The following describes and illustrates an early warning method based on an intelligent door lock provided in the embodiments of the present application in conjunction with the foregoing description of an implementation environment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an early warning method based on an intelligent door lock according to an embodiment of the present application, where the early warning method based on an intelligent door lock includes, but is not limited to:
step 210, acquiring early warning setting information uploaded by terminal equipment; the early warning setting information comprises information of a preset state, a target user and a target period, wherein the preset state comprises a door opening state or a non-door opening state;
in this step, on the terminal device, the user may set and upload the early warning setting information to the background server. Specifically, in the embodiment of the application, the user can bind the terminal equipment and the used intelligent door lock through the software installed on the terminal equipment, so that the background server can conveniently determine the intelligent door lock corresponding to the terminal equipment, and the data and the information corresponding to the terminal equipment are associated and processed. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the user uses the software on the terminal device to perform corresponding setting, the background server can conveniently know the related information of the setting and which intelligent door lock corresponds to according to the binding relation between the terminal device and the intelligent door lock, so that the processing of the early warning service can be realized based on the related data (such as the reported door opening event) of the corresponding intelligent door lock.
In the embodiment of the application, at the terminal device side, the information that can be set by the user includes early warning setting information. The pre-warning setting information may include, but is not limited to, information of a preset state, a target user, and a target period. The preset state includes a door-open state or a door-unopened state, and the target user can be used for limiting the object for operating the intelligent door lock, and the target period can be any period in one day or takes certain days in one week or one month as the target period. In summary, the early warning setting information in the embodiment of the present application may be set by the user according to the needs, which is not limited in this application.
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interface for setting early warning setting information by a user through a terminal device. In the terminal device interface shown in fig. 3, a column of "screening" may be used to set a target user, that is, a person who needs to pay attention to the use condition of the door lock in a home, and in general, the target user may be set as an old person, a child, a patient who needs to be attended to in the home, or the like, which is not limited in this application. The "care action" column may be used to set a preset state, for example, may be set to a door-open state or a door-non-open state, when the preset state is set to the door-open state, whether the target user performs the door-open operation in the target period is monitored, and when the operation is performed, the preset state is considered to be satisfied; in contrast, when the preset state is set to the unopened state, it is monitored whether the target user does not perform the door opening operation in the target period, and when it is not performed, the preset state is considered to be satisfied. The "time of interest" column may be used to set a target period, which may be, for example, one period of the day, such as the eight to twenty points shown in fig. 3. Of course, the target period may be a more sub-divided or longer period of time, which is not limited in this application.
In addition to the above information, the user can set other contents through the early warning setting information, for example, can set a reminding mode, such as selecting a software message reminder, a short message reminder or a telephone reminder, etc.; in some embodiments, the type of repeated alerts may also be set, such as monitoring on a daily basis, or on a specific day (say a workday). Of course, it should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific content and the specific manner of setting are not limited, and only an alternative implementation of setting the early warning setting information is shown in fig. 3.
In the step, the background server can receive the early warning setting information uploaded by the terminal equipment, and can monitor and early warn the service condition of the intelligent door lock in the family by combining the related data of the intelligent door lock side according to the early warning setting information.
Step 220, inquiring a door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock according to the early warning setting information;
in this step, when the background server receives the early warning setting information uploaded by the terminal device, the background server may query the door opening event reported by the corresponding intelligent door lock according to the binding relationship between the terminal device and the intelligent door lock. Specifically, the door opening event in the embodiment of the present application refers to an event that the intelligent door lock processes an unlocking request of each user and executes a door opening action.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the door open event is reported by:
the intelligent door lock responds to an unlocking request of a user and performs identity verification on the user;
when the identity of the user passes the authentication, the intelligent door lock executes a door opening action, and a door opening event is generated according to the time information of the unlocking request and the user identity information;
the intelligent door lock reports the door opening event.
