Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device assembly.
Background
Female pelvic floor dysfunction disease (pelvic floor dysfunction, PFD) manifests as a series of pelvic floor lesions and defects, such as pelvic organ prolapse (pelvic organ prolapse, POP) and stress urinary incontinence (stress urinary incontinence, SUI). PFD causes a lot of etiology, epidemiological investigation shows that levator ani and pudendum nerve mechanical injury in pregnancy and delivery processes plays an important role in the occurrence process of PFD, the slow traction of the pelvic floor is caused by gravity action to different degrees of soft tissue injury along with the increase of uterus in gestation, the collagen metabolism of the pelvic floor connective tissue is changed due to the change of the hormone level in gestation, the pelvic floor supporting structure is weakened, and the occurrence risk of POP is increased; during delivery, the pelvic floor is extruded by the fetal head, the pelvic floor stretches and prolongs, the muscle is highly expanded, the pelvic floor is subjected to denervation change, connective tissue connection and separation change and the like, dystocia, instrument midwifery and the like are easy to cause injury of tissues around the pelvic floor and the urethra, change of the bladder neck position and activity and reduction of urethral occlusive pressure, and SUI is caused. Therefore, the pelvic floor rehabilitation training (pelvicfloor rehabilitation, PFR) is of great preventive significance in the early postpartum stage.
At present, the treatment method aiming at pelvic floor muscle relaxation mainly comprises drug treatment and instrument treatment, wherein the drug treatment mainly comprises the steps of orally taking or putting drugs into an affected part, improving the neural response of the pelvic floor muscle and recovering the autonomous contraction function; the instrument therapy mainly comprises a biofeedback therapy and an electric stimulation therapy, wherein the biofeedback therapy converts muscle activity information into auditory and visual signals through electromyography, pressure curves or other forms to be fed back to a patient, guides the patient to perform correct and autonomous pelvic floor muscle training and form conditional reflex, the electric stimulation can improve the excitability of nerve muscles, arouses nerve cells with the function suspended due to compression, and promotes the recovery of nerve cell functions.
However, in the above treatment method, the oral medicament for drug treatment can generate drug resistance and cause the reduction of organ functions, and the operation of delivering the drug is inconvenient and the sanitation cannot be ensured; the instrument treatment mostly needs a controller main body and a detector, the treatment cost is higher, the treatment process is complex, and the treatment process needs a doctor to conduct guidance, so that the instrument treatment is not suitable for large-scale popularization and use, and has certain limitation.
In addition, the pelvic floor muscle dysfunction is repaired in the market by using the pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device, a user puts the pelvic floor muscle dysfunction into the vagina, the user has to contract the pelvic floor muscle and keep the pelvic floor muscle in the normal position in the vagina through the weight of the pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device, the effect of exercising the pelvic floor muscle is achieved, the traditional pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device generally adopts a form of soft and hard plastic parts and metal counterweights, the size and the weight design are single, the training scheme adapting to different pelvic floor muscle states cannot be provided, the problem that the female perception degree is not strong exists, the movement state of the rehabilitation device cannot be felt during training, the biophysical feedback effect cannot be improved, and certain limitation exists.
