With continued reference to fig. 1, an operating mechanism 200 is coupled to the rear of the main machine 100 for being held by a user to operate the mower 1000. The grass collecting bag 500 is also connected to the rear of the main machine 100 and is located below the operating mechanism 200, and the grass collecting bag 500 is used for accommodating broken grass generated when the mower 1000 performs mowing operation.
The structure of the host 100 is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 2, the main body case 120 has a shell-like structure extending in the front-rear direction. The chassis 102 is also disposed in the front-rear direction, and the main housing 120 is a shell-like structure disposed above the chassis 102, and in this embodiment, the main housing 120 and the chassis 102 are two housings independent from each other and are fixed by a connector. Of course, in other embodiments, the main housing 120 and the chassis 102 may be integrally formed, so long as the requirements for installing other functional components are met. The main housing 120 may be a housing formed by plastic injection molding, or may be a housing formed by stamping a sheet metal part or a metal housing formed by die casting.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the chassis 102 is formed with a first accommodation chamber 1024 for accommodating the motor 101, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the chassis 102 is also formed with an accommodation portion 1025 for accommodating the mowing element 109, the accommodation portion 1025 being formed at a lower half of the first accommodation chamber 1024. In this embodiment, the first accommodating cavity 1024 is a stepped hole, which includes a motor accommodating portion 1028 with a smaller size and located above and an accommodating portion 1025 of the mowing element 109 with a larger size and located below, and a stepped surface 1027 is formed at a middle portion of the first accommodating cavity 1024. When the motor 101 is disposed in the first accommodation chamber 1024, the motor housing of the motor 101 is stopped against the stepped surface 1027, and the drive shaft of the motor 101 is disposed extending in the direction of the central axis a shown in fig. 3. A mowing element 109 is connected to the drive shaft. In the present embodiment, the mowing element 109 is at least one mowing blade arranged circumferentially around the drive shaft, the mowing blade being rotatable about the axis a under the drive of the motor 101, so as to effect cutting of vegetation.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the main body case 120 is formed with a battery pack compartment 106 for mounting the battery pack 300, and the battery pack compartment 106 is located above the first accommodation chamber 1024 in the vertical direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the battery pack compartment 106 includes a main body portion 1061 formed on the main body housing 120 and a battery compartment cover 1062 that is connected to the main body portion 1061 in an openable manner, wherein the main body portion 1061 is configured to accommodate the battery pack 300, and the battery compartment cover 1062 is configured to be fastened to the main body portion 1061 after the battery pack 300 is placed in the battery pack compartment 106, thereby protecting the battery pack 300. The battery pack 300 disposed in the battery pack compartment 106 can be electrically connected to the motor 101 to power the motor 101.
In some specific embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 7, at least two coupling portions 10612 for detachably coupling the battery pack 300 to the main body case 120 and a guide portion 10611 for guiding the battery pack 300 to be coupled to the coupling portions 10612 along a plugging direction b, which forms an acute angle with the direction of the central axis a, are provided in the battery pack compartment 106, and the battery pack 300 partially overlaps the motor 101 in the direction along the central axis a. It should be noted that, the guiding portion 10611 is a guiding inclined plane formed in the battery pack compartment 106, and the combining portion 10612 is a spring clamping groove formed in the battery pack compartment 106, and the spring clamping groove can be clamped with a buckle on the battery pack 300, so as to fix and limit the battery pack 300.
The mower 1000 sets the included angle between the inserting direction b and the direction of the central axis a of the driving shaft as an acute angle, and the battery pack 300 and the motor 101 are partially overlapped in the direction along the central axis a, so that the utilization rate of the internal space of the host housing 120 is improved, the user can apply force when inserting and extracting the battery pack 300 conveniently, and the use experience of the user is improved. It should be noted that, the present application does not specifically limit the size of the included angle between the direction of the insertion direction b and the direction of the central axis a, and only needs to be able to satisfy the improvement of the utilization rate of the internal space of the host housing 120 within the angular range of the acute angle, which is beneficial to the realization of miniaturization of the mower 1000 and the convenience of the user for inserting and extracting the battery pack 300.
