Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 26.
In the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to a coating vessel for applying a paste (not shown) as a liquid coating material to a coating object (not shown) such as paper. For convenience of explanation, the front-rear direction, the up-down direction, and the left-right direction in this specification are as clearly shown in fig. 1.
The coating container is provided with: a container body A provided with a coating portion 6; and a cover body B which is detachable from the container body A so as to cover the coating portion 6.
Hereinafter, the coating vessel will be described in detail.
< Container body A >
The container body A includes: the bottle C as a storage container has a bottom wall 11 as a bottom portion, and can store paste therein; and a nozzle body D as a discharge body, wherein the nozzle body D is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the bottle C, and a coating portion 6 configured to include a discharge port pt capable of discharging paste to the outside is provided at a tip end thereof.
The container body a is a replacement type container body in which another bottle C as a replacement can be attached to the nozzle body D after the bottle C is detached from the nozzle body D.
< bottle C >
The bottle C has an opening at the top end, i.e., a bottle opening ca, and a storage space sp for storing paste as a liquid material is formed therein. The nozzle body D and the cap body B can be screwed (screwed) to the bottle C, respectively.
The bottle C is integrally formed by synthetic resin. The bottle C is made of synthetic resin which is a flexible deformable material.
The bottle C comprises: a bottle main body 1 as a main part for accommodating paste; a cap connecting part 2 arranged on the bottle main body part 1; a nozzle body connecting portion 3 disposed above the cover body connecting portion 2; and a bottle opening ca arranged on the nozzle body connecting part 3. The bottle C is provided with a first flow path R1 through which the paste flows.
[ bottle body 1]
The bottle body 1 includes: a bottom wall 11 having a substantially circular shape in a bottom view; and a peripheral wall 12 which is a main body cylindrical portion integrally erected from the peripheral edge portion of the bottom wall 11.
A bulging portion 11b bulging downward is provided at an outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom wall 11. The bulging portion 11b is a portion that contacts a mounting surface (not shown) such as a top plate when the container body a is vertically placed on the mounting surface.
The peripheral wall 12 can be deformed by bending in accordance with a pressing deformation operation by an external force of a user or the like. The peripheral wall 12 constitutes a main portion capable of flexing and deforming for discharging the paste stored in the storage space sp to the outside. The peripheral wall 12 of the bottle C is elastically deformed in a direction to reduce the storage space sp by receiving a pressing force from the outer surface side, and thereby the paste stored in the storage space sp can be discharged to the outside through the discharge port pt.
The peripheral wall 12 is cylindrical. As shown in fig. 20, the peripheral wall 12 has a cylindrical lower portion and a substantially rectangular cylindrical upper portion having four corners 12k with rounded corners.
The peripheral wall 12 is formed so as to gradually decrease in diameter from the bottom wall 11 side toward the tip end side (bottle opening ca side) and change in cross-sectional shape. In other words, the outer surface of the peripheral wall 12 is formed so as to gradually approach the axial center upward. At least an upper portion of the peripheral wall 12 has a rectangular shape in a cross-sectional view, such that the curved portion 12w is formed into a corner portion 12 k.
The upper portion of the rectangular tubular peripheral wall 12 constitutes a main portion which is held by the tip of the hand, which is a grip portion of the user when applying the paste. The upper portion of the peripheral wall 12 is formed in a substantially rectangular tubular shape including the flat portion 12h, and therefore, the fingertip of the user in contact with the peripheral wall 12 is less likely to slide during the paste application operation or the like.
The peripheral wall 12 includes a plurality of, i.e., four, flat portions 12h; and a curved portion 12w that is disposed between the adjacent flat portions 12h and is curved in an outwardly convex manner. The flat portion 12h and the curved portion 12w are provided at an upper portion of the peripheral wall 12. The peripheral wall 12 is provided with corner portions 12k by disposing curved portions 12w between adjacent flat portions 12h, which are curved so as to be convex outward.
The flat portion 12h has a relatively flat shape. The flat portion 12h is provided at least at an upper portion of the peripheral wall 12. The "flat portion 12h" is not limited to the concept of a completely flat area portion. For example, even in a region portion which is not entirely flat, such as a region portion which is slightly curved as a whole or a region portion which is locally provided with irregularities, the concept of "flat portion 12h" is included as long as the curvature is set smaller as a whole in comparison with the curved portion 12w constituting the corner portion 12k.
