Claims (10)
1. The protective ammeter installation device comprises an installation platform (1) and a conveyor belt (2); a conveyor belt (2) is arranged on the mounting platform (1); a distribution box (3) is arranged on the conveyor belt (2); an ammeter (4) is arranged in the distribution box (3); the ammeter (4) is connected with a plurality of wires (5); the inside of the electric wire (5) is provided with a copper core (5001); the copper core (5001) is formed by polymerizing a plurality of strands of copper wires; a plurality of wiring terminals (4001) are arranged on the lower side of the ammeter (4); each connecting terminal (4001) is connected with a screw (4002) for pressing the electric wire (5); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a fixing plate (6), a clamping mechanism (7), a clamping plate (8), an electric control screwdriver (9) and a wire bending system; a fixing plate (6) which is used for clamping the electric wire (5) and moves forwards and backwards is movably connected with the mounting platform (1); a plurality of clamping blocks (6001) are arranged on the fixed plate (6); each wire (5) is located between adjacent clamping blocks (6001); a clamping mechanism (7) is movably connected on the mounting platform (1); the clamping mechanism (7) can be lifted and moved back and forth; a plurality of clamping plates (8) which flatten the copper cores (5001) are arranged on the clamping mechanism (7); a plurality of extrusion parts (8001) are arranged on the clamping plate (8); the electric wire (5) is positioned among the clamping plates (8); an electric control screwdriver (9) which is lifted and moves forwards and backwards and is used for screwing the screw (4002) is arranged on the mounting platform (1); the clamping plate (8) is provided with a wire bending system for bending the wire (5).
2. A protective electricity meter mounting device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the rear side of the clamping block (6001) of the fixing plate (6) is arranged to be attached to the surface of the electric wire (5).
3. A protective electricity meter mounting device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the contact surface between the extrusion part (8001) and the wire (5) is a concave arc surface.

A protective electricity meter mounting device according to claim 3, wherein: the extrusion part (8001) positioned on the rear side clamping plate (8) adopts elastic materials, and when a plurality of clamping plates (8) extrude the copper core (5001), the contact surface of the extrusion part (8001) of the rear side clamping plate (8) and the electric wire (5) is changed into a plane from a concave cambered surface after being pressed.

A protective electricity meter mounting device as defined in claim 1, wherein: also comprises a thread twisting device (212); the installation platform (1) is movably connected with a wire twisting device (212) which can be lifted and moved back and forth to prevent the copper wires from being scattered.

The protective electricity meter mounting device of claim 4, wherein: the bending system comprises a bending plate (301) and a limiting block (302); a plurality of bending plates (301) for bending the electric wires (5) are fixedly connected to the lower side of the clamping plate (8) positioned at the rear side; the bending plate (301) is made of elastic materials; an airbag (30101) is arranged at the rear side of each bending plate (301); all the air bags (30101) are communicated with an external air pump; a plurality of limiting blocks (302) are fixedly connected to the lower side of the clamping plate (8) positioned at the front side; each wire (5) is located between an adjacent stopper (302) and the curved plate (301).
7. The protective electricity meter mounting device of claim 6, wherein: each air bag (30101) is provided with a plurality of concave parts (30102).
8. The protective electricity meter mounting device of claim 6, wherein: grooves are formed in each of the bending plates (301) and the limiting blocks (302).
9. The protective electricity meter mounting device of claim 6, wherein: an arc-shaped part (30201) is arranged at the lower side of each limiting block (302).
10. The protective electricity meter mounting device of claim 6, wherein: the lengths of the limiting blocks (302) are sequentially set from long to short.
