The touch module 30 is fixed to the forward fixing bending portion 82 so as to be located at the front side of the enclosure frame 8. The display module 20 is fixed to the rear fixing bent portion 81 so as to be located at the rear side of the peripheral frame 8.
The rearward and forward fixing bent portions 81 and 82 are bonded together to constitute a unitary structure. The outer peripheral fold of the forward fixing fold 82 is located outside the outer Zhou Shebian of the rearward fixing fold 81 such that the rearward fixing fold 81 is smaller in size than the forward fixing fold 82. The backward fixing bent portion 81 is provided closer to the rear than the forward fixing bent portion 82 in the front-rear direction.

The light-transmitting plate is arranged in front of the display area of the display module and is positioned between the display module and the touch module to protect the display module. The area of the light-transmitting plate is larger than or equal to the display area of the display module so as to avoid shielding the display area of the display module.
Optionally, the light-transmitting plate 83 is adhered to the front fixing bending part 82, specifically, the front fixing bending part 82 is arranged around the light-transmitting plate 83, the light-transmitting plate 83 is preferably a glass plate, and the area of the light-transmitting plate is larger than the area of the display module, so that the functions of preventing water and dust and preventing the scratch of the display panel 7 are achieved.
The touch module 30 is disposed at the front side of the forward fixing bending portion 82, and the touch module 30 includes an outer frame 9 and an infrared light bar. The infrared light bars are disposed outside the display area of the display module 20. The outer frame 9 is made of an infrared ray transmissive material. The outer frame 9 is connected in the forward fixing bending part 82, and the outer frame 9 is formed by surrounding the edge of the forward fixing bending part 82.
The outer connecting hooks 91 are arranged at intervals on the outer side edge close to the outer frame 9, the buckles 821 corresponding to the outer connecting hooks 91 are arranged at intervals on the outer periphery folded edge of the forward fixing and bending part 82, the outer connecting hooks 91 comprise connecting parts 911 and clamping hook parts 912, the connecting parts 911 are connected to two sides of the clamping hook parts 912, one ends of the connecting parts 911 are connected with the clamping hook parts 912, the other ends of the connecting parts 911 are connected to the outer frame 9, and limiting holes 913 are formed among the connecting parts 911, the clamping hook parts 912 and the outer frame 9.
The hook portion 912 includes an outer hook portion 9121 and an inner hook portion 9122, that is, the hook portion 912 protrudes toward the outside of the outer frame 9 with respect to the connection portion 911 to form the outer hook portion 9121, and the hook portion 912 protrudes toward the inside of the outer frame 9 with respect to the connection portion 911 to form the inner hook portion 9122.
The buckle 821 includes a second through portion 8211 and a second limiting portion 8212, the second through portion 8211 is a through hole, the second limiting portion 8212 is connected to the second through portion 8211, and the second limiting portion 8212 is recessed toward the inner side of the fixed bending portion 82 relative to the second through portion 8211. When the buckle 821 on the forward fixing bending part 82 is clamped with the outer connecting hook 91, the outer clamping hook portion 9121 of the outer connecting hook 91 is clamped into the second penetrating portion 8211, and the first limiting portion 8152 is clamped into the limiting hole 913, so that the connection between the outer frame 9 and the forward fixing bending part 82 is tighter, the outer connecting hook 91 is prevented from being separated from the buckle 821, and the tight connection between the forward fixing bending part 82 and the outer frame 9 is ensured.
Referring specifically to fig. 26 to 30, in order to further fixedly connect the outer frame 9 to the forward fixing bent portion 82, first through holes 93 are provided near four corners of the outer frame 9 in the front-rear direction, second through holes 822 corresponding to the first through holes 93 are provided on the inner peripheral edge of the forward fixing bent portion 82, and the outer frame 9 and the forward fixing bent portion 82 are further fastened and connected by fastening members penetrating the first through holes 93 and the second through holes 822.
Referring to fig. 31 to 36 in detail, an accommodating space surrounding the forward fixing bent portion 82 is formed between the outer frame 9 and the forward fixing bent portion 82, and the infrared light bars are enclosed in the accommodating space. The infrared light bar includes a light panel 16, a plurality of infrared signal transmitters 14, and a plurality of infrared signal receivers 15.
Specifically, an inner connecting hook 92 protruding towards the outer side of the outer frame 9 is arranged at intervals on the inner side edge close to the outer frame 9, and the lamp panel 16 is fixedly clamped on the outer frame 9 through an outer connecting part 911 on the inner connecting hook 92 and the outer connecting hook 91, so that the assembly is simple and convenient, and the infrared lamp strip is prevented from falling off on the outer frame 9 to be damaged.
