Description

Assessment management method and device for business gift and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of value evaluation, in particular to an evaluation management method and device for business gifts and electronic equipment.
Background
The business gift is mainly a commemorative gift given to a cooperative enterprise with cooperative relationship in business activities of enterprises and institutions, and aims to consolidate and strengthen the target relationship with the cooperative enterprise. As a product of a commercial gift, the commercial gift is generally provided with an enterprise name and a sign, and the average price of the commercial gift is higher than the price of the advertising promotion gift.
Before an enterprise formally gives a business gift, it is generally necessary to evaluate the value of the business gift, that is, approximately evaluate the price interval of the business gift that needs to be given to a certain partner enterprise. The value assessment of the business gift helps ensure that both the giving and receiving of the business gift meets business needs, rather than being a wasteful or negative-acting act.
At present, when the value of a business gift is evaluated, a great deal of time is spent on collecting related data of a given enterprise by related personnel, and then the approximate value of the business gift to be given is estimated according to the related data of the given enterprise and the cooperation cases of the two parties. This entire manual assessment process takes a long time to perform, resulting in less efficient assessment of the value of the business gift.
There is a need for an efficient method of value assessment of business gifts.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a method and a device for evaluating and managing a business gift and electronic equipment, which can improve the efficiency of evaluating the value of the business gift.
In a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for assessment management of a commercial gift, the method comprising:
acquiring element weights of target objects, weights of targets under elements and scores of targets under elements according to received object value evaluation requests aiming at the target objects, wherein the target objects are cooperative enterprises needing to carry out business gift value evaluation, the element weights are importance degree weight values of preset object value evaluation elements, the weights of the targets under the elements are influence degree weight values of the object value evaluation elements on the object values, the scores of the targets under the elements are target activities of the target objects and prediction scores of the object value evaluation elements;
determining a target score according to the element weight, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element;
acquiring a plurality of historical cooperation amounts of the target object and a historical return rate corresponding to each historical cooperation amount;
Determining an item value of the target object based on the target score and a plurality of the historical rates of return;
and determining a value prediction interval of the business gift based on the value of the article, and displaying the value prediction interval to a user.
By adopting the technical scheme, firstly, the server determines the target score of the target object based on the acquired element weight, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element, and evaluates the importance degree and the influence degree of the object value evaluation element by evaluating the element weight and the weight of the target under the element, so that the target score of the target object can be evaluated more accurately. And then, calculating the article value by combining the historical return rate of the target object, and incorporating the historical data into the evaluation process, so that the article value of the target object can be reflected more accurately. After the value of the article is evaluated, the value prediction interval of the business gift is automatically determined according to the value of the article, and the value prediction interval is determined and displayed to the user, so that the user can conveniently select according to the interval. The method has the advantages that the value of the article and the business gift value prediction interval are automatically calculated, so that links of manual evaluation are reduced, and the evaluation efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the determining the article value of the target object based on the target score, the plurality of historical cooperation amounts and the plurality of historical return rates specifically includes:
calculating the value of the article through a preset formula, wherein the preset formula is as follows:
wherein A is the value of the item, m is the number of the historical target scores, alpha i The weight value of the element is evaluated for the value of the ith article, beta i Evaluating the weight under the element of the target corresponding to the element for the value of the ith article, T i Scoring under element for objective corresponding to item value evaluation element of the ith item, D j Scoring j-th historical goal, phi j Scoring a corresponding weight value, W, for a j-th historical target j Lambda is the value of the j-th historical cooperation amount j Is the firstj historical return rates, B is the preset cooperation amount of the target object.
By adopting the technical scheme, the historical target score is the target score calculated by the past multiple historical target cooperation of the target object. According to the historical return rate generated by each cooperation, the weight value corresponding to the target score of the target cooperation is different, and the higher the historical return rate is, the larger the weight value corresponding to the historical target score is. The average value of the historical commodity scores is removed through the target scores, the average profit obtained according to the historical cooperation amount and the historical cooperation return rate is multiplied, estimated profit of the target cooperation can be obtained, and finally the object value is obtained by adding the preset cooperation amount of the target object, so that the economic value or financial return brought to the enterprise can be obtained. The formula can provide a more accurate and comprehensive commodity value evaluation method, is beneficial to better evaluating the potential benefits of the target object, and provides a more reliable basis for business gift value decision of enterprises.
