Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the oval-shaped stopper frame 63 includes an upper U-shaped frame 631 and a lower U-shaped frame 632; the upper U-shaped frame 631 is arranged on the rear end plate 3, the lower U-shaped frame 632 is arranged on the skid-mounted base 1, and the upper U-shaped frame 631 and the lower U-shaped frame 632 are connected through a hinge.
When the upper turning plate 41, the lower turning plate 42 and the top plate 5 are folded, and the rear end plate 3 and the front end plate 2 are adjusted by a worker, the upper U-shaped frame 631 and the lower U-shaped frame 632 which are arranged by the hinge can perform corresponding angle change along with the movement of the rear end plate 3, so that the rear end plate 3 is ensured to perform corresponding folding work.
Referring to fig. 2, 13 and 14, the drive assembly 64 includes a reduction gearbox 641; the outer wall of one side of the skid-mounted base 1, which is close to the rear end plate 3, is provided with a rectangular groove 17 for accommodating a reduction gearbox 641, the reduction gearbox 641 is arranged in the rectangular groove 17 and used for driving the second guide wheel 161 to rotate, and the reduction gearbox 641 is also provided with a rotating handle 642.
The operator rotates the second guide wheel 161 through the reduction gearbox 641 by continuously rotating the rotating handle 642, so that the whole container is slowly unfolded or folded, and it is noted that the reduction gearbox 641 can be driven to rotate through the rotary driver (such as a motor), so that the unfolding or folding speed of the container is further improved, and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the facing sides of the upper flap 41 and the lower flap 42 are each provided with a sealing strip 44.
Through being provided with sealing strip 44 to ensure to go up the sealed effect of turning over between board 41 and the board 42 down, further, can still be provided with the sealing member on front end plate 2 and back end plate 3, thereby can improve the sealed effect between front end plate 2, back end plate 3 and curb plate 4 and the roof 5, ensure the integrality of whole folding container, further, after the expansion is accomplished, can carry out the cornerite to folding container, not only can improve holistic pleasing to the eye effect, can also further improve the joint strength between curb plate 4, roof 5, front end plate 2 and the back end plate 3.
Specifically, the opposite sides in the present invention are sides close to each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the skid base 1 is further provided with lifting lugs 18 at both ends in the length direction.
Through being provided with lug 18, the staff twines on lug 18 through utilizing wire rope, under the effect of supplementary gyro wheel 121, can very light change to whole folding container position, makes the container possess better practicality.

Claims (7)
1. The foldable skid-mounted container is characterized by comprising a skid-mounted base, a front end plate, a rear end plate, side plates, a top plate and a traction mechanism;
the front end plate and the rear end plate are respectively hinged to two ends of the top of the skid-mounted base along the length direction, and a box door is arranged on the front end plate; the two side plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the top of the skid-mounted base along the length direction; each side plate comprises an upper turning plate, a lower turning plate and a traction rod; the upper turning plate and the lower turning plate are positioned between the front end plate and the rear end plate, one side of the lower turning plate along the length direction is hinged with the corresponding side of the top of the skid-mounted base, the traction rod is arranged between the upper turning plate and the lower turning plate, and a plurality of hinges for connecting the upper turning plate and the lower turning plate are arranged on the traction rod along the length direction; the top plate is arranged above the skid-mounted base in a horizontal state, and one side of the upper turning plate, which is far away from the lower turning plate, is hinged with the corresponding side of the bottom of the top plate;
the traction mechanism is arranged on the rear end plate and can enable two traction rods to mutually approach in the horizontal direction, the traction mechanism comprises a bidirectional screw rod capable of reciprocating in the vertical direction and rotating, one end of each traction rod, which is close to the rear end plate, is provided with a traction sleeve, the outer wall of the traction sleeve is provided with an L-shaped guide plate, the L-shaped guide plate is provided with a threaded hole matched with the bidirectional screw rod, and two ends of the bidirectional screw rod are respectively in threaded connection with the threaded holes of the corresponding L-shaped guide plate;
the bottom mirror image of the skid-mounted base is provided with two strip-shaped accommodating grooves, each strip-shaped accommodating groove is internally provided with a mounting plate capable of sliding in the strip-shaped accommodating groove along with the overturning of the two lower turning plates, and each mounting plate is provided with a plurality of auxiliary rollers;
the traction mechanism further comprises a synchronous belt, an oval limiting frame and a driving assembly;
the rear end plate is provided with a first strip-shaped notch for accommodating the synchronous belt, one end, close to the rear end plate, of the top of the skid-mounted base is provided with a second strip-shaped notch opposite to the first strip-shaped notch, a first guide wheel can be rotatably arranged in the first strip-shaped notch, a second guide wheel can be rotatably arranged in the second strip-shaped notch, a third guide wheel is arranged in the center of the bidirectional screw rod, and the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel and the third guide wheel are in conveying connection through the synchronous belt;
two oval limiting frames are arranged, the two oval limiting frames are respectively arranged at two sides of the first strip-shaped notch along the length direction, and two ends of the bidirectional screw rod are arranged in the corresponding oval limiting frames in a sliding manner;
the driving component is arranged on the skid-mounted base and used for enabling the second guide wheel to rotate.

