本发明涉及PET膜制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备及工艺。
背景技术
PET膜在日常生活中十分常见,食品包装、汽车改色都能见到它的身影,不过PET膜在制备时常常因为使用原材料不够环保,使得操作工存在一定的职业病风险,为了降低这种潜在的风险,保障操作工人的人身安全,必须在原有的工艺流程进行改进,减少人工干预。
公开号为CN101244413A的中国发明专利公开了一种辊涂机,该发明利用同步机构保证涂敷机构的同步升降,利用调节机构控制涂敷辊装置、取料辊装置和调节辊装置之间的间隙,改变涂层厚度,利用喷淋管路实现上色;但是该现有技术对于工艺的改进及人员的保护均未涉及,因此针对该缺陷发明了一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备及工艺。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备,包括固定机构,所述固定机构包括固定底座,所述固定底座上转动安装有支承辊,所述支承辊上缠绕有原膜,所述固定机构的前侧设有支架,该免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备还包括上色机构、涂胶机构、换卷机构,所述上色机构安装在支架上且位于固定机构的前侧,用于对原膜进行上色烘干,所述涂胶机构与支架相连接且位于上色机构的前侧,用于对原膜进行上胶,所述换卷机构位于涂胶机构的前侧,包括固定架Ⅰ,所述固定架Ⅰ与固定架Ⅱ相对设置,所述固定架Ⅰ与固定架Ⅱ的内侧壁上方固定安装有切刀的两端,所述切刀的刀刃朝上,用于切割成卷的原膜。

一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将原膜插入支承辊中并放置在固定底座上,将原膜穿过胶辊、上色传送辊、连接辊Ⅰ、连接辊Ⅱ、连接辊Ⅲ、涂胶传送辊,缠绕在换卷机构上方的卷筒上;
S2、开启设备后,胶辊将原膜内侧的灰尘粘掉,上色机构对原膜的内侧进行上色并由烘干箱进行烘干;
S3、烘干后的原膜通过传送到达涂胶机构的上方,通过滚刷对原膜的内侧涂抹PET薄膜胶水,涂抹胶水后的原膜缠绕在卷筒上;
S4、上方的卷筒缠绕完一卷后,通过运动带和驱动带Ⅱ的运动将下方的卷筒运输到上方,原膜被切断并缠绕在新的卷筒上,设备继续工作,缠绕好的PET膜卷被取下。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:(1)本发明通过设置上色机构,利用胶辊与原膜的接触保证原膜内侧的干净,利用齿轮传动与泵的连接,既保证了原膜的充分上漆又保证了油漆的流动性,利用竖直放置的烘干箱对原膜烘干,使得油漆有时间充分流平,保证了上漆的均匀性;(2)本发明通过设置涂胶机构,利用啮合带传动控制滚刷的均匀转动,保证了对原膜进行均匀平稳的上胶,利用刮板将多余胶水刮下,避免原膜沾上过多胶水影响成卷,利用连通管将胶水槽与平衡池连通,方便为胶水槽一直补充胶水的同时,维持了胶水槽的液面恒定;(3)本发明通过设置换卷机构,利用驱动齿轮与带齿形的驱动带之间的啮合控制连接轴的转动,为原膜的制备提供动力的同时,方便原膜的成卷,利用运动齿轮、驱动带和固定架的齿圈的啮合,带动上下两个连接轴既发生自转也发生公转,方便制备完成的原膜实现自动换卷,无需人工进行换卷;(4)本发明通过换卷机构为设备整体提供动力,制备过程无需人工干预,极大的减轻了制备过程中原材料对工作人员的造成的身体损害,降低了工作人员患职业病的风险,缩短了工作时间,提高了工作效率。