A plurality of infrared signal transmitters 14 and a plurality of infrared signal receivers 15 are connected to the lamp panel 16. The infrared signal receiver 15 is configured to receive the infrared signal emitted by the infrared signal emitter 14, and the infrared signal can be emitted through the outer frame 9. It is noted that one infrared signal receiver 15 may correspond to one or more infrared signal transmitters 14. Wherein the infrared signal may be in the form of infrared radiation as well as other forms.
When a user touches the light-transmitting plate 83 with a hand, the infrared signal emitted by one of the infrared signal emitters 14 is blocked, and when the corresponding infrared signal receiver 15 does not receive the corresponding infrared signal, the touch display module can determine the specific position of the area touched by the hand of the user. And acquiring and triggering the function of information interaction currently to be realized by the user according to the module information displayed by the display panel 7 corresponding to the position. So that the information interaction is realized without direct touching of the user with the display panel 7, thereby protecting the display panel 7 and also playing the roles of dust prevention and scratch prevention of the display panel 7.
Referring to fig. 36, the display module 20 includes a back plate 2, a reflective plate 3, a light guide plate 4, a membrane 5, a frame 6, and a display panel 7.
The backplate 2 is assembled in casing 1, and the one side of keeping away from casing 1 of backplate 2 is provided with reflector plate 3 to with the light irradiation of shooting backplate 2 on reflector plate 3, reflector plate 3 is used for going out the direction reflection of keeping away from backplate 2 with the light, and wherein the direction of keeping away from backplate 2 is the front side direction promptly, in order to improve touch display module assembly's display brightness and display effect. In order to better fix the reflecting plate 3, the reflecting plate 3 is glued to the back plate 2 in this embodiment.
The front side of the reflecting plate 3 is provided with a light guide plate 4, the light guide plate 4 is provided with printing dots, and the printing dots are a plurality of protruding points which are arranged horizontally and vertically. The light reflected by the reflecting plate 3 is reflected to the light guide plate 4, and the light is reflected to a plurality of directions through the printing screen points of the light guide plate 4, so that the total reflection of the light between the light guide plate 4 and the reflecting plate 3 is prevented, and the condition that the display effect is bright and dark and uneven due to uneven reflection of the light in each area caused by the total reflection of the light is avoided.
The front side of the light guide plate 4 is provided with a plurality of layers of films 5, and the films 5 have the effect of homogenizing light so as to uniformly distribute light and avoid generating an excessively bright area and an excessively dark area.
Referring to fig. 37, in this embodiment, the right side 25 and the upper side 27 of the back plate 2 are both provided with flanges 23, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength of the back plate 2, and the flanges 23 can also be used to prevent the inner structure of the back plate 2 and prevent the elastic body 13 from falling out of the back plate 2.
Referring specifically to fig. 38-41, in this embodiment, a plurality of raised portions that rise outward of the back plate 2 are provided on four-sided flanges 23 that connect to the left side 24, right side 25, lower side 26, and upper side 27 of the back plate 2, and the raised portions include a first raised portion 28 and a second raised portion 29. On the same flange 23 of the back plate 2, a first ridge 28 and a second ridge 29 are arranged alternately. The second ridge portion 29 is provided closer to the front side than the first ridge portion 28 in the front-rear direction.
The rubber frame 6 is arranged around the edge of the backboard 2. The glue frame 6 is provided with a first clamping hole 61 matched with the first bulge 28 of the backboard 2 and a second clamping hole 62 corresponding to the second bulge 29. The adhesive frame 6 is buckled on the backboard 2 from front to back, the first clamping holes 61 on the adhesive frame 6 are buckled with the first raised parts 28 on the four sides of the backboard 2, and the first raised parts 28 are buckled in the first clamping holes 61 to prevent the adhesive frame 6 from separating from the backboard 2, and simultaneously prevent the reflecting plate 3, the light guide plate 4 and the multilayer film 5 in the backboard 2 from falling out of the backboard 2.
The second engaging hole 62 is an open engaging hole, and when the second bump 29 is assembled into the second engaging hole 62, the second engaging hole 62 does not restrict the second bump 29, and the second engaging hole 62 is only an open engaging hole provided so as to avoid the second bump 29.
The display panel 7 sets up in the front side of gluing frame 6, and the leading flank of gluing frame 6 is provided with the holding tank that holds display panel 7, and display panel 7 assembles in the holding tank, and display panel 7 is used for showing formation of image. The circuit board 71 is connected to the flexible circuit sheet 72, and the circuit board 71 is connected to the left end of the display panel 7 through the flexible circuit sheet 72. When the display panel 7 is assembled, the flexible circuit sheet 72 is bent to the rear side surface of the display panel 7, so that the circuit board 71 is arranged on the rear side surface of the display panel 7, space occupation can be reduced, the thickness of the touch display module is reduced, and compactness among structural components is improved.
