技术领域
本申请涉及拖拉机领域,尤其涉及一种拖拉机混合动力底盘。
背景技术
随着环境问题和燃料问题全球化影响深度的逐年扩张,拖拉机作为主要非道路作业运输机械,降低油耗与排放始终是其发展目标。由于动力电池技术瓶颈的制约,以电源系统作为唯一动力源的拖拉机无法有效承担犁耕、旋耕等重负荷作业。
串联式混合动力拖拉机的动力源(即柴油机)没有和车轮之间的直接机械耦合,所以柴油机可以不受地面工况的影响,长期维持于高效率低排放的最佳工作区。目前现有大马力折腰转向拖拉机无混合动力底盘布置解决方案,需要改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题或者至少部分地解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种拖拉机混合动力底盘。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种拖拉机混合动力底盘,包括:车架总成、发动机总成、传动总成和控制总成,其中,所述发动机总成、所述传动总成和所述控制总成设置于所述车架总成上,所述发动机总成分别与所述传动总成和所述控制总成连接,所述传动总成包括发电机和驱动电机,所述发电机与发动机串联,所述变速箱与所述发电机、所述驱动电机、PTO输出轴和后桥驱动轴连接。
优选地,所述车架总成包括:前车架和后车架,其中,所述前车架和所述后车架铰接。
优选地,所述前车架包括:前框架、前横梁、前侧板和工具箱,其中,所述前框架与所述后车架的末端铰接,所述前横梁设置于所述前框架上,所述前侧板布置于所述前横梁的两端,所述工具箱设置于所述前框架的末端。

具体地,控制总成用于控制发动机总成20提供动力,发动机总成20将动力经由传动总成30输出。
在本申请实施例中,所述车架总成10包括:前车架11和后车架12,其中,所述前车架11和所述后车架12铰接。
具体地,前车架11和后车架12之间铰接,从而可以保证车辆折腰转向。
在本申请实施例中,所述前车架11包括:前框架111、前横梁112、前侧板113和工具箱114,其中,所述前框架111与所述后车架12的末端铰接,所述前横梁112设置于所述前框架111上,所述前侧板113布置于所述前横梁112的两端,所述工具箱114设置于所述前框架111的末端。
具体地,多根前横梁112可以增强前框架111的强度,前侧板113用于安装前框架111上的零件,工具箱114用于放置工具。
在本申请实施例中,所述后车架12包括:后框架121、后横梁122和后侧板123,其中,所述后框架121与所述前车架11的末端铰接,所述后横梁122设置于所述后框架121上,所述后侧板123布置于所述后横梁122的两端。
具体地,多根后横梁122可以增强后框架121的强度,后侧板123用于安装后框架121上的零件。
在本申请实施例中,所述发动机总成20包括:发动机组件21和散热包组件22,其中,所述发动机组件21设置于所述车架总成10上,所述散热包组件22至少部分包围所述发动机组件21。
具体地,发动机组件21用于提供动力,散热包组件22用于为发动机组件21降温散热。
在本申请实施例中,所述发动机组件21包括:发动机211、尿素箱212、外置空滤器213、燃油箱214和后处理器215,其中,所述发动机211、所述尿素箱212、所述外置空滤器213、所述燃油箱214和所述后处理器215均设置于所述车架总成10上,所述尿素箱212、所述外置空滤器213、所述燃油箱214和所述后处理器215分别与所述发动机211连接。
具体地,发动机211采用四个悬置安装在前车架11的前部,外置空滤器213布置在车架左侧的挡泥板上方,维护保养方便,便于更换滤芯等。后处理器215采用分体式布置,此种布置减小排气管整体直径尺寸,扩大驾驶员视野。尿素箱212布置在前车架11右侧,便于添加尿素,及维护保养方便。燃油箱214布置在后车架12的左右侧板内,后车架12的左右侧板内空间比较大,增大燃油储备,同时左侧侧板还能保护燃油箱214不被磕碰。燃油箱214布置在后车架12也能平衡整车前后重量。
在本申请实施例中,所述散热包组件22包括:散热器221、风扇马达222、散热风扇223和液压泵224,其中,所述散热器221、所述风扇马达222、所述散热风扇223和所述液压泵224均设置于所述车架总成10上,所述散热器221与所述发动机组件21连接,所述散热风扇223与所述发动机组件21相对,所述风扇马达222分别与所述散热风扇223和所述液压泵224连接。