Optionally, before determining the value prediction interval of the commercial gift based on the item value, the method further includes:
calculating an average cooperative amount based on a plurality of the historical cooperative amounts;
judging whether the preset cooperative amount is larger than or equal to the average cooperative amount, if the preset cooperative amount is larger than or equal to the average cooperative amount, determining the article value gain according to the difference value between the preset cooperative amount and the average cooperative amount;
and if the preset cooperative amount is smaller than the average cooperative amount, determining that the value of the article is reduced according to the difference value between the average cooperative amount and the preset cooperative amount.
By adopting the technical scheme, the expected value of the current cooperation can be evaluated by referring to the historical data by calculating the average cooperation amount. If the predetermined collaboration amount is greater than or equal to the average collaboration amount, then the expected value for this collaboration may be considered higher, and vice versa. If the predetermined amount of engagement is greater than or equal to the average amount of engagement, an item value gain may be determined based on a difference between the predetermined amount of engagement and the average amount of engagement. Therefore, the value gain of the cooperation relative to the historical data can be quantitatively evaluated, and a more specific reference is provided for the decision of the value prediction interval of the subsequent business gift of the enterprise. Similarly, if the predetermined engagement amount is less than the average engagement amount, a value reduction of the item may be determined based on a difference between the average engagement amount and the predetermined engagement amount. By the method, enterprises can be helped to quantitatively evaluate the value loss of the cooperation relative to the historical data, and the method has guiding significance for decision making of the enterprise business gift value prediction interval.
Optionally, the determining the value prediction interval of the commercial gift based on the value of the article specifically includes:
calculating a first extremum of the commerce gift by the formula:
wherein G is min For the first extreme value, W min A first historical cooperative amount, lambda, with the smallest value among the plurality of historical cooperative amounts min For the historical return rate, lambda corresponding to the first historical cooperation amount j For the j-th historical rate of return, A is the value of the item, A min For the value reduction of the article, delta is the weight of the value of the article;
calculating a second value of the commerce gift by the formula:
wherein G is max For the second extreme value, W max A second historical cooperative amount lambda with the largest value among the plurality of historical cooperative amounts max For the historical return rate, lambda corresponding to the second historical cooperation amount j For the j-th historical rate of return, A is the value of the item, A max For the item value gain, δ is an item value weight;
and setting the first extreme value and the second extreme value as two endpoints to obtain the value prediction interval.
By adopting the technical scheme, the value prediction interval containing the potential value variation range can be obtained by setting the two extreme values, namely the first extreme value and the second extreme value, as the endpoints of the value prediction interval. The value prediction interval can reflect the actual value of the business gift under different historical cooperation amounts and historical return rates, so that a more specific and reliable reference is provided for the decision of the business gift value prediction interval of enterprises. In addition, the technical scheme also uses the article value gain and the article value reduction to dynamically adjust the calculation of the article value, and further improves the accuracy and the reliability of the business gift value assessment.
Optionally, the acquiring the element weight of the target object, the weight of the target under the element, and the score of the target under the element specifically includes:
determining an evaluation requirement of the item value of the target object;
layering the evaluation requirements to obtain a plurality of structural layers;
setting a target layer as weight calculation, setting an element layer as a plurality of object value evaluation elements, setting a scheme layer as the target object, and setting a plurality of structural layers comprising the target layer, the element layer and the scheme layer;
constructing a judgment matrix based on each item value evaluation element of the element layer;
and solving the judgment matrix at the target layer based on the element weight of the scheme layer to obtain the weight of the target under the element.
By adopting the technical scheme, the object value evaluation problem can be decomposed into a plurality of structural layers through layering of evaluation requirements, so that the evaluation process is clearer and more orderly. When the judgment matrix is constructed, the influence degree of different elements on the article value can be fully considered based on the evaluation elements of the article value of the element layer. By solving the judgment matrix, the weights of the targets under the elements can be obtained, and the weights can reflect the importance degree and influence degree of the targets under different article value evaluation elements, so that accurate basic data is provided for subsequent article value evaluation.
Optionally, after the determining the value prediction interval of the commercial gift based on the item value, the method further includes:
acquiring a plurality of historical value prediction intervals;
determining a value difference value between the value prediction interval and each historical value prediction interval;
determining an average difference value based on a plurality of the value difference values;
and judging whether the average difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, and if the average difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining the value prediction interval as a reasonable interval.
