Abstract
The invention provides a cutting-off interlocking device of a dangerous goods liquid tank truck, when a loading and unloading arm opening is broken, the pressure measured by a pressure detector 4 is lower than a pressure threshold value, and a cut-off switch 3 is immediately closed by a controller 7, so that dangerous goods liquid leakage is avoided; when the temperature measured by the temperature detector 4 is greater than the temperature threshold, the controller 7 immediately turns off the cut-off switch 3, so that accidents caused by abnormal temperature of dangerous goods liquid are avoided; when loading and unloading are completed, the disconnecting switch 3 is closed, the buoyancy detector 2 monitors that if buoyancy exists in the pipe cavity at the joint of the tank wagon joint 1 and the loading and unloading port of the tank wagon, information of residual dangerous material liquid exists between the tank wagon joint 1 and the loading and unloading port of the tank wagon is fed back to the controller 7, and the controller 7 triggers the warning device 8 to prompt operators to operate in a illegal mode, and the valve of the loading and unloading port of the tank wagon is not closed, so that the problem that oil filling riser leakage and other accidents are avoided in the actual loading and unloading process is solved.
