According to one particular process management system provided by the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the system includes:

The special process identification module comprises the following sub-modules: module M1.1: and constructing a special process directory tree. The architecture of the special process catalog tree includes specialty types, process systems, and special processes. The professional type is determined through selection in the established database, and the number of the special process directory tree is automatically generated according to the professional type and the code number of the process system. Module M1.2: special process attributes are defined. Defining the special process attributes includes defining special process specialty types, process systems, and attributes of the special process. The professional type and the attribute of the process system are defined by the established database, and are directly selected in the database when the special process directory tree is constructed. Module M1.3: validation criteria are formulated for each particular process, the contents of which include specimen requirements, validation basis files, and test items. Module M1.4: and carrying out approval confirmation on the confirmation criteria, and displaying the confirmation criteria of approval completion on the nodes of the corresponding special process directory tree.
A special process confirmation module: and determining a special process confirmation task based on the nodes of the special process directory tree, and managing special process confirmation criteria, confirmation elements and confirmation records. The special process confirmation module comprises the following sub-modules: module M2.1: the special process nodes based on the special process directory tree initiate special process validation tasks. Module M2.2: and receiving a special process confirmation task, and confirming the current special process according to the requirements of the formulated special process confirmation criterion to obtain corresponding special process confirmation elements and specific values. Module M2.3: and collecting relevant data of the special process confirmation task, forming a summary table with a fixed format by the relevant data, and auditing the summary table. The related data of the special process confirmation task comprises basic attributes, control elements and specific values of the special process, a technological process card number, confirmation types, personnel information, tooling information, raw material information, quality record information and detection result records. Module M2.4: and automatically generating record numbers for the summary table after the verification is completed, and automatically associating the record numbers with corresponding special process directory tree nodes for display. The information recorded on the nodes of the special process directory tree generates a corresponding report, the special process confirmation record can be inquired according to the related information, and the report can be exported. The record number includes the current directory tree node number and sequence number.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the invention provides a system and its individual devices, modules, units, etc. that can be implemented entirely by logic programming of method steps, in addition to being implemented as pure computer readable program code, in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Therefore, the system and various devices, modules and units thereof provided by the invention can be regarded as a hardware component, and the devices, modules and units for realizing various functions included in the system can also be regarded as structures in the hardware component; means, modules, and units for implementing the various functions may also be considered as either software modules for implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.

Claims (10)
1. A method of special process management, comprising:
the special process identification step: building a special process catalog tree, and managing different types of special process summary catalogues;
a special process confirmation step: and determining a special process confirmation task based on the nodes of the Tachef process directory tree, and managing a special process confirmation criterion, a confirmation element and a confirmation record.
2. The special process management method according to claim 1, wherein the special process identification step comprises the sub-steps of:
step S1.1: constructing a special process directory tree;
step S1.2: defining special process attributes;
step S1.3: establishing a confirmation criterion for each special process, wherein the content of the confirmation criterion comprises a sample requirement, a confirmation basis file and a detection item;
step S1.4: and carrying out approval confirmation on the confirmation criteria, and displaying the confirmation criteria of approval completion on the nodes of the corresponding special process directory tree.
3. The special process management method according to claim 2, wherein the architecture of the special process directory tree includes a specialty type, a process method, and a special process;
the special type is determined through selection in the established database, and the serial number of the special process directory tree is automatically generated according to the special type and the code number of the process method;
defining special process attributes including defining special process specialty types, process methods and attributes of special processes;
the attributes of the specialized types and the process methods are defined by the established database, and are selected directly from the database when constructing the special process directory tree.
4. The special process management method according to claim 1, wherein the special process confirmation step includes the sub-steps of:
step S2.1: initiating a special process confirmation task based on a special process node of the special process directory tree;
step S2.2: receiving the special process confirmation task, and confirming the current special process according to the requirements of the formulated special process confirmation criterion to obtain corresponding special process confirmation elements and specific values;
step S2.3: collecting related data of the special process confirmation task, forming the related data into a summary table in a fixed format, and auditing the summary table;
step S2.4: and automatically generating record numbers for the summary table after the verification is completed, and automatically associating the record numbers with corresponding special process directory tree nodes for display.
5. The special process management method according to claim 4, wherein the information recorded on the special process directory tree node generates a corresponding report, the special process confirmation record can be queried according to the related information, and the report can be exported;
the record number comprises the node number and the sequence number of the current directory tree;
the related data of the special process confirmation task comprises basic attributes, control elements, specific values, process card numbers, confirmation types, personnel information, tooling information, raw material information, quality record information and detection result records of the special process.
6. A special process management system, comprising:
a special process identification module: building a special process catalog tree, and managing different types of special process summary catalogues;
a special process confirmation module: and determining a special process confirmation task based on the nodes of the special process directory tree, and managing special process confirmation criteria, confirmation elements and confirmation records.
7. The special process management system of claim 6, wherein the special process identification module comprises the following sub-modules:
module M1.1: constructing a special process directory tree;
module M1.2: defining special process attributes;
module M1.3: establishing a confirmation criterion for each special process, wherein the content of the confirmation criterion comprises a sample requirement, a confirmation basis file and a detection item;
module M1.4: and carrying out approval confirmation on the confirmation criteria, and displaying the confirmation criteria of approval completion on the nodes of the corresponding special process directory tree.

module M2.2: receiving the special process confirmation task, and confirming the current special process according to the requirements of the formulated special process confirmation criterion to obtain corresponding special process confirmation elements and specific values;
module M2.3: collecting related data of the special process confirmation task, forming the related data into a summary table in a fixed format, and auditing the summary table;
module M2.4: and automatically generating record numbers for the summary table after the verification is completed, and automatically associating the record numbers with corresponding special process directory tree nodes for display.
