Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,特别是指在消化道造瘘的瘘体上设置感应单元,用以能够定时地或者随时地感应消化道或造口状态的发明。
背景技术
病患依据病况(例如吞咽困难)经医师评估可能在消化道设置造口,并直接将瘘管由体外经造口伸入至消化道中形成造瘘,而能够直接由瘘管给药或灌食。
由于造口直接由体表贯穿至消化道中,通常需要以纱布等医疗敷料覆盖并时常更换,避免消化道中的酸性物质或发炎物质渗漏出而侵蚀伤害造口附近的组织或皮肤,除此之外也需要定期回诊由医疗人员确认造瘘的状态。
造瘘状态的自动检测例如有中国专利第CN114080204号“造口术器具的渗漏检测系统”、美国专利第US20220031495“OSTOMY MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD”、美国专利第US20220079803“A SENSOR PATCH FOR AN OSTOMY APPLIANCE”等相关前案。上述前案皆在体表设置侦测器来侦测例如消化液是否渗漏或造口附近温度等造口的状态。
但在体表设置侦测器来侦测消化液的渗漏,通常消化液早已自消化道中渗漏一段时间,无法实时处理消化液渗漏的问题,且前案的侦测装置亦无法侦测造口切面的伤口或消化道内部的状态。
发明内容
有别于上述现有技术,本发明的目的在于提出一种具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造。
本发明提出一种具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,包括有:
一瘘体,包含一第一端与一第二端,该瘘体包含有一外表面、一内表面及贯通该瘘体的一瘘孔。一外固定板,包含有一外接触面,该外固定板设置在靠近该第一端。一内固定件,包含有一内接触面,该内固定件设置于该第二端。至少一感应单元,所述感应单元包含有一感应面,所述感应单元设置于下列四处位置的任一处、任两处、任三处或四处全部:该外表面、该内表面、该外接触面及该内接触面;所述感应面外露于前述外接触面、前述内表面、前述外表面或前述内接触面。一处理单元,信号连接所述感应单元,接收所述感应单元的一感应信息。一供电单元,电性连接所述感应单元及所述处理单元。
进一步,该感应单元环形分布于该外接触面。
进一步,该感应单元环形分布于该内接触面。
进一步,该感应单元环形分布于该外表面。
进一步,该感应单元环形分布于该内表面。
进一步,该感应单元为下列之一:血糖感应器、pH值感应器、张力感应器、血氧感应器、温度感应器、流速感应器。
进一步,包括一超声波单元设置在该瘘体上,该超声波单元电性连接该供电单元并信号连接该处理单元。
进一步,包含有一无线单元,该无线单元信号连接该处理单元,该无线单元电性连接该供电单元,该无线单元及该处理单元均设置于该瘘体,该处理单元接收所述感应单元的一感应信号,并将该感应信号经由该无线单元传出。
进一步,包含有一警示单元,该警示单元信号连接该处理单元,该警示单元电性连接该供电单元。
进一步,该处理单元与该供电单元设置于该瘘体的外部,该供电单元以一导线连接所述感应单元,且该处理单元通过一信号线连接所述感应单元。
进一步,所述感应面齐平于或内陷于前述外接触面、前述内表面、前述外表面或前述内接触面;或者所述感应面可凸出于前述外接触面。
进一步,该感应单元设置在一内凹槽道。更进一步,该内凹槽道的一延伸轴线呈垂直或倾斜于该外接触面、该内表面、该外表面或该内接触面。更进一步,该内凹槽道为环形。
进一步,该感应单元为环形。
根据上述技术特征可达成以下功效:
1.本发明在瘘体的外表面、内表面、外接触面及内接触面皆设置感应单元,可以侦测消化道内部、造口切面的伤口及体表的状态;特别是在消化液或发炎物质自消化道中渗漏时,可以实时侦测并加以处理。
2.可将感应单元设置在瘘体表面的内凹槽道中,对于消化液的些微渗漏未被瘘体表面的感应单元所侦测时,累积在内凹槽道的消化液可以被内凹槽道中的感应单元所侦测,对于消化液渗漏的侦测更加实时及精准。进一步将内凹槽道设置为环形则能够感应来自各方向的泄漏。
3.感应单元可分别使用例如血糖感应器、pH值感应器、张力感应器、血氧感应器、温度感应器、流速感应器等不同感应器,以感应造口的各种状态。
4.利用附加超声波单元可以侦测造瘘手术后的缝合状态、造口是否化脓、消化道内是否残留血块等问题。
5.将该感应单元设置为环形,可以感应消化道造口的各方向的状态。

综合上述技术特征,本发明具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造的主要功效将可于下述实施例清楚呈现。
