In the process of rotating the fourth sliding rod 28, the fourth sliding rod 28 drives the mounting rod 33 and the two fifth fixing rods 34 to rotate, when the roller wheels on the right fifth fixing rod 34 are in contact with the ground, the first rotating frame 4 continues to rotate, at the moment, the two second rotating frames 25 drive the parts on the second rotating frames to rotate anticlockwise from the front view direction around the rotating connection parts of the parts with the first rotating frames 4 until the roller wheels on the fourth sliding rod 28 and the two fifth fixing rods 34 are in contact with the ground, so that the fourth fixing shell 26 is kept vertical to the road surface, the distance for adjusting the third sliding rod 27 is equal to the distance for adjusting the grooving depth, and the grooving depth is convenient to adjust.