The outer surfaces of the four flat portions 12h are oriented in a direction substantially identical to the direction in which the front wall p1, the left and right side walls p2, p3, and the rear wall p4 constituting the peripheral wall portion 61 of the nozzle body D are oriented in a plan view. In other words, the substantially square shape of the upper portion in the peripheral wall 12 is synchronized with the substantially square shape of the application portion 6 provided in the nozzle body D. A nozzle body positioning portion F is provided between the nozzle body D and the bottle C.
The bending portion 12w is set to a bending degree capable of deforming inward when pressed from the outside. In other words, the curved portion 12w is not set to a large curvature such that it hardly deforms inward when pressed from the outside. The bent portion 12w is formed such that the degree of bending (curvature) gradually increases from the bottom wall 11 side toward the bottle opening ca side.
[ cover connecting portion 2]
The lid connecting portion 2 includes: a first extending flange 21 extending inward from the top end of the bottle body 1, and a first cylindrical portion 22 having a smaller diameter than the peripheral wall 12 of the bottle body 1 and extending outward from the inner end of the first extending flange 21.
The first extension flange 21 extends substantially horizontally inward from the upper end of the peripheral wall 12 in the bottle body portion 1. The cover body 7 is disposed in a space above the first extension flange 21.
The first cylindrical portion 22 is disposed on the distal end side of the bottle body portion 1. The first cylindrical portion 22 extends upward from the extension end of the first extension flange 21. A first male screw portion N1 for screwing and fastening the bottle C and the cap B is provided on the outer surface of the first cylindrical portion 22.
A projection engaging portion E1 constituting a cover positioning portion E capable of positioning the screw-in position of the cover B is provided at a base end portion which is a lower end portion of the first cylindrical portion 22. Further, details of the cover positioning portion E will be described later.
[ nozzle body connecting portion 3]
The nozzle body connecting portion 3 includes: a second extending flange 31 extending inward from the tip of the first cylindrical portion 22 constituting the lid connecting portion 2; a second cylindrical portion 32 having a smaller diameter than the first cylindrical portion 22 and extending outwardly from the inner end of the second extension flange 31; a third extension flange 33 extending inward from the top end of the second cylindrical portion 32; and a third cylindrical portion 34 having a smaller diameter than the second cylindrical portion 32 and extending outwardly from the inner end of the third extension flange 33 and provided with a bottle opening ca at the upper end.
The second extending flange 31 extends substantially horizontally inward from the upper end of the first cylindrical portion 22. In the space above the second extension flange 31, the nozzle outer member 4, which is an outer member constituting the nozzle body D, is disposed.
The second cylindrical portion 32 is disposed on the distal end side of the first cylindrical portion 22. The diameter of the second cylindrical portion 32 is smaller than the diameter of the first cylindrical portion 22. The second cylindrical portion 32 extends upward from the extension end of the second extension flange 31. A second male screw portion N2 for screwing and fastening the bottle C to the nozzle body D is provided on the outer surface of the second cylindrical portion 32.
A protrusion engaging portion F1 constituting a nozzle body positioning portion F capable of positioning the screw-in entry end position of the nozzle body D is provided at a base end portion which is a lower end portion of the second cylindrical portion 32. The details of the nozzle body positioning portion F will be described later.
The third extension flange 33 extends substantially horizontally inward from the upper end of the second cylindrical portion 32. In the space above the third extension flange 33, a nozzle core member 5, which is a core member constituting the nozzle body D, is disposed.
The third cylindrical portion 34 is disposed on the distal end side of the second cylindrical portion 32. The diameter of the third cylindrical portion 34 is smaller than the diameter of the second cylindrical portion 32. The third cylindrical portion 34 extends upward from the extension end of the second extension flange 31. A bottle opening ca is formed at the upper end of the third cylindrical portion 34.
[ about the first and second external screw thread parts N1 and N2]
In the bottle C, the pitch v1 of the first male screw portion N1 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion 22 is made different from the pitch v2 of the second male screw portion N2 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second cylindrical portion 32.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the pitch v1 of the first male screw portion N1 is set longer than the pitch v2 of the second male screw portion N2.
The rotation directions of the first male screw portion N1 and the second male screw portion N2 are set to the same direction, respectively. The pitch v1 of the first male screw portion N1 is set to a length of about twice the pitch v2 of the second male screw portion N2.
The first male screw portion N1 sets the rotation direction as follows: when the cap B is rotated rightward in a plan view, the cap B is attached to the bottle C while being screwed into the bottle C. In addition, the first male screw portion N1 sets the rotation direction as follows: when the cap B is rotated in the left direction in a plan view, the cap B is disengaged from the bottle C while being screwed and retracted with respect to the bottle C.
