Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of washing and caring products, in particular to a washing and caring composition for fixation after dyeing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pursue beauty more and more, and hair dyeing becomes a common hairdressing project. Hair dyes in the current market are mainly divided into three main categories according to dyeing mechanism and coloring durability: temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent. The temporary hair conditioner does not enter into the cortex layer and the cuticle of the hair, and can be washed out by shampoo and clean water. And both the semi-permanent type and the permanent type require that the hair scale is opened so that the dye and the color particles act on the cortex layer and the cuticle. Semi-permanent and permanent types may remain longer than temporary types.
However, the semi-permanent type and permanent type may excessively open the hair scales, resulting in that the color particles are very easily detached from the hair during hair washing, resulting in a non-lasting hair dyeing effect. It is therefore desirable to provide a color-fixing cleaning product.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the fixation effect on dyed hair, the application provides a washing and protecting composition applied to fixation after dyeing and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a cleaning and care composition for fixing color after dyeing, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the washing and caring composition for fixation after dyeing comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of anionic surfactant, 1-5% of amphoteric surfactant, 1-5% of nonionic surfactant, 1-5% of humectant, 0-1% of bacteriostat, 0-1% of essence, 0-1% of pH regulator, 0-0.5% of panthenol, 0-1% of amino end polydimethylsiloxane, 0-1% of thickener, 0-1% of conditioner, 0-0.5% of hydrolyzed keratin, 0.1-2% of acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, 0.05-2% of kelp extract, 0.05-2% of ginger root extract, 0.01-1% of aloe vera leaf extract, 0.1-5% of triethyl citrate, 0.1-3% of tung oil, 0.1-5% of unsaturated organic acid, 0.1-5% of sunflower seed oil and the balance of water is added to 100%.
The tung oil and the sunflower seed oil are unsaturated grease with the unsaturation degree not less than 2, and can be polymerized in situ under the action of heat and oxygen in the air with unsaturated organic acid to form a compact film, so that the aim of color protection is fulfilled. Compared with the traditional polymer film forming agent, the small-molecule unsaturated grease and the organic acid have strong permeability, can be absorbed by damaged hair after dyeing more quickly, and are filled into the hair and the surface to form a film, so that the hair is not easy to fall off.
The triethyl citrate can replace traditional carcinogenic phthalate esters in cosmetics, can be used as a plasticizer and a blocking agent, and can promote the film formation of the substances.
Further, by adopting the technical scheme, under the common cooperation of the kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract, the tung oil and the sunflower seed oil, the kelp extract is wrapped by the wadding glue during washing, so that nutrients such as hydrolyzed protein and the like are effectively deposited on the scalp and hair, and the scalp and hair are nourished. In addition, under the common combination of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil, gel-like substances are generated, and the gel-like substances are also matched with the wadding glue and wrapped on the hair, so that the nutrient substances are favorably absorbed by the hair and the hair scales are smoothed. The gel-like substances also increase the viscosity of the composition, are easier to hang on the hair, enable the nutrient substances to nourish the hair for a longer time, and are beneficial to making the hair after dyeing more flexible.
Dyeing is achieved by opening the stratum corneum with an alkaline substance in the dye, and hydrogen peroxide in the oxidizing agent enters the hair shaft through the stratum corneum space. The alkaline substances sometimes excessively open the stratum corneum, which not only causes great damage to the scalp, but also causes the color particles to fail to stay firmly on the hair.
Under the co-cooperation of the kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil, the composition can be promoted to rapidly spread on the surface of the scalp, and the gel-like substance can be flexibly filled and spread into the opened stratum corneum, so that more nutrient substances can be promoted to nourish the scalp; meanwhile, the filling also plays a role in squeezing and fixing the color particles in the stratum corneum, so that the color particles are not easy to separate from the stratum corneum, and a good color fixing effect is achieved. After the composition is spread on the surfaces of scalp and hair wires, carboxyl groups on the surfaces of the kelp extract and the aloe vera leaf extract are bonded with hydrogen on the surfaces of hair, and a uniform, comprehensive and firm protective layer can be formed on the surfaces of the hair, so that color particles are further prevented from separating from horny layers, and the color fixation effect is enhanced.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the wedge-based kelp extract in the composition is 0.1-1%, the mass percentage of the aloe vera leaf extract in the composition is 0.05-0.3%, and the mass percentage of the tung oil in the composition is 1-2%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the blending amount of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil is further limited, so that gel substances can be generated more quickly, and the gel substances uniformly spread and cover all the positions on the surfaces of the scalp and the hair wires, thereby playing better roles of protecting colors, fixing colors, nourishing the scalp and softening and beautifying hair.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the sunflower seed oil in the composition is 1-3%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific dosage of the sunflower seed oil, the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil is further limited, so that the effective precipitation of nutrient substances and gel-like substances on the scalp is promoted, and the hair is further fully cared.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the ammonia-terminal polydimethylsiloxane to the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer is 1: (0.8-1.2).