本发明第一实施例参阅图1至图3所示,本实施例的消化道造瘘构造包括:
一瘘体1,包含一第一端11与一第二端12,该瘘体1包含有一外表面13、一内表面14及贯通该瘘体1的一瘘孔15;一外固定板2,包含有一外接触面21,该外固定板2设置在靠近该第一端11;一内固定件3,包含有一内接触面31,该内固定件3设置于该第二端12。
有至少一感应单元4设置于下列四处位置的任一处、任两处、任三处或四处全部:该外表面13、该内表面14、该外接触面21及该内接触面31。本实施例则在上述四处皆设置有复数感应单元4,且所述感应单元4环形分布于该外表面13、该内表面14、该外接触面21及该内接触面31。所述感应单元4包含有一感应面41,所述感应面41外露于该外表面13、该内表面14、该外接触面21及该内接触面31,本实施例具体是,所述感应面41齐平于该内表面14、该外接触面21及该内接触面31,而位于该外表面13的感应单元4则有部分齐平于该外表面13,另部分则内陷于该外表面13,例如在该外表面13有环布的内凹槽道131,并将上述感应单元4设置在内凹槽道131,而所述内凹槽道131的一延伸轴线可呈垂直或倾斜于该外表面13。
配合参阅图4所示,在该瘘体1中并设置一处理单元5、一警示单元6、一无线单元7及一供电单元8。所述处理单元5信号连接所述感应单元4,所述警示单元6及无线单元7分别信号连接所述处理单元5,而所述供电单元8则电性连接所述感应单元4、处理单元5、警示单元6及无线单元7。
参阅图5所示,将本实施例的造瘘构造设置在例如胃造口A,所述内固定件3位于胃部内并使所述内接触面31顶抵胃壁B,所述瘘体1位于胃造口A中并使外表面13撑抵在胃造口A切面上,所述外固定板2则位于体表并使外接触面21顶抵体表皮肤C。
上述感应单元4可持续感应胃造口A的状态,并将感应信号传递至该处理单元5,当该感应信号异常时,该处理单元5控制该警示单元6发出警示,提醒人员进行处理,该处理单元5并可将该感应信号经由该无线单元7传出,而能够使用于远程照护。图5所示的感应单元4、处理单元5、警示单元6与无线单元7为彼此分离的个体,但将本发明的感应单元4、处理单元5、警示单元6与无线单元7的任两个、任三个或全部整合为一个复合功能的单元,也属本发明可行的实施例。
上述感应单元4于本实施例使用血糖感应器、pH值感应器、张力感应器、血氧感应器、温度感应器及流速感应器。所述血糖感应器及血氧感应器例如设置在瘘体1的外表面13而可由胃造口A切面伤口的血液侦测血糖值及血氧值;所述PH值感应器例如分别设置在瘘体1的外表面13及内表面14、外固定板2的外接触面21、以及内固定件3的内接触面31,而能够侦测消化液是否渗漏以及渗漏的状况,其中,所述PH值感应器可设置在外表面13的内凹槽道131中,当消化液持续少量的渗漏,而其它位置(与该外表面13、该内表面14、该外接触面21及该内接触面31齐平)的PH值感应器因消化液快速通过而没有感应到渗漏时,累积在内凹槽道131的消化液可以被内凹槽道131中的PH值感应器所侦测,以此能达到实时侦测泄漏的目的;所述张力感应器可以设置在该瘘体1的外表面13、该外固定板2的外接触面21及该内固定件3的内接触面31对称的位置,以此可以根据压力的平衡判断造瘘构造是否正确装设;所述温度感应器可设置在该瘘体1的外表面13及内表面14、该外固定板2的外接触面21及该内固定件3的内接触面31的任意位置,感应胃造口A周缘体温是否正常;所述流速感应器可设置在该瘘体1的外表面13及内表面14、该外固定板2的外接触面21及该内固定件3的内接触面31,能够感应消化液渗漏的速度,设置在该内表面14的流速感应器还可感应灌食速度。
本发明第二实施例请配合参阅图4及图6所示,与第一实施例不同的是,将该处理单元5、该警示单元6、该无线单元7及该供电单元8设置在瘘体1的外部,该供电单元8并以一导线9连接所述感应单元4,该处理单元5通过一信号线9A连接所述感应单元4。
本发明第三实施例请参阅图7及图8所示,与第一实施例不同的是,更包括一超声波单元10设置在该瘘体1上,该超声波单元10电性连接该供电单元8并信号连接该处理单元5。通过该超声波单元10可以侦测造瘘手术的缝合状态,以及后续伤口是否有化脓、造口处是否残留血块等问题。
本发明第四实施例请参阅图9所示,与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例设置在外固定板2的外接触面21的感应单元4,其感应面41凸出于前述外接触面21。由于外接触面21撑抵在体表皮肤C,因此凸出的感应面41不会造成不适,仍能精准检测消化液是否渗漏至体表。
