It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
1-13, an interior concealed sunshade screen, including casing 5, roll-up mechanism 6, sun-shading cloth 2, handle 4 and connecting rod group 3, the casing 5 bottom has opening 11, and roll-up mechanism 6 installs in casing 5, and the first end of sun-shading cloth 2 is installed in roll-up mechanism 6, and handle 4 installs in the second end of sun-shading cloth 2 and with opening 11 looks adaptation, and connecting rod group 3 is collapsible structure, and connecting rod group 3's first end is connected in casing 5, and connecting rod group 3's second end is connected in handle 4.
Specifically when using, when we carry out the rolling with sun-shading cloth 2 through roll-up mechanism 6, the connecting rod group 3 will fold this moment until accomodate in casing 5, and the bottom of handle 4 and the bottom of opening 11 are the state of looks parallel and level this moment, and it can be understood that handle 4 just can carry out the shutoff to opening 11 this moment, realizes the hidden accomodating of sun-shading cloth 2.
When the sunshade cloth 2 is pulled out from the opening 11 for use, namely, the sunshade cloth 2 can be pulled out from the opening 11 through the handle 4, and in the pulling-out process, the handle 4 can drive the connecting rod group 3 in a folding state to be unfolded, so that the sunshade cloth 2 is guided and limited in the vertical direction. It can be understood that the unfolded connecting rod group 3 limits the handle 4, so that the handle 4 can only move in the vertical direction, and then the sunshade cloth 2 can be limited, when the window has wind power, under the limiting effect of the connecting rod group 3, the sunshade cloth 2 can be kept in a static state, namely, can not swing randomly, and further the convenience is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the problems of collision, abrasion and the like of the sunshade cloth 2 and the window are also avoided. And when not using, connecting rod group 3 is hidden and folding accomodate in casing 5, for the condition that the sunshade screen carries out spacing cooperation through the guide rail among the prior art, also can not appear the guide rail and adhere to dust and impurity and then influence the problem of use easily.
The design has the advantages that the design is particularly obvious in spring or autumn when the season is proper, namely, people on the vehicle can open the window to breathe, but the sunlight is required to be shielded, so that the design can not only effectively shield the sunlight, but also keep the interior of the vehicle cool. In addition, the limit design of the connecting rod group 3 can be adjusted according to the requirements, so that the height of the sun-shading cloth 2 can be adjusted at will, and the use requirements of different windows are met.
The specific structure of the connecting rod group 3 is not limited in this embodiment, and only one specific structure is provided below for reference:
as shown in fig. 2, the connecting rod set 3 includes a first connecting rod 301 and a second connecting rod 302, where the first end of the first connecting rod 301 is rotationally connected with the housing 5, the first end of the second connecting rod 302 is rotationally connected with the handle 4, and the second end of the first connecting rod 301 and the second end of the second connecting rod 302 are rotationally connected, so as to form the foldable structure described above.
It can be understood that, as shown in the upper diagram in fig. 3, in this case, the connection rod group 3 is in a state diagram when being unfolded, and both the first connection rod 301 and the second connection rod 302 have a V-shaped structure; when the sun-shading cloth 2 is wound, under the upward movement of the handle 4, the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 relatively rotate so that the included angle between the two is gradually reduced; when the sun-shading cloth 2 is wound into the housing 5, the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are folded and stored in the housing 5, as shown in the middle diagram of fig. 3, which is a state diagram when the connecting rod group 3 is folded and stored.
As a preferred embodiment of the above embodiment, the connecting rod group 3 is preferably a pair, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting rod group 3 is symmetrically distributed, so that stability in limiting can be greatly improved.
The existing sun-shading curtain also has the following problems: the existing sunshade curtain is rolled up by the accumulation force of the coil spring, and when the sunshade curtain is pulled to a certain position, the sunshade curtain is limited, so that the recovery force of the coil spring is overcome, and the sunshade curtain is very inconvenient and easy to loosen or damage. If the sunshade curtain is in a long-time open sunshade state, the coil spring is always in a tension state, and the service life of the coil spring is also affected to a certain extent.
To solve the above-mentioned problem, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the winding mechanism 6 includes a spool 603, a drum 601 and a transmission device 602, the spool 603 is rotatably mounted on the housing 5 and connected with the first end of the sun-shading cloth 2, the drum 601 is rotatably mounted on the housing 5 and cooperates with the spool 603 through the transmission assembly 9, the input end of the transmission device 602 is connected with the first connecting rod 301, and the output end of the transmission device 602 is connected with the drum 601.
It should be noted that, when the connecting rod set 3 is folded or unfolded, that is, the first connecting rod 301 rotates, the rotating first connecting rod 301 can drive the drum 601 to rotate through the driving device 602, and then the drum 601 can drive the spool 603 to rotate through the driving assembly 9, so as to realize winding or unwinding of the sun-shading cloth 2 by the spool 603.
