When the smoke flow is large, the mounting frame 23 supports the polymer one-way film II 5, the polymer one-way film II 5 is more stable, the inverted cone-shaped polymer one-way film II 5 has a certain expansion capacity, when the smoke flow is large, the polymer one-way film II 5 expands upwards, more gas can be contained, the adaptability is better, after the water vapor between the water curtain cylinder 3 and the polymer one-way film II 5 gathers to a certain pressure, the middle part of the polymer one-way film II 5 expands upwards, the push plate 24 compresses the spring 25, when the push plate 24 contacts with the contact sensor 27, the three-way valve 17 adjusts the flushing water pumped by the water pump 9 to be conveyed to the jet pump 19 through the jet pipe 18, the jet pump 19 can pump the water vapor between the water curtain cylinder 3 and the polymer one-way film II 5 through the air suction pipe 21, the left part of the reverse flushing pipe 20 is sprayed into the filter box 7, the filter plate 8 is enabled to recover the filtering effect, the purpose of automatic discharging and recovering the water vapor is achieved, long-period maintenance is achieved, the heat dissipation effect of the air suction plate 22 is enhanced, the condensation of the water vapor is accelerated, the water vapor is reduced through the air suction plate 22, the heat dissipation effect of the water vapor is accelerated, and the elasticity of the water vapor is recovered through the elastic membrane 25 after the water suction plate 24 is recovered, and the middle part is enabled to be suitable for the equipment.
As shown in figures 1 to 7, in the wet electrostatic precipitator for long-period maintenance, when the wet electrostatic precipitator is in operation, firstly, two electrode plates 2 are electrified to form an electric field in a purifying chamber of a cylinder body 1, flushing water is filled in a filtering box 7, the accumulated flushing water in a water collecting tank 4 flows into the right part of the filtering box 7, a filtering plate 8 filters the flushing water, a water pump 9 pumps the filtered flushing water and inputs the filtered flushing water into a water distribution ring 11 through an upper water pipe 10, a plurality of nozzles 12 uniformly spray the flushing water onto the side wall of a water curtain cylinder 3, a water film flowing downwards is formed on the inner side of a polymer unidirectional film I of the water curtain cylinder 3, the water film is accumulated on the water collecting tank 4, the flushing water flows over the lower end of the side wall of the water curtain cylinder 3, a liquid level sensor 6 detects the liquid level, and then smoke enters a space enclosed by the polymer unidirectional film of the water curtain cylinder 3 through a through hole of the water collecting tank 4, smoke dust in the smoke is attracted to the side wall of the water curtain cylinder 3 by the two electrode plates 2 after being ionized and negatively charged, when the smoke dust contacts with the water film, the smoke dust is adsorbed by the water film and enters the right part of the filter box 7 along with the water film, the water film is heated and evaporated into water vapor by the heat of the smoke dust, the water vapor and air pass through micropores of a polymer one-way film I of the water curtain cylinder 3 to enter the outside of a purifying cavity of the cylinder body 1, the polymer one-way film II 5 intercepts the water vapor and a small amount of smoke dust in the mixed gas, the small amount of smoke dust is adsorbed by the two electrode plates 2 again, finally when the smoke flow is high, the middle part of the polymer one-way film II 5 expands upwards, so that the push plate 24 compresses the spring 25, when the push plate 24 contacts with the contact sensor 27, the three-way valve 17 regulates the flushing water pumped by the water pump 9 to be conveyed to the jet pump 19 through the jet pipe 18, the jet pump 19 can pump out the water vapor between the water curtain cylinder 3 and the polymer one-way film II 5 through the air suction pipe 21, jet the water vapor into the left part of the filter box 7 through the backflushing pipe 20 and backflush the filter plate 8, so that the filter plate 8 recovers the filtering effect, and when the flow of the flue gas is reduced, the middle part of the polymer one-way film II 5 is reset downwards through the push plate 24 by the elasticity of the spring 25.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows:
1. the water vapor can be recovered, and the water resource waste is reduced;
2. the filter plate can be backflushed, and the filtering effect of the filter plate is maintained;
3. the two-stage electrostatic dust removal is carried out on the smoke dust through the polymer unidirectional film matched with the electrode plate, so that the dust removal effect is good;
4. can adapt to the fluctuation of the flue gas flow.
The installation mode, the connection mode or the setting mode of the wet electrostatic precipitator for long-period maintenance are common mechanical modes, and the wet electrostatic precipitator can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the wet electrostatic precipitator can be achieved; the cylinder 1, the electrode plate 2, the polymer one-way film I, the polymer one-way film II, the liquid level sensor 6, the filter plate 8, the water pump 9, the nozzle 12, the rotary joint 14, the bearing seat 15, the scraping plate 16, the three-way valve 17, the jet pump 19, the radiating fin 22, the spring 25 and the contact sensor 27 of the wet electrostatic precipitator maintained for a long period are purchased in the market, and can be installed and operated by a person skilled in the art according to the attached use instruction without creative labor of the person skilled in the art.

