The use of the panel assembly in an air conditioner outdoor unit will be described as an example. By providing a panel assembly mainly composed of the first panel 100 and the second panel 200, the first panel 100 is fixedly connected with the top cover 300 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the use state of the panel assembly; the second panel 200 is connected and matched with the assembly hole 110 of the first panel 100 through the assembly part 220, so that the assembly connection with the first panel 100 is realized. In this state, the water diversion section 232 of the water diversion member 230 is located above the fitting hole 110. When water enters from the gap 400 between the top cover 300 and the second panel 200, the water will be blocked by the water diversion section 232 when flowing to the position of the water diversion section 232, and the water will be drained to the two side areas of the second panel 200 at the assembly holes 110 by the water diversion section 232, so as to prevent the water from flowing into the air conditioner outdoor unit from the assembly holes 110.
According to the panel assembly, the assembly part 220 is arranged on one surface of the second panel 200 facing the first panel 100, so that the condition that the assembly part 220 is exposed outside cannot exist after the second panel 200 is assembled and connected with the first panel 100, the appearance integrity of the air conditioner outdoor unit is ensured, and the visual experience of a user is improved; meanwhile, by arranging the water diversion member 230 on the surface of the second panel 200 facing the first panel 100, the water diversion section 232 above the assembly holes 110 can block the water flowing in the water flowing process, so that the water is prevented from flowing into the electric control box inside the air conditioner outdoor unit from the lateral direction of the assembly holes 110, and the technical problem existing in the prior art is effectively solved.
In addition, the assembly part 220 and the water diversion part 230 are arranged into an integrated structure, so that the die is simple to process and low in cost.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, and referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the free end of the water diversion member 230 is bent towards the direction of the panel body 210 to form a water diversion segment 232, wherein the water diversion member 230 contacts the first panel 100 at the bending portion 233, and the contact dimension of the water diversion member 230 and the first panel 100 is not smaller than the dimension of the assembly hole 110 along the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the direction indicated by the arrow ab in fig. 3 and 4 is the left-right direction.
Fig. 7 is a bottom cross-sectional view of the panel assembly provided in the present embodiment at a position of one fitting hole 110, and fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a partial structure at C in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the dimension of the water diversion member 230 in contact with the first panel 100 in the left-right direction is denoted by L1 in fig. 8; the dimension of the fitting hole 110 in the left-right direction is the width of the fitting hole 110, and is denoted by L2 in fig. 8.
In use, when water flows down, the water diversion segment 232 will block water with its surface facing the first panel 100 so that water flow can flow sideways along the water diversion segment 232 toward the mounting hole 110, preventing direct flow into the mounting hole 110. By bringing the water diversion member 230 into contact with the first panel 100 at the bending portion 233 and making the contact size not smaller than the width of the fitting hole 110, when water flowing down along the surface of the first panel 100 flows to the bending portion 233 of the water diversion member 230 and when water flowing to the bending portion 233 after being blocked by the water diversion member 230 can be blocked by the bending portion 233, water flow is prevented from entering the fitting hole 110 along the surface of the first panel 100, and thus water flow can be reliably guided to the lateral direction of the fitting hole 110.
In addition, by providing the water diversion member 230 so as to contact the first panel 100 at the bending portion 233, the bending portion 233 can also be used to support the second panel 200, thereby preventing abnormal noise from being generated due to the impact between the second panel 200 and the first panel 100 during the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the fold line where the bending portion 233 of the water diversion member 230 is located is disposed obliquely with respect to the left-right direction.
The free end of the water diversion member 230 is bent in a diagonal line to form a water diversion section 232, so that the water diversion section 232 obtained at the end of the water diversion member 230 has an inclined water diversion surface. This arrangement makes when there is water to flow to the water diversion section 232, the water flow can utilize self gravity by the water diversion section 232 landing, and can not gather at the water diversion section 232, has guaranteed the timeliness of diversion, has improved diversion efficiency.
In this embodiment, the bending angle of the water diversion member 230 is α, wherein α is 10+.ltoreq.60 °. That is, the angle between the water diversion surface of the water diversion member 230 and the plate surface of the first plate 100 is between 10 ° and 60 °.