Therefore, the winding and unwinding of the sun-shading cloth 2 is driven by the first connecting rod 301, the sun-shading cloth 2 is not subjected to the recovery force of the coil spring, and the movement among the connecting rod group 3, the transmission device 602 and the transmission assembly 9 has certain friction resistance, and the friction resistance can limit the handle 4. That is, when the handle 4 is not subjected to other large external forces, the sun-shading cloth 2 can keep a static state under the action of friction resistance, namely, when the sun-shading curtain is pulled to a certain position to stop, the sun-shading cloth can keep a locking and limiting state, and convenience is further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the transmission device 602 includes a driving rod 6021 and a moving rod 6022, wherein a first end of the moving rod 6022 is slidably mounted in the housing 5 and hinged to a first end of the driving rod 6021, and a second end of the moving rod 6022 is inserted into the drum 601 and matched with the drum 601 through the guiding structure 10, and a second end of the driving rod 6021 is hinged to a middle portion of the first connecting rod 301.
Specifically, when the connecting rod set 3 is folded or unfolded, the first connecting rod 301 rotates, and at this time, the first connecting rod 301, the driving rod 6021 and the moving rod 6022 can be regarded as a crank-slider mechanism, so that the first connecting rod 301 can drive the moving rod 6022 to axially move through the driving rod 6021, and the rotating drum 601 can rotate circumferentially under the driving of the guiding structure 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the guide structure 10 includes a guide block 1001 and a guide groove 1002, the guide block 1001 is mounted on the second end of the moving rod 6022, the guide groove 1002 is spirally disposed in the drum 601 (i.e. the guide groove 1002 is spirally wound in the drum 601), and the guide block 1001 and the guide groove 1002 are slidably engaged. When the guide block 1001 slides along the guide groove 1002, the drum 601 is driven to rotate circumferentially.
To facilitate a further understanding of the transmission 602, the principles of its operation are described in detail below:
let us set the sunshade in fig. 3 as an initial state, then roll up the sunshade, i.e. the handle 4 is pushed upwards, so that the first connecting rod 301 rotates anticlockwise, the first connecting rod 301 moves the moving rod 6022 rightwards (approaching to the drum 601) through the driving rod 6021, the guide block 1001 on the moving rod 6022 slides in the guide groove 1002, so as to drive the drum 601 to rotate, and then the drum 601 drives the spool 603 to rotate forwards through the transmission assembly 9, so as to roll up the sunshade 2; in the same way, when the sun shade is unreeled, the handle 4 is pulled downwards, so that the first connecting rod 301 rotates clockwise, the first connecting rod 301 moves leftwards (away from the rotary drum 601) through the driving rod 6021, the guide block 1001 on the moving rod 6022 slides in the guide groove 1002, the rotary drum 601 can be driven to rotate, and then the rotary drum 601 drives the scroll 603 to rotate reversely through the transmission assembly 9, so that the sun shade 2 is unreeled. The sun-shading curtain can be wound and unwound under the linkage action of the first connecting rod 301, and an additional driving source, a force storage component (coil spring) or a person is not needed for winding, so that convenience is greatly improved.
The transmission assembly 9 may have various structural forms, such as one of gear transmission, belt transmission and chain transmission, and of course, in order to protect the transmission assembly 9, a protection cover 8 may be installed outside the transmission assembly 9, and the protection cover 8 covers the transmission assembly 9.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are unfolded and positioned in the same straight line, the connecting rod set 3 will be in a self-locking state, and certainly is also at the limit position of the elongation of the sunshade curtain, i.e. the handle 4 cannot be pushed upwards at this time. For example, when there is child on the car, if the door window is open, and the sunshade screen is also open, child can play the sunshade screen for transferring the skin, and the sunshade screen is in a self-locking state at this moment, and the sunshade screen not only plays a sunshade, prevents rocking effect, can also play a guard action, can form a barrier between window and the car in can making, further improves the security. Because of the self-locking mechanism of the sunshade, children cannot open the sunshade, thereby preventing possible dangerous actions of the children. The protective design effectively prevents children from opening the sunshade curtain to extend out of the window due to curiosity or skin adjustment, and also prevents articles in the vehicle from being lost out of the window, thereby ensuring safety. Meanwhile, the limiting guide of the connecting rod group 3 of the sunshade curtain can also reduce shaking caused by actions such as speed reduction, turning and wind power in the vehicle, so that people riding in the vehicle are more comfortable.
