Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and particularly relates to an electrolyte solid composition and a corresponding isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
Background
The body fluid contains electrolyte components which are distributed in intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid in a plurality of combinations with organic molecules and play an important role in the physiological process of the human body. In addition, water and electrolytes are lost along with sweat loss, the body can mobilize the stored electrolytes, and if the body has insufficient electrolyte reserves, organs which depend on the electrolytes can be affected, so that osmotic balance of body fluid is destroyed. Thus, during exercise, electrolyte replenishment and water replenishment are also important.
The isotonic beverage can better simulate body fluid, supplement and regulate acid-base balance in vivo, so that the isotonic beverage can not cause disturbance of substance metabolism. The isotonic solution containing salt and vitamins can be rapidly absorbed by human body, and can supplement water and salt loss caused by high temperature or labor, maintain body fluid balance and acid-base balance, and improve muscle tolerance. The isotonic electrolyte beverage sold in the market at present is generally a liquid beverage, the liquid beverage is heavier and occupies larger space, and the solid beverage is more convenient to carry, but the osmotic pressure of a solution formed by dissolving all components in water in the solid electrolyte beverage is not clear, so that the isotonic electrolyte beverage cannot be ensured to be an isotonic solution, and secondary blending of the osmotic pressure is needed. In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an electrolyte solid composition and a corresponding isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage. The electrolyte solid composition provided by the invention is convenient to carry and can be dissolved rapidly, and meanwhile, the prepared liquid beverage osmotic pressure can be stabilized in an isotonic range according to the corresponding dosage.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

The beneficial effects are that: the invention provides an electrolyte solid composition, wherein trehalose or white granulated sugar and dextrose monohydrate provide main osmotic pressure, the osmotic pressure of the obtained solution is ensured to be stabilized at 230-340 mOsmol/L according to a specific proportion, and the osmotic pressure meets the requirement of isoosmotic pressure and does not need secondary allocation. The electrolyte solid composition provided by the invention has scientific and safe formula, is convenient to carry, can be rapidly dissolved, and is convenient to drink; meanwhile, the liquid electrolyte beverage can be an isotonic solution according to the corresponding dosage, and the carbohydrate can supplement glucose consumed from muscles and liver glycogen during intense exercise and can quickly supplement body fluid after exercise.
The invention provides an isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage, which comprises the electrolyte solid composition and water, wherein the osmotic pressure of the prepared product is basically stabilized in the range of isotonic conditions, and after the beverage is drunk by a human body, the beverage can better simulate body fluid, supplement and regulate the acid-base balance in the body, so that the beverage can not cause disturbance of substance metabolism, further promote the body fluid to be normal and restore the function.
Detailed Description
The invention provides an electrolyte solid composition, which comprises main materials including: trehalose or white granulated sugar and dextrose monohydrate; the mass ratio of trehalose to glucose monohydrate or the mass ratio of white granulated sugar to glucose monohydrate is preferably 7-20:35-50, more preferably 9-17:35-45, still more preferably 9-15:35-39, and still more preferably 9-12:37-38. In an embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of the trehalose or the white sugar to the dextrose monohydrate may be 9:38 or 10:39 or 12:37 or 15:35 or 10:45 or 14:40 or 15:45. The electrolyte solid composition takes trehalose or white granulated sugar and a water glucose as components for providing main osmotic pressure, the trehalose or the white granulated sugar and the water glucose are dissolved under specific concentration, and can form a solution with stable osmotic pressure, after being mixed, the solution can still keep the original osmotic pressure, the electrolyte solid composition is prepared by utilizing specific raw materials and the proportion of the raw materials, the liquid prepared after adding quantitative water is an isotonic solution, the osmotic pressure of the liquid is stable at 230-340 mOsmol/L, the problem that the osmotic pressure of the solution prepared by dissolving each component in water in the solid electrolyte beverage is not clear is solved, and the problem that secondary blending is needed when the liquid beverage is prepared is also solved; and when in strenuous exercise, glucose is required to be obtained from muscles and hepatic glycogen to generate heat, so that the blood sugar level is reduced, and the blood sugar level needs to be supplemented from the outside.

The present invention is not particularly limited to the above-described raw materials, and may be commercially available products known to those skilled in the art, unless otherwise specified.
