Detailed Description
The present application will be further described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In addition, various components on the drawings are enlarged or reduced for ease of understanding, but this is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
The singular forms also include the plural and vice versa.
The terminology used in this description is for the purpose of describing the embodiments of the present application and is not intended to be limiting of the present application. It should also be noted that unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "disposed," "connected," and "connected" should be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; the two components can be connected mechanically, directly or indirectly through an intermediate medium, and can be communicated internally. The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be specifically understood by those skilled in the art.
A card-inserted public telephone system and a similar communication system which are installed and operated in specific places such as a school campus or a nursing home in middle and primary schools generally have special requirements on safety, for example, the telephone dialed by a pupil on a public telephone in the campus is limited to the telephone number of a parent or guardian of the pupil so as to avoid the communication with irrelevant personnel; for another example, the old people in the middle of life usually have reduced discrimination and memory, if the telephone can selectively dial the authenticated family number, the telephone can avoid answering the external fraud call, avoid property loss, and can more directly and effectively communicate with families.
The limitation of the dialing behavior of the specific crowd can be realized by various technical schemes, for example, a public telephone set in a campus or a nursing home can be only in communication connection with a specific data platform, the telephone numbers of authenticated or licensed contacts are prestored in the data platform, when a pupil or an elderly person dials through the public telephone, the dialed telephone numbers are firstly sent to the data platform and are searched, and only the telephone numbers matched through the search can be actually dialed through the data platform, so that the problem of dialing the telephone numbers which are not authenticated is solved.
However, the above communication method still has a problem in practical use, for example, if the telephone number dialed by one user is not the telephone number of the contact person, but the telephone number also belongs to the telephone number pre-stored in the data platform (i.e. the telephone number is the telephone number of the contact person of another user), the telephone number still is allowed to be dialed, which means that one user can dial through the contact person of another user, so that the communication with unrelated personnel cannot be avoided.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a communication system with dial-up restriction, which is used in some embodiments of the present application, and is applicable to the aforementioned campuses or nursing homes, etc., and solves the problem of incorrectly dialing up the telephone numbers of unrelated persons stored on the data platform.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication system includes a communication terminal for dialing, a data platform in communication connection with the communication terminal, and a plurality of SIM cards capable of dialing through the communication terminal. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the architecture of a communication terminal, which may be a telephone with a card slot in some embodiments, and includes an ARM control module, a communication module, and modules such as an antenna, a speaker, a handle, a liquid crystal panel, and keys.
As shown in fig. 1, the database of the data platform has a number pool, in which a plurality of number groups are pre-stored, each number group is associated with a user (the user may be a student or an old person who needs to dial a phone), and at least one phone number and identity information of a phone number owner (the identity information may be a name of the phone number owner or a relationship between the phone number owner and the user associated with the number group) are pre-stored in each number group, for example, when the communication system shown in fig. 1 is a campus public phone system, in the number groups associated with each student user, stored may be the phone number of each lifetime of each student user and the identity information such as name thereof.
If a unique identification ID of a SIM card (e.g., the ICCID of the SIM card) has been bound to a user, the user may dial the telephone number in its associated set of numbers, e.g., ICCID1 of SIM card 1 in fig. 1 has been bound to user 1, user 1 may dial the respective telephone number pre-stored in its associated set of numbers via SIM card 1.
Specifically, when the SIM card 1 is inserted into the communication terminal, the communication terminal reads ICCID1 on the SIM card 1 and sends the ICCID1 to the data platform, and the data platform sends each telephone number in the number group associated with the user 1 and the identity thereof to the communication terminal after detecting that the ICCID1 is bound with the user 1, and the user 1 selects the telephone number to be dialed on the liquid crystal panel of the communication terminal to dial.
Obviously, when one SIM card is in an unbound state (e.g. SIM card 2 in fig. 1), even if it is plugged into a communication terminal, dialing will be restricted because its ICCID is not bound to any subscriber information.
The binding work of the SIM card needs to be manually carried out by a background service personnel of the data platform, time and labor are wasted, the binding work needs to be carried out again when the SIM card of a user is lost and needs to be repaired, and at the moment, the operations such as identity check and the like need to be carried out by the background personnel of the user, so that the process is tedious and the efficiency is low.
For this reason, the present application provides a number allocation binding method according to some preferred embodiments, where the method may be applied to a data platform in a communication system shown in fig. 1, so as to implement automatic binding of a SIM card in an unbound state. As shown in fig. 3, the allocation binding method of the number includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring a first telephone number dialed by a communication terminal through a SIM card inserted with unbound data information;
s2, checking whether the first telephone number is an existing number in a number pool, if so, sending user information associated with each number group to which the first telephone number belongs as identity confirmation request information to a communication terminal;
s3, acquiring a confirmation result of the identity confirmation request information sent by the communication terminal, and binding the confirmation result with the ID of the SIM card unbound with the data information if the confirmation result belongs to any one of the user information associated with each number group to which the first telephone number belongs.
As described above, when a SIM card is inserted into the communication terminal, its ID will be sent to the data platform and the data platform will determine whether the ID is bound to the user information, and if the ID is not bound to any user information, the data platform will communicate with the communication terminal to allow the SIM card unbound to the data information to dial the first phone number and receive the first phone number dialed by it (i.e. execute step S1).
After receiving the first telephone number, the data platform searches in the number pool through step S2, and if the first telephone number is searched to belong to a certain number group in the number pool, the user information associated with the number group is sent to the communication terminal as identity confirmation request information.
It is obvious that the first phone number received by the data platform may belong to a plurality of number groups, for example, in the communication system shown in fig. 1, the number group associated with the user 1 includes the phone number 3 and the identity information "grandparent" of the owner of the number, and the phone number 3 also belongs to the number group associated with the user 2, in this number group, the identity of the owner of the number is "grandparent", which means that when the first phone number dialed by a certain user is the phone number 3, it may be a grandchild of the owner of the number 3, or other users conforming to the relatives, so the user information sent to the communication terminal in step S2 may be 1 or more.
Alternatively, the user information may be the name of the user, or other information for identity confirmation, such as a student card number, an identity card number, or a combination of the foregoing, so as to ensure the uniqueness of identity confirmation.
After the identity confirmation request information is sent to the communication terminal, the information can be displayed on a liquid crystal panel of the communication terminal and interacted, for example, an interactive UI interface is displayed on the liquid crystal panel of the communication terminal, optional user names and/or student card numbers and/or identity card numbers are displayed on the UI interface for selection and confirmation by the user, if the user selects any one from the identity confirmation request information and confirms, it means that the user has confirmed the name and/or student card number and/or identity card number, in step S3, the confirmation information is sent to the data platform, and the ID of the SIM card used by the user is bound with the identity information in the data platform. Obviously, the binding step can be implemented by a user on the communication terminal by dialing the first telephone number by using the SIM card without binding data information, the user does not need to contact with a background customer service personnel to confirm the identity, and the background customer service personnel manually adds a series of operations, so that the binding efficiency is greatly improved, and the binding method is particularly suitable for scenes such as the establishment time of a lot of SIM cards after a new report is made and issued and later than a family number group on a data platform, and rebinding after the user complements the SIM card.
In some preferred embodiments, step S3 is followed by the further step of:
and S4, transmitting data information of the number group associated with the ID of the bound SIM card and an instruction allowing the calling out to the communication terminal, wherein the data information comprises each pre-stored second telephone number in the number group. Obviously, after binding is completed, the data platform establishes a one-to-one correspondence relationship of 'ID < - > of the SIM card, identity information such as the user name, etc., of the number group associated with the user', and at this time, the phone number (second phone number) in the number group bound with the ID of the SIM card can be sent to the communication terminal and displayed on the UI interface of the liquid crystal panel, and the user selects the second phone number to be dialed.
In some preferred embodiments, for convenience of user selection, the data information sent to the communication terminal in step S4 and displayed on the UI interface further includes identity information corresponding to each of the second phone numbers.
In some preferred embodiments, in the process of executing step S2, the search result in the number pool is an existing number in the first phone number non-number pool, and the data platform sends an instruction for prohibiting outgoing call to the communication terminal, where information such as no search, redialing, or hanging up may be displayed on the UI interface of the communication terminal.
In some preferred embodiments, in the process of executing step S3, if the user does not find his own name in the identity confirmation request information displayed through the UI interface, the option of "not found", "cancel" or the like may be selected on the UI interface, where the communication terminal returns a confirmation result (obviously, the confirmation result does not belong to any one of the user information associated with the respective number groups to which the first phone number belongs) such as boolean operation "no", NULL "or other similar to the data platform, and after receiving the confirmation result, the data platform sends a redial instruction to the communication terminal, where the information such as redial or the like may be displayed on the UI interface of the communication terminal for the user to perform the binding operation again.
In some preferred embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of: and removing the binding relation of the bound SIM card.