具体地,散热风扇223与风扇马达222连接,风扇马达222由液压泵224驱动,液压泵224安装在发动机211的取力口。其中风扇马达222为定量马达,液压泵224为变量泵,可以通过控制液压泵224的排量实现对散热风扇223转速的控制。
在本申请实施例中,所述传动总成30包括:前桥31、传动系输入轴32、新能源模块33、变速箱34、农机传动轴35、后桥驱动轴36和后桥37,其中,所述变速箱34设置于所述车架总成10上,所述前桥31通过所述传动系输入轴32与所述变速箱34连接,所述变速箱34通过所述农机传动轴35与所述后桥驱动轴36连接,所述后桥驱动轴36与所述后桥37连接,所述新能源模块33设置于所述变速箱34上。
具体地,新能源模块33为变速箱34提供电能,变速箱34的动力经由传动系输入轴32传递至前桥31,变速箱34的动力经由农机传动轴35和后桥驱动轴36传递至后桥37,前桥31和后桥37分别连接拖拉机的前轮和后轮。
在本申请实施例中,所述控制总成包括:电机控制器和电源分线盒,其中,所述电机控制器和所述电源分线盒设置于所述车架总成10上,所述电源分线盒分别与所述电机控制器和所述发动机组件21连接。
具体地,电机控制器与发动机211平行布置,电源分线盒布置在传动总成30上侧,方便与各个控制连接。整个传动总成30布置紧凑,节省空间,使得液压管路与线束合理的布置在车架两侧,走向美观可靠。
本申请实施例提供的一种拖拉机混合动力底盘使结构布置更合理,节省空间。

Claims (9)
1.一种拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,包括:车架总成、发动机总成、传动总成和控制总成,其中,所述发动机总成、所述传动总成和所述控制总成设置于所述车架总成上,所述发动机总成分别与所述传动总成和所述控制总成连接,所述传动总成包括发电机和驱动电机,所述发电机与发动机串联,所述变速箱与所述发电机、所述驱动电机、PTO输出轴和后桥驱动轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述车架总成包括:前车架和后车架,其中,所述前车架和所述后车架铰接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述前车架包括:前框架、前横梁、前侧板和工具箱,其中,所述前框架与所述后车架的末端铰接,所述前横梁设置于所述前框架上,所述前侧板布置于所述前横梁的两端,所述工具箱设置于所述前框架的末端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述后车架包括:后框架、后横梁和后侧板,其中,所述后框架与所述前车架的末端铰接,所述后横梁设置于所述后框架上,所述后侧板布置于所述后横梁的两端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述发动机总成包括:发动机组件和散热包组件,其中,所述发动机组件设置于所述车架总成上,所述散热包组件至少部分包围所述发动机组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述发动机组件包括:发动机、尿素箱、外置空滤器、燃油箱和后处理器,其中,所述发动机、所述尿素箱、所述外置空滤器、所述燃油箱和所述后处理器均设置于所述车架总成上,所述尿素箱、所述外置空滤器、所述燃油箱和所述后处理器分别与所述发动机连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述散热包组件包括:散热器、风扇马达、散热风扇和液压泵,其中,所述散热器、所述风扇马达、所述散热风扇和所述液压泵均设置于所述车架总成上,所述散热器与所述发动机组件连接,所述散热风扇与所述发动机组件相对,所述风扇马达分别与所述散热风扇和所述液压泵连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述传动总成包括:前桥、传动系输入轴、新能源模块、变速箱、农机传动轴、后桥驱动轴和后桥,其中,所述变速箱设置于所述车架总成上,所述前桥通过所述传动系输入轴与所述变速箱连接,所述变速箱通过所述农机传动轴与所述后桥驱动轴连接,所述后桥驱动轴与所述后桥连接,所述新能源模块设置于所述变速箱上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的拖拉机混合动力底盘,其特征在于,所述控制总成包括:电机控制器和电源分线盒,其中,所述电机控制器和所述电源分线盒设置于所述车架总成上,所述电源分线盒分别与所述电机控制器和所述发动机组件连接。