Further, a plane that defines the center of the battery pack 300 and is parallel to the insertion direction b is a first plane, and the battery pack 300 includes a front portion located at a front side of the first plane and a rear portion located at a rear side of the first plane in the pushing direction c of the hand propelled power tool. In some specific embodiments, the lowest point of the front part of the battery pack 300 is lower than the highest point of the motor 101 along the direction of the central axis a, so that the space of the main housing 120 and the chassis 102 in the vertical direction can be fully utilized, and the compactness of each component in the main housing 100 is further improved, so that the space utilization is further improved.
Alternatively, in some more specific embodiments, the number of battery packs 300 is one, and the battery packs 300 are located in front of the central axis a in the pushing direction c of the hand-push type power tool. Since the battery pack 300 is disposed in front of the central axis a on the main body case 120 to move forward the center, the structure is more stable, and thus the battery pack 300 disposed in front of the central axis a is easier to operate and can ensure structural stability of the entire main body 100.
Alternatively, in some side-by-side embodiments, the number of battery packs 300 is at least two. Correspondingly, at least two main body parts 1061 are arranged on the main body shell 120 at intervals along the horizontal direction, wherein the horizontal direction refers to the front-back horizontal direction along the pushing direction c, a combination part 10612 is arranged in each main body part 1061, and at least two battery packs 300 are inserted into at least two main body parts 1061 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Alternatively, as shown with continued reference to fig. 3 and 7, in the present embodiment, two battery packs 300 are provided, the two battery packs 300 including a first battery pack 310 and a second battery pack 320, the main body portion 1061 including a first main body portion located in front of the central axis a and a second main body portion located behind the central axis a, the first battery pack 310 being inserted into the first main body portion, the second battery pack 320 being inserted into the second main body portion.
Further, the first battery pack 310 is inserted into the first body portion along the first inserting direction, and an included angle between the first inserting direction and the direction of the central axis a is a first acute angle. The second battery pack 320 is inserted into the second body portion along a second insertion direction, and an included angle between the second insertion direction and the direction of the central axis a is a second acute angle. It should be noted that the first acute angle and the second acute angle may be set to be the same or different according to the requirement. In some embodiments, the first acute angle and the second acute angle are the same to reduce the design and manufacturing difficulty of the two body portions 1061 of the host housing 120; in some other embodiments, the first acute angle and the second acute angle may be unequal, so that the display portions of the end surfaces of the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 can face the operator, and the user can insert and remove the battery pack 300 conveniently.
Further, the lowest point of the first battery pack 310 is located in the same plane as the lowest point of the second battery pack 320; the highest point of the first battery pack 310 is located in the same plane as the highest point of the second battery pack 320. The arrangement is such that the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 are arranged in parallel in space, and the layout is more compact.
Further, the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 do not overlap in the direction of the central axis a. Therefore, the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 can be prevented from interfering with each other in the direction of the central axis a, and the phenomenon that the two battery packs 300 can be plugged and unplugged only according to the preset sequence is avoided, which is beneficial to ensuring the plugging and unplugging flexibility of the battery packs 300.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 3, the spacing d between the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 is greater than 30mm. This prevents the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 from being too close to each other, and prevents the structure of the main body case 120 between the first battery pack 310 and the second battery pack 320 from being too small to support the weight of the two battery packs 300.
