lighting device, and a sound emitting device; the light-emitting device comprises an LED lamp strip, a lamp tube, a spotlight, laser rays and lamp beads; the sound generating device comprises a loudspeaker, a buzzer and a loudspeaker.
9. The warehouse multi-function status display system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the host computer is a computer, a microcontroller, or a processor.
10. The warehouse multi-function status display system of claim 2, wherein the lower computer employs a microcontroller, FPGA, ESP32 embedded system, or Arduino embedded system.