Along with the combined action of anions on the surface of the hair in the composition, electrostatic action can be generated between the anions and the composition, negative charges of the anionic surfactant can shield negative charges on the surface of the hair, so that the electrostatic repulsion effect is weakened, the composition is adsorbed on the hair, and the hair is cleaned more fully.
The cationic substances such as the amino-terminal polydimethylsiloxane and the acrylamide-propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer have a certain attraction effect with the anionic surfactant at the beginning and can be attached to the hair along with the reaction. Along with the dilution of the anionic surfactant in the hair washing process, the specially selected cationic substances can be deposited and formed on the surface of hair, so that the stability of a protective layer formed by the kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil can be further enhanced, and color particles are prevented from separating from the stratum corneum.
Furthermore, especially after hair is washed, the hair is dried by using an air duct or a clamping plate at 50-180 ℃, so that the speed of polymerization film forming can be increased, and the color protection effect is quickly achieved.
Preferably, the unsaturated organic acid at least comprises one of maleic acid and itaconic acid.
Preferably, the unsaturated organic acid is maleic acid or itaconic acid, and the mass ratio of the maleic acid to the itaconic acid is 1: (2-3) based on the mass of maleic acid.
By adopting the technical scheme, specific maleic acid and itaconic acid are selected, and the mixing proportion of the maleic acid and the itaconic acid is further limited. The maleic acid and the itaconic acid both contain carboxyl, and after being mixed with the kelp extract with wedge groups, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil, the bonding effect between the composition and the hair can be effectively enhanced, the connection strength between the protective layer and the hair can be enhanced, the coverage is more comprehensive and lasting, and the color fixation and nourishing effects can be further improved.
Preferably, the humectant comprises at least one of glycerin and polyglutamic acid.
Preferably, the humectant is glycerin and polyglutamic acid, and the mass ratio of glycerin to polyglutamic acid is 1: (0.1-0.3) based on the mass of glycerin.
By adopting the technical scheme, the specific glycerin and polyglutamic acid are selected as the humectant, the mass ratio between the glycerin and the polyglutamic acid is further limited, the composition is endowed with good water solubility, and the hair is helped to absorb and retain moisture, so that the softness and glossiness of the hair are improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a color fixing washing and protecting composition applied to hair dyeing, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing a color fixing washing and protecting composition applied to hair dyeing, comprising the following steps:
mixing anionic surfactant, 45-55% amphoteric surfactant and water, heating to 75-85deg.C, and stirring to uniformity;
cooling to 60-65deg.C, adding the rest amphoteric surfactant, nonionic surfactant, 60-90% humectant, pH regulator, and conditioner, and stirring to uniformity;
cooling to 40-45deg.C, adding the rest materials, and stirring to uniformity to obtain the final product.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. under the common coordination of the kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract, the tung oil and the sunflower seed oil, nutrients such as hydrolyzed protein and the like can be promoted to be effectively deposited on scalp and hair, and the scalp and hair can be nourished. And gel-like substances are generated and further wrapped on the hair wires, so that the nutrient substances are promoted to be absorbed by the hair, the nutrient substances can nourish the hair for a longer time, and the dyed hair is more flexible.
2. Under the common cooperation of the kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil, the composition can be promoted to rapidly spread on the surface of the scalp, gel substances can be filled into the opened stratum corneum, and nutrient substances can be promoted to nourish the scalp; meanwhile, the color particles in the stratum corneum are extruded, so that the color particles are not easy to separate from the stratum corneum, and a good color fixing effect is achieved.