The electronic assembly 400 is used to control the power output of the motor 101, and as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the main housing 120 or chassis 102 is formed with or connected to a service bay 107, the service bay 107 including a second receiving cavity 1071 for receiving the electronic assembly 400. The second accommodating chamber 1071 is provided with an opening, and the opening is connected with a second accommodating chamber cover 1072 in an openable and closable manner. Opening the second housing chamber cover 1072 can open an opening where the electronic assembly 400 can be installed into the second housing chamber 1071 or removed from the second housing chamber 1071. Closing the second receiving chamber cover 1072 can close the opening after the electronic assembly 400 is mounted into the second receiving chamber 1071, thereby protecting the electronic assembly 400. In the present embodiment, the second accommodation chamber 1071 is formed on the main body case 120, and the second accommodation chamber 1071 is provided behind the first accommodation chamber 1024 and the battery pack compartment 106 in the pushing direction c of the mower 1000.
The electronic assembly 400 may generate a lot of heat during operation, and if the heat is accumulated in the second accommodating chamber 1071 and cannot be quickly dissipated, the temperature in the second accommodating chamber 1071 may be too high, so that the electronic assembly 400 cannot work normally. In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3, the first housing chamber 1024 and the second housing chamber 1071 are in communication via the air duct 110, the output end of the motor 101 is connected or formed with a fan 108, when the motor 101 rotates, the fan 108 forms a heat dissipation air, and the heat dissipation air flows from the second housing chamber 1071 to the first housing chamber 1024 via the air duct 110 and out of the first housing chamber 1024.
The mower 1000 communicates the first accommodating chamber 1024 with the second accommodating chamber 1071 by using the air duct 110, and connects or forms the fan 108 at the output end of the motor 101, so that when the motor 101 rotates, the fan 108 forms heat dissipation air, and the heat dissipation air can flow from the second accommodating chamber 1071 to the first accommodating chamber 1024 through the air duct 110, and finally flows out from the first accommodating chamber 1024, so that the heat dissipation air passes through a plurality of components, and the heat dissipation effect and the heat dissipation efficiency are improved. It should be noted that, the air duct 110 may be a virtual structure such as a hole formed in the main housing 120 and the chassis 102, or may be a physical structure such as a pipe. In the present embodiment, the chassis 102 and the maintenance bin 107 are formed with an air duct 110.

Specifically, a partition plate is formed or connected in the second accommodating chamber 1071, the partition plate divides the second accommodating chamber 1071 into a first chamber and a second chamber which are mutually communicated, the first chamber is located in front of the second chamber along the pushing direction c of the mower 1000, and the cooling air flows out after passing through the first chamber, the second chamber, the air duct 110 and the first accommodating chamber 1024 in sequence, and the motor control board 410 and the power control board 420 are respectively located in the first chamber and the second chamber.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the distance e between the motor control board 410 and the central axis a is less than 260mm. Too large a distance e may result in too long a path of the air duct 110, which may not only affect the heat dissipation effect, but also be detrimental to processing the air duct 110 on the chassis 102. Further, with continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the distance f between the power control board 420 and the central axis a is less than 350mm. Too large a distance f may result in too long a path of the air duct 110, which may not only affect the heat dissipation effect, but also be detrimental to processing the air duct 110 on the chassis 102. Of course, in other embodiments, the distance e between the motor control board 410 and the central axis a and the distance f between the power control board 420 and the central axis a may be set to other values as desired.
Further, at least part of the chassis 102 is a metal part, the electronic assembly 400 is provided with a heat dissipation part, at least part of the heat dissipation part is in contact with the metal part of the chassis 102, and heat dissipation air generated by rotation of the fan 108 flows from the second accommodating cavity 1071 to the first accommodating cavity 1024 through the air duct 110, and flows out from the first accommodating cavity 1024. Since the metal heat transfer efficiency is high, the heat dissipation efficiency and the heat dissipation effect can be further improved by making at least part of the chassis 102 of a metal material and directly contacting the part made of the metal material with the heat dissipation part of the electronic component 400.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the grass collecting bag 500 is used for collecting the grass pieces cut by the cutting element, as the amount of grass pieces collected increases, the weight in the grass collecting bag 500 increases, and since the grass collecting bag 500 is disposed at the rear of the host 100, as the amount of grass pieces collected by the grass collecting bag 500 increases, the center of gravity of the whole mower 1000 moves backward, and thus a backward turning phenomenon is liable to occur. To avoid the occurrence of the roll-over phenomenon, in some embodiments, the chassis 102 may weigh at least 15% of the weight of the host machine 100.
