Examples:
a medical health examination item management method, comprising:
inputting inspection item information of a hospital;
matching the checking item information with a standard database, and associating the checking item information with a plurality of dictionary items with highest matching degree in the standard database to obtain a recognition result;
correcting the identification result to obtain a correction result;
establishing a mapping relation between the checking item information and dictionary items in the correction result;
and combining the items in the dictionary items according to the user types of different users, and displaying the combined mapping relation.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, first, the method inputs examination item information of a hospital, for example, the item name (necessary), price (unnecessary), and item content (unnecessary) of an examination item provided by the hospital through various modes such as WebAPI interface, electronic file import, OCR recognition, manual input, API interface, and the like. Then, the method matches the examination item information with the standard database, for example, the matching method can be that after the examination item information provided by the hospital is received, key information in the examination item information is captured through an algorithm, and the key information is automatically matched with the standard database. The higher the matching degree of the inspection item information with the dictionary item, the higher the probability that the inspection item is mapped to the dictionary item is explained. The lower the matching degree of the inspection item information with the dictionary item, the lower the probability of mapping the inspection item to the dictionary item is. And after matching is finished, a plurality of dictionary items with highest matching degree are associated with the checked item information to be used as recognition results. Secondly, the method corrects the recognition result, for example, the method sends the recognition result to a manager, and the manager manually corrects the recognition result, wherein the purpose of correction is to further confirm the dictionary item actually mapped by the inspection item information. Finally, the method establishes a mapping relation between the inspection item information and the dictionary items according to the corrected result, for example, one inspection item information can only be mapped to one dictionary item, and the mapping relation is displayed to the user. The method can record and learn data before and after correction, and improves the accuracy of next identification. The method can also provide a user-friendly interface and a search function, and is convenient for users to inquire and compare inspection items.
When the dictionary items are displayed for the user, the items in the dictionary items can be split according to the using habit of the user, for example, all the items in the physical examination package are automatically split into single items again, all the single items are combined again, and the dictionary items of the examination item information mapping displayed under different user demands and user types are output. For example, the standardized items "liver function 5 items" and "liver function 7 items" are contained in the physical examination package, and the display result is displayed as "liver function 12 items" after the examination item display unit is executed for recombination.
The method classifies the examination items of different hospitals, establishes a mapping relation, realizes unified, standard and standardized display of the different examination items of different hospitals, effectively solves the problems of inconsistent classification, inconsistent names, difficult comparison and the like of the examination items in the medical health industry, facilitates the understanding of the items and the examination meanings of users, effectively reduces the risks of medical disputes, simultaneously improves the reading efficiency and the understanding efficiency of the users on the different examination items of different hospitals, reduces the selection cost of the users, facilitates the comparison of the examination items of the users in different hospitals, improves the decision efficiency of the user selection, promotes the standardized development of the medical health industry, and improves the experience and satisfaction of the users.
Further, in some embodiments, before matching the inspection item information with the standard database, further comprising:
when the inspection item information is a combination of a plurality of inspection items, the inspection item information is split.
In this embodiment, if the entered inspection item information includes a plurality of inspection items, in order to improve the accuracy of the inspection item mapping, the inspection item information may be split first to obtain a plurality of inspection items, for example, 5 items are included in the "immune 5 item", and at this time, the "immune 5 item" needs to be split. And matching each inspection item with the standard database respectively, and mapping each inspection item into a corresponding dictionary item.
In this embodiment, for a plurality of individual items obtained after splitting, in order to increase the understandability of the items, the designation of the individual items may be increased. In order to improve the recognition degree of the item, an english abbreviation may be added to the item name. The method can also establish the association relation between the items and the disease names, so that when a user searches a single item in a standard database, the user can search through keywords (such as the disease names), for example, the genetic breast cancer BRCA1/2 gene detection, the liquid-based thin-layer cytography, the cervical smear and the like are all related items of breast cancer, and after the association, the user can search in the standard database through the keywords breast cancer, so that the searching difficulty can be reduced. The method can also match a certain item with other hospital items, and provides a reference for the establishment of the mapping relation. For a project group consisting of a plurality of single items, the method can provide a common project group combination mode or a hospital custom word for an administrator to refer to when a mapping relation is established. The method also has the price difference early warning function. When the method establishes a mapping relation, the price of the item to be mapped can be compared with the price of the standard item, and if the price difference exceeds a certain value, a mapping alarm can be sent out to remind an administrator of confirmation.
Further, in some embodiments, the criteria database includes: a basic healthcare project database, a hospital examination project database, and a medical health industry standard project database; establishing a mapping relation among dictionary items in a standard database;
dictionary entries in the basic healthcare item database include: items from different healthcare item catalogs;
dictionary entries in the hospital exam item database include: medical institution custom projects from different public medical institutions;
dictionary entries in the medical health industry standard entry library include: standardized items.
