And step 120, obtaining product identification information of the product corresponding to the appearance detection result.
The product identification information can be manually input by a worker or can be obtained by scanning a product identification bar code on the product. The product identification information is used for distinguishing different products, and each product is provided with unique identification information, for example, the product identification information is a product ID, for example, the product identification information is a product serial number.
And 130, generating a detection result two-dimensional code based on the appearance detection result and the product identification information.
The appearance detection results and the product identification information are in one-to-one correspondence, each product corresponds to one product identification information and corresponds to one appearance detection result, and the product identification information and the appearance detection result are bound, so that the appearance detection result of each product is determined.
In one embodiment, the appearance detection result is a character string such as "good", "medium", "bad", "defective", and the like, the product identification information is the character string, the appearance detection result and the product identification result are arranged and integrated according to a preset rule, and the two-dimensional code is generated based on the arranged and integrated character string. In this embodiment, each time a detection result two-dimensional code is generated, the detection result two-dimensional code is timely sent to a display device, so that staff can timely shunt products according to the detection result. Further, the detection result two-dimension code is sent to the display device in a message queue mode.
In an embodiment, the display device displays a plurality of two-dimensional codes of detection results according to batches, and each batch has a preset number of two-dimensional codes of detection results. In the embodiment, the two-dimensional codes of the detection result of the same batch are displayed on the display device, and a plurality of two-dimensional codes of the detection result are displayed on the display device, so that workers can conveniently review the whole batch of products, and the detection results of a plurality of products can be obtained by scanning without switching display pages.
In an embodiment, each time a detection result two-dimensional code is generated, the detection result two-dimensional code and corresponding product identification information are transmitted to a printing device, and the printing device prints the detection result two-dimensional code and the product identification information on the same label paper. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate staff in subsequent links to know the detection condition of the product, the detection result two-dimensional code is printed on the label paper, staff attach the label paper to the product or the product packaging box, and staff in other links can still acquire detection information by scanning the detection result two-dimensional code even if the staff is not on the production line for product detection. The product identification information is printed on the label paper, so that staff can conveniently correspond the label paper with the product according to the product identification information, and wrong sticking is avoided.
In an embodiment, the two-dimensional code of the detection result is printed according to a preset online sequence. In this embodiment, since the products flow on the assembly line according to the preset online sequence, the two-dimensional codes of the detection result are printed according to the preset online sequence, the printed label paper can be in one-to-one correspondence with the products on the assembly line, so that the workload of staff is reduced, and the probability of wrong label paper sticking is reduced.

In this embodiment, the past appearance generation time and the past quality generation time are transmitted to the two-dimensional code generation system, so that staff can scan and learn the inspection time of each time.
And 26A, scanning the two-dimensional code of the detection result to obtain the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result, and shunting the product according to the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result.
In an embodiment, the two-dimensional code of the detection result is scanned by the code scanning gun, the code scanning gun is connected with the interaction device, and the interaction device is used for prompting the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result of a user, receiving the distribution instruction and sending the distribution instruction to the upper computer. In this embodiment, the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result are displayed to the user through the interaction device, and the distribution instruction input by the user can be received through the interaction device, so that the product can be distributed to different positions. Further, the interaction device is a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or a desktop computer. Further, the code scanning gun is communicated with the computer through a serial port. For example, RS232 and RS485.
In this embodiment, a worker scans the two-dimensional code through the code scanning gun, and can check the visual detection result, if the detection result is OK (i.e. the detection result is qualified), the worker presses a release button (the release button is used for controlling the stopper to descend), so that the tested machine continues to flow downwards to enter the packing card receiving link. If the detection result NG (i.e. the detection result is not qualified), the employee presses the offline button (the offline button controls the rotation mechanism to move, so that the flow direction of the tested machine is changed), and the tested machine flows to the offline position.
In an embodiment, scanning the two-dimensional code of the detection result to obtain the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result, and splitting the product according to the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result, including:

when the appearance detection result and the quality detection result are both qualified detection results, responding to a second packing instruction, and packing the product corresponding to the product identification information;
And when the appearance detection result or the quality detection result is a detection failure result, responding to a second offline instruction, and flowing out of the detection assembly line of the product corresponding to the product identification information.