实施例:如图1-图2所示的一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备,包括固定机构1,固定机构1包括固定底座101,固定底座101上转动安装有支承辊102,支承辊102上缠绕有原膜6,固定机构1的前侧设有支架2,该免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备还包括上色机构3、涂胶机构4、换卷机构5,上色机构3安装在支架2上且位于固定机构1的前侧,用于对原膜6进行上色烘干,涂胶机构4与支架2相连接且位于上色机构3的前侧,用于对原膜6进行上胶,换卷机构5位于涂胶机构4的前侧,包括固定架Ⅰ501,固定架Ⅰ501与固定架Ⅱ502相对设置,固定架Ⅰ501与固定架Ⅱ502的内侧壁上方固定安装有切刀529的两端,切刀529的刀刃朝上,用于切割成卷的原膜6。
如图3所示,支架2上转动安装有连接辊Ⅰ7,连接辊Ⅰ7位于烘干箱309的正上方,支架2上转动安装有连接辊Ⅱ8,连接辊Ⅱ8与连接辊Ⅰ7的高度相同且位于远离烘干箱309的一侧,连接辊Ⅱ8的斜下方设有连接辊Ⅲ9,连接辊Ⅲ9转动安装在支架2上且连接辊Ⅲ9位于涂胶传送辊412靠近烘干箱309一侧的斜上方。
如图4、图5所示,上色机构3包括油漆箱301、上色传送辊308,油漆箱301位于支架2的下方,油漆箱301的下侧固定安装有上色电机302,上色电机302的输出端与电机齿轮Ⅰ303固定连接,电机齿轮Ⅰ303与转动齿轮304相啮合,转动齿轮304与扇叶连接轴305的第一端固定连接,扇叶连接轴305的第二端穿过泵307一侧的外壁转动安装在泵307另一侧侧壁上,扇叶连接轴305上固定连接有扇叶306,扇叶306位于泵307内部,上色传送辊308转动安装在支架2的中部下方,支架2的中部侧面与烘干箱309固定连接,支架2的前端转动安装有胶辊310。
如图6所示,涂胶机构4包括胶水槽401,胶水槽401位于支架2的下方,胶水槽401的下侧固定安装有涂胶电机402,涂胶电机402的输出端与啮合带轮403固定连接,啮合带轮403与齿形驱动轴405的第一端通过啮合带404相连接,齿形驱动轴405的第一端为齿形结构,齿形驱动轴405的第二端转动安装在支架2上,齿形驱动轴405上固定安装有滚刷406,滚刷406的外周设有多个绒头,胶水槽401的顶端固定安装有刮板407,刮板407靠近滚刷406一端的上下两侧均设有斜面,胶水槽401远离啮合带404的一端设有平衡池架409,平衡池架409的顶端四个角均与弹簧410的底端固定连接,弹簧410设有多个,弹簧410的底端固定连接有平衡池411,胶水槽401与平衡池411通过平衡池架409相连通,支架2上转动安装有涂胶传送辊412,涂胶传送辊412位于滚刷406的正上方。
如图7-图10所示,固定架Ⅰ501的内侧设有齿圈,固定架Ⅰ501的外侧中部固定安装有固定板Ⅰ503,固定板Ⅰ503的底端固定安装有缠卷电机504,缠卷电机504的输出端与电机轴Ⅰ505的第一端固定连接,电机轴Ⅰ505的第二端穿过固定架Ⅰ501的侧壁与驱动齿轮Ⅰ506固定连接,驱动齿轮Ⅰ506与驱动带Ⅰ507的内侧相啮合,驱动带Ⅰ507中部为软带,两侧设有齿形,驱动带Ⅰ507的顶端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅰ522上,驱动带Ⅰ507的底端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅲ524上,支承筒Ⅰ522与支承筒Ⅲ524均转动安装在固定架Ⅰ501的内侧壁上,驱动带Ⅰ507的顶端外侧啮合有转动齿轮Ⅰ508,驱动带Ⅰ507的底端外侧啮合有转动齿轮Ⅱ509,固定架Ⅱ502的内侧设有齿圈,固定架Ⅱ502的外侧中部固定安装有固定板Ⅱ521,固定板Ⅱ521的顶端固定安装有换卷电机518,换卷电机518的输出端与电机轴Ⅱ517的第一端固定连接,电机轴Ⅱ517的第二端穿过固定架Ⅱ502的侧壁转动安装在固定架Ⅰ501的侧壁上,电机轴Ⅱ517上靠近固定架Ⅱ502的一侧固定安装有驱动齿轮Ⅱ516,驱动齿轮Ⅱ516内啮合在驱动带Ⅱ515上,电机轴Ⅱ517上靠近固定架Ⅰ501的一侧固定安装有驱动带Ⅲ519,驱动带Ⅲ519内啮合在运动带513上。
换卷机构5还包括连接轴510,连接轴510成对设置,两个连接轴510外均固定套设有卷筒528,上方连接轴510的第一端与转动齿轮Ⅰ508固定连接,上方连接轴510的第二端与运动齿轮Ⅱ512转动连接,下方连接轴510的第一端与转动齿轮Ⅱ509固定连接,下方连接轴510的第二端与运动齿轮Ⅳ520转动连接,运动齿轮Ⅱ512与驱动带Ⅱ515的顶端外侧相啮合,驱动带Ⅱ515中部为软带,两侧设有齿形,驱动带Ⅱ515的底端外侧与运动齿轮Ⅳ520相啮合,驱动带Ⅱ515的顶端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅴ526上,驱动带Ⅱ515的底端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅵ527上,支承筒Ⅴ526与支承筒Ⅵ527均转动安装在固定架Ⅱ502的内侧壁上,运动齿轮Ⅱ512内啮合在固定架Ⅱ502内侧齿圈的顶部,运动齿轮Ⅳ520内啮合在固定架Ⅱ502内侧齿圈的底部,上方连接轴510靠近转动齿轮Ⅰ508的一侧转动安装有运动齿轮Ⅰ511,运动齿轮Ⅰ511与运动带513的顶端外侧啮合,运动带513中部为软带,两侧设有齿形,运动带513的底端外侧与运动齿轮Ⅲ514相啮合,运动齿轮Ⅲ514转动安装在下方连接轴510靠近转动齿轮Ⅱ509的一侧上,运动带513的顶端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅱ523上,运动带513的底端内侧套设在支承筒Ⅳ525上,支承筒Ⅱ523与支承筒Ⅳ525均转动安装在固定架Ⅰ501的内侧壁上,且支承筒Ⅱ523和支承筒Ⅳ525分别位于支承筒Ⅰ522和支承筒Ⅲ524的外侧,运动齿轮Ⅰ511内啮合在固定架Ⅰ501内侧齿圈的顶部,运动齿轮Ⅲ514内啮合在固定架Ⅰ501内侧齿圈的底部。
一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将原膜6插入支承辊102中并放置在固定底座101上,将原膜6穿过胶辊310、上色传送辊308、连接辊Ⅰ7、连接辊Ⅱ8、连接辊Ⅲ9、涂胶传送辊412,缠绕在换卷机构5上方的卷筒528上;
S2、开启设备后,胶辊310将原膜6内侧的灰尘粘掉,上色机构3对原膜6的内侧进行上色并由烘干箱309进行烘干;
S3、烘干后的原膜6通过传送到达涂胶机构4的上方,通过滚刷406对原膜6的内侧涂抹PET薄膜胶水,涂抹胶水后的原膜6缠绕在卷筒528上;
S4、上方的卷筒528缠绕完一卷后,通过运动带513和驱动带Ⅱ515的运动将下方的卷筒528运输到上方,原膜6被切断并缠绕在新的卷筒528上,设备继续工作,缠绕好的PET膜卷被取下。
工作原理:当装置未工作时,将原膜6插入到支承辊102中并放置在固定底座101上,将原膜6的一端穿过胶辊310、上色传送辊308、连接辊Ⅰ7、连接辊Ⅱ8、连接辊Ⅲ9与涂胶传送辊412后缠绕在换卷机构5上方的卷筒528上。
