And when an activation instruction is received, the conference table and the seat are presented on a conference site homepage interface of the video conference, the virtual seat and the theme virtual background are overlapped, and fusion rendering is displayed on the homepage interface.
The embodiment can innovatively define virtual background, virtual meeting seats and meeting participant virtual images according to the personalized demands of users.
In one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 6, step 30, determining the theme virtual background of the venue based on the theme virtual background and the virtual seat includes:
step 311, when entering a check-in table arrangement mode, presenting the virtual seat and the editable check-in table on a check-in table arrangement interface;
step 312, receiving the check-in table information filled in based on the check-in table, and matching the check-in table information with the virtual seat;
step 313, determining the theme virtual background of the meeting place based on the theme virtual background and the matched virtual seats.
In this embodiment, the meeting organizer may enter the check-in form arrangement mode by clicking the meeting "check-in form arrangement" button; the check-in form orchestration interface may present the selected virtual seat template and the editable check-in form simultaneously; the contents of the check-in table which can be arranged include: conference subject, name/company/department of the principal and guest participants, seat number, etc. Receiving the sign-in table information filled in by the meeting organizer and the meeting participant, and storing the arranged sign-in table information into a database, for example: conference theme, time, name/company/department, master and guest seat numbers, etc. After receiving the check-in table information filled in based on the check-in table, the check-in table information is matched with the virtual seat, so that when a user checks in, the function of matching the user with the virtual seat is achieved according to the check-in table information, the function of combining conference check-in with the virtual seat is increased, and user experience is greatly improved.
The system provides the conference organizer with the operation functions of electronic sign-in table design, virtual seat allocation and the like, and the operation contents comprise: setting information such as a theme, time, a main participating list, a plurality of groups of guest participating lists and the like on a signing table (or a seating arrangement table); and allocating the virtual seat numbers of the participants of the main party and the passenger party on the check-in table.
Sign-in table arrangement: after meeting time and place reservation is completed, the meeting organizer can enter the operation interface of the video conference room, and the meeting organizer can enter the check-in list arranging mode by clicking the meeting check-in list arranging button. The check-in form orchestration interface may present both the selected virtual seat template and the editable check-in form. The contents of the check-in table which can be arranged include: conference subject, name/company/department of the principal and guest participants, seat number, etc.
Adding a plurality of groups of guest check-in tables: the electronic sign-in list arranging interface provides a "+" button for adding a plurality of groups of clients, and after clicking the "+" button, the conference organizer can arrange information such as company or department names of the plurality of groups of clients.
Virtual seating area allocation: the organizer may assign virtual seats or seating areas to attendees based on the selected "virtual seat template". If the organizer does not know the name of a specific participant, the organizer may simply divide the seating areas of the principal and the guest, for example, the organizer may assign guest seat numbers 1-6 to guest a team and guest seat numbers 7-12 to guest B team.
The sign-in table is published: after the electronic check-in list and the seat area are arranged, the conference organizer can issue the electronic check-in list and the virtual seat scene to the interface of the video conference scene.
Conference check-in: after the meeting participants log in the meeting room, the system can guide the meeting participants to click the names of the users on the sign-in table to sign in, if the sign-in table does not have the names of the meeting participants, the users can click the seat serial numbers, supplement the names of the meeting participants and sign in.
Multiple people sign in with account numbers: when a plurality of persons share one login account to participate in the video conference, the participants can continuously click the user name on the sign-in table to sign in, if the sign-in table does not have the name of the participants, the users can click the seat serial numbers, supplement the names of the participants and sign in.
Fig. 7 illustrates a physical schematic diagram of an electronic device, as shown in fig. 7, which may include: processor 710, communication interface (Communications Interface) 720, memory 730, and communication bus 740, wherein processor 710, communication interface 720, memory 730 communicate with each other via communication bus 740. Processor 710 may invoke logic instructions in memory 730 to perform a video conference venue presentation method comprising: when receiving a check-in instruction, identifying the user identity of the attendees and triggering a matching instruction of the virtual seat; determining a target virtual seat corresponding to the user identity of the conferee in the virtual background of the conference theme based on the user identity of the conferee, receiving an avatar corresponding to the user identity of the conferee, and displaying the avatar in a fusion manner on the target virtual seat; the theme virtual background of the meeting place is obtained based on the theme virtual background and the virtual seat.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 730 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the video conference venue presentation method provided by the methods described above, the method comprising: when receiving a check-in instruction, identifying the user identity of the attendees and triggering a matching instruction of the virtual seat; determining a target virtual seat corresponding to the user identity of the conferee in the virtual background of the conference theme based on the user identity of the conferee, receiving an avatar corresponding to the user identity of the conferee, and displaying the avatar in a fusion manner on the target virtual seat; the theme virtual background of the meeting place is obtained based on the theme virtual background and the virtual seat.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. the theme background editing module is used for acquiring a theme background template and providing an online editing service of a theme virtual background;
the virtual seat editing module is used for acquiring a virtual seat template and providing an online editing service of a virtual background;
the head portrait management module is used for acquiring the virtual images and providing the selection service of the head portraits and the virtual images of the participants;
the meeting place presentation management module is used for presenting the virtual image, the theme virtual background and the virtual seat on a homepage desktop in a fusion mode.
2. The video conferencing system of claim 1, further comprising a template library module comprising a theme background template library module, a virtual seat template library module, and an avatar library module;
the theme background template library module is used for storing and managing theme background templates;
the virtual seat template library module is used for storing and managing virtual seat templates;
the avatar library module is used for storing and managing the avatars and the avatars of the participants.
3. The video conferencing system of claim 1, further comprising an electronic check-in table editing module and an electronic check-in table management module;
the electronic check-in table editing module is used for receiving the virtual seat when entering a check-in table arrangement mode, and presenting the virtual seat and the editable check-in table on a check-in table arrangement interface;

the theme virtual background of the meeting place is obtained based on the theme virtual background and the virtual seat.
5. The video conference venue presentation method of claim 4, wherein determining the venue theme virtual context comprises:
receiving a preselected theme background template and corresponding theme background editing content, and determining a theme virtual background based on the theme background template and the theme background editing content;
receiving a preselected virtual seat template and corresponding virtual seat editing content, and determining a virtual seat based on the virtual seat template and the virtual seat editing content;
and determining the theme virtual background of the meeting place based on the theme virtual background and the virtual seat, and displaying the theme virtual background of the meeting place on a homepage desktop.
6. The video conference venue presentation method of claim 4, wherein determining the venue theme virtual context based on the theme virtual context and the virtual seat comprises:
when entering a check-in table arrangement mode, presenting the virtual seat and the editable check-in table on a check-in table arrangement interface;
receiving check-in table information filled in based on the check-in table, and matching the check-in table information with the virtual seat;
and determining the theme virtual background of the meeting place based on the theme virtual background and the matched virtual seats.
7. The video conference venue presentation method of claim 4, wherein the avatar comprises a real-time video, a real-time photograph, a virtual avatar, or a default user system account avatar.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the video conference venue presentation method of any of claims 4 to 7 when the program is executed by the processor.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the video conference venue presentation method of any of claims 4 to 7.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the video conference venue presentation method of any of claims 4 to 7.
