Description

BOM bill of materials-based data processing method, device and readable medium
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method, device and readable medium based on a BOM bill of materials.
Background
Production activities such as manufacturing enterprises mainly purchase raw materials, which are then used for processing and manufacturing, thereby yielding a product consisting of semi-finished products and/or finished products. In the related art, enterprises often need to analyze the cost of the produced products due to economic benefit. Thus, a BOM bill of materials including various raw materials required for producing the product is filled before the product is produced, so that the cost of the product can be obtained according to the cost of the various raw materials.
However, the inventors found that there are at least the following technical problems in the related art:
the raw materials are required to be checked when purchased, and are required to be stored after being purchased; corresponding costs and fees are incurred both in the purchasing, checking and storing stages of the raw materials, in the processing, manufacturing and selling stages of the products, and in the production and management activities of the enterprises, and these costs and fees are constantly changing with the lapse of time and the production and management activities of the enterprises. Further, because the processing and manufacturing of the product is very complex, it is difficult to analyze these costs and costs manually, which results in the integrity of most of the costs and costs incurred in the business process, i.e., only the approximate cost of the final product is known, and not the cost and cost of the semi-finished product and/or the finished product.

Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The following terms are used herein.
The product comprises a finished product and a semi-finished product of a production line.
The cost and expense are all the components of the payouts except for the repayment payouts and the distribution payouts, and are all the cost of the economic resources of the enterprises. The cost is different from the cost in that the cost is an objectified cost, and aims at a certain cost calculation object; the cost is for a certain period.
BOM bill of materials, referred to as a product structure table or a materials structure table, is used to indicate a product from which components or materials are combined to form an element list.
Example 1
Some embodiments of the present application provide a data processing method based on a BOM bill of materials, which may include the following steps, as shown in fig. 1:
step S101, a BOM bill of materials of at least one product is obtained;
step S102, determining a target component according to the BOM bill of materials;
step S103, according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, acquiring production data, raw material purchase data and financial cost data of the target component based on at least one product;
and step S104, according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, performing cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material purchase data and financial cost data to obtain the cost and the cost of the target component.
The above steps are described in detail below.
For step S101, specifically, in some examples, BOM bill of materials corresponding to the products of the multiple models may be obtained respectively; the multiple products can be different products in the same series with association relation. Specifically, for example, the plurality of products may be a plurality of products having substantially the same function and different models. In some other examples, a corresponding BOM bill of materials may also be obtained for a certain type of product, which embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.
For step S102, specifically, in some examples, at least one product, and a cost item and a raw material corresponding to each product may be sorted according to the BOM bill of materials of the at least one product, at least one product to be split, and a cost item and a raw material corresponding to the product to be split are determined, and then a target component is determined according to the product to be split, and the cost item and the raw material corresponding to the product to be split. Wherein the target component may comprise producing each finished and/or semi-finished product comprised in the product. Correspondingly, that is, in some examples, the target component may be all finished and/or semi-finished products involved in producing the product. However, in some other examples, the target component may also be a main component used in different kinds of products, respectively. The main components can be used for representing components with a proportion of cost greater than a preset proportion in the production of the whole product. For example, the target component may be, but is not limited to, an optical module, a CPU, and the like. The embodiment of the application does not limit the types of the target components. It should be noted that in some other examples, the target component may also be referred to as a target raw material or a target material. The kinds of the target components may be plural.
In step S103, specifically, in some examples, since a certain target component is used in a plurality of kinds of products, the number of current production, production cycle and labor cost of the same target component in each corresponding product are often different. That is, the production cost and the cost of the same target component in different products are often different. For example, the target component is an optical module a, and the optical module a is a main component in a product 1, a product 2, a product … … and a product N, where N is a positive integer. Then, the production cost and cost of the optical module a based on the product 1, the production cost and cost of the optical module a based on the product 2, … …, and the production cost and cost of the optical module a based on the product N are often not the same. Therefore, the production data, raw material purchase data and financial cost data of the target component based on at least one product can be obtained according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component.
With respect to step S104, specifically, in some examples, detailed splitting operations may be performed on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data, respectively, for the at least one product, so that the preset cost of each of the target components may be precisely calculated. In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, various costs and fees generated in the production and operation process of enterprises can be split. It will be appreciated that the cost and expense of a product can be divided into three general categories depending on the source of the generation: raw material related costs and fees, semi-finished and finished products related costs and fees, and business operations related costs and fees. In this embodiment of the present application, the raw material purchase data corresponds to the above-mentioned raw material related cost and expense; the production data corresponds to the above-mentioned costs and fees associated with semi-finished products and finished products; the financial cost data corresponds to the enterprise business activity related costs and fees described above. By performing detailed splitting operations on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, the cost of the target component can be obtained. Also, in some examples, information of the number of uses of the target component may be obtained.
