Optionally, the determining module 102 is specifically configured to determine the sum of the first value, the second value, the third value, and the fourth value as the target value corresponding to the user to be identified.
Optionally, the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified includes complaint times of the user to be identified on each service in at least one service.
The determining module 102 is specifically configured to determine a value corresponding to each service based on the complaint times of each service and a number value relationship, where the number value relationship includes a plurality of complaint times and a number value corresponding to each of the plurality of complaint times.
The determining module 102 is specifically further configured to determine the sum of the values corresponding to each service as the first value.
In the case of using an integrated unit, fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of one possible configuration of the abnormality determining apparatus involved in the above-described embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the abnormality determining apparatus 20 may include: a processing module 201 and a communication module 202. The processing module 201 may be used to control and manage the operation of the abnormality determination device 20. The communication module 202 may be used to support communication of the anomaly determination device 20 with other entities. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the abnormality determining apparatus 20 may further include a storage module 203 for storing program codes and data of the abnormality determining apparatus 20.
Wherein the processing module 201 may be a processor or a controller. The communication module 202 may be a transceiver, a transceiver circuit, a communication interface, or the like. The storage module 203 may be a memory.
When the processing module 201 is a processor, the communication module 202 is a transceiver, and the storage module 203 is a memory, the processor, the transceiver, and the memory may be connected through a bus. The bus may be a peripheral component interconnect standard (peripheral component interconnect, PCI) bus or an extended industry standard architecture (extended industry standard architecture, EISA) bus, or the like. The buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean the order of execution, and the order of execution of the processes should be determined by the functions and internal logic thereof, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. An anomaly determination method, the method comprising:
acquiring user data of a user to be identified, wherein the user data of the user to be identified comprises at least one of a service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, a network feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, network quality of a target service cell and priority of the user to be identified, and the target service cell is a service cell corresponding to the user to be identified;
and determining whether the user to be identified is an abnormal user or not based on at least one of the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, the network quality of the target service cell and the priority of the user to be identified.
2. The anomaly determination method according to claim 1, wherein the user data of the user to be identified includes at least one of a service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, a network quality of a target serving cell, and a priority of the user to be identified, and the determining whether the user to be identified is an anomaly user based on at least one of the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, the network quality of the target serving cell, and the priority of the user to be identified includes:
determining a first value corresponding to a target service feedback condition, a second value corresponding to a target network feedback condition, a third value corresponding to target network quality and a fourth value corresponding to a target priority, wherein the target service feedback condition is the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, the target network feedback condition is the network feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, the target network quality is the network quality of the target service cell, and the target priority is the priority of the user to be identified;
determining a target value corresponding to the user to be identified based on the first value, the second value, the third value and the fourth value;
and under the condition that the target value is greater than or equal to a value threshold, determining the user to be identified as an abnormal user.
3. The anomaly determination method of claim 2, wherein the determining the target value corresponding to the user to be identified based on the first value, the second value, the third value, and the fourth value comprises:
and determining the sum of the first value, the second value, the third value and the fourth value as a target value corresponding to the user to be identified.
4. The anomaly determination method according to claim 2, wherein the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified includes complaint times of the user to be identified for each service in at least one service, and the determining the first value corresponding to the target service feedback condition includes:
determining a numerical value corresponding to each service based on the complaint times of each service and a numerical value relation of times, wherein the numerical value relation of times comprises a plurality of complaint times and a numerical value corresponding to each time in the plurality of complaint times;
and determining the sum of the values corresponding to each service as the first value.
5. The anomaly determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the network quality of the target serving cell is obtained based on a network evaluation index of the target serving cell, the network evaluation index of the target serving cell including one or more of an RSRP evaluation index of the target serving cell, a CQI evaluation index of the target serving cell, a PRB utilization evaluation index of the target serving cell, and a packet loss rate evaluation index of the target serving cell.
6. An abnormality determination apparatus, characterized by comprising: an acquisition module and a determination module;
the acquisition module is configured to acquire user data of a user to be identified, where the user data of the user to be identified includes at least one of a service feedback situation corresponding to the user to be identified, a network quality of a target serving cell, and a priority of the user to be identified, and the target serving cell is a serving cell corresponding to the user to be identified;
the determining module is configured to determine whether the user to be identified is an abnormal user based on at least one of a service feedback situation corresponding to the user to be identified, a network quality of the target serving cell, and a priority of the user to be identified.
7. The anomaly determination device of claim 6, wherein the user data of the user to be identified includes a service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified, a network quality of a target serving cell, and a priority of the user to be identified;
the determining module is specifically configured to determine a first value corresponding to a target service feedback situation, a second value corresponding to a target network feedback situation, a third value corresponding to a target network quality, and a fourth value corresponding to a target priority, where the target service feedback situation is a service feedback situation corresponding to the user to be identified, the target network feedback situation is a network feedback situation corresponding to the user to be identified, the target network quality is a network quality of the target serving cell, and the target priority is a priority of the user to be identified;
the determining module is specifically further configured to determine a target value corresponding to the user to be identified based on the first value, the second value, the third value, and the fourth value;
the determining module is specifically further configured to determine that the user to be identified is an abnormal user when the target value is greater than or equal to a value threshold.
8. The abnormality determining apparatus according to claim 7, wherein,
the determining module is specifically configured to determine a sum of the first value, the second value, the third value, and the fourth value as a target value corresponding to the user to be identified.
9. The anomaly determination device of claim 7, wherein the service feedback condition corresponding to the user to be identified includes a number of complaints of the user to be identified for each of at least one service;
the determining module is specifically configured to determine a value corresponding to each service based on a complaint number of each service and a number value relationship, where the number value relationship includes a plurality of complaint numbers and a number value corresponding to each of the plurality of complaint numbers;
the determining module is specifically further configured to determine a sum of values corresponding to each service as the first value.
10. The anomaly determination device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the network quality of the target serving cell is obtained based on a network evaluation index of the target serving cell, the network evaluation index of the target serving cell including one or more of an RSRP evaluation index of the target serving cell, a CQI evaluation index of the target serving cell, a PRB utilization evaluation index of the target serving cell, and a packet loss rate evaluation index of the target serving cell.
11. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
a processor;
a memory configured to store the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the anomaly determination method of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the anomaly determination method of any one of claims 1-5.
