A fourth spring 41 is arranged between the side plate 38 and the inner wall of the body 25, and the fourth spring 41 is sleeved outside the limit rod 42. The fourth springs 41 apply an inward pushing force to the side plates 38, so that the two side plates 38 clamp and fix the cable from both sides of the cable, and the stability of cable fixation is improved.
The pressing plate 40 is fixedly provided on the lower surface of the pressing cover 39. One end of the gland 39 is hinged to the top end of the body 25. The other end of the gland 39 is provided with a mounting hole 43 for the rotating block 45 to pass through, the length of the mounting hole 43 is larger than that of the rotating block 45, and the width of the mounting hole 43 is smaller than that of the rotating block 45, so that the gland 39 can be locked after the rotating block 45 rotates.
The rotation block 45 is rotatably provided on the locking pin 44, and the diameter of the locking pin 44 is smaller than the width of the mounting hole 43 so that the locking pin 44 can be inserted into the mounting hole 43. A locking pin 44 is fixed to the other end of the top of the body 25. A sliding plate 46 is slidably arranged on the locking pin 44, a fifth spring 47 is arranged between the sliding plate 46 and the body 25, and the fifth spring 47 is sleeved outside the locking pin 44. Both ends of the fifth spring 47 are fixedly connected with the slide plate 46 and the body 25, respectively. The fifth spring 47 realizes upward thrust to the gland 39 through the sliding plate 46, so that the gland 39 is in stable contact with the rotating block 45, and the locking stability of the gland 39 is improved.
The second positioning groove 48 for positioning the rotating block 45 is formed in the upper surface of the gland 39, the rotating block 45 is inserted into the second positioning groove 48, easy rotation of the rotating block 45 after locking is avoided, locking stability of the gland 39 is improved, and accordingly stability of the clamp plate 40 for fixing a cable is improved.
The top plate 37, side plates 38 and pressure plate 40 are each provided with a rubber shield on the surface that contacts the cable.
When the cable fixing device is used, firstly, the limiting block 27 of the mounting seat is placed in the second limiting groove 26, then the cable is placed on the top plate 37, the gland 39 is rotated, the rotating block 45 passes through the mounting hole 43, the rotating block 45 is rotated, and the rotating block 45 is inserted into the second positioning groove 48, so that the cable fixing is completed. In the locking process of the gland 39, downward pressure is applied to the cable through the pressure plate 40, downward pressure is applied to the top plate 37 by the cable, the top plate 37 drives the slide bar 29 to move downwards through the sliding seat 36, the third spring 31 is compressed, the transmission inclined plane 33 pushes the clamping ball 35 to move outwards from the clamping hole 50, the clamping ball 35 moves into the clamping groove 28 and abuts against the inclined plane at the top of the clamping groove 28, the inclined plane limits the upward movement of the mounting seat through the clamping ball 35, meanwhile, the bottom surface of the body 25 contacts with the upper surface of the mounting frame 2, the downward movement of the mounting seat is limited, and the fixed mounting of the cable and the locking fixation of the mounting seat are completed.
Therefore, the electric iron accessory convenient to mount and dismount can solve the problems that the existing iron accessory is inconvenient to mount and poor in mounting stability.
