the Set Top Box1 of the Set Top boxes is used for sending an emergency call request to the call control background after a one-key emergency call function is triggered, wherein the emergency call request carries a fixed IP address IP-x1 of the Set Top Box 1;
the call control background is used for extracting a fixed IP address IP-x1 carried by the emergency call request after receiving the emergency call request from the Set-Top Box1, and sending an information inquiry request carrying the fixed IP address IP-x1 to the storage server;
the storage server is further configured to extract the fixed IP address IP-x1 carried by the information query request after receiving the information query request from the call control background, query a mapping relationship record note1 matching the fixed IP address IP-x1 in the mapping relationship table, where the mapping relationship record note1 records a user identifier Uid1 and a user residence address Uad1 that have a mapping relationship with the fixed IP address IP-x1; transmitting an information inquiry request response carrying the user identification UId1 and the user residence address Uad1 to the call control background;
the call control background is further configured to invoke an AI voice automatic generation model to generate an emergency call voice after receiving the information inquiry request response from the storage server, where the emergency call voice describes the user identifier Uid1 and the user residence address Uad1, initiate an emergency call to an emergency center phone number, and play the emergency call voice in a circulation manner after the emergency call is answered.

The system of claim 1, wherein the call control background is further configured to send an emergency call short message to the emergency center telephone number, the emergency call short message carrying the emergency call voice, the user identification Uid1, and the user residence address Uad1.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the mapping relation record note1 also records an emergency contact telephone number; the call control background is also used for initiating an emergency calling call to the telephone number of the emergency contact person and circularly playing the emergency call voice after the emergency calling call is answered;
the call control background is further configured to send an emergency call short message to the phone number of the emergency contact person, where the emergency call short message carries the emergency call voice, the user identifier Uid1 and the user residence address Uad1.

the intelligent home master controller is further used for extracting a monitoring Video Clip1 of the last X minutes after receiving the emergency call instruction, and sending the control Video Clip1 to the intelligent home control terminal.

and after receiving the information inquiry request response from the storage server, the call control background invokes an AI voice automatic generation model to generate emergency call voice, wherein the emergency call voice describes the user identifier UId1 and the user residence address Uad1, initiates an emergency calling to an emergency center telephone number, and circularly plays the emergency call voice after the emergency calling is answered.

The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises: the call control background sends an emergency call short message to the telephone number of the emergency center, wherein the emergency call short message carries the emergency call voice, the user identification UId1 and the user residence address Uad.