In this embodiment of the present application, the door opening event may be triggered and reported through the following procedure, and when a certain user needs to open a door, an unlocking request will be triggered at the intelligent door lock, and specifically, in this embodiment of the present application, the triggering manner of the unlocking request is not limited. For example, in some embodiments, the smart door lock may be unlocked by the terminal device, at which point the user may initiate an unlocking request through the terminal device; in some embodiments, the user may trigger the unlocking request by interacting with the smart door lock, which may be, for example, a voice interaction or a touch screen interaction, etc., which is not limited in this application.
After the unlocking request is triggered by the user, the intelligent door lock responds to the unlocking request to carry out identity verification on the user, and in the identity verification process, the user identity information of the user can be determined. Here, there are various ways to determine the user identity information, for example, in some embodiments, the user identity information may be determined by the identity of the terminal device; in some embodiments, different users may correspond to different password data, and these passwords may be used to unlock the smart door lock, i.e., the smart door lock may be unlocked using a plurality of different passwords. The intelligent door lock checks whether the intelligent door lock is matched with the password data input by the user, if so, the intelligent door lock is opened, and the user identity information of the opener is determined according to the password data; in some embodiments, the intelligent door lock may also acquire biometric data of the user, such as fingerprint data, iris data, or facial image data, and the user identity information may be obtained by analyzing and identifying the biometric data.
In step 220 of the embodiment of the present application, when the door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock is queried according to the early warning setting information, the query may be performed according to the target user in the early warning setting information, i.e. whether the user identity information corresponding to the door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock is the target user is detected, so as to select the door opening event related to the target user, and facilitate the subsequent analysis.
Step 230, judging whether the operation of the target user on the intelligent door lock in the target period accords with the preset state according to the door opening event;
in this step, whether the operation performed by the target user on the intelligent door lock in the target period accords with the preset state can be determined according to the queried door opening event of the intelligent door lock. Specifically, as mentioned above, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset state includes a door-open state or a non-door-open state, according to analysis of a door-open event recorded by the intelligent door lock, whether the target user performs a door-open operation in the target period can be determined, and further whether the operation performed by the target user on the intelligent door lock in the target period accords with the preset state can be determined according to the situation.
For example, in some embodiments, if the preset state is a door opening state, it may be determined whether the target user performs a door opening operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period according to the door opening event, if the target user performs a door opening operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period, it may be determined that the operation performed on the intelligent door lock by the target user in the target period corresponds to the preset state, and conversely, if the target user does not perform a door opening operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period, it may be determined that the operation performed on the intelligent door lock by the target user in the target period does not correspond to the preset state. In some embodiments, if the preset state is a non-door-open state, it may be determined whether the target user performs a door-open operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period according to the door-open event, if the target user does not perform a door-open operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period, it may be determined that the operation performed on the intelligent door lock by the target user in the target period corresponds to the preset state, and conversely, if the target user performs a door-open operation on the intelligent door lock in the target period, it may be determined that the operation performed on the intelligent door lock by the target user in the target period does not correspond to the preset state.
Step 240, if the operation performed by the target user on the intelligent door lock in the target period accords with the preset state, sending a reminding message to the terminal device.
In this step, if it is monitored that the operation performed by the target user on the intelligent door lock in the target period accords with the preset state, a reminder message may be sent to the terminal device. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic device interaction diagram of an early warning method provided in the embodiment of the present application, a relevant APP may be installed on a terminal device, and the APP may be used to set early warning setting information and transmit the early warning setting information to a background server (i.e., a iot platform in fig. 4), and a door opening event at an intelligent door lock may be reported to the background server, where the background server may send reminding information to a user when a preset state is satisfied by executing the method in the embodiment of the present application. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the reminder information may be sent to the user through the APP installed on the terminal device, or may be transmitted by sending a short message to the terminal device of the user or making a call, which is not limited in this application.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, specific content of the reminding information is not limited in practice, and may be flexibly adjusted according to needs. For example, in some embodiments, the content of the reminder may be "16:00-18:00 children are not home today, please pay attention to in time". Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows an interface schematic diagram of a terminal device displaying reminding information, where the reminding information may be displayed by a short message or APP.