Specifically, when the user SIM card is lost, the binding relation between the ID number of the user SIM card and the number group associated with the user information is cleared, so that the user can conveniently reassign the binding number group after card supplementing.
Some embodiments of the present application further provide a number allocation binding method applied to a communication terminal, where the communication terminal is in communication connection with a data platform, and the number allocation binding method applied to the communication terminal includes the following steps:
h1, dialing a first telephone number to a data platform through the inserted SIM card unbound with data information;
the method comprises the steps of H2, acquiring and displaying identity confirmation request information sent by a data platform, wherein the identity confirmation request information is user information associated with each number group to which a first telephone number belongs when the first telephone number is an existing number in a number pool;
and H3, acquiring a confirmation result of the user on the identity confirmation request information, and sending the confirmation result to a data platform.
Specifically, the SIM card to which the data information is not bound is a SIM card whose ID is not bound to any user information.
In some preferred embodiments, step H3 is followed by the further step of:
and H4, receiving and displaying the data information of one number group sent by the data platform, and allowing any one second telephone number in the number group to be expired after receiving the permission to be expired command sent by the data platform.
In this embodiment, when the number in the first phone number non-number pool is an existing number, an instruction of prohibiting outgoing call sent by the data platform is received and displayed, and the call is hung up.
In some preferred embodiments, if the confirmation result does not belong to the user information associated with each number group to which the first phone number belongs, a redialing instruction sent by the data platform is received and displayed, and the redialing is waited for.
Some embodiments of the present application further provide a number allocation binding system, which includes a data platform, a SIM card, and a communication terminal. The number pool of the data platform is pre-stored with a plurality of telephone number groups associated with a plurality of users, when the SIM card inserted into the communication terminal is already bound with any user, the telephone number in the telephone number group associated with the user can be dialed, and when the SIM card inserted into the communication terminal is not bound with any user, the data platform is used for executing the number allocation binding method.
In some preferred embodiments, the communication terminal is used in the above number allocation binding method applied to the communication terminal.
In some embodiments of the present application, a communication method is further provided for performing communication on the number allocation binding system, and fig. 4 shows a flow of implementing the communication method on a specific campus public telephone system, as shown in fig. 4, where the communication method includes the following steps:
(1) Storing a plurality of groups of number groups in a data platform to establish a number pool, wherein each group of number groups comprises at least one second telephone number and identity information corresponding to each second telephone number, and each number group is associated with one piece of user information;
(2) The user inserts the telephone card containing the SIM card into the communication terminal;
(3) The communication terminal sends the read ID of the SIM card to a data platform, and the data platform detects whether the ID is allocated with binding user information or not;
(4) If the ID of the SIM card is detected to be unassigned with binding user information, the communication terminal displays 'please dial off hook', the user inputs a first telephone number after off hook and dials out, and the communication terminal sends the first telephone number to a data platform;
(5) The data platform checks whether the acquired first telephone number is an existing number in the number pool, when the data platform checks that the first telephone number is the existing number in the number pool, the data platform sends user information related to a number group where the existing number is located to the communication terminal, the UI interface of the communication terminal displays that 'you are XXX users are 1 or 2' is 2, if the user presses 1 key, the data platform distributes the number group information related to the user information to the ID number binding of the SIM card, if the user presses 2 keys, the data platform sends a command of calling again to the communication terminal, and if the user dials again, the data platform performs checking again;
in some preferred embodiments, when the checked existing number belongs to a plurality of number groups (for example, telephone number 3 in fig. 1), the user information associated with the plurality of number groups is sent to the communication terminal to perform selection confirmation, where the selection confirmation confirms that the user selects one of the plurality of user information in the communication terminal.
(6) When the ID of the SIM card is bound with the user information, the data platform sends a number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number to the communication terminal, a second telephone number in the number group and corresponding identity information are displayed on a UI interface of the communication terminal, and simultaneously the data platform sends an instruction for allowing calling to the communication terminal, wherein the instruction for allowing calling to be any second telephone number in the number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number of the SIM card can be dialed after the user selects the corresponding identity information and the second telephone number;
(7) When the data platform verifies the existing number in the first telephone number non-number pool, the data platform sends an instruction for prohibiting outgoing call to the communication terminal;
(8) And for the bound SIM card, the communication terminal reads the SIM card information after the user inserts the SIM card, the communication terminal sends the read ID of the bound SIM card to the data platform, the data platform sends a number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number to the communication terminal, the UI interface of the communication terminal displays a second telephone number and corresponding identity information in the number group, and simultaneously, the data platform sends an instruction for allowing to call to the communication terminal, wherein the instruction for allowing to call is any second telephone number in the number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number of the SIM card, and the user can dial after selecting the corresponding identity information and the second telephone number.