As with the first male screw portion N1, the second male screw portion N2 sets the rotation direction as follows: when the nozzle body D is rotated rightward in a plan view, the nozzle body D is attached to the bottle C while being screwed into the bottle C. In addition, as with the first male screw portion N1, the second male screw portion N2 sets the rotation direction as follows: when the nozzle body D is rotated in the left direction in a plan view, the nozzle body D is disengaged from the bottle C while being screwed and retracted with respect to the bottle C.
The reason why the rotation directions of the first male screw portion N1 and the second male screw portion N2 are set to be the same is that the coating container of the present embodiment is a replacement-type coating container in which another bottle C as a replacement can be attached to the nozzle body D.
That is, the screw structure that enables the nozzle body D to be disengaged from the bottle C is matched with a structure known as a normal screw structure, that is, a structure rotated in the left direction in a plan view. This makes it possible to smoothly perform the "rotating operation for detaching the nozzle body D from the bottle C" performed by the user without any mistake.
[ first flow passage R1]
As shown in fig. 26, the container body a of the present embodiment is provided with a first flow path R1 formed so that the inner dimensions w1, w2, w3, w4 gradually become shorter stepwise from the bottom wall 11 side toward the discharge port pt side. The first flow path R1 is provided at the upper portion of the bottle C.
The first flow path R1 is formed to include: the peripheral wall 12, the first extension flange 21, the first cylindrical portion 22, the second extension flange 31, the second cylindrical portion 32, the third extension flange 33, and the third cylindrical portion 34. The first flow path R1 has the following configuration: the inner dimensions w1, w2, w3, w4 are gradually shortened stepwise in the order of the peripheral wall 12, the first cylindrical portion 22, the second cylindrical portion 32, and the third cylindrical portion 34.
That is, the first flow path R1 includes, in order from the bottom wall 11 side toward the bottle opening ca side: the first flow path width portion r11 formed by the peripheral wall 12 and having the longest inner dimension w1, the second flow path width portion r12 formed by the first cylindrical portion 22 and having the second longest inner dimension w2, the third flow path width portion r13 formed by the second cylindrical portion 32 and having the third longest inner dimension w3, and the fourth flow path width portion r14 formed by the third cylindrical portion 34 and having the fourth longest inner dimension w 4.
[ paste ]
The paste is mainly used for bonding papers to each other. In this embodiment, a type of paste called "liquid paste" is used, which is capable of properly sealing envelopes, and which is used for work such as paper.
< nozzle body D >
The nozzle body D is a member for appropriately applying the paste stored in the bottle C to a predetermined area of the object to be coated. The tip of the nozzle body D is provided with a substantially rectangular coating portion 6 in plan view.
In the present embodiment, the coating portion 6 has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and therefore, it is easy to suitably apply paste to a rectangular corner portion of paper or the like or a rectangular predetermined area.
The container body a of the present embodiment is set so that the orientation of the outer surface (flat portion 12 h) of the upper portion of the bottle body portion 1 having a substantially rectangular shape coincides with the orientation of the four sides (the front wall p1, the left and right side walls p2, p3, and the side end surfaces 61s of the rear wall p4 constituting the peripheral wall portion 61) of the application portion 6. Therefore, the user can appropriately perform the following operations: the fingertip is held against a flat portion 12h provided at the upper portion of the bottle C, and the upper end surface of the rectangular coating portion 6 is used to coat the corner or the like.
The nozzle body D is configured to be detachable from the bottle C. The nozzle body D is configured to be screwed to the bottle C.
The nozzle body D is configured to be replaceable with respect to another bottle C (bottle C having the same shape and filled with paste in the storage space sp) as a replacement. The nozzle body D of the present embodiment is a member that can be continuously used (that is, a member that can be used for a long period of time) by replacing with another bottle C as a replacement even when the paste filled in the bottle C in use is exhausted due to use, or the like.
The nozzle body D includes: a nozzle outer member 4 having a tubular shape and a base end portion detachable from the bottle C; and a nozzle core member 5, which is attached to the nozzle outer member 4 by providing, at a distal end portion thereof, an application portion 6 located above a distal end surface portion 41 which is an upper end surface of the nozzle outer member 4.
As shown in fig. 26, the nozzle body D is provided with a second flow path R2 for circulating the paste, the inner dimension w6 of which is set to be substantially constant from the first flow path R1 side to the discharge port pt.