It can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present application, a user may set, according to his own needs, a state of being open and a state of not being open, which need to be monitored. For example, in some cases, the parent may set the preset state to be the open state, so that when the child goes home, the information of opening the intelligent door lock is monitored and reported to the parent, and the parent can remotely and well know that the child arrives home. Or in some cases, the parent can set the preset state as the unopened state, at this time, if the child does not open the intelligent door lock in the appointed time period, the relevant reminding information is monitored and reported to the parent, and the parent can timely know that the child does not arrive at home, so that the safety can be improved.
Of course, it should be noted that in the embodiment of the present application, for one intelligent door lock, a plurality of rules for monitoring and early warning may be set, for example, different rules for monitoring and early warning may be set for old people and children at home at the same time. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows an interface schematic for setting a plurality of early warning setting information through a terminal device, in fig. 6, a user may set information of a terminal device (i.e., a contact person) to which reminder information is transmitted, and early warning setting information for different persons may be set by "adding a care event", where, for different target users, there may be a difference in information of their corresponding preset states and target periods, and the number of set early warning setting information may be any number, which is not limited in this application.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows an interface schematic diagram of setting a target period provided in an embodiment of the present application, in this embodiment of the present application, a user may freely select a set target period, and the number of target periods may be one or more. In some embodiments, the total number of set target periods may be constrained, for example, 3 or less, and the user may set and adjust a plurality of target periods by adding or deleting buttons. When the number of the target time periods is 1, the deletion buttons are set to be gray, and the user is prompted to reserve at least one time period, so that the user is convenient to complete the configuration of the early warning setting information.
In some embodiments, the early warning setting information further includes a dangerous unlocking mode, and the method further includes:
judging whether the operation of the target user on the intelligent door lock accords with the dangerous unlocking mode or not according to the door opening event;
and if the operation of the target user on the intelligent door lock accords with the dangerous unlocking mode, sending alarm information to preset terminal equipment.
In this embodiment of the present application, an automatic alarm function may be further provided, for example, some dangerous unlocking modes may be set, where the dangerous unlocking modes are specific secret numbers for the target user, and when the target user uses the dangerous unlocking mode to unlock the intelligent door lock, it is indicated that the target user is stressed. For example, some passwords or fingerprints may be set to be in dangerous unlocking modes, when a user is hijacked to open a door at a door, a specific password or fingerprint is input (for example, the user is usually used to open a door by using a thumb, and an unusual middle finger may be set as a fingerprint corresponding to the dangerous unlocking mode), and the intelligent door lock may be normally opened, but at this time, alarm information will be sent to a preset terminal device, where the preset terminal device may be a user family member or a public security department device, and the application is not limited to this. Therefore, the safety and reliability of the intelligent door lock can be greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the sending the alert information to the terminal device includes:
inquiring the fixed telephone number bound by the intelligent door lock;
and sending reminding information to the terminal equipment through the fixed telephone number.
