Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioner condensers, in particular to a water curtain spray type device for improving the supercooling degree of a condenser.
Background
The condenser is an important component of a conventional refrigeration system, and the performance of the condenser directly influences the overall performance of the air conditioning unit. In the design of the air conditioner condenser, means such as allowance design, enhanced heat exchange and the like are generally adopted, and the design experience of the current mainstream air conditioner unit condenser is mature and reliable. Most of the conventional air conditioning units adopt a vapor compression refrigeration mode, the air of the refrigerator is cooled and condensed into saturated liquid after entering the condenser, and meanwhile, the condensation heat is released and taken away by the air flowing through the condenser, so that the heat exchange purpose is achieved. However, most condensers of the conventional vapor compression refrigerating unit adopt a condensing fan for condensation and temperature reduction, and in the use process, the condensers are easily influenced by the ambient temperature and the actual air quantity, so that the condensers are greatly limited in efficient use under different working conditions.
The Chinese patent application number is: 201910478467X, publication date is: 2019.06.03, the patent discloses a supercooling device and an air conditioning unit capable of improving supercooling degree, which comprises a box body with a refrigerant flow passage, and a plurality of baffles arranged on the refrigerant flow passage at intervals, wherein the multistage baffles are arranged, so that the pressure of fluid is suddenly reduced when the fluid passes through a flash hole with a suddenly increased cross-sectional area for a plurality of times, and the pressure of the fluid is evaporated into gas, thereby achieving the supercooling effect and gradually reducing the pressure drop of the fluid. The design can effectively improve the supercooling degree, but a plurality of baffles are needed to be matched, so that the pressure drop of fluid is gradually reduced, the design of light weight and microminiaturization cannot be realized, and the design has certain limitations.
The Chinese patent application number is: 201410550875.9, publication date: 2014.10.16, which comprises an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, eliminates the supercooling pipe of the condenser of the outdoor unit, and installs the supercooling pipe in the water pan below the evaporator of the indoor unit, so that the air conditioner can supercool the refrigerant through the condensed water of the indoor unit, thereby effectively improving the supercooling degree and further increasing the refrigerating capacity. However, the patent does not have the design of water leakage prevention for the water receiving tray and the supercooling pipe, and condensed water is easy to overflow out of the water receiving tray under the refrigeration field of the vehicle-mounted environment, so that the problems of water accumulation, water leakage and the like of the indoor unit are caused, and the problems of great limitation and risk are caused.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment discloses a device for improving supercooling degree of a condenser by water curtain spraying, which is used for supercooling and cooling a condenser 3 in an air conditioner, and comprises a water pan 1, a water storage tank 5, a water curtain spraying device 4, a first water pump 2 and a second water pump 6.
The water pan 1 is arranged below the evaporator 7 of the air conditioner, is used for placing the evaporator 7 of the air conditioner, and receives and accommodates condensed water generated on the surface of the evaporator 7 and flowing downwards by the water pan 1. The water storage tank 5 is arranged below the condenser 3 of the air conditioner and is used for placing the condenser 3 of the air conditioner.
The water curtain spraying device 4 is arranged above the condenser 3, two ends of the water curtain spraying device 4 are inlet ends, the bottom of the water curtain spraying device 4 is provided with a plurality of spraying ports, and each spraying port faces downwards to the condenser 3 respectively.
The inlet end of the first water pump 2 is communicated with the inside of the water receiving disc 1 through a hose, the outlet end of the first water pump 2 is connected with one inlet end of the water curtain spraying device 4 through a hose, condensed water generated on the surface of an evaporator contained in the water receiving disc 1 is sent into the water curtain spraying device 4 by the first water pump 2, and then sprayed to the condenser 3 through a spraying opening of the water curtain spraying device 4, so that supercooling cooling is carried out on the condenser 3. The water on the surface of the condenser 3 flows downwards into the water storage tank 5, and is contained and stored in the water storage tank 5.
The inlet end of the second water pump 6 is communicated with the water storage tank 5 through a hose, and the outlet end of the second water pump 6 is connected with the other inlet end of the water curtain spraying device 4 through a hose. The water stored in the water tank 5 can be fed into the water curtain spraying device 4 by the second water pump 5.
In this embodiment, the water collector 1 is a thermal insulation water collector with a thermal insulation layer on the side wall, and thermal insulation materials are attached to the surfaces of the first water pump 2 and the second water pump 6, so that the low temperature of condensed water is ensured, and the loss of cold is avoided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the water storage tank 5 is composed of an interlayer 5-1, a filter screen 5-2 and a tank body 5-3. The interlayer is hollow. When the air conditioning system works, condensed water is sprayed to the condenser 3 through a spray opening of the water curtain spray device 4, so that the condenser 3 is supercooled and cooled. The water on the surface of the condenser 3 flows downwards by gravity, passes through the filter screen 5-2, enters the lower part of the interlayer and is stored in the area below the interlayer.
In this embodiment, the spraying openings of the water curtain spraying device 4 are distributed in an array, for example, in a straight-line array arrangement and a zigzag array arrangement, the spraying amount is associated with the temperature and humidity sensor of the refrigerating system, and the spraying amount under different working conditions is correspondingly changed. The supercooling degree of the condenser under different working conditions is ensured. In addition, the spray opening is optimized to be an atomization spray opening, so that condensed water can be atomized and sprayed out, and as the water mist is easier to generate vaporization and heat absorption compared with spraying, the supercooling degree of the condenser is more effectively improved.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows:
in the standard working condition (35 ℃/wet bulb at the outdoor side 24 ℃ and 27 ℃/wet bulb at the indoor side 19 ℃) and after the condensed water of the evaporator 7 flows into the water receiving disc 1 below along the fins of the evaporator 7, the first water pump 2 sends the low-temperature condensed water of the water receiving disc 1 to the water curtain spraying device 4 along a hose, and the condensed water is uniformly sprayed onto the condenser 3 by the water curtain spraying device 4 to physically cool the condenser 3.
In the high-temperature working condition (the outdoor dry bulb is 55 ℃, the indoor dry bulb is 40 ℃/wet bulb is 28 ℃), when condensate water generated by the evaporator 7 is small, the water storage tank 5 and the second water pump 6 can be started to work, and at the moment, the second water pump 6 sends water stored in the water storage tank 5 and flowing down from the surface of the condenser to the water curtain spraying device 4, so that the supercooling degree under the high-temperature working condition is ensured.