By limiting the bending angle of the water diversion member 230 to the above-mentioned angle range, on one hand, the problem that the water falling cannot be effectively drained due to the fact that the included angle between the water diversion surface of the water diversion member 230 and the plate surface of the first panel 100 is too small due to the too small bending angle of the water diversion member 230 can be avoided, and on the other hand, the problem that enough space needs to be reserved between the first panel 100 and the second panel 200 due to the too large bending angle of the water diversion member 230 can be avoided, so that the space requirement on the first panel 100 and the second panel 200 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the panel body 210 has a panel area 211 opposite to the electric control unit 500 of the outdoor unit, and in a use state, the fold line of the bending portion 233 extends obliquely from top to bottom in a direction away from the panel area 211.
By setting the bent portion 233 of the water diversion member 230 to the above-described form, when there is water flowing to the water diversion section 232, the water flow can flow along the water diversion section 232 toward the outer edge direction of the panel region 211, preventing the water flow from gathering at the position of the panel region 211, thereby reducing the adverse effect on the electronic control assembly 500.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the water diversion member 230 may further include a supporting section 234, specifically, the supporting section 234 is located between the connecting section 231 and the water diversion section 232, and the supporting section 234 and the water diversion section 232 are separately located at two sides of the bending portion 233 of the water diversion member 230, and the supporting section 234 is in contact with the first panel 100.
By arranging the supporting section 234 between the connecting section 231 and the water diversion section 232, the supporting section 234 is utilized to form surface-to-surface contact with the first panel 100, so that the contact area between the water diversion member 230 and the first panel 100 can be increased, on one hand, the reliability of blocking water flow can be ensured, the situation that water flow enters the assembly hole 110 from the bending part 233 due to loose local matching of line-to-surface contact is avoided, and on the other hand, the supporting reliability of the panel body 210 can be ensured, thereby effectively preventing abnormal sound.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the connection section 231 has a substantially wavy shape. This shape of the connection section 231 can reduce stress concentration generated in the connection section 231, and ensure structural strength of the connection section 231, thereby prolonging the service life of the water diversion member 230.
Fig. 9 is a partial structural sectional view of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the view of fig. 5, and fig. 10 is an enlarged partial structural view of D in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the support section 234 is an interference fit with the first panel 100.
Through setting up the support section 234 to with first panel 100 interference fit, can utilize the interference between support section 234 and the first panel 100 to offset the deflection of the panel body 210 of second panel 200, on the one hand, avoid buckling position 233 unable to contact with the face of first panel 100 because of panel body 210 warp to lead to unable the circumstances of leading the rivers down from the face of first panel 100, on the other hand, also avoid also leading to diversion 230 unable to play the supporting effect to panel body 210 because of panel body 210 warp.
In this embodiment, the interference of the support segment 234 with the first panel 100 is s, wherein 0.5 mm.ltoreq.s.ltoreq.5 mm.
By limiting the interference between the support section 234 and the first panel 100 within the above range, on one hand, the problem that the deformation of the panel body 210 cannot be effectively counteracted due to too small interference can be avoided, so that the water retaining and supporting effects cannot be ensured, and on the other hand, the problem that the stress of the water guiding member 230 is too large due to too large interference can be avoided, so that the joint between the water guiding member 230 and the panel is broken can be avoided.
It should be noted that, "interference of the support section 234 with the first panel 100" refers to: when the support section 234 is interference fit with the first panel 100, the support section 234 and the first panel 100 both deform by the sum of the amounts of deformation due to the interference pressure.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 8, in this embodiment, a flange 120 may be further disposed at an edge of the assembly hole 110, specifically, the flange 120 is disposed on a surface of the first panel 100 facing the second panel 200, and the flange 120 is used to prevent water flowing into the assembly hole 110 from the surface of the first panel 100.
The flange 120 can block water flowing from the first panel 100 to the assembly hole 110, so that the panel assembly forms double waterproof protection at the position of the assembly hole 110 to prevent a small amount of water drops from flowing into the assembly hole 110 along the surface of the first panel 100; on the other hand, it is also possible to exert a structural reinforcing effect on the fitting hole 110, suppressing deformation that may occur at the edge of the fitting hole 110.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the flange 120 has a three-sided surrounding structure, specifically, the flange 120 surrounds the left side, the upper portion and the right side of the assembly hole 110, which can simplify the structure of the flange 120 and reduce the cost while preventing water flowing into the assembly hole 110 through the surface of the first panel 100.
In other embodiments, the flange 120 may be provided as a four-sided enclosure, i.e.: the flange 120 surrounds the left, upper, right and lower portions of the fitting hole 110, achieving full circumferential surrounding of the fitting hole 110.
With continued reference to FIG. 8, in this embodiment, the height of the flange 120 is h, wherein h is 3mm or more.