By adopting the technical scheme, the value prediction intervals of the current business gift can be better evaluated by referring to the value evaluation results of the past similar business gifts by acquiring a plurality of history value prediction intervals. By calculating the value difference between the current value prediction interval and the historical value prediction interval and judging whether the average difference is smaller than a preset threshold value, whether the current value prediction interval is in a reasonable range can be judged. If the average difference is less than the preset threshold, the current value prediction interval may be considered reasonable.
Optionally, the item value assessment element includes strategic suitability, financial status, reputation and reputation, technical capability, service and service capability, and long-term partnership potential of the target object.
By adopting the technical scheme, the commodity value evaluation elements cover various aspects of the target object, including strategic suitability, financial condition, reputation and reputation, technical capability, service and service capability, long-term cooperative potential and the like. By considering these aspects, various dimensions of the item value can be comprehensively assessed, avoiding one-sidedness during the assessment process. Different evaluation elements can provide a targeted basis for evaluation. For example, strategic suitability may reflect a degree of strategic matching of the target object with the target collaboration, financial status may reflect financial strength and business status of the target object, reputation and reputation may reflect reputation and reputation status of the target object on the market, and so on. These grounds may help an evaluator evaluate the value of an item more accurately.

The value assessment of the business gift helps ensure that both the giving and receiving of the business gift meets the target objective, rather than being a wasteful or negative-acting act.
The embodiment discloses a method for evaluating and managing business gifts, referring to fig. 1, comprising the following steps:
s110, according to the received item value evaluation request for the target object, acquiring the element weight of the target object, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element.
The method for managing the evaluation of the business gift disclosed in the embodiment of the application is applied to a server, and the server comprises but is not limited to electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, wearable equipment, a PC (Personal Computer, a personal computer) and the like, and can also be a background server for running the method for managing the evaluation of the business gift. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
And when the user needs to acquire the business gift value recommendation aiming at the target object, sending a related instruction to the server. The server receives the instruction to obtain the commodity value evaluation request, and obtains the element weight of the target object, wherein the target object is a cooperative enterprise needing to perform business gift value evaluation, namely, before the target object performs target cooperation with the enterprise for many times, the target relationship with the target object needs to be consolidated and enhanced by giving a business gift, and the server is the server of the enterprise. The element weight is a weight value of a preset article value evaluation element, and the article value can be understood as economic value or financial return which can be brought to the enterprise by the target object in market economy.
While the item value assessment element is an item value of the assessment target, factors of various aspects need to be comprehensively considered, including but not limited to strategic suitability of the target object, financial status, reputation and reputation, technical capabilities, services and service capabilities, and long-term collaboration potential. Wherein, strategic suitability is to evaluate whether the strategic target of the potential target object is consistent with the target of the enterprise. This can be done by knowing the strategic planning and targeting of the target object, as well as their performance on the market, to ensure that the target object has a positive impact on the development and business of the enterprise. The financial status is that of the target object, including an equity statement, a cash flow statement, a profit statement, and the like. This will help the present enterprise understand the financial health of the target object and whether they have sufficient capacity and stability to fulfill contractual obligations. Reputation and reputation include evaluating the reputation and reputation of a target object. Knowing what companies they have cooperated with in the past, how effective, and whether they are in compliance with target morals and legal regulations will help the enterprise select reliable target objects. Technical capabilities include the ability to evaluate a target object, including skill level, development effort, innovation ability, and the like. This will help the enterprise determine whether the target object has sufficient technical strength to support the business and technical needs of the enterprise. Services and support capabilities include services and support capabilities for evaluating the target object, including after-market services, technical support, logistic services, and the like. This will help the enterprise determine whether the target object can provide sufficient services and support to meet the needs of the enterprise. Long-term partnership potential includes assessing the long-term partnership potential of target objects, including their strategic development directions, financial stability, and market prospects, among others. This will help the enterprise to select target objects with long-term collaboration potential, thereby establishing a stable target relationship.
These item value assessment elements cover a number of aspects of the target object, including strategic suitability, financial status, reputation and reputation, technical capability, service and service capability, and long-term partnership potential, among others.