The mass ratio of the main material to the auxiliary material is preferably 42-70:0.5-20, more preferably 44-62:1.1-18, further preferably 44-54:3-10, further preferably 47-50:4.5-5.3, further preferably 48-49:4.76-5.45. In embodiments of the present invention, the mass ratio of the main material to the auxiliary material may be 47:4.52 (about 47:4.5) or 49:4.835 (about 49:4.8) or 49:5.425 (about 49:5.4) or 50:5.27 (about 50:5.2) or 55:5.32 (about 55:5.3) or 54:5.27 (about 54:5.3) or 60:5.27 (about 60:5.3). The dosage of the components in the auxiliary materials can be adjusted according to the requirements of taste and nutrition, and the specific dosage is not limited. The auxiliary materials can be replaced by substitutes with the same function according to the needs.
The sweetener preferably comprises one or more of sucralose, acesulfame potassium, aspartame, stevioside, sweetener, thaumatin, saccharin and hesperidin. The acesulfame potassium, the aspartame and the stevioside have sweet taste similar to each other and can be replaced with each other.
The sour agent preferably comprises one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, tartaric acid and malic acid, and sodium plays an important role in absorbing glucose and water by human bodies, and sodium with proper concentration is needed to supplement sports drinks. The main function of the sweetener and the sour agent is to blend the taste of the beverage.
The salt of the present invention preferably comprises one or more of sea salt, edible salt, potassium chloride, potassium citrate and calcium salt. The salt is an ionic compound, can provide electrolyte substances, and simultaneously ensures that the product has a fuller taste. The calcium salt preferably comprises calcium lactate and/or calcium carbonate, and a small amount of calcium salt is added into the sports drink, so that the sports drink can be quickly absorbed by a human body, the purpose of supplementing functional loss is achieved, the body fluid balance is maintained, the water-salt metabolic disorder is eliminated, and the muscle fatigue is accelerated to be eliminated.
The vitamins of the present invention preferably include one or more of vitamin C, vitamin B, nicotinamide, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K and coenzyme R.
The dietary fiber of the present invention preferably comprises one or more of resistant dextrin, resistant starch, citrus fiber, oligosaccharide, psyllium husk powder, polydextrose and dextran.
The protein powder preferably comprises one or more of soybean peptide powder, whey protein powder, collagen peptide and She Suandan powder, the protein powder can provide polypeptide, the protein preparation can be rapidly hydrolyzed into polypeptide in intestinal tracts, the absorption rate of the polypeptide is 2 times of that of amino acid, and the polypeptide can rapidly enter muscles to rapidly restore physical ability.
The essence is preferably powder essence, and is used for adjusting taste.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, based on the mass of 7-20 parts of trehalose or white granulated sugar, the auxiliary materials can be 0.2 part of sweetener, 1.3 parts of sour agent, 0.4 part of salt, 1 part of dietary fiber, 1 part of protein powder, 0.12 part of vitamin and 0.5 part of essence; or 0.2 part of sweetener, 1.5 parts of sour agent, 0.41 part of salt, 1 part of dietary fiber, 1.1 part of protein powder, 0.23 part of vitamin and 0.4 part of essence; or 0.2 part of sweetener, 1.5 parts of sour agent, 0.5 part of salt, 1.5 parts of dietary fiber, 1.1 parts of protein powder, 0.21 part of vitamin and 0.4 part of essence; or 0.2 part of sweetener, 1.45 parts of sour agent, 0.3 part of salt, 1 part of dietary fiber, 1.5 parts of protein powder, 0.12 part of vitamin and 0.7 part of essence.
The invention also provides an isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage which comprises the electrolyte solid composition and water. The temperature of the water of the present invention is preferably 5 to 100 ℃, more preferably 15 to 100 ℃, still more preferably 15 to 25 ℃, or 35 to 50 ℃ or 90 to 100 ℃. The electrolyte solid composition can be mixed and dissolved with water at various different temperatures, namely high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature, and has good solubility.
The mass volume ratio of the electrolyte solid composition to water is preferably 90-110 g:0.9-1.1L, more preferably 95-105 g:0.95-1.05L, and even more preferably 100g:1L. In the present invention, when the electrolyte solid composition is mixed with water, stirring is preferably carried out for a period of time of preferably 5 minutes or more, more preferably 5 to 10 minutes, and still more preferably 6 to 8 minutes.
The osmotic pressure of the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage is stabilized at 230-340 mOsmol/L. The liquid beverage prepared from the isotonic electrolyte solid composition is an isotonic beverage, can better simulate body fluid, and can supplement and regulate the acid-base balance in the body so as not to cause disturbance of substance metabolism.
For further explanation of the present invention, an electrolyte solid composition and a corresponding isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 9g, glucose monohydrate 38g, sucralose 0.05g, acesulfame potassium 0.15g, citric acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1g, soybean peptide powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin B 12 0.1 mu g, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of lemon flavor powder essence.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding the solid composition into water with constant temperature of 25 ℃, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The method for detecting osmotic pressure comprises the following steps: the osmolarity is determined using a freezing point osmolarity meter.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 275mOsmol/L.
