s1: weighing campsis grandiflora, eupatorium adenophorum, limonium bicolor, lemongrass, verbena, silver Bian Cui, gold aroma, sanguinea grass, liquorice, murraya paniculata and root of trichosanthes according to parts by weight, cleaning and airing the raw material traditional Chinese medicines;
s2: the cleaned and dried Chinese medicinal materials are put into a baking oven to be baked without fire, the baking temperature is kept between 50 and 70 ℃, and the Chinese medicinal materials are stir-fried for 15 to 30 minutes during baking;
s3: placing the baked and stir-fried traditional Chinese medicinal materials into extraction equipment, injecting water into a stirring tank 1 of the extraction equipment, heating and boiling the traditional Chinese medicinal materials for 20-30 minutes by injecting steam into the stirring tank 1, then preserving heat for 2 hours, and filtering fine residues to obtain a traditional Chinese medicinal material extracting solution;
s4: pouring water into a stirring tank 1 of extraction equipment, preheating, pouring the extract of medicinal materials into the stirring tank 1, stirring, boiling the medicinal liquid by using steam, continuously boiling the medicinal liquid by using steam at 50-80 ℃ for 30-60 minutes, pouring out the concentrated extract of the medicinal liquid, and obtaining the extract with the detected relative density of 1-1.25 after the temperature reaches room temperature, namely the required blood circulation activating and menstruation stimulating extract;