For different commodity value evaluation elements, an element weight needs to be allocated to each commodity value evaluation element to reflect the importance degree of a commodity value evaluation element relative to other commodity value evaluation elements. For example, strategic suitability may have a greater impact on the enterprise's selection of target objects, relative to services and service capabilities, and thus may be assigned a higher weight. The weights may be determined by means of manual evaluation such as expert evaluation, investigation or statistical analysis. Or a specific weight evaluation standard is manually formulated, and the server distributes corresponding weights for different article value evaluation elements according to the evaluation standard and aiming at the actual conditions of different target objects.
The weight of the object under the element is the influence degree of the object value evaluation element on the object value, for example, the object has more outstanding technical capability, and the technical capability can bring more object value to the enterprise, so that the weight of the object under the element corresponding to the technical capability element can be correspondingly given higher weight.
The method comprises the steps of calculating the weight of a target under an element, determining the evaluation requirement of the object value of the target object, and layering the evaluation requirement to obtain a plurality of hierarchical structures, wherein the plurality of structural layers comprise a target layer, an element layer and a scheme layer. Wherein the target layer is set as a weight calculation, i.e. the weight of the target under the element is calculated. The element layer is configured as a plurality of item value assessment elements including strategic suitability, financial status, reputation, and the like. The scheme layer is a target object which needs to be evaluated for the value of the object, and element weights of the target object are input into the scheme layer.
After the hierarchical structure is constructed, a judgment matrix is constructed according to the hierarchical structure. And constructing a judgment matrix according to the importance relation of each element in the element layer. The judgment matrix is an n×n matrix, where n is the number of elements. The elements in the matrix are scaled by 1-9 to represent the relative importance ratio of the two elements to the object of the previous level. For example, the judgment matrix may be expressed as:
Wherein d 1 The influence degree ratio of the commodity value evaluation element P to the commodity value evaluation element Q is defined as P, and Q is defined as Q. The elements in the matrix represent P and Q relative to the lastRelative importance ratio of objects of a hierarchy. According to the element weight of the scheme layer, if P is slightly more important than Q, the element weight of the item value evaluation element P is higher than that of the item value evaluation element P, a value of 1 may be given; if Q is slightly more important than P, the item value evaluation element P may be given a value of 2 if its element weight is lower than that of the item value evaluation element P, and so on. And finally, obtaining the influence weight of each element on the value of the article, namely the weight of the object under the element by solving the feature vector of the judgment matrix at the object layer. The feature vectors can be calculated by a power method, a sum product method, a root method and the like, and the specific calculation process can refer to related mathematical data or use an AHP calculation tool.
The score of the target under the element is the target activity of the target object, the prediction score under the item value evaluation element, and corresponding scoring standards are designed for different target objects, for example, 1-10 score equal scores are adopted, and the server evaluates and scores the performance of the target object under different item value evaluation elements. Through layering of the evaluation requirements, the object value evaluation problem can be decomposed into a plurality of structural layers, so that the evaluation process is clearer and more orderly.
S120, determining a target score according to the element weight, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element.
Multiplying the element weight corresponding to each item value evaluation element, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element to obtain the sub-target score of the target object under the item value evaluation element. And the different item value evaluation elements correspond to different sub-target scores, a plurality of sub-target scores are added, and finally the number of the sub-target scores is removed, so that the target scores can be obtained.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the item value evaluation elements considered in calculating the target score include strategic suitability, financial condition, reputation and reputation, technical capability, service and service capability, and long-term cooperative potential of the target object. In other embodiments, other item value evaluation elements may be used, and item value evaluation elements added to the target score calculation may also be freely selected according to actual situations.
S130, acquiring a plurality of historical cooperation amounts of the target object and a historical return rate corresponding to each historical cooperation amount.
Before the above, the enterprise performs target cooperation with the target object for multiple times, including business expansion cooperation, technology development cooperation, equity investment cooperation and the like, and in single cooperation, the amount of funds put into the target cooperation by the enterprise is the historical cooperation amount. And removing the historical cooperation amount of the target cooperation through the total income obtained by the enterprise through the target cooperation, so that the historical return rate can be obtained.
And S140, determining the commodity value of the target object based on the target scores and the historical return rates.