In this embodiment, the standard database includes a basic healthcare project database, a hospital examination project database, and a medical health industry standard project database. The dictionary items in each database are established with mapping relations, so that quick indexing can be performed according to the established mapping relations in the dictionary items. Referring to fig. 3, the basic healthcare item database includes a basic healthcare item database for storing item classifications, catalogs and price annual sheets in a published healthcare item catalog, which are uniform national or regional standards. For example, the basic healthcare project database includes project G of experimental nature or advanced medical technology because of different local economic, technological, and medical levels, such projects not being included in the national healthcare project catalog. The basic healthcare item database includes items in a national healthcare item catalog that are revenue-generating. The hospital examination item database is used for storing medical institution self-defined item classification and data provided by medical institutions, and is uniformly defined by hospitals, so that the medical institution self-defined items can be simplified and colloquially processed to reduce understanding difficulty or communication difficulty, and therefore the medical institution self-defined items and the items in the medical service item catalogue have different names and uses. For example, the hospital examination items include a hospital item a which is combined according to the needs of the hospital in order to reduce the difficulty of use of hospital medical staff. The medical health industry standard project library is used for storing standardized examination project classification and data which are presented to non-professional users for viewing, for example, the medical health industry standard project library comprises standard project A which is obtained by converting project names and connotations in a national medical service project catalog and is formed by vocabularies which are convenient for the users to understand.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the items in the basic healthcare item database and the hospital examination item database may be directly mapped to the standard items in the standard item library of the medical health industry, and the method may also split and combine the items in the basic healthcare item database and the hospital examination item database and then map to the standard items in the standard item library of the medical health industry.
Further, in some embodiments, the user types include general users and medical users;
the displaying of the mapping relation specifically comprises the following steps:
configuring the use habits of different user types;
acquiring corresponding use habits according to user types of users, and combining the items in the dictionary items according to the use habits;
and displaying the mapping relation between the checking item information and the combined dictionary item to the user.
In this embodiment, the method configures the usage habits of the general user and the medical user respectively, the method can also collect the user requirements of the user, combine the items in the dictionary item according to the user requirements and the usage habits, and finally provide different mapping relation display modes for different users: 1. non-professional user presentation: medical examination items, item contents and classifications in standard items which can be checked by a common user (such as a patient) are convenient for the common user to understand different examination items, the difficulty of learning and understanding of the user is reduced, and the common user can conveniently compare the examination items across hospitals; 2. professional user presentation: professional medical examination items, item content, classifications that are viewed by medical users (e.g., healthcare personnel); 3. hospital exam sheets are presented: the method displays examination items, item contents and classifications consistent with the contents on the hospital examination sheets.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, after the "hospital item a" in the hospital examination item database passes through the identification of the item connotation, it is mapped to the item "standard item a" after the standard in the standard item library of the medical health industry. The "hospital item B", "hospital item C", "hospital item D", and "hospital item X" in the hospital examination item database are mapped to the standard items "standard item B", "standard item C1", "standard item C2", "standard item D", "standard item E", "standard item F", "standard item G", and standard item X "in the medical health industry standard item library, respectively, after identifying the connotations. The method can form 2 items of a combined standard item group A XXX (name) for a standard item D and a standard item E according to a built-in item combination rule. In the hospital examination item database, "hospital item Y", "hospital item Z", "hospital item H" and "hospital item I" are mapped to items "self-made item Y", "self-made item Z", "standard item H", "standard item I", "standard item J", "self-made item K" and "self-made item L" after the connotation is identified, respectively, in the standard item library of the medical health industry, according to the built-in item combination rules, a combination "standard item group C" is formed for "standard item H", "standard item I", and a combination "standard item group C" is formed for "standard item J", "standard item K" and "standard item L".
In the package level, the method re-splits the items mapped to the standard in the standard item library of the medical health industry in all physical packages into single items, and forms a combined standard item group A XXX (name) 3 item according to the built-in item combination rule for the standard item C2, the standard item D and the standard item E; forming a combined "standard item group B XXX (name) 3 items" for "standard item F", "standard item G", "standard item X"; the "standard item H", "standard item I", "standard item J", "standard item K", "standard item L" form a combined "standard item group C". After the project reorganization is finished, the standardized projects in the standard project library of the medical health industry can be presented at the user side.
Further, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, matching the inspection item information to the standard database specifically includes:
performing preliminary matching on item names in the inspection item information and dictionary items in a standard database to obtain the matching degree of the inspection item information and the dictionary items;
calculating the shortest editing distance between the item names in the checked item information and the item names in each dictionary item, and updating the matching degree according to the calculation result;
calculating cosine values of item name vectors in the checking item information and the item name vectors in each dictionary item, and updating the matching degree according to a calculation result;
and adjusting the updated matching degree by using the price loss function.
In this embodiment, when matching is performed, the method may automatically capture key information such as item names, prices, and item contents in the inspection item information, dynamically analyze the key information, denoise the analyzed data, perform preliminary matching according to the item names and the standard database, and assign an initial matching degree to the inspection item information and the dictionary item. Then calculating the shortest editing distance between the item name in the examination item information and the item name in each dictionary item, wherein the shortest editing distance obtained by the method can be reduced because the item names in the same examination item in each hospital possibly have differences, and the matching degree can be adjusted according to the shortest editing distance after the reduction of the weight. Then, the method can divide the project names according to medical vocabulary (Chinese and English common shorthand), calculate cosine values of two project name vectors to be compared according to Cosines included angle principle, and update matching degree according to the cosine values. And finally, defining a price loss function by combining a neural network training principle, and dynamically adjusting, de-duplicating and filtering the matching degree by utilizing the price loss function to obtain the final matching degree.
Further, in some embodiments, matching the inspection item information to the standard database specifically includes:
when the mapping relation is established for the inspection item information, returning the mapping relation;
and when the mapping relation is not established in the inspection item information, matching the inspection item information with a standard database.
In this embodiment, after receiving the inspection item information, the method first checks whether the inspection item information has an established mapping relationship, if so, maps the inspection item information to a corresponding dictionary item, and if not, matches the inspection item information with a standard database, thereby avoiding repeated matching of the inspection item information.