The weight of the chassis 102 is set to be at least 15% of the weight of the main machine 100, so that the chassis 102 has larger weight, the gravity center of the hand-push type power tool is relatively forward, the phenomenon of backward turning is not easy to occur in all using modes, and the using feeling and the using safety performance of a user are improved.
Alternatively, the chassis 102 is a disk-like structure made of at least one of aluminum and plastic. Of course, besides aluminum and plastic, the chassis 102 may be made of other materials with larger density, so that the chassis 102 has larger weight under the same volume, so as to increase the weight ratio of the chassis 102 in the whole mower 1000, further enable the center of the mower 1000 to be positioned as front as possible, and avoid the phenomenon of backward turning when the grass collecting bag 500 is full of grass.
At the same time, as the weight of the chassis 102 increases, its strength increases accordingly. In the prior art, when the mowing member cuts vegetation, the cutting speed of the mowing member is limited due to insufficient strength of the chassis. In the embodiment of the present application, the linear velocity M of the blade edge of the mowing element 109 is 2900M/min or more and 5791M/min or less due to the improvement of the strength of the chassis 102.
In some embodiments, the rear wheel drive shaft 1045 is rotatably disposed about the second axis of rotation, and the distance g between the center of gravity of the chassis 102 and the rear wheel drive shaft 1045 is greater than 320mm. In some embodiments, the front axle 1033 is rotatably disposed about a third axis of rotation, and the distance h between the center of gravity of the chassis 102 and the front axle 1033 is greater than 320mm. In some more specific embodiments, 0.8.ltoreq.g/h.ltoreq.1.2, for example, the ratio may be 0.9, 1, or 1.1, so that the center of gravity of the chassis 102 is ensured to be in the center region between the front axle 1033 and the rear wheel drive axle 1045, avoiding occurrence of the roll-over phenomenon.
In some embodiments, the chassis 102 is a non-uniform thickness member, and the weight of the chassis 102 is greater than or equal to 8kg and less than or equal to 11kg, e.g., the weight of the chassis 102 may be 8kg, 9kg, 10kg, or 11kg. In some embodiments, the chassis 102 has a cavity formed therein, and the weight of material required to make the cavity is 60% of the weight of the same material required to make the chassis 102. It will be appreciated that the channel is a portion of the receptacle 1025 adjacent to the mowing element 109, the receptacle 1025 includes a channel and a grass discharge channel, the channel accommodates the mowing element 109, and in particular, when the mowing element 109 cuts vegetation, rotation of the mowing element 109 creates an air flow within the channel, the cut vegetation is guided by the air flow within the channel to flow from the channel to the grass discharge channel and into the grass collection bag 500. It will be appreciated that the mower elements 109 rotate to form a cutting radius and that the inner wall of the channel is a circular profile having a radius slightly greater than the cutting radius.
In some embodiments, the host 100 further includes a grass stand (not shown) mounted to the rear of the host housing 120, to which the grass collection bag 500 is detachably attached, and the distance between the center of gravity of the mower 1000 and the forefront of the mower 1000 is at most 50% of the total length of the mower 1000 when the grass collection bag 500 is full of crushed grass. Thus, the gravity center of the mower 1000 is ensured to be positioned at the front half part of the mower 1000, and the phenomenon that the mower 1000 turns backwards is thoroughly avoided.
It is apparent that the above examples of the present application are merely illustrative examples of the present application and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present application. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. that fall within the spirit and principles of the present application are intended to be included within the scope of the claims of this application.