当装置开始工作时,启动缠卷电机504,缠卷电机504带动电机轴Ⅰ505转动进而带动驱动齿轮Ⅰ506发生转动,由于驱动齿轮Ⅰ506与驱动带Ⅰ507相啮合,使得驱动齿轮Ⅰ506带动驱动带Ⅰ507以支承筒Ⅰ522和支承筒Ⅲ524为支撑发生运动,由于驱动带Ⅰ507与转动齿轮Ⅰ508和转动齿轮Ⅱ509相啮合,使得转动齿轮Ⅰ508与转动齿轮Ⅱ509发生转动,进而带动连接轴510与卷筒528发生转动,卷筒528转动从而对原膜6进行缠绕。
在缠卷电机504启动的同时,原膜6被牵引发生运动,此时,胶辊310将原膜6内侧的灰尘等脏污粘掉,保证原膜6的内侧为干净的状态,当原膜6在绕到上色传送辊308的位置时,原膜6与油漆箱301之间只保留很小的间隙,保证原膜6能够充分上漆;此时,启动上色电机302,上色电机302带动电机齿轮Ⅰ303转动进而带动转动齿轮304转动,转动齿轮304带动扇叶连接轴305转动进而带动扇叶306转动,从而将油漆箱301下方的油漆输送至上方,对原膜6进行上漆,上方的油漆通过油漆箱301的斜面流入到下方,保证了油漆始终处在流动状态,上漆后的原膜6被竖直牵引至烘干箱309内并在烘干箱309内进行烘干。
经过上漆与烘干后的原膜6通过涂胶传送辊412的传送到达胶水槽401的上方,启动涂胶电机402,涂胶电机402带动啮合带轮403转动进而带动啮合带404发生运动,啮合带404带动齿形驱动轴405转动进而带动滚刷406发生转动,滚刷406在转动过程中将胶水槽401内的PET薄膜胶水挂在绒头上,在滚刷406经过刮板407时,刮板407将滚刷406上多余的胶水刮下,只留适量胶水在绒头上,并将胶水涂抹在原膜6上;胶水槽401与平衡池411通过连通管408连接在一起形成连通器,保证胶水槽401与平衡池411液面高度一致,在胶水槽401内液面下降时,平衡池411为胶水槽401补充胶水,并且随着平衡池411中胶水的减少,弹簧410逐渐将平衡池411顶起,保证平衡池411的液位恒定。
经过上胶后的原膜6缠绕在卷筒528上,在转动齿轮Ⅰ508与转动齿轮Ⅱ509的带动下卷筒528上的原膜6缠绕为一卷,随后,启动换卷电机518,换卷电机518带动电机轴Ⅱ517转动进而带动驱动齿轮Ⅱ516与驱动带Ⅲ519发生转动,由于驱动齿轮Ⅱ516与驱动带Ⅱ515相啮合,驱动带Ⅲ519与运动带513相啮合,使得运动带513以支承筒Ⅱ523和支承筒Ⅳ525为支撑发生运动,驱动带Ⅱ515以支承筒Ⅴ526和支承筒Ⅵ527为支撑发生运动,由于运动带513与运动齿轮Ⅰ511和运动齿轮Ⅲ514相啮合,驱动带Ⅱ515与运动齿轮Ⅱ512和运动齿轮Ⅳ520相啮合,使得运动带513带动运动齿轮Ⅰ511与运动齿轮Ⅲ514发生转动,驱动带Ⅱ515带动运动齿轮Ⅱ512与运动齿轮Ⅳ520发生转动,由于运动齿轮Ⅰ511和运动齿轮Ⅲ514与固定架Ⅰ501的内侧齿圈相啮合,运动齿轮Ⅱ512和运动齿轮Ⅳ520与固定架Ⅱ502的内侧齿圈相啮合,使得运动齿轮Ⅰ511与运动齿轮Ⅱ512带动上方连接轴510绕固定架Ⅰ501与固定架Ⅱ502的内侧齿圈从上向下发生转动,运动齿轮Ⅲ514与运动齿轮Ⅳ520带动下方的连接轴510绕固定架Ⅰ501与固定架Ⅱ502的内侧齿圈从下向上发生转动,上方的卷筒528在向下运动时与切刀529相接触,切刀529上方的刀刃将原膜6切断,此时,下方的卷筒528恰好与切断后的原膜6相贴,原膜6缠绕到新的卷筒528上并继续工作,缠绕好的PET膜卷被取下。

1.一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备,包括固定机构(1),所述固定机构(1)包括固定底座(101),所述固定底座(101)上转动安装有支承辊(102),所述支承辊(102)上缠绕有原膜(6),所述固定机构(1)的前侧设有支架(2),其特征在于:
