the communication management and control module is used for intelligently managing and controlling the power grid power communication request sent by the power utilization user, acquiring a power grid power communication port safety verification result and power grid power communication information, carrying out deep mining and analysis on the power grid power communication information based on a data mining technology, determining a power grid power intelligent information safety communication method, and carrying out intelligent information safety communication management and control on a power grid power terminal based on the power grid power intelligent information safety communication method;
the information storage module is used for storing the power grid power communication port set and the power grid power communication data set and providing a reference guidance basis for intelligent information safety communication of power grid power.

when the power grid power communication request sent by the electricity user passes the preliminary safety verification, acquiring identification information of a power grid power communication port of the electricity user;
confirming whether the identification information is in an authentication table or not, if so, confirming that the power grid power communication request sent by the power utilization user passes the secondary safety verification, and if not, confirming that the power grid power communication request sent by the power utilization user does not pass the safety verification;
selecting an operable logic software program based on a power grid power communication request sent by a power consumer;
performing specific calculation on the executable logic software program to obtain a settlement result;
acquiring a trust root corresponding to a power grid power communication request sent by a power utilization user;
and comparing the calculation result with a trust root corresponding to the power grid power communication request, if the comparison result is the same as the trust root after the calculation result, confirming that the power grid power communication request sent by the power utilization user passes the three times of safety verification, and if not, confirming that the power grid power communication request sent by the power utilization user does not pass the safety verification.
