as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the left and right sides of the delivery inlet 13 are respectively provided with an abutting portion 15, the abutting portion 15 protrudes into the delivery chamber 12, the abutting portion 15 is in a bar shape extending vertically, the abutting portion 15 is provided at the upper portion of the rotation hole 14, the abutting portion 15 slides between the first limiting protrusion 41 and the second limiting protrusion 42 according to the turning track of the sealing cover 2, the abutting portion 15 is in a polygonal shape, the abutting portion 15 is provided with a first abutting surface and a second abutting surface, the first limiting protrusion 41 is provided with a first limiting surface 411 abutting against the first abutting surface, and the second limiting protrusion 42 is provided with a second limiting surface 421 abutting against the second abutting surface.