Example 2
Electrolyte solid composition:trehalose 10g, glucose monohydrate 39g, sucralose 0.05g, acesulfame 0.15g, citric acid 1.2g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1g, soybean peptide powder 1.1g, vitamin C0.2 g, nicotinamide 25mg, vitamin B 12 0.2 mug, 0.11g of calcium carbonate and 0.4g of apple-flavored powder essence.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 30deg.C water into the solid composition, constant volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 283mOsmol/L.
Example 3
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 12g, glucose monohydrate 37g, sucralose 0.05g, aspartame 0.15g, malic acid 1.2g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.3g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1.5g, soybean peptide powder 1.1g, vitamin C0.2 g, vitamin B 12 0.1 μg, nicotinamide 25mg, calcium lactate 0.1g, citrus flavor 0.4g.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 15 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 292mOsmol/L.
Example 4
Electrolyte solid composition: 15g of trehalose, 35g of glucose monohydrate, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of stevioside, 1g of citric acid, 0.1g of malic acid, 0.35g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of polydextrose, 1.5g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.7g of grapefruit-flavored powder essence.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 100deg.C water into the solid composition, constant volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 306mOsmol/L.
Example 5
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 10g, glucose monohydrate 45g, sucralose 0.05g, stevioside 0.2g, citric acid 1g, malic acid 0.1g, sodium citrate 0.35g, sea salt 0.1g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1g, soybean peptide powder 1.5g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, calcium carbonate 0.1g, sea salt lime flavor powder essence 0.7g.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 50 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1.1L, and stirring for 5min to obtain the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 311mOsmol/L.
Example 6
Electrolyte solid composition: 14g of trehalose, 40g of glucose monohydrate, 0.2g of stevioside, 1g of citric acid, 0.1g of malic acid, 0.35g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of polydextrose, 1.5g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.7g of blueberry powder essence.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding water of 60deg.C into the solid composition, constant volume to 1L, and stirring for 6min to obtain isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was measured to be 299mOsmol/L.
Example 7
Electrolyte solid composition: 15g of trehalose, 45g of dextrose monohydrate, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of stevioside, 1g of citric acid, 0.1g of malic acid, 0.35g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of polydextrose, 1.5g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 0.1g of calcium lactate and 0.7g of strawberry-flavor powder essence.
Isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 70 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 0.9L, and stirring for 8min to obtain the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was found to be 326mOsmol/L.
Example 8
Electrolyte solid composition: 9g of white granulated sugar, 39g of dextrose monohydrate, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of acesulfame potassium, 1g of citric acid, 0.3g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of polydextrose, 1g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 120.1 mu g of vitamin B, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of lemon flavor powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 25 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was measured to be 280mOsmol/L.
Example 9
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 9g, glucose monohydrate 38g, stevioside 0.05g, sweetener 0.15g, malic acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, dextran 1g, whey protein powder 1g, vitamin A0.1g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin D0.1 mug, calcium carbonate 0.1g and lemon flavor powder essence 0.5g.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 45 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was found to be 273mOsmol/L.
Example 10
Electrolyte solid composition: 9g of trehalose, 38g of dextrose monohydrate, 0.05g of thaumatin, 0.15g of hesperidin, 1g of tartaric acid, 0.3g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of citrus fiber, 1g of collagen powder, 0.1g of vitamin E, 20mg of vitamin K, 0.1 mu g of coenzyme R, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of citrus powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 35 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was measured to be 270mOsmol/L.