In one embodiment, the step of distributing the product according to the appearance detection result, the product identification information and the quality detection result includes:
when the appearance detection result and the quality detection result are both qualified detection results and the second offline instruction is received, generating a second offline confirmation instruction;
and when the appearance detection result or the quality detection result is a detection failure result and the second packing instruction is received, generating a second packing confirmation instruction.
In this embodiment, the method is used in a case where the appearance detection result and the quality detection result are both qualified detection results, and when the user inputs the second offline instruction, and in a case where the appearance detection result or the quality detection result is unqualified detection results, and when the user inputs the second packaging instruction, in both cases, it is necessary to generate the second offline confirmation instruction or the second packaging confirmation instruction, and confirm whether to perform packaging or offline again to the user, so as to avoid the error of the instruction input by the user, and cause the shunt error. In addition, the product flow direction can be temporarily changed when an unexpected situation occurs, for example, when the appearance detection result and the quality detection result of the product are both qualified detection results, but the product is suddenly blocked and damaged, the product needs to be prevented from flowing to a packaging post, a second offline instruction can be input, the product is prevented from flowing to the packaging post, and when the prompt information corresponding to the second offline confirmation instruction is popped up, the offline instruction for the product is confirmed, so that the product flows to the offline post for rechecking.
In an embodiment, after the step of generating the two-dimensional code of the detection result based on the appearance detection result and the product identification information, the method further includes:
And sending the detection result two-dimensional codes to a production execution system, and storing and managing the detection result two-dimensional codes of the products by the production execution system.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate overall management of the obtained detection parameters and detection results of each product in each detection link, the two-dimensional code of the detection result obtained in real time is scanned, so that the detection condition of each environment can be timely obtained.
In one embodiment, the appearance inspection result and the product identification information are transmitted based on a message queuing manner under 6G millimeter waves. In this embodiment, the message queue is only an information transmission manner, and the 6G millimeter wave is used to ensure the speed of information transmission, so as to ensure that all information can be transmitted in real time.
In one embodiment, the product identification information includes a product serial number. In this embodiment, the product is the tested machine, the tested machine is usually stuck with the bar code of the product serial number, the product serial number can be obtained by scanning the bar code of the product serial number through the scanning gun, the product serial number is sent into the two-dimensional code generating system, and the product serial number is bound with all detection information of the tested machine, so that the tested machine can be in one-to-one correspondence with all detection information of the tested machine, and the situation of corresponding errors can not occur.
In an embodiment, a system for generating a two-dimensional code of a detection result is installed on an upper computer. In this embodiment, the upper computer controls a plurality of detection links, and the system for detecting the result two-dimensional code is installed on the upper computer to conveniently obtain the detection parameters and the detection results of each link. Further, the detection devices of all links are respectively and electrically connected with the upper computer. Therefore, the detection parameters and the detection results of all links are conveniently transmitted to the two-dimensional code generation system in the upper computer respectively, so that the two-dimensional code of the detection results is generated according to the detection parameters and the detection results of all links, and corresponding information can be obtained when a worker scans the code.
In one embodiment, a field employee scans the bar code of the tested machine by using a PDA (a handheld device with a bar code scanning function), and after the bar code of the tested machine is obtained, the PDA transmits the bar code to the two-dimensional code generating system in a message queue mode. And after the detected machine finishes detection in each front detection procedure, each detection parameter and detection result of the detected machine are transmitted to the two-dimensional code production system in a message queue mode. Meanwhile, the tested machine flows to the last detection post, namely the appearance visual detection post, when the tested machine reaches the designated position, the 3D camera shoots, and after shooting is completed, the tested machine flows to the packing card receiving post. And simultaneously, shooting to acquire corresponding images, uploading the corresponding images to an upper computer, executing a corresponding program by the upper computer to perform modeling, after the modeling is completed, calling corresponding templates from a template library by the upper computer to match the corresponding templates, acquiring corresponding detection results, transmitting the corresponding detection results to a two-dimensional code generating system in a message queue mode, executing the corresponding program after the two-dimensional code generating system receives the detection results, binding the bar code of the tested machine, all detection parameters and results of a front detection procedure and detection results of an appearance visual detection link, and generating the dynamic two-dimensional code. And then the message is transmitted to an industrial flat board and an MES system of a packaging card receiving station in a message queue mode. And the staff at the packaging and card receiving station can scan the two-dimensional code through the PDA to check the visual appearance detection result, if the detection result is OK, the staff at the packaging and card receiving station is qualified, if the detection result is NG, the staff at the packaging and card receiving station is unqualified, and if the detection result is NG, the staff at the packaging and card receiving station is off-line. Meanwhile, a manager can log in the MES system, sweep the two-dimensional code and acquire all detection data and detection results of the tested machine. In addition, the method is carried out under the full coverage of the 6G network, and real-time and long-distance transmission of each data is realized by means of the characteristics of the 6G millimeter wave.
In the prior art, in a plurality of quality detection links of the air conditioner internal and external units, various parameters are more and more involved, whether each quality detection link of each detected air conditioner internal and external unit is qualified or not is recorded at present, and various parameters of each quality detection link are not recorded, so that when quality accidents occur, information cannot be traced back, and the reasons for generating the quality accidents cannot be effectively analyzed. In addition, because various parameters are many and miscellaneous, the traditional paper mode is adopted for recording, the storage is not facilitated, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are required. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that various parameters are collected to the two-dimensional code generation system, and stored online, so that information tracing is facilitated. The method for transmitting data by carrying the 6G millimeter wave combined message queue through the dynamic two-dimensional code technology utilizes the time gap between two detection posts, namely the time gap from the appearance visual detection post to the final packaging card receiving post, provides the 6G millimeter wave based method and the 6G millimeter wave based system for detecting the quality of the air conditioner internal and external units based on the dynamic two-dimensional code technology, optimally controls the production beat of the detected machine in the appearance visual detection post, ensures that the detected machine does not need to wait again when detecting in the visual detection post, directly enters the packaging card receiving post, effectively solves the problem that the detected air conditioner internal and external units stay for 3-5s in the visual detection post, improves the information tracing level of the whole detection link, perfects the information management system and improves the production efficiency. According to the method and the device, parameters of all links are associated with the two-dimensional code production system through the transmission mode of the message queue, so that all the parameters are recorded effectively, and the information tracing level of the whole detection link is improved.
In addition, on the problems of long-distance transmission and real-time uploading of data, due to the problems of production beats, manpower, material resources and the like, long-distance transmission and real-time uploading must be realized due to detection results, transmission of various parameters, generation and transmission of dynamic two-dimensional codes and the like, and considering that the data transmission rate of 6G may reach 50 times of 5G, the time delay is shortened to one tenth of 5G, and the requirements of actual production can be met. Therefore, the invention completes the whole quality detection link under the link by means of the 6G millimeter wave technology, and realizes the remote transmission and the real-time uploading of the data.