In some preferred embodiments, the communication method further provides for confirmation of the plurality of second telephone numbers bound to the user at the communication terminal, and in still other preferred embodiments, the communication method further provides for cancellation of the confirmation of the plurality of second telephone numbers bound to the user at the communication terminal.
Specifically, in step (5), after the user presses the 1 key to confirm the user information, the data platform issues a plurality of second phone numbers and corresponding identity information in the number group associated with the user to the phone, and the user completes the confirmation operation (and cancels the confirmation operation) through the UI interface: if the second telephone number and the corresponding identity information are correct, the user can carry out confirmation operation on the UI interface, the communication terminal sends the confirmation result to the data platform, and the next second telephone number is displayed on the UI interface for the user to operate; if the user does not correctly, the user can perform cancel confirmation operation through the UI interface, the operation is sent to the data platform through the communication terminal, the data platform performs modification marking on the stored record corresponding to the second telephone number to be modified in the number pool, and then the record to be modified can be further confirmed and corrected through a notification mode of client communication, and the steps are repeated until all the second numbers associated with the user complete confirmation operation.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present application, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.

and S4, transmitting data information of the number group associated with the ID of the bound SIM card and an instruction allowing the calling out to the communication terminal, wherein the data information comprises each pre-stored second telephone number in the number group.
4. The number allocation binding method according to claim 1, wherein:
the existing numbers are pre-stored in at least one number group of the number pool, and each number group is associated with user information.
5. A number allocation binding method according to claim 3, wherein:
the data information also comprises identity information corresponding to each second telephone number.
6. The number allocation binding method according to claim 1, wherein:
in step S2, if the first phone number is not an existing number in the number pool, an instruction for prohibiting outgoing call is sent to the communication terminal.
7. The number allocation binding method according to claim 1, wherein:
in step S3, if the confirmation result does not belong to any one of the user information associated with each number group to which the first phone number belongs, a redial instruction is sent to the communication terminal.
8. The method for assigning binding numbers according to claim 1, wherein,
the method also comprises the following steps: and removing the binding relation of the bound SIM card.
9. The number distribution binding system comprises a data platform, a SIM card and a communication terminal, and is characterized in that:
the data platform is used for executing the number allocation binding method as claimed in claim 1.
10. A method of communicating on the number assignment binding system of claim 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) Storing a plurality of groups of number groups in a data platform to establish a number pool, wherein each group of number groups comprises at least one second telephone number and identity information corresponding to each second telephone number, and each number group is associated with one piece of user information;
(2) The user inserts the telephone card containing the SIM card into the communication terminal;
(3) The communication terminal sends the read ID of the SIM card to a data platform, and the data platform detects whether the ID is allocated with binding user information or not;
(4) If the ID of the SIM card is detected to be unassigned with binding user information, the communication terminal displays 'please dial off hook', the user inputs a first telephone number after off hook and dials out, and the communication terminal sends the first telephone number to a data platform;
(5) The data platform checks whether the acquired first telephone number is an existing number in the number pool, when the data platform checks that the first telephone number is the existing number in the number pool, the data platform sends user information related to a number group where the existing number is located to the communication terminal, the UI interface of the communication terminal displays that 'you are XXX users are 1 or 2' is 2, if the user presses 1 key, the data platform distributes the number group information related to the user information to the ID number binding of the SIM card, if the user presses 2 keys, the data platform sends a command of calling again to the communication terminal, and if the user dials again, the data platform performs checking again;
(6) When the ID of the SIM card is bound with the user information, the data platform sends a number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number to the communication terminal, a second telephone number in the number group and corresponding identity information are displayed on a UI interface of the communication terminal, and simultaneously the data platform sends an instruction for allowing calling to the communication terminal, wherein the instruction for allowing calling to be any second telephone number in the number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number of the SIM card can be dialed after the user selects the corresponding identity information and the second telephone number;
(7) When the data platform verifies the existing number in the first telephone number non-number pool, the data platform sends an instruction for prohibiting outgoing call to the communication terminal;
(8) And for the bound SIM card, the communication terminal reads the SIM card information after the user inserts the SIM card, the communication terminal sends the read ID of the bound SIM card to the data platform, the data platform sends a number group associated with the user information bound with the ID number to the communication terminal, a second telephone number and corresponding identity information in the number group are displayed on a UI interface of the communication terminal, and the user selects the corresponding identity information and the second telephone number to dial a call.