It is not difficult to find that, compared with the related art, in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, by acquiring a BOM bill of materials of at least one product, then determining a target component according to the BOM bill of materials, acquiring production data, raw material purchase data and financial cost data of the target component based on at least one product according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, and further executing cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material purchase data and financial cost data according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, thereby obtaining cost and expense of the target component. Therefore, the cost and the expense of the target component can be calculated, and the technical problem that in the related technology, only the cost and the expense of a certain product can be estimated can be solved. Thus, the processing efficiency of related staff such as finance, audit and dealer on data can be improved. And on the basis, the cost of each target component in production and operation can be calculated, so that the enterprise is facilitated to customize a proper purchasing strategy.
Example two
In the second embodiment of the present application, step S104, that is, performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data and financial cost data according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component to obtain the cost and the cost of the target component, may further include the following steps, as shown in fig. 2:
step S1041, determining attribute information for characterizing a hierarchy of the target component;
and step S1042, according to the attribute information of the hierarchy of the target component and a recursion algorithm, performing cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material purchasing data and financial cost data based on the BOM bill of materials to obtain the cost and the cost of the target component.
Specifically, in some examples, the target component may be a raw material, possibly a finished product, or may be a semi-finished product. Generally, if the number of types of the target components is plural, the target components have a hierarchical relationship. For example, if the target component is a semi-finished product, a target component (raw material) of a further stage of the semi-finished product may be searched for, and then the cost and expense of the target component (raw material) may be acquired; the target component (raw material) may further include a target component (raw material) … … of a higher level. Thus, the target components have a hierarchical relationship, and the BOM bill of materials has a hierarchical relationship. For example, the target components are a target component a, a target component B and a target component C, respectively, where the target component a is a semi-finished product belonging to the product 1, the target component B is a semi-finished product belonging to the target component a, and the target component C is a semi-finished product belonging to the target component B. Then, based on the target component A, a hierarchy exists, namely, the attribute relationship is that of the hierarchy; for another example, if no other semi-finished product exists under the target component D, the target component D has no hierarchy, that is, the attribute relationship is that there is no hierarchy.
Further, it can be appreciated that, for the target components having a hierarchical relationship, the enterprise needs to perform its own processing and manufacturing based on the target components, and thus, it incurs much intangible cost. In the solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, the cost of the target component may be obtained according to the intangible cost. That is, in the solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, the cost of the target component not only refers to the material cost when purchasing the target component, but also includes the intangible cost. The intangible costs may include, among other things, labor costs, manufacturing costs, and some other related fees. These intangible costs can be obtained by the occurrence described by the financial accounting subject. Thus, the occurrence amount is distributed to the target component, and the actual cost of the target component can be obtained.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, in the step S1042, the performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data according to the attribute information and the recursive algorithm of the hierarchy of the target component, to obtain the cost and the cost of the target component may further include the following steps:
step S10421, according to attribute information of the hierarchy of the target component and a recursion algorithm, performing cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material purchasing data and financial cost data based on the BOM bill of materials to obtain a splitting result;
step S10422, creating a list for representing the preset cost of the target component according to the splitting result;
step S10423, obtaining the cost and the expense of the target component according to the list; the cost and expense of the target components include software cost, material cost, labor cost, manufacturing cost, and off-commission cost.
Specifically, since the BOM bill of materials has the production data, raw material purchase data, and financial cost data of each product in the production and management process of the enterprise recorded therein, a recursive algorithm can be performed based on these production data, raw material purchase data, and financial cost data to obtain the preset cost.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, the step S10421, that is, performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data based on the BOM bill of materials according to the attribute information and the recursive algorithm of the level of the target component, to obtain a splitting result may include the following steps:
step S104211, according to the level of the target component, of performing a traversal operation on the BOM bill of materials by using the recursive algorithm, so as to obtain a result of the traversal operation;
step S104212, according to the result of the traversing operation, performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material purchasing data and financial cost data, to obtain a splitting result.
For ease of understanding, the process of traversing operations is described herein by way of example in an application example, as shown in FIG. 3:
step 1: traversing the at least one product;
step 2: retrieving a BOM bill of materials corresponding to the at least one product;
step 3: judging whether the BOM bill of materials has the target component or not;
if the BOM bill of materials is judged to have the target component, traversing a sub BOM bill of materials of a next level corresponding to the target component, searching the sub BOM bill of materials, and entering a step 4; if the BOM bill of materials does not have the target component, ending the flow, and returning the materials and the consumption of the product;
step 4: judging whether the sub BOM bill of materials has sub-target components or not;
if the sub BOM bill of materials is judged to have the sub-target components, returning to the step 3, and continuing to traverse the sub-BOM bill of materials of the next level of the sub-target components; if the sub BOM bill of materials is judged to have no sub-target components, returning to the sub-target components and the consumption corresponding to the current level;
as can be seen from step 3 and step 4, each product corresponds to a BOM bill of materials, and using the recursive algorithm, all details of the BOM bill of materials may be expanded, and after expansion, if a target component under the BOM bill of materials has another corresponding level of BOM bill of materials, all details of the BOM bill of materials of another level of materials are expanded, so that the BOM bill of materials of the other level of materials is traversed until the corresponding target component does not have the corresponding BOM bill of materials.