The foldable skid-mounted container according to claim 1, wherein two rectangular grooves are formed in one side, close to the skid-mounted base, of each lower turning plate, sector gears are arranged in each rectangular groove, two rectangular sliding grooves communicated with corresponding strip-shaped containing grooves are respectively formed in two sides of each skid-mounted base in the length direction, rectangular penetrating grooves are formed in the tops of the rectangular sliding grooves, synchronous gears are rotatably arranged in the rectangular penetrating grooves, and the synchronous gears are meshed with the corresponding sector gears;
an abutting strip is slidably arranged in each rectangular chute, a plurality of gear teeth are arranged at the top of each abutting strip along the length direction, and the gear teeth are meshed with corresponding synchronous gears; one end that every is close to the bar holding tank of contradicting strip can be pivoted is provided with the conflict roller, and every mounting panel top both ends all are provided with first inclined plane, and one end that every is close to the bar holding tank of contradicting strip is provided with first inclined plane complex second inclined plane.

The foldable skid-mounted container according to claim 2, wherein two guide rods extending vertically downwards are arranged in each bar-shaped accommodating groove in a mirror image mode, two guide holes for the guide rods to pass through are formed in each mounting plate, the guide rods can be slidably arranged in the corresponding guide holes, a limiting disc is arranged at one end, away from the bar-shaped accommodating groove, of each guide rod, the limiting disc is located at the lower end of the corresponding mounting plate, the diameter of the limiting disc is larger than that of the guide rod, a reset spring is further sleeved on each guide rod, and the reset spring is located between the limiting disc and the corresponding mounting plate.

The collapsible skid-mounted container of claim 1, wherein the oval-shaped stop frame comprises an upper U-shaped frame and a lower U-shaped frame; the upper U-shaped frame is arranged on the rear end plate, the lower U-shaped frame is arranged on the skid-mounted base, and the upper U-shaped frame is connected with the lower U-shaped frame through a hinge.
5. The collapsible skid-mounted container of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly comprises a reduction gearbox;
the outer wall of one side of sled dress base near the back end plate is provided with the rectangle recess that is used for placing the reducing gear box, and the reducing gear box sets up in the rectangle recess and is used for driving the second leading wheel to rotate, still is provided with the rotation handle on the reducing gear box.
6. The foldable skid-mounted container of claim 1, wherein the upper flap and the lower flap are provided with sealing strips on opposite sides thereof.
7. The foldable skid-mounted container of claim 1, wherein the skid-mounted base is further provided with lifting lugs at both ends in the length direction.
