the protection mechanism (200) comprises two bearing plates (270) which are arranged on two sides of the outer part of the electric energy meter (110) by bolts, a lifting inclined plate (260) which is movably arranged at the top end of the bearing plates (270) by I-shaped end posts, an elastic traction piece (280) which is connected between the bearing plates (270) and the lifting inclined plate (260), a supporting plate (250) which is movably arranged on the top end of the lifting inclined plate (260), a bolt (290) which penetrates into the supporting plate (250), a transparent outer cover (210) which is arranged at the inner end of the bolt (290) and is positioned at the inner side of the supporting plate (250), a beam rod (220) which is movably arranged in the inner cavity of the transparent outer cover (210), a plurality of clamping plates (230) which are movably arranged outside the beam rod (220), and two plugboards (240) which are spliced in inner wall hole slots of the transparent outer cover (210) and are clamped on two end heads of the beam rod (220);
the wiring mechanism (300) comprises a pad column (310) fixed in a slotted hole at one end of the electric energy meter (110) and positioned at one side of a clamping head (130), a first clamping frame (320) fixed outside the pad column (310), four pressure springs (330) connected to the four clamping heads of the first clamping frame (320), a positioning vertical rod (340) penetrating into the clamping head and connected to the bottom end of the pressure springs (330), a second clamping frame (350) fixed at the top of the positioning vertical rod (340), two supporting rods (360) arranged at two sides of the second clamping frame (350), auxiliary pressing pieces (370) connected inside the second clamping frame (350) through threads, pin plates (380) movably arranged in transverse grooves inside the electric energy meter (110) and guide pressing pieces (390) movably arranged at the outer ends of the pin plates (380);
the electric quantity metering mechanism (100) comprises a display screen (120) which is arranged in the electric energy meter (110) and used for displaying a digital value, the clamping head (130) is made of vinyl acetate copolymer, and one side, far away from the pad column (310), of the top of the clamping head (130) is provided with an inwards concave rectangular notch.

The flip-type electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein a semicircular groove which is clamped on the rectangular notch of the chuck (130) in a everywhere fit manner is formed in the inner wall of the transparent outer cover (210), and a cushion block which penetrates into the rectangular notch is formed in the middle of the semicircular groove.
3. The flip-type electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein two T-shaped ends are mounted at two ends of the beam (220), and the inner end of the plugboard (240) is provided with a clamping groove clamped on the inner rod body of the T-shaped ends.
4. The flip-type electric energy meter according to claim 1, wherein the support plate (250) is provided with a plurality of transverse holes near one end of the transparent outer cover (210).