Step 5: judging whether the last product is traversed.
If the last product is judged to be traversed, summarizing the cost and the consumption of the target components corresponding to different products according to the product classification; if the last product is not traversed, continuing traversing operation on the product which is not traversed until the last product is traversed.
Further, see table 1, table 1 is a schematic representation of resolution results obtained in some examples.

TABLE 1
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, for the step S10422, a list of preset costs for characterizing the target component may be created according to the splitting result, where the list of preset costs may be a BOM bill of materials for characterizing "splitting of sales delivery costs" or a BOM bill of materials for characterizing "splitting of customer acceptance costs", which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, in the step S104212, the performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data according to a result of the traversing operation, to obtain a split result may further include the following steps:
step A, splitting the software cost, the material cost and the cost to be divided from the total cost of the product according to the BOM bill of materials, the production data and the raw material purchasing data;
step B, according to the BOM bill of materials, the production data and the financial cost data, splitting the labor cost ratio, the manufacturing cost ratio and the outsourcing cost ratio from the financial cost;
and step C, splitting the labor cost, the manufacturing cost and the cost outside the commission from the cost to be divided according to the BOM bill of materials and the production data, the labor cost ratio, the manufacturing cost ratio and the cost ratio outside the commission.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, step S10423, that is, obtaining the cost and expense of the target component according to the list of listings may include the following steps:
step S104231, determining a cost and a fee corresponding to the product in the financial fee data;
step S104232, obtaining a preset allocation rule;
and step S104233, according to the preset allocation rule and the list, allocating the current yield of the product to obtain the cost and the expense of the target component.
Specifically, in some examples, the allocation rules may be set according to a "specific to particular order". For example, costs and fees that can correspond to a particular product or a series of products may be allocated to the corresponding product, and then the type of costs and fees may be redetermined, according to which costs and fees are allocated according to the number of products or the value of the products. The product quantity or the product value can be distributed in the order from large to small, so that the cost and the expense of the target component are obtained. In this way, various costs and fees related to the target components in the financial fee data can be distributed according to the target components, and various costs and fees of the target components in the current period can be obtained. That is, the cost and the fee for each target component can be obtained by first allocating according to all fees, including the sum of various kinds of fees and the sum of its actual materials, occurring at this stage of the target component, and then according to the determined number consumption of the target components.
Example III
In the third embodiment of the present application, after performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component to obtain a cost and a cost of the target component, the method may further include: and executing a reduction operation on the BOM bill of materials according to the preset cost.
Specifically, in some examples, the BOM bill of materials of the product obtained by the foregoing splitting may be classified and summarized, and the cost and expense of each target component (raw material) may be obtained. Further, the unit amount of the target component (raw material) obtained after the splitting may be used to multiply the yield of the corresponding product at the present period to obtain the total amount of the target component (raw material) used at the present period. In this way, after splitting the BOM bill of materials of the product and completing the calculation of the cost and the expense of each target component according to the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment, the cost and the expense of each target component can be reorganized according to the BOM bill of materials by the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, so as to restore the total cost and the total expense of the target components used for producing the product. Thus, the related staff can conveniently know the cost and the expense of the corresponding target components in the product, and can also know the total cost and the total expense of the product.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, a search window may be set, so as to provide flexible search conditions for related personnel, so that the related personnel can find the data required by the product more quickly.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, timing tasks may be set for the system performing the method; thus, data operations can be performed periodically to obtain the cost and expense of a particular target component at a particular time.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, after performing a cost splitting operation on the production data, raw material procurement data, and financial cost data according to the BOM bill of materials and the target component, the method may further include the following steps: determining time information for obtaining the cost and the expense of the target component; judging whether the cost and the expense of the target component are historical data or not according to the time information and a preset time interval; and if the cost and the expense of the target component are judged to be historical data, archiving the historical data to a preset storage position. The preset time interval may be set according to the year, or may be set according to the month, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. Therefore, whether the cost and the expense of the target component are historical data or not can be determined according to the time information and the preset time interval, and the historical data can be regularly archived to a preset storage position, so that the operation efficiency of the system is facilitated.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application may be an improvement based on the second embodiment.