Example 11
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 9g, glucose monohydrate 38g, sweetener 0.05g, saccharin 0.15g, lactic acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, resistant dextrin 1g, folic acid protein powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, vitamin D20 mg, vitamin B 6 0.1 mu g, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of orange powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 45 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 266mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 1
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 9g, glucose monohydrate 15g, sucralose 0.05g, acesulfame 0.15g, citric acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1g, soybean peptide powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin B 12 0.1 mu g, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of lemon flavor powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 25 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 115mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 2
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 2g, glucose monohydrate 33g, sucralose 0.05g, acesulfame potassium 0.15g, citric acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, polydextrose 1g, soybean peptide powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin B120.1 mug, calcium carbonate 0.1g and lemon flavor powder essence 0.5g.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 25 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 189mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 3
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 38g, glucose monohydrate 8g, sucralose 0.05g, acesulfame potassium 0.15g, citric acid 1g, sodium citrate 0.3g, sea salt 0.2g, potassium chloride 0.1g, soybean peptide powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin B120.1 mu g, calcium carbonate 0.1g and lemon flavor powder essence 0.5g.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 45 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 182mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 4
Electrolyte solid composition: 35g of trehalose, 12g of white granulated sugar, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of acesulfame potassium, 1g of citric acid, 0.3g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 120.1 mu g of vitamin B, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of lemon flavor powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 35 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 188mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 5
Electrolyte solid composition: 25g of trehalose, 50g of white granulated sugar, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of acesulfame potassium, 1g of citric acid, 0.3g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 120.1 mu g of vitamin B, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of green melon flavor powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 25 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 387mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 6
Electrolyte solid composition: trehalose 2g, white granulated sugar 65g, sucralose 0.06g, acesulfame potassium 0.15g, citric acid 1.3g, sodium citrate 0.2g, sea salt 0.1g, potassium chloride 0.1g, soybean peptide powder 1g, vitamin C0.1 g, nicotinamide 20mg, vitamin B120.1 mu g, calcium carbonate 0.1g and grapefruit powder essence 0.6g.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 23 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 375mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 7
Electrolyte solid composition: 80g of trehalose, 20g of white granulated sugar, 0.06g of sucralose, 0.15g of acesulfame potassium, 1.3g of citric acid, 0.2g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 120.1 mu g of vitamin B, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.6g of grapefruit-flavored powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 23 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was determined to be 407mOsmol/L.
Comparative example 8
Electrolyte solid composition: 9g of trehalose, 39g of polydextrose, 0.05g of sucralose, 0.15g of acesulfame potassium, 1g of citric acid, 0.3g of sodium citrate, 0.2g of sea salt, 0.1g of potassium chloride, 1g of soybean peptide powder, 0.1g of vitamin C, 20mg of nicotinamide, 120.1 mu g of vitamin B, 0.1g of calcium carbonate and 0.5g of lemon flavor powder essence.
Electrolyte liquid beverage: adding 25 ℃ water into the solid composition, fixing the volume to 1L, and stirring for 7min to obtain the electrolyte liquid beverage.
The liquid osmotic pressure was measured to be 223mOsmol/L.
The isotonic electrolyte liquid beverages prepared by using the electrolyte solid compositions of examples 1 to 11 had osmotic pressures of 266mOsmol/L to 326mOsmol/L, which were all in the range of isotonic solutions. Comparative examples 1 to 7, in which the amounts of trehalose or white sugar and dextrose monohydrate were changed, the osmotic pressure of the obtained electrolyte liquid beverages was lower than 230mOsmol/L or higher than 340mOsmol/L, and the isotonic requirements were not satisfied. Comparative example 8 an electrolyte liquid beverage having an osmotic pressure of 223mOsmol/L, which does not satisfy the isotonic requirement, was obtained by substituting polydextrose with dextrose monohydrate.
Therefore, the electrolyte solid composition and the isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage provided by the invention have scientific and safe formula, are dissolved in water according to the corresponding proportion with water for drinking, and can ensure that the osmotic pressure of the product is within the range of isotonic conditions.
Although the foregoing embodiments have been described in some, but not all, embodiments of the invention, it should be understood that other embodiments may be devised in accordance with the present embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An electrolyte solid composition, the raw materials comprising a main material, the main material comprising: trehalose or white granulated sugar and dextrose monohydrate; the mass ratio of the trehalose or the white granulated sugar to the dextrose monohydrate is 7-20:35-50.
2. The electrolyte solid composition according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise auxiliary materials, the auxiliary materials comprising: one or more of sweetener, sour agent, salt, dietary fiber, protein powder, vitamins and essence.
3. The electrolyte solid composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the main material to the auxiliary material is 42-70:0.5-20.
4. The electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the sweetener comprises one or more of sucralose, acesulfame k, aspartame, steviol glycosides, sweeteners, thaumatin, saccharin and hesperidin; the sour agent comprises one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, tartaric acid and malic acid.
5. The electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the salt comprises one or more of sea salt, edible salt, potassium chloride, potassium citrate and calcium salt.
6. The electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the vitamins include one or more of vitamin C, vitamin B, nicotinamide, vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and coenzyme R.
7. The electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the dietary fiber comprises one or more of resistant dextrin, resistant starch, citrus fiber, oligosaccharide, psyllium husk powder, polydextrose and dextran.
8. The electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the protein powder comprises one or more of soybean peptide powder, whey protein powder, collagen peptide and She Suandan powder.
9. An isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage comprising the electrolyte solid composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and water.
10. The isotonic electrolyte liquid beverage according to claim 9, wherein the mass to volume ratio of the electrolyte solid composition to water is 90-110 g:0.9-1.1L.
