Working principle: the upright post 6 and the beam frame 7 form a supporting structure, the second electric telescopic rod 22 is driven to drive the beam frame 7 to descend, the descending beam frame 7 contacts the upper end of the tank cover plate 4 with the upper end of the stirring pot body 2 to form a closed space, and the aim of suppressing dust emission is fulfilled; adding materials into a stirring pot from a feeding measuring cylinder 5 or a feeding port 30 according to a certain proportion, starting a water adding pump 17 to extract water stored in a water tank 9, injecting the water into the stirring pot through a water adding pipe 24, metering the water by a metering valve 25, extracting specified water consumption, starting a stirring motor 8 to drive a stirring blade 20 to operate according to a specified direction and speed, enabling the materials in the stirring pot to be sufficiently stirred along with the rotation of the stirring blade 20, starting a vibrator 35 to drive a box cover plate 4 to vibrate, and shaking cement ash attached to the lower end of the box cover plate 4 along with the vibration of the box cover plate 4 to form uniform clean slurry; driving a third electric telescopic rod 33 to pull the discharge core plate 13 out of the discharge opening 12, and discharging the produced clean slurry into the material collecting groove 14 along the discharge opening 12 for use; the flushing pump 26 pumps water stored in the water tank 9 into the flushing coil 23 through the flushing pipe 18 and the hollow pipe 15, then the flushing nozzle 27 sprays water to the inner wall of the stirring pot under high pressure, the slurry attached to the inner wall of the stirring pot is flushed by high-pressure water flow, the first electric telescopic rod 16 is driven to drive the hollow pipe 15 to stretch and retract, the flushing coil 23 is driven to lift in the stirring pot, the flushing can be carried out along the inner wall of the stirring pot from top to bottom, the stirring motor 8 is started to drive the stirring blade 20 to rotate after the flushing is completed, the rotating stirring blade 20 stirs the water body to generate centrifugal force, the stirring pot is cleaned better by virtue of the centrifugal force, the drainage valve pipe assembly 34 is opened to drain the cleaning waste liquid in the stirring pot, the discharged cleaning waste liquid is filtered by virtue of the filtering assembly 11, the slurry is removed, and the sewer blockage caused by the slurry is prevented.