Referring specifically to fig. 24 and fig. 42-46, the rear fixing bending portion 81 is sleeved on the periphery of the glue frame 6, the glue frame is located between the back plate and the rear fixing bending portion, and a third clamping hole 815 adapted to the second raised portion 29 on the four-sided flange 23 of the back plate 2 is provided on the peripheral flange of the rear fixing bending portion 81. The enclosing frame 8 is buckled on the peripheries of the backboard 2 and the rubber frame 6 from front to back, specifically, because the second clamping holes 62 are open clamping holes formed by avoiding the second bulge parts 29, the third clamping holes 815 on the backward fixing bending parts 81 are buckled with the second bulge parts 29 on the four-side flanging 23 of the backboard 2, and the second bulge parts 29 are buckled in the third clamping holes 815 so as to fixedly connect the enclosing frame 8 and the backboard 2, and the rubber frame 6 is arranged between the backboard 2 and the enclosing frame 8.
The glue frame of the display module is positioned between the back plate and the backward fixed bending part, and the back plate is fixed with the backward fixed bending part through the glue frame; the backboard is used for fixing the display module, and can be fixed with the surrounding frame, so that various fixing functions are realized on one structural member, and the fixing mode is improved and simplified.
The third clamping hole 815 is composed of a first through portion 8151 and a first limiting portion 8152, the first through portion 8151 is a through hole on the backward fixing bending portion 81, the first limiting portion 8152 is connected with the first through portion 8151, and the first limiting portion 8152 is concavely arranged relative to the first through portion 8151 backward fixing bending portion 81. When the third clamping hole 815 on the backward fixing bending part 81 is clamped with the second bulge part 29, the second bulge part 29 is clamped into the first through part 8151, and the first limiting part 8152 is clamped at the rear side of the second bulge part 29, so that the third clamping hole 815 is prevented from separating from the second bulge part 29, and the tight connection between the backward fixing bending part 81 and the backboard 2 is ensured.
The backward fixing bending part 81 is formed by encircling a lower side frame 811, an upper side frame 812, a left side frame 813 and a right side frame 814, wherein a first fixing hole 816 is formed in the peripheral folded edge of the lower side frame 811 and the peripheral folded edge of the upper side frame 812, a first thread part 231 is arranged at the position corresponding to the first fixing hole 816 on the folded edge 23 connected with the lower side 26 of the backboard 2 and the folded edge 23 connected with the upper side 27, an internal thread is arranged in the first thread part 231, an avoidance hole 63 is arranged at the position corresponding to the first fixing hole 816 on the rubber frame 6, and a second fixing hole 1019 corresponding to the first fixing hole 816 is formed in the lower side and the upper side of the shell 1. The second fixing hole 1019, the avoidance hole 63 and the first fixing hole 816 are sequentially penetrated through by the threaded fastener to be connected with the first threaded portion 231, so that the display module 20 is fixedly connected with the shell 1, and meanwhile, the clamping plate 107 and the clamping fixing part 108 are clamped on the peripheral folded edge of the backward fixing bent portion 81, so that the touch display module is assembled on the shell 1, the disassembly and assembly are simple, and the installation and maintenance efficiency is improved.

the back fixing and bending part is positioned at the outer side of the backboard, a third clamping hole is formed in the back fixing and bending part, and the second bulge part is buckled in the third clamping hole so as to fix the display module and the surrounding frame.

The express mail box of claim 4 wherein the forward fixing bending portion is adhered to the backward fixing bending portion, the forward fixing bending portion is of a hollow structure, the light-transmitting plate is embedded in the hollow position, the light-transmitting plate is adhered to the backward fixing bending portion, and an area of the light-transmitting plate is greater than or equal to an area of a display area of the display module.

The express mail box of claim 4, wherein the touch module comprises an outer frame and an infrared light bar, the infrared light bar is arranged at the outer side of the display area of the display module, an outer connecting hook is arranged on the outer side edge of the outer frame, an inner connecting hook is arranged on the inner side edge of the outer frame, and the infrared light bar is clamped on the outer frame through the outer connecting hook and the inner connecting hook;
the outer periphery of the forward fixing bending part is provided with a buckle corresponding to the outer connecting hook, and the outer connecting hook is buckled in the buckle so as to fix the outer frame and the surrounding frame.