该免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备还包括上色机构(3)、涂胶机构(4)、换卷机构(5),所述上色机构(3)安装在支架(2)上且位于固定机构(1)的前侧,用于对原膜(6)进行上色烘干,所述涂胶机构(4)与支架(2)相连接且位于上色机构(3)的前侧,用于对原膜(6)进行上胶,所述换卷机构(5)位于涂胶机构(4)的前侧,包括固定架Ⅰ(501),所述固定架Ⅰ(501)与固定架Ⅱ(502)相对设置,所述固定架Ⅰ(501)与固定架Ⅱ(502)的内侧壁上方固定安装有切刀(529)的两端,所述切刀(529)的刀刃朝上,用于切割成卷的原膜(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备,其特征在于:所述上色机构(3)包括油漆箱(301)、上色传送辊(308),所述油漆箱(301)位于支架(2)的下方,所述油漆箱(301)的下侧固定安装有上色电机(302),所述上色电机(302)的输出端与电机齿轮Ⅰ(303)固定连接,所述电机齿轮Ⅰ(303)与转动齿轮(304)相啮合,所述转动齿轮(304)与扇叶连接轴(305)的第一端固定连接,所述扇叶连接轴(305)的第二端穿过泵(307)一侧的外壁转动安装在泵(307)另一侧侧壁上,所述扇叶连接轴(305)上固定连接有扇叶(306),所述扇叶(306)位于泵(307)内部,所述上色传送辊(308)转动安装在支架(2)的中部下方,所述支架(2)的中部侧面与烘干箱(309)固定连接,所述支架(2)的前端转动安装有胶辊(310)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种免离型环保耐磨PET膜制备用辊涂设备,其特征在于:所述涂胶机构(4)包括胶水槽(401),所述胶水槽(401)位于支架(2)的下方,所述胶水槽(401)的下侧固定安装有涂胶电机(402),所述涂胶电机(402)的输出端与啮合带轮(403)固定连接,所述啮合带轮(403)与齿形驱动轴(405)的第一端通过啮合带(404)相连接,所述齿形驱动轴(405)的第一端为齿形结构,所述齿形驱动轴(405)的第二端转动安装在支架(2)上,所述齿形驱动轴(405)上固定安装有滚刷(406),所述滚刷(406)的外周设有多个绒头,所述胶水槽(401)的顶端固定安装有刮板(407),所述刮板(407)靠近滚刷(406)一端的上下两侧均设有斜面,所述胶水槽(401)远离啮合带(404)的一端设有平衡池架(409),所述平衡池架(409)的顶端四个角均与弹簧(410)的底端固定连接,所述弹簧(410)设有多个,所述弹簧(410)的底端固定连接有平衡池(411),所述胶水槽(401)与平衡池(411)通过平衡池架(409)相连通,所述支架(2)上转动安装有涂胶传送辊(412),所述涂胶传送辊(412)位于滚刷(406)的正上方。

S2、开启设备后,胶辊(310)将原膜(6)内侧的灰尘粘掉,上色机构(3)对原膜(6)的内侧进行上色并由烘干箱(309)进行烘干;
S3、烘干后的原膜(6)通过传送到达涂胶机构(4)的上方,通过滚刷(406)对原膜(6)的内侧涂抹PET薄膜胶水,涂抹胶水后的原膜(6)缠绕在卷筒(528)上;
S4、上方的卷筒(528)缠绕完一卷后,通过运动带(513)和驱动带Ⅱ(515)的运动将下方的卷筒(528)运输到上方,原膜(6)被切断并缠绕在新的卷筒(528)上,设备继续工作,缠绕好的PET膜卷被取下。