Of course, in order to release the self-locking of the sunshade, a knob is mounted on a rotation shaft to which the first end of the second connecting rod 302 is connected to the handle 4, that is, the first end of the second connecting rod 302 is rotatably mounted to the handle 4 through the rotation shaft, and a knob (not shown) is mounted on the rotation shaft. When unlocking is performed, the second connecting rod 302 is driven to rotate relative to the first connecting rod 301 only through the knob, so that the first connecting rod 301 and the first connecting rod 301 are not positioned in the same straight line, and the self-locking of the connecting rod group 3 can be released, and the unlocking device is simple and convenient.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, in order to facilitate locking when accommodating the sunshade and convenience when opening the sunshade: a baffle 13 can be elastically installed in the shell 5 through a spring, and the handle 4 is matched with the opening 11 through a locking mechanism 12; when the handle 4 is moved up along the opening 11, the locking mechanism 12 performs two processes, wherein
The first process comprises the following steps: when the handle 4 is pushed up to the opening 11, the locking mechanism 12 can lock the handle 4 at the opening 11, and the baffle 13 abuts against the handle 4.
The second process is as follows: when the handle 4 is pushed up to the opening 11, the locking mechanism 12 can unlock the handle 4, and the baffle 13 can eject the handle 4 from the opening 11 under the action of spring force.
That is, when the handle 4 is pushed up to the opening 11, the handle 4 can be locked, and when the handle 4 is pushed up for the second time, the locking of the handle 4 can be released, thereby greatly improving convenience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the locking mechanism 12 includes a stopper 1201, a limiting groove 1202, and a cylinder 1203, where the stopper 1201 may be slidably mounted in the opening 11 through a spring, and the cylinder 1203 may be mounted on one side of the handle 4 through a torsion spring by vertically and elastically rotating, and the limiting groove 1202 is disposed on an outer surface of the cylinder 1203 and is matched with the stopper 1201.
As shown in fig. 12, the limiting groove 1202 includes a first groove section 12021, a second groove section 12022 and a third groove section 12023, the first groove section 12021 is vertically disposed outside the cylinder 1203, two ends of the first groove section 12021 extend to the top end and the bottom end of the cylinder 1203 respectively, the third groove section 12023 is vertically disposed outside the cylinder 1203, the bottom end of the third groove section 12023 extends to the bottom end of the cylinder 1203, the middle part of the first groove section 12021 and the top end of the third groove section 12023 are communicated through the inclined and arc-shaped second groove section 12022, the first wedge block 14 is installed inside the first groove section 12021, the bottom end of the communicating part of the first groove section 12021 and the second groove section 12022 is located at the first wedge block 14, and the second wedge block 15 is disposed inside the second groove section 12022 or the third groove section 12023.
For a further understanding of the locking mechanism 12, the principle of operation thereof is described below:
as shown in fig. 12, the first wedge block 14 and the second wedge block 15 have inclined surfaces and vertical ends, let us set the top end of the first groove section 12021 as the point a, the bottom end of the first groove section 12021 as the point d, the vertical end of the first wedge block 14 corresponding to the connection position between the first groove section 12021 and the second groove section 12022 as the point e, the vertical end of the second wedge block 15 as the point b, and the bottom end of the third groove section 12023 as the point c.
When the first process is performed, that is, when the cylinder 1203 moves up under the action of the handle 4, the stopper 1201 and the first groove section 12021 are in a corresponding state, and at this time, the stopper 1201 may enter from the point a of the first groove section 12021, as shown in fig. 13 (1). The stopper 1201 is then caused to enter the second slot section 12022 by the blocking action of point e, and the cylinder 1203 is rotated circumferentially while moving axially upwards until the stopper 1201 passes over the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped block two 15 and is locked at the vertical end b point of the wedge-shaped block two 15, and of course, the point b can be located in the second slot section 12022 or the third slot section 12023, as shown in fig. 13 (2). Thus, the locking limit of the handle 4 can be realized, and the sunshade curtain is in a storage locking state.