3. After the composition provided by the application is spread on the surfaces of scalp and hair wires, carboxyl groups on the surfaces of the kelp extract and the aloe vera leaf extract are bonded with hydrogen bonds on the surfaces of hair, and a uniform, comprehensive and firm protective layer can be formed on the surfaces of the hair, so that color particles are further prevented from separating from horny layers, and the color fixation effect is enhanced.

Performance test
1. Color fixation effect:
1) Detecting a sample: the compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were mixed with clear water to prepare a 5% (w/v) solution.
2) The detection method comprises the following steps: 42 identical flat wig bundles (15 cm 1.5cm 2.5g, bleaching treatment bundles) were randomly selected and randomly divided into 14 groups, each group corresponding to 3 bundles.
Each group of hair strands was stained with an equal amount of stain to reddish brown. After the dyeing treatment, the mixture was allowed to stand in an atmosphere of constant temperature and humidity (21 ℃ C., 55% RH) for 24 hours. After removal, each set of hair strands was tested using a colorimeter CL 400 and L was recorded 0 、a 0 、b 0 。
Each group of hair strands was then soaked in 50mL of the corresponding solution and washed in a water bath thermostatted shaker for 2min. Taking out, washing hair bundles with tap water, and drying the hair bundles.
The hair bundles were repeatedly washed 30 times, and then each group of hair bundles was tested using a colorimeter CL 400, recording L 1 、a 1 、b 1 。
The color difference deltae for each hair strand is calculated using the following disclosure.
The average of deltae for the hair tresses in the same group is shown as the result for this group and is reported in table 2.
2. Comb rationality:
Each group of hair strands was then soaked in 50mL of the corresponding solution and washed in a water bath thermostatted shaker for 2min. Taking out, washing hair bundles with tap water, and drying the hair bundles.
The hair tresses were repeatedly washed 10 times, and after the hair tresses were washed with tap water for the last time, combed once with a comb to remove excess moisture.
The tresses were then tested for wet combing using a tensile tester at a stretch rate of 300mm/min and the average wet combing work for each group of tresses was calculated as set forth in Table 2.
Then the hair is dried in air, after the drying, the wet combing property of the hair bundles is detected by using a tension tester, the stretching speed is 300mm/min, and the average dry combing power of each group of hair bundles is calculated as shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 in Table 2, the color difference of the obtained composition in the test of the fixation effect was 8-10, which is much higher than that of example 1, after the special compounding of the kelp wedge-based extract, aloe vera leaf extract, tung oil was destroyed. The composition of example 1 demonstrated good fixation to dyed hair and maintained good dyeing after repeated cleaning. Moreover, example 1 was also tested for dry combing and wet combing properties significantly better than comparative examples 1-3, and the product of example 1 was used to clean hair and exhibited better softness. The hair color fixing agent has the advantages that under the special combination of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil, a layer of protective film can be formed on the hair, the hair scales are filled, the color particles are fixed, and the scalp is nourished, so that the hair color fixing agent has good color fixing and hair nourishing effects.
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of comparative example 4 in Table 2, the color difference of comparative example 4 is smaller than that of comparative examples 1 to 3, and the comb property is better than that of comparative examples 1 to 3; but is clearly less effective than example 1. The method has the advantages that the mixing of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil is limited, and the dosage of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract and the tung oil in a system is limited, so that the special mixing effect of all the substances can be fully exerted.
As can be seen from comparison of the test results of examples 1, 4 and 5 with that of example 6 in Table 2, the color fixing effect and the comb property of example 6 are slightly inferior to those of examples 1, 4 and 5. The color fixation and nourishing effects of the composition can be further improved by further limiting the special dosage of the wedge-based kelp extract, the aloe vera leaf extract, the tung oil and the sunflower seed oil.
From comparison of the test data of example 1 and example 7 in table 2, it is known that further limiting the mass ratio between the ammonia-terminal polydimethylsiloxane and the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer can further improve the stability of the protective layer, thereby exhibiting better fixation effect.
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of examples 1 and 8-9 in Table 2, the types and proportions of the unsaturated organic acids are limited to a specific range, which is beneficial to enhancing the connection strength between the protective layer and the hair, thereby showing good fixation and nourishing effects.
From comparison of the test data of example 1 and example 10 in table 2, it is understood that the use of specific moisturizers and the limitation of the mass ratio of the compounding between the specific moisturizers can further improve the combing property of hair.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