The wet electrostatic precipitator of claim 1, wherein the flushing system comprises a filter box (7), a filter plate (8), a water pump (9), a water supply pipe (10), a water distribution ring (11), a plurality of nozzles (12) and an air extraction component, wherein the filter box (7) is arranged below the water collecting tank (4), the filter plate (8) is arranged inside the filter box (7), the filter plate (8) divides the inside of the filter box (7) into a left part and a right part, the right part of the filter box (7) is communicated with the water collecting tank (4), the water pump (9) is arranged on the filter box (7), the water suction pipe of the water pump (9) extends into the left part of the filter box (7), the lower end of the water supply pipe (10) is connected with the water outlet of the water pump (9), the upper end of the water supply pipe (10) is communicated with the water distribution ring (11), the water distribution ring (11) is arranged at the upper inner end of the water curtain cylinder (3), the plurality of nozzles (12) are uniformly arranged on the filter plate (8) and are respectively and uniformly arranged towards the upper end of the water curtain cylinder (3) and extend into the filter plate (8) and extend into the left part of the filter plate (1).

A wet electrostatic precipitator for long-period maintenance according to claim 3, in which the suction assembly comprises a three-way valve (17), a jet pipe (18), a jet pump (19), a backflushing pipe (20) and a suction pipe (21), the three-way valve (17) is installed in the water supply pipe (10) through a main passage and a secondary passage, the upper end of the jet pipe (18) is connected with the other secondary passage of the three-way valve (17), the lower end of the jet pipe (18) is connected with the inlet of the jet pump (19), the upper end of the backflushing pipe (20) is connected with the outlet of the jet pump (19), the lower end of the backflushing pipe (20) extends into the left part of the filter tank (7) and faces the filter plate (8), one end of the suction pipe (21) extends between the water curtain (3) and the polymer unidirectional film two (5), and the other end of the suction pipe (21) is connected with the suction interface of the jet pump (19).
7. A wet electrostatic precipitator for long maintenance according to claim 6, further comprising cooling fins (22), the cooling fins (22) being mounted on the suction pipe (21).

The wet electrostatic precipitator for long-period maintenance according to claim 6, further comprising a mounting frame (23), wherein the polymer unidirectional film II (5) is mounted on the discharge port of the cylinder (1) through the mounting frame (23), and the polymer unidirectional film II (5) is in an inverted cone shape.

The wet electrostatic precipitator for long-period maintenance according to claim 8, further comprising a push plate (24), a spring (25) and a support (26), wherein the push plate (24) is arranged in the middle of the polymer unidirectional film II (5), the lower end of the spring (25) is connected with the push plate (24), the upper end of the spring (25) is connected with the support (26), and the support (26) is mounted on the cylinder (1).