In the second process, the handle 4 is pushed upward, and the stopper 1201 can be moved until it is separated from the point c at the bottom end of the third slot section 12023, as shown in fig. 13 (3). And the cylinder 1203 is rotated and reset under the action of the spring force of the torsion spring, so that the limiting block 1201 is in a state corresponding to the bottom end of the first groove section 12021, as shown in fig. 13 (4). At this time, the hand is loosened, and then under the action of the elasticity of the baffle 13 and the spring, the limiting block 1201 enters the bottom end d point of the first groove section 12021, and then the limiting block 1201 passes over the inclined plane of the first wedge block 14 until being separated from the a point of the first groove section 12021, so that the locking of the handle 4 is released, and then the sunshade curtain can be pulled out for use, so that the sunshade curtain is simple and convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, since the locking and unlocking of the locking mechanism 12 are performed through the points a and d of the limiting block 1201 and the first slot section 12021, and the limiting slot 1202 and the limiting block 1201 are just adapted, if the limiting slot 1202 and the limiting block 1201 have small deviation, the limiting block 1201 may not smoothly enter the limiting slot 1202, and therefore, the top end a and the bottom end d of the first slot section 12021 are both in a trumpet-shaped structure, so as to ensure that the locking and unlocking of the locking mechanism 12 can be performed smoothly. The purpose of this design is in order to be in the locking and unblock in-process, stopper 1201 can get into spacing groove 1202 accurately, avoids producing the card and hinder the phenomenon because of tiny deviation. The top and bottom ends a, d of the trumpet may provide greater fault tolerance, making the operation of the locking mechanism 12 more reliable. Meanwhile, the design of the horn-shaped structure can also reduce the friction force of the locking mechanism 12 in the process of entering the matching, reduce mechanical abrasion and prolong the service life. Thus, by the design of the horn structure, the reliability and stability of the locking and unlocking process of the locking mechanism 12 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, when actually using, the connecting rod group 3 must be the position towards the car window, and the sun-shading cloth 2 must be towards the position in the car, and connecting rod group 3 can expose outside when expanding like this, and then influences the aesthetic property, and it can solve through such a mode:
mode one: the outer surface of the connecting rod group 3 is sprayed with colors matched with those of the sun-shading cloth 2, and the connecting rod group 3 can be made of metal materials, such as stainless steel, so that the volume of the connecting rod group 3 is minimized under the effect of ensuring strength, and the attractiveness is improved.
Mode two: as shown in the lower view of fig. 3, a telescopic cover 7 may be installed between the inside of the housing 5 and the pull handle 4. When the sun-shading cloth 2 is pulled out from the opening 11 for use, the cover body 7 can shield the unfolded connecting rod group 3. And the cover body 7 can adopt an organ type telescopic protective cover.
It should be noted that, the first way is to visually reduce the obvious difference between the connecting rod set 3 and the sun-shading cloth 2, so that the cost is low; and the second mode directly adopts the cover body 7 to completely shield the connecting rod group 3, so that the effect is good, but the manufacturing cost is also larger. Both modes can meet the actual demands, and the person skilled in the art can select according to the actual situation.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
for example, as shown in fig. 1, the installation housing 5 may be installed at the upper part of the window, preferably inside the door of a car or the body of a passenger car for the concealed installation. When the sunshade cloth is used, the handle 4 is pressed upwards, the limit of the handle 4 can be relieved through the locking mechanism 12, the handle 4 can pop up for a certain distance under the reaction of the baffle 13, then the sunshade cloth 2 is pulled downwards through the handle 4 to be used, the sunshade cloth is stopped after being pulled to a proper distance, and the state can be kept under the friction force of the connecting rod group 3, the transmission device 602 and the transmission assembly 9; when the window is completely shielded by pulling to the maximum distance, the first connecting rod 301 and the second connecting rod 302 are unfolded and positioned in the same straight line, i.e. self-locking is performed. When accomodating, remove the auto-lock to connecting rod group 3 through the knob, then upwards promote handle 4, in the in-process of promotion, can rely on the linkage effect of head rod 301 to carry out the automatic rolling of sunshade screen, handle 4 can lock in opening 11 department through locking mechanism 12 at last. When the sun-shading curtain is stored, the sun-shading curtain can be completely stored, and therefore attractive appearance is improved.
It should be noted that the sunshade curtain is not limited to use on an automobile, and can be used on a window of a house or a window of a movable factory building, and can be used as a single product, and can be automatically installed after being purchased according to the size, so that the sunshade curtain is not required to be guided and installed by a professional, and only the shell 5 is required to be installed at a proper position on the window, so that the sunshade curtain is simple and convenient.
And to the higher position of indoor window, the height that people are inconvenient for carrying out the operation promptly can be provided with the hand hole in the outside of handle 4, then with the pole that has the coupler body cooperate can, when accomodating, upwards promote the hidden housing in casing 5 with handle 4 through the pole. When the handle is used, the handle 4 is pushed upwards through the rod to unlock, so that the handle 4 is ejected out for a certain distance, and the hook body and the pull hole are matched at the moment. Namely, when not in use, only one shell 5 is exposed to the outside, the attractive appearance is good, a plurality of pull ropes are generally required for matching to store the sun-shading curtain in the prior art, firstly, the pull ropes are always exposed to the outside and are not attractive, secondly, the pull ropes are easy to knot, the use is further affected, and when the window is opened, the curtain can fly easily and randomly under the action of wind force, so that the sun-shading effect is not achieved, and in addition, the moods of people are very affected by the shaking sun-shading curtain. Therefore, in the prior art, the guide rail is additionally arranged on the household window to limit the sunshade curtain, so that the influence on the window body is possible, dust and impurities are easy to adhere when the guide rail is not used, the use of the guide rail is further influenced, and the exposed guide rail can also influence the attractiveness to a certain extent.
