The two operators hold the introducer and catheter, respectively. The thermoplastic elastomer material of the first section of the catheter has the characteristic of softening by heating, and can soften after being directly contacted with the surface of the eustachian tube, so that the tissue injury in the contacted cavity can be avoided. The second connector is a luer connector, and one end of the outer luer connector is externally connected with a flushing device or a syringe. The cleaning fluid flows from one end of the second connector to the end of the first section to flush the eustachian tube. Especially, the front end (tip) of the first section is made of temperature-sensitive thermoplastic elastomer materials, and the materials are in different hardness states under different temperature conditions, so that discomfort such as irritation, pain or blockage after the interventional catheter outer layer material enters a human body and contacts with human body cavity tissues is improved, and meanwhile, the product can be ensured to smoothly enter the human body cavity. Namely, the eustachian tube catheter realizes the function of flushing or probing the eustachian tube when the eustachian tube is blocked by the design of selecting the temperature-sensitive thermoplastic elastomer material for the front end (tip) of the first section.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be readily understood, a more particular description thereof will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings. It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed" to another element, it can be directly on the other element or one or more intervening elements may be present therebetween. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or one or more intervening elements may be present therebetween. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in this specification for purposes of illustration only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used in this specification includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In addition, the technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with one another as long as they do not conflict with one another.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, which respectively show a schematic view of a eustachian tube device, a schematic view of a catheter and a schematic view of an introducer according to an embodiment of the present invention. The eustachian tube device includes an introducer and a catheter. The guide device comprises a guide tube seat and a guide tube, wherein a first joint is arranged at one end of the guide tube seat, which is away from the guide tube; the guide tube is worn to establish by the pipe, and the pipe is including the first section, second section, third section and the second joint that set gradually, and thermoplastic elastomer material is adopted to first section, and the second section adopts one or more materials among nylon elastomer, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, nylon elastomer, polyethylene or silicone rubber, and the hardness of second section is greater than the hardness of first section, and the hardness of third section is greater than the hardness of second section, first joint and second joint.
Specifically, the first section is made of a thermoplastic elastomer material, and is in direct contact with the surface of the eustachian tube, and the thermoplastic elastomer material is selected so that tissues in the cavity contacted by the first section are not damaged; preferably, the hardness of the first segment is 30-60 Shore A.
The thermoplastic elastomer material has the characteristic of softening by heating, can be rapidly softened under the influence of body temperature if the first section contacts tissues in the treatment process, and can further reduce pain or uncomfortable feeling of a human body cavity channel interventional catheter in a clinical operation of a patient by the optimized combination of the material and the structure; if the operation is inconvenient due to softening, a small amount of normal temperature normal saline can be injected to restore the hardness.
More specifically, the shore D hardness of the second segment is not less than 70. The Shore D hardness of the third section is not less than 80. The third section is far away from the tissue of the patient, and a material with higher hardness can be selected, so that the doctor can treat and operate or push the instrument in the clinical process or withdraw the instrument after the operation is finished.
The second connector is a luer connector, and comprises an inner luer connector, an outer luer connector and a neck part of the inner luer connector and the outer luer connector, wherein the inner luer connector is arranged close to the first section, and the inner luer connector is used for being connected with the outer luer connector at the front end of a guide tube matched with clinical operation. The outer luer fitting is disposed distally from the first section. The outer surface of the first head is provided with an anti-slip structure (not limited to a stripe-shaped and concave-convex structure) which is convenient for clinical trial operation of medical staff and accords with human engineering.
The operation process of the invention comprises the following steps: the two operators hold the introducer and catheter, respectively.
In summary, the thermal softening property of the material of the first section can protect the patient from smoothly reaching the treatment part in the clinical operation treatment process and avoid the contacted tissue injury in the cavity; the second and third sections enhance the rigidity of the eustachian tube catheter tip to provide support or push or withdraw, facilitating the doctor's therapeutic procedure.
It should be noted that the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, which are not to be construed as additional limitations of the invention, but are provided for a more thorough understanding of the present invention. The above-described features are further combined with each other to form various embodiments not listed above, and are considered to be the scope of the present invention described in the specification; further, modifications and variations of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, and all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
