In an embodiment, after the step 100, the method for delivering materials based on ERP may further include: comparing the obtained key fields of the material warehouse-out requirement and/or the material inventory information with preset key fields to obtain a comparison result; when the comparison result shows that at least one key field is missing, an incomplete prompt is sent out and material delivery requirements and/or material inventory information are returned.
Because the user focus is different, different preset key fields can be set to emphasize important data. For example, the inventory organization and the material names are set as preset key fields, if the preset key fields are absent, incomplete prompt is sent out and the material delivery demand or the material inventory information is returned, and the information which is not set as the preset key fields can be information which is considered to be irrelevant to the delivery of the present time by a user, so that the user can perform name adjustment, addition and deletion, display and hiding, position adjustment and freezing column operations on column fields on a window, the flexibility is good, only the line data which is used as the key fields and is the same as the material of the current detail line is transmitted, the transmission efficiency is improved, and the redundant data transmission is reduced. And the integrity detection is carried out, the temporary inventory window is not added to the information which is missing, and the possibility of error delivery is reduced.
According to the material ex-warehouse method based on ERP provided by the invention, a material ex-warehouse device based on ERP can be designed, an instant inventory button is configured on an ex-warehouse bill table body during design, an instant inventory window to be called is configured, fields to be extracted from the bill table head, the fields to be extracted from the bill table body and lines to be extracted from the bill table body are set in the button context. When the instant stock window is opened, the extracted information is transferred to the instant stock window according to the configuration, and the instant stock window organizes data according to the acquired information. The material delivery equipment based on ERP operates as follows: firstly judging whether the incoming information is complete or not, if not, returning a prompt, traversing the incoming line record, organizing an intermediate data structure, and temporarily storing the intermediate data structure into a list. The list contains the source row ref, whether the source row is selected, the source row stock-out unit, the source row basic unit, whether the source row is newly added or not and the filtering condition. The method comprises the steps of preselecting the instant stock data of the available quantity of the ex-warehouse materials, traversing the data structure of an organization, and organizing the instant stock floating quantity and the ex-warehouse information according to the preselect instant stock data of the available quantity of the ex-warehouse materials. Wherein, the real-time inventory floating adjustment information structure comprises real-time inventory ID and floating quantity. Searching in a source row ref account removing table, and if the inquiry is not completed, calculating rules of the floating quantity, wherein the new row is added: (1) newly added lines or temporary storage lines, wherein the floating quantity is as follows: -the value of the current row; (2) the rows already out of the warehouse, the floating number is: database value-current line value, the information structure of going out of stock is list structure, list item content contains instant stock ID, basic number of source line, stock unit of source line, basic unit of source line, and ref of source line. After the floating quantity is calculated, the instant stock ex-warehouse information is generated, the sorting is performed according to the ex-warehouse rule, and the ex-warehouse quantity can be automatically recommended and filled according to the ex-warehouse rule.
The information of the delivery is filled out according to the automatic recommendation, and a business operator can bring the information of the delivery of the timely stock into a bill detail line only by clicking and determining. For the situation that the salesman needs to select the discharging at this time, the salesman can empty the return quantity automatically filled by the system, after the required input return quantity of the instant stock running is found again, the system accumulates the basic unit discharging quantity corresponding to the instant stock ID, traverses all the lines, updates the available quantity of the basic unit to the initial available quantity minus the accumulated discharging quantity, converts the available quantity into the available quantity of the bill stock unit, and updates the available quantity to all the lines. The system automatically selects the line with the return quantity, thereby realizing the instant update of the inventory.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an ERP-based material delivery device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, an ERP-based material delivery device 1 includes: the acquisition module 11 acquires material delivery requirements and material inventory information; the storage module 12 traverses the material inventory information and stores the material inventory information meeting the material ex-warehouse requirement as a temporary reference list; the temporary reference list comprises instant stock data of the materials to be discharged; the generation module 13 calculates the on-line inventory data of the warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list and generates on-line inventory information; the ex-warehouse module 14 obtains a material ex-warehouse scheme according to the on-line inventory-warehouse information and the ex-warehouse rules.