本发明第五实施例请参阅图10至图12所示,与第一实施例不同的是,如图10及图11,该瘘体1的外表面13设置环形内凹槽道132,上述感应单元4设置在环形内凹槽道132中,以此当消化液自瘘体1的外表面13泄漏时,泄漏的消化液会累积在环形内凹槽道132,因而只需要单一的感应单元4也能够感应自外表面13各方向的泄漏;再如图10及图12,例如于瘘体1的外表面13设置环形感应单元4A,因而通过该环形感应单元4A能够感应胃造口A各方向的状态。
综合上述实施例的说明,当可充分了解本发明的操作、使用及本发明产生的功效,以上所述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明权利要求书及发明说明内容所作简单的等效变化与修饰,皆属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (15)
1.一种具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,包括有:
一瘘体,包含一第一端与一第二端,该瘘体包含有一外表面、一内表面及贯通该瘘体的一瘘孔;
一外固定板,包含有一外接触面,该外固定板设置在靠近该第一端;
一内固定件,包含有一内接触面,该内固定件设置于该第二端;
至少一感应单元,所述感应单元包含有一感应面,所述感应单元设置于下列四处位置的任一处、任两处、任三处或四处全部:该外表面、该内表面、该外接触面及该内接触面;所述感应面外露于前述外接触面、前述内表面、前述外表面或前述内接触面;
一处理单元,信号连接所述感应单元,接收所述感应单元的一感应信息;
一供电单元,电性连接所述感应单元及所述处理单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元环形分布于该外接触面。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元环形分布于该内接触面。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元环形分布于该外表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元环形分布于该内表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元为下列之一:血糖感应器、pH值感应器、张力感应器、血氧感应器、温度感应器、流速感应器。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,进一步包括一超声波单元设置在该瘘体上,该超声波单元电性连接该供电单元并信号连接该处理单元。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,进一步包含有一无线单元,该无线单元信号连接该处理单元,该无线单元电性连接该供电单元,该无线单元及该处理单元均设置于该瘘体,该处理单元接收所述感应单元的一感应信号,并将该感应信号经由该无线单元传出。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,进一步包含有一警示单元,该警示单元信号连接该处理单元,该警示单元电性连接该供电单元。
10.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该处理单元与该供电单元设置于该瘘体的外部,该供电单元以一导线连接所述感应单元,且该处理单元通过一信号线连接所述感应单元。
11.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,所述感应面齐平于或内陷于所述外接触面、所述内表面、所述外表面或所述内接触面;或者所述感应面凸出于所述外接触面。
12.如权利要求11所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元设置在一内凹槽道。
13.如权利要求12所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该内凹槽道的一延伸轴线呈垂直或倾斜于该外接触面、该内表面、该外表面或该内接触面。
14.如权利要求12所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该内凹槽道为环形。
15.如权利要求1所述的具有感应单元的消化道造瘘构造,其特征在于,该感应单元为环形。