Calculating the value of the article through a preset formula, wherein the preset formula is as follows:
wherein A is the value of the item, m is the number of scores of a plurality of historical targets, alpha i The weight value of the element is evaluated for the value of the ith article, beta i Evaluating the weight under the element of the target corresponding to the element for the value of the ith article, T i Scoring under element for objective corresponding to item value evaluation element of the ith item, D j Scoring j-th historical goal, phi j Scoring a corresponding weight value, W, for a j-th historical target j Lambda is the value of the j-th historical cooperation amount j And B is the preset cooperation amount of the target object for the j-th historical return rate.
The historical target score is a target score calculated for past multiple historical target partnerships of the target object.
And S150, determining a value prediction interval of the business gift based on the value of the article, and displaying the value prediction interval to the user.
Before this, it is necessary to average a plurality of historical cooperation amounts to obtain an average cooperation amount. And judging whether the preset cooperative amount is larger than or equal to the average cooperative amount, and if the preset cooperative amount is larger than or equal to the average cooperative amount, subtracting the average cooperative amount from the preset cooperative amount according to the difference value between the preset cooperative amount and the average cooperative amount to obtain the article value gain. Otherwise, if the preset cooperative amount is smaller than the average cooperative amount, determining the value minus benefit of the article according to the difference value between the average cooperative amount and the preset cooperative amount, namely subtracting the preset cooperative amount from the average cooperative amount.
By calculating the average collaboration amount, the historical data may be referenced to evaluate the expected value of the current collaboration.
The first extremum of the business gift is then calculated by the following formula:
wherein G is min For the first extreme value, W min The first historical cooperative amount lambda with the smallest value is among the plurality of historical cooperative amounts min A historical return rate lambda corresponding to the first historical cooperation amount j For the j-th historical return rate, A is the value of the article, A min For value reduction of the article, delta is the weight of the value of the article.
And calculating a second extremum of the commerce gift by:
wherein G is max Is the second extreme value, W max A second historical cooperative amount lambda with the largest value among the plurality of historical cooperative amounts max A historical return rate lambda corresponding to the second historical cooperation amount j For the j-th historical return rate, A is the value of the article, A max For the item value gain, δ is the item value weight.
The value of the commodity value weight is set according to the ratio of the value of the enterprise to the commercial gift to the commodity value, for example, the ratio of the value of the enterprise to the commodity value is 1:1000, the value of the commodity value weight should be about 1/1000.
The first extreme value and the second extreme value are then set to two endpoints to obtain a value prediction interval, and according to the value prediction interval, the value of the business gift should be in the interval, for example, by calculating the value prediction interval as (754, 1150), the value of the business gift should be higher than 754 and lower than 1150. By setting the two extreme values, namely the first extreme value and the second extreme value, as the endpoints of the value prediction interval, a value prediction interval containing the potential value variation range can be obtained. After the value prediction interval is obtained by the server, the value prediction interval is displayed to the user through the connected display device, so that the user can conveniently select according to the value prediction interval.
By adopting the technical scheme, firstly, the server determines the target score of the target object based on the element weight, the weight of the target under the element and the score of the target under the element, and evaluates the importance degree and the influence degree of the object value evaluation element by considering the element weight and the weight of the target under the element, so that the target score of the target object can be evaluated more accurately.
Further, according to multiple target cooperations of the enterprise and the target object, a value prediction interval of the business gift calculated by the enterprise aiming at the target cooperation in each target cooperation is obtained and marked as a historical value prediction interval. And then, calculating the difference value between the value prediction interval of the commercial gift calculated at the time and each historical value prediction interval, namely subtracting the values of two endpoints of the value prediction interval and each historical value prediction interval, and calculating the average value of the two difference values to obtain a value difference value. Because the value prediction interval and the plurality of historical value prediction intervals of the commercial gift calculated at the time generate a plurality of value differences, and then an average value is calculated according to the plurality of value differences to obtain an average difference. Finally, whether the average difference is smaller than a preset threshold is judged, wherein the preset threshold in different embodiments can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and the embodiment is not limited specifically. If the average difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining the value prediction interval as a reasonable interval, namely, calculating the value prediction interval without readjusting each weight value.
By acquiring a plurality of historical value prediction intervals, the value evaluation results of the past similar business gift can be referred to, so that the value prediction interval of the current business gift can be better evaluated.