According to the ERP-based material ex-warehouse device provided by the invention, the material inventory information is screened according to the material ex-warehouse requirement, the real-time inventory of the actual ex-warehouse unit is automatically calculated in real time according to the information on the current bill, and finally, the recommended ex-warehouse information can be automatically filled according to the ex-warehouse rule of the material, so that the single making flexibility is improved, the risk of ex-warehouse mistakes is reduced, and the ex-warehouse efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, the material outlet requirement includes a material quantity requirement, and the ERP-based material outlet device 1 may be configured to: configuring an instant inventory start identifier on an inventory-leaving bill table body; wherein, an instant stock starting identifier corresponds to a material delivery requirement of a material; the acquiring module 11 may be correspondingly configured to: after acquiring a starting signal of an instant stock starting identifier, reading the material quantity requirement in the material delivery requirement and the material stock information in a database; wherein the stock information includes a stock name and stock availability.
In an embodiment, the ERP-based material delivery apparatus 1 may be configured to: associating the material names in the material warehouse-out and material inventory information, and establishing the connection between the material warehouse-out requirement and the material inventory information; wherein, the storage module 12 may be correspondingly configured to: extracting and integrating the material inventory information of the materials with the warehouse-out materials into a temporary reference list; wherein each row of the temporary reference list corresponds to an inventory organization.
In an embodiment, the generating module 13 may be configured to: calculating the instant stock data of the warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list; sorting the inventory organization in the temporary reference list according to the instant inventory data of the materials to be delivered and the material delivery requirements and a preset sorting rule; and generating the on-line inventory outlet information according to the arrangement sequence of the inventory organizations.
In an embodiment, the generating module 13 may be configured to: calculating the instant stock data of the warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list; matching the material delivery requirements and the material inventory information of each row according to the instant inventory data of the delivered materials; and generating the on-line inventory delivery information according to the matching value of the delivery materials and the material inventory information.
In an embodiment, the material delivery requirements include at least one line of material delivery requirements, and the method for obtaining the on-line inventory data may be configured to: reading material inventory information of the ex-warehouse materials in the source line, and acquiring inventory available quantity corresponding to the ex-warehouse materials in the database; reading the ex-warehouse quantity of the same ex-warehouse material in other rows; subtracting the quantity of the delivered warehouse in other rows from the available inventory quantity of the delivered warehouse materials, and taking the quantity of the delivered warehouse as the instant inventory data of the delivered warehouse materials in the source row.
In an embodiment, the material delivery scheme includes at least one line of material delivery information, and the delivery module 14 may be configured to: determining at least one row of material ex-warehouse information according to the instant material ex-warehouse information and the ex-warehouse rule, and filling the recommended ex-warehouse quantity after the material ex-warehouse information; and filling out the delivery bill and updating the material inventory information in the database according to the recommended delivery quantity and the material delivery information.
In an embodiment, the ERP-based material delivery apparatus 1 may be configured to: modifying the recommended ex-warehouse quantity; the method for acquiring the on-line inventory data may further include: and updating the temporary reference list according to the modified ex-warehouse quantity to obtain updated instant inventory data of the ex-warehouse materials.
In an embodiment, the ERP-based material delivery apparatus 1 may be configured to: comparing the obtained key fields of the material warehouse-out requirement and/or the material inventory information with preset key fields to obtain a comparison result; when the comparison result shows that at least one key field is missing, an incomplete prompt is sent out and material delivery requirements and/or material inventory information are returned.
The embodiment of the invention provides a material warehouse-out device based on ERP. The apparatus embodiments may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware or a combination of hardware and software. In addition to the CPU, memory, network interfaces, and non-volatile storage, the device in which the apparatus of the embodiments is located may generally include other hardware, such as a forwarding chip responsible for processing the packet, and so on. Taking software implementation as an example, the device in a logic sense is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in a nonvolatile memory into a memory by a CPU of a device where the device is located.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the ERP-based material ex-warehouse method of any one of the above embodiments.
In addition to the methods and apparatus described above, embodiments of the invention may also be a computer program product comprising computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps in an ERP-based material ex-warehouse method according to various embodiments of the invention described in the "exemplary methods" section of this specification.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device including: a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; and the processor is used for executing the material ex-warehouse method based on the ERP in any embodiment.
Furthermore, embodiments of the invention may also be a computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps in an ERP-based material ex-warehouse method according to various embodiments of the invention described in the "exemplary methods" section of this specification.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather to enable any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like to be made within the spirit and principles of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An ERP-based material delivery method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring material warehouse-out requirements and material inventory information;
traversing the material inventory information, and storing the material inventory information meeting the material ex-warehouse requirement as a temporary reference list;
calculating the instant stock data of the ex-warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list, and generating instant stock ex-warehouse information;
and obtaining a material delivery scheme according to the instant inventory delivery information and delivery rules.
2. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 1, wherein the material delivery demand comprises a material quantity demand, and wherein prior to the obtaining the material delivery demand and the material inventory information, the ERP-based material delivery method comprises:
configuring an instant inventory start identifier on an inventory-leaving bill table body; wherein one of the instant inventory start identifiers corresponds to the material delivery demand of one material;
wherein, the obtaining the material delivery demand and the material inventory information includes:
after a starting signal of an instant stock starting identifier is obtained, reading the material quantity requirement in the material ex-warehouse requirement and the material stock information in a database; wherein the stock information includes a stock name and stock availability.
3. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 1, wherein prior to said traversing the material inventory information, storing the material inventory information meeting the material delivery requirements as a temporary reference list, the ERP-based material delivery method comprises:
associating the material names in the material warehouse-out and the material inventory information, and establishing a connection between the material warehouse-out requirement and the material inventory information;
wherein the traversing the material inventory information, storing the material inventory information meeting the material ex-warehouse demand as a temporary reference list includes:
extracting and integrating the material inventory information of the ex-warehouse material into the temporary reference list; wherein each row of the temporary reference list corresponds to an inventory organization.
4. The ERP-based material ex-warehouse method of claim 3, wherein the calculating the on-line inventory data of the ex-warehouse material according to the temporary reference list, generating on-line inventory-ex-warehouse information comprises:
calculating the on-line inventory data of the ex-warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list;
sorting the inventory organization in the temporary reference list according to the instant inventory data of the ex-warehouse materials and the material ex-warehouse requirements and a preset sorting rule;
and generating the on-line inventory outlet information according to the arrangement sequence of the inventory organizations.
5. The ERP-based material ex-warehouse method of claim 3, wherein the calculating the on-line inventory data of the ex-warehouse material from the temporary reference list, generating on-line inventory-ex-warehouse information further comprises:
calculating the on-line inventory data of the ex-warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list;
matching the material delivery requirements and the material inventory information of each row according to the instant inventory data of the delivered materials;
and generating instant stock out-of-stock information according to the matching value of the out-of-stock material and the material stock information.
6. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 1, wherein the material delivery requirements comprise at least one line of material delivery requirements, and the method of obtaining the on-line inventory data comprises:
reading the stock information of the ex-warehouse materials in the source line, and obtaining the corresponding stock available amount of the ex-warehouse materials in the database;
reading the ex-warehouse quantity of the same ex-warehouse material in other rows;
subtracting the quantity of the delivered from the other rows from the available stock quantity of the delivered materials, and obtaining the instant stock data of the delivered materials in the source row.
7. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 1, wherein the material delivery scheme includes at least one line of material delivery information, and the obtaining the material delivery scheme according to the on-line material delivery information and the delivery rule includes:
determining at least one row of material ex-warehouse information according to the instant material ex-warehouse information and the ex-warehouse rule, and filling in recommended ex-warehouse quantity after the material ex-warehouse information;
and filling out an ex-warehouse bill and updating the material inventory information in a database according to the recommended ex-warehouse quantity and the material ex-warehouse information.
8. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 7, further comprising:
modifying the recommended ex-warehouse quantity;
the method for acquiring the on-line inventory data further comprises the following steps:
and updating the temporary reference list according to the modified ex-warehouse quantity to obtain updated instant inventory data of the ex-warehouse materials.
9. The ERP-based material delivery method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the material delivery demand and the material inventory information, the ERP-based material delivery method further comprises:
comparing the obtained key fields of the material ex-warehouse requirement and/or the material inventory information with preset key fields to obtain a comparison result;
and when the comparison result shows that at least one key field is missing, sending out an incomplete prompt and returning the material delivery requirement and/or the material inventory information.
10. An ERP-based material delivery device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring material warehouse-out requirements and material inventory information;
the storage module traverses the material inventory information and stores the material inventory information meeting the material ex-warehouse requirement as a temporary reference list; wherein the temporary reference list comprises on-line inventory data of the materials to be discharged;
the generation module is used for calculating the instant stock data of the ex-warehouse materials according to the temporary reference list and generating instant stock ex-warehouse information;
and the ex-warehouse module is used for obtaining a material ex-warehouse scheme according to the instant inventory ex-warehouse information and the ex-warehouse rule.