The nozzle outer member 4 and the nozzle core member 5 are configured as separate bodies. On the other hand, after the nozzle core member 5 having the sheet S press-bonded to the outer surface thereof is attached to the nozzle outer member 4 in the manufacturing stage, the sheet S, the nozzle core member 5, and the nozzle outer member 4 are integrally processed.
[ nozzle outer Member 4]
The nozzle outer member 4 is a substantially cylindrical member that is opened at the upper and lower sides thereof, respectively. The nozzle outer member 4 is provided with a through hole J along the axis through which the nozzle body connecting portion 3 and the third cylindrical portion 34 constituting the bottle C are disposed and through which the nozzle core member 5 is mounted.
The nozzle outer member 4 includes: a distal end surface portion 41 facing upward; a first tapered outer side surface portion 42 which is provided continuously from the outer side end of the distal end surface portion 41 and is configured to gradually be located at an outer side as going downward; a first cylindrical outer surface portion 43 which is a cylindrical outer surface portion provided continuously from the lower end of the first tapered outer surface portion 42 and set to be substantially the same distance in the up-down direction; a second tapered outer surface portion 44 provided continuously from the lower end of the first cylindrical outer surface portion 43 and configured to gradually be located at an outer position as going downward; and a second cylindrical outer side surface portion 45 provided continuously from the lower end of the second tapered outer side surface portion 44 and set at substantially the same distance in the up-down direction.
The distal end surface portion 41 is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the proximal end portion in the coating portion 6. That is, the coating portion 6 of the nozzle body D is disposed so as to protrude upward from the distal end surface portion 41 of the nozzle outer member 4.
In the present embodiment, the pressure-bonding section 82a protruding from the cylindrical section 82 of the cover member 8 constituting the cover B can be pressure-bonded to the first cylindrical outer surface section 43, which is the cylindrical outer surface section of the nozzle body D.
In other words, when the cap B is attached to the container body a (at the end of the screwing of the cap B into the bottle C), the pressure-bonding section 82a can elastically contact the first cylindrical outer surface section 43 by elastic deformation of the member.
The through hole J of the nozzle outer member 4 includes: an angular hole portion j1 formed in an upper portion in the shape of an angular hole (polygonal hole); and a circular hole j2 formed at a lower portion than the corner hole j1 and having a diameter larger than the corner hole j 1.
Inside the corner hole j1, a portion other than the tip end portion of the nozzle core main body P as a main body is accommodated. The outer side surfaces of the nozzle core main body P (the outer side surfaces of the front wall P1, the left and right side walls P2, P3, and the rear wall P4) are tightly engaged with the inner surface of the corner hole j1 with the sheet S interposed therebetween.
The circular hole j2 is provided with: a base end arrangement portion 4k for accommodating the base end flange portion 52 and the base end cylindrical portion 51 of the nozzle core member 5; a second female screw portion M2 which is a screw-fastening portion positioned below the base end arrangement portion 4k and can be screw-fastened with the second male screw portion N2 provided at the second cylindrical portion 32 of the bottle C; and a nozzle body positioning protrusion F2 located below the second female screw portion M2 and constituting a nozzle body positioning portion F.
[ nozzle core Member 5]
The nozzle core member 5 is held by the nozzle outer member 4. The nozzle core member 5 is mainly composed of a nozzle core main body P from which paste discharged from the bottle opening ca of the bottle C reaches the application portion 6.
The nozzle core member 5 includes: a cylindrical base end cylindrical portion 51; a base flange portion 52 extending inward from the base cylindrical portion 51; and a nozzle core main body portion P provided to stand outward from the extended end of the base end flange portion 52 and having a rectangular discharge port pt formed at the tip end. A coating portion 6 is provided at the tip of the nozzle core main body portion P.
The base end cylindrical portion 51 is disposed at the base end disposition portion 4k of the nozzle outer member 4. A sealing protrusion 51t for suppressing the external outflow of paste, which can be in contact with the upper surface of the third extension flange 33 provided on the bottle C, is formed on the lower end surface of the base end cylindrical portion 51 over the entire circumference.
The base end flange portion 52 extends substantially horizontally inward from the upper end of the base end cylindrical portion 51. The base flange portion 52 and the base cylindrical portion 51 are disposed together in the base end disposition portion 4k of the nozzle outer member 4. The base end flange 52 engages with a peripheral edge 4e of an opening portion on the lower end side of the corner hole j1, which is a boundary portion between the corner hole j1 and the circular hole j2 in the nozzle outer member 4, to position the nozzle core member 5 with respect to the nozzle outer member 4.