In the related art, a fixed telephone number cannot be bound to an intelligent door lock on the market, even if a telephone notification function exists, caller identification can be a random network telephone, and the caller identification can be automatically judged to be intercepted by a harassment telephone or refused to be received by a relative mobile phone, so that precious rescue time can be delayed when a prominent accident is encountered. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, a fixed telephone number can be bound for the intelligent door lock, so that when a person is called or information is sent to the person, the person can see the telephone or the sent information from the intelligent door lock at a glance, and timely response can be carried out.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the application, when the reminding information is sent to the terminal equipment, the fixed telephone number bound by the intelligent door lock can be queried, and the reminding information is sent to the terminal equipment through the fixed telephone number, so that a user can respond in time conveniently.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
acquiring a historical door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock before a first period;
Predicting the state of the intelligent door lock in the first period through a prediction model according to the historical door opening event to obtain a door opening event prediction result;
detecting whether an actual door opening event of the intelligent door lock in the first period is matched with a predicted result of the door opening event;
and if the actual door opening event of the intelligent door lock in the first period is not matched with the door opening event prediction result, sending reminding information to the terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, at the background server side, the living habit of the user can be actively learned by using an AI technology, the prediction result of the door opening condition of the user is intelligently generated, the prediction model is verified when the user actually goes home or goes out, and the AI prediction model is automatically supervised, corrected and optimized. Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of device interaction for implementing early warning through AI technology. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, a historical door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock before the first period may be obtained, and then these data are integrated into a sequence, and input into a trained prediction model, so as to predict the state of the intelligent door lock in the first period, and obtain a door opening event prediction result. The prediction result of the door opening event indicates a state corresponding to the intelligent door lock in the first period, for example, whether the door opening event occurs, a specific time node and times of the door opening event, and the like may be included, which is not limited in the present application. Then, whether the actual door opening event of the intelligent door lock in the first period is matched with the door opening event prediction result or not can be detected, and if the actual door opening event and the door opening event prediction result are matched, the door opening event in the first period is normal, and no abnormal situation exists. If the two are not matched, a reminding message can be sent to the terminal equipment to inform abnormal conditions, for example, if the door opening event prediction result indicates that a door opening event should occur in the first period, but the door opening event does not occur actually, the reminding message can be sent to inform the user.
In the embodiment of the application, the reminding and AI technology based on the intelligent door lock is fused, the behavior habit of the user is actively learned and analyzed, and the background server carries out model training by taking the collected data as a training set through the reported door opening event. Specifically, a classification algorithm based on supervised learning, such as decision trees, support vector machines and the like in the machine learning field, can be used for learning, so that a more accurate and precise prediction model can be obtained, and after a preliminary model is obtained, the performance of the model can be continuously improved and optimized by an AI active learning method.
The following describes and illustrates the technical solution of the present application in conjunction with a specific application scenario example.
Example one: in a parent care child scene, the parents can not pay attention to whether the child arrives home on time after learning due to busy work, if the child should learn about 4 pm every day, the child should arrive home about 30 pm, but the child still does not return home at 5 pm every day, and the parents still can not timely sense the abnormal condition that the child does not return home on time due to work at 4 pm to 5 pm. Through the early warning method based on the intelligent door lock, parents set 4 to 5 pm in each day and do not open the door to remind, until 5 pm in each day, the server automatically searches the door opening event record reported by the intelligent door lock, does not search the door opening event record of the password (or fingerprint, face, etc.) of the child 4 to 5 pm, and timely sends the reminding to the user at 5 pm, including but not limited to reminding the child to go home 4 to 5 pm in the present day through APP pushing, short messages and telephones.
Example two: in the scene that the child cares on the solitary old man, the solitary travel condition of the old man is unknown, and the child cannot know whether to go home on time or not, and the child does not go home for a long time or does not have any reminding. Through the early warning method based on the intelligent door lock, provided by the embodiment of the application, a user sets 8-20 points per day to be reminded of not opening the door, and the server automatically searches the door opening event record reported by the intelligent door lock, does not search the door opening event record of the password (or fingerprint, face and the like) of the father or mother 8-20 points, and timely sends reminders to the user 20 points, including but not limited to reminding the father of not opening the door 8-20 points today through APP pushing, short messages and telephones.
Example three: the user only sets 8-20 points per day for reminding that the door is not opened, but the platform reports data through door opening of the analysis door lock, records door opening reminding of a plurality of 7 points 50-7 points 59, and accordingly an AI model is built for reminding the user to modify the settings.
In summary, it can be understood that the method, the device, the equipment and the medium based on the intelligent door lock are provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the method in the embodiments of the present application can support the user to set a related early warning reminding function, and can monitor the service condition of the intelligent door lock by analyzing the door opening event reported by the intelligent door lock, so that the user can conveniently pay attention to the situation that the old, the child and other groups do not leave or return home for a long time, the intelligent degree of the intelligent door lock can be improved, the information recorded by the intelligent door lock is utilized with high efficiency, and the use experience of the user is improved.