The nozzle core main body P has a substantially rectangular tubular shape extending in the up-down direction as a whole. In the nozzle core main body portion P, a back pad portion U constituting the coating portion 6 is disposed at the tip end portion. The details of the coating section 6 will be described later.

As described in detail above, the coating container of the present embodiment includes: a bottle C as a container capable of containing paste as a liquid coating object therein; and an application unit 6 which is provided on the distal end side of the bottle C and can apply paste while discharging the paste to the outside.
The coating section 6 includes a sheet S through which paste can pass, and a back pad portion U that abuts against the back surface side of the sheet S. The back pad portion U includes a peripheral wall portion 61 which is non-annular in plan view, and the sheet S is added to at least an upper end surface of the peripheral wall portion 61 and an outer surface continuous with the upper end surface.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a coating container excellent in the degree of freedom in design that can configure the coating portion 6 having a non-circular shape in a form excellent in strength.
That is, the sheet S is attached to the upper end surface 61t of the peripheral wall portion 61 in the back pad portion U and the outer side surface 61S continuous with the upper end surface 61 t. Therefore, the back pad portion U constituting the coating portion 6 can take a form excellent in rigidity. Since the back pad portion U forms a wall surface that does not narrow from the upper end surface 61t to the outer side surface 61S, the back pad portion U is excellent in rigidity, and since the sheet S is added to the upper end surface 61t and the outer side surface 61S of the back pad portion U, the sheet S can also be suitably used for a long period of time.
The peripheral wall portion 61 is substantially rectangular annular in plan view.

Further, since the reinforcement portion 62 is provided so as to bridge the discharge port pt, the discharge amount of paste discharged from the discharge port pt can be flexibly adjusted by the design of the reinforcement portion 62. Further, since the upper end surface 62t of the reinforcement portion 62 can support the sheet S on the back surface, the sheet S is appropriately supported.
The peripheral wall portion 61 is formed with a corner kd in a plan view. The reinforcement 62 is disposed so as to avoid the corner kd.
Therefore, the reinforcing portion 62 does not close the discharge port pt located in the vicinity of the corner kd of the peripheral wall portion 61, and thus the transfer of paste to the corner kd is properly maintained.
The peripheral wall portion 61 includes: an upper end portion of the front wall p1, upper end portions of the left and right side walls p2, p3, and an upper end portion of the rear wall p4, which are a plurality of peripheral wall constituent portions substantially in a straight line in a plan view.

Therefore, the reinforcement portion 62 can appropriately reinforce the peripheral wall portion 61, and can appropriately support the back surface side of the sheet S.
The vertical dimension q2 of the reinforcement 62 is set to be longer than the thickness dimension q1 of the reinforcement 62 in plan view.
Therefore, the reinforcement portion 62 can appropriately reinforce the peripheral wall portion 61 and hardly impair the circulation of the paste at the discharge port pt.
The container includes a container body A having a bottle C as a container and a nozzle body D which is detachable from the bottle C and has a coating portion 6 provided at a tip thereof.
Therefore, the coating portion 6 is a member provided in the nozzle body D detachable from the bottle C and excellent in usability.
The nozzle body D includes: a nozzle outer member 4 having a tubular shape and having a base end portion detachable from the bottle C; and a nozzle core member 5 having a back pad portion U constituting the coating portion 6 formed at the tip end and attached to the nozzle outer member 4.
Therefore, the nozzle body D is excellent in the degree of freedom of design for providing the coating portion 6 at the tip.
The portion of the nozzle core member 5 including the back pad portion U has a substantially angular tubular shape, that is, a substantially rectangular tubular shape.
Therefore, the nozzle body D can appropriately form the substantially rectangular coating portion 6.
The container includes a container body A having an application portion 6, and a cover B detachable from the container body A.
Therefore, the coating portion 6 is suitably inhibited from drying when not in use by the cover B.
The container body a is a replacement type container body in which another bottle C as a replacement can be attached to the nozzle body D after the bottle C is detached from the nozzle body D.
Accordingly, the nozzle body D can be used continuously and for a long period of time by replacing the bottle C. The coating portion 6 of the present embodiment has a rectangular block shape and is excellent in strength, and thus can be suitably used for replacement.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
The object to be coated by the coating vessel is not limited to the paste described in the above embodiment. Examples of the object to be coated include various substances such as paint, pigment, ink, correction fluid, adhesive, cosmetic fluid, chemical solution, repairing agent, and coating agent.
