Abstract
The embodiment of the specification provides a patent information generation method and device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: responding to a received patent information generation request, and extracting patent detailed information from a corresponding patent document as input through a pre-trained first artificial intelligent model based on the patent information generation request; and generating patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model and displaying the patent summary information. The reading efficiency of the patent document can be improved and the accuracy of searching based on the patent outline information can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present document relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for generating patent information.
Background
With the development of text content extraction technology, users need to acquire abstract information or summary information of the text content as soon as possible in the process of reading various text content, so as to reduce the time for reading the text content and improve the acquisition efficiency of the text information.
There is currently no summary generation method specifically directed to patent information. The existing summary generation method for news, notification and report only can extract key sentences, but can not acquire the association between the key sentences from the article, so that the key sentences are independent from each other, and the method is not suitable for summary generation of patent information.

The invention aims to provide a method and a device for generating patent information, which aim to solve the problems in the prior art.
The invention provides a patent information generation method, which comprises the following steps:
in response to a received patent information generation request, extracting patent detailed information from a corresponding patent document as input through a pre-trained first artificial intelligence model based on the patent information generation request, wherein the patent detailed information specifically comprises at least one of the following: patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and technical effect information;
summarizing the patent document based on patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and/or technical effect information by training the second artificial intelligence model; generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model, wherein the generating and displaying the patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through the pre-trained second artificial intelligent model specifically comprises the following steps:
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information and technical scheme information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information, technical scheme information and technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
and generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent name information, the technical scheme information, the technical field information and the technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance.
The invention provides a patent information generating device, comprising:
an extracting module, configured to respond to a received patent information generating request, and extract, based on the patent information generating request, patent detailed information from a corresponding patent document as input through a first artificial intelligence model trained in advance, where the patent detailed information specifically includes at least one of: patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and technical effect information;
the generation module is used for summarizing the patent document based on patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and/or technical effect information by training the second artificial intelligent model; generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model, wherein the generating and displaying the patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through the pre-trained second artificial intelligent model specifically comprises the following steps:
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information and technical scheme information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information, technical scheme information and technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
and generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent name information, the technical scheme information, the technical field information and the technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment, which comprises: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the computer program is executed by the processor to realize the steps of the patent information generating method.

The first artificial intelligence model is an extraction model.
In particular, the first artificial intelligence model may be a machine learning model (e.g., a classification task model). The first artificial intelligent model is obtained through training the following steps:
first, a set of training positive samples and a set of training negative samples are obtained.
The training positive sample can be an accurate sentence which is acquired in a syntactic analysis mode such as syntactic analysis, part-of-speech analysis, reference resolution and the like and is strongly related to the technical problem before in the sample patent document. The training negative sample may be a sentence in the above sample patent document that is weakly related or not related to the technical problem.
Secondly, training the initial machine learning model based on the set of training positive samples and the set of training negative samples to obtain a first artificial intelligent model.
The obtained first artificial intelligent model can learn different characteristics of negative emotion expression and different forms of learning problem expression from training samples, so that generalization capability is achieved.
In some embodiments, as an example, the execution subject may combine each candidate sentence of a predefined category to generate technical problem information.
And 102, generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model. The second artificial intelligence model is trained to summarize patent documents based on patent name information, technical solution information, technical field information, and/or technical effect information.

In the embodiment of the invention, at least one candidate sentence related to the technical problem is extracted from the patent document by using various grammar analysis modes through a first artificial intelligence model. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a patent information generating apparatus, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the patent information generating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the patent information generating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:
an extraction module 20, configured to respond to a received patent information generation request, and extract patent detailed information from a corresponding patent document as input through a pre-trained first artificial intelligence model based on the patent information generation request; the patent details specifically include at least one of the following: patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and technical effect information.
And the generation module 22 is used for generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model.
The generating module 22 is further configured to:
training the second artificial intelligence model to outline patent documents based on patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and/or technical effect information.

summarizing the patent document based on patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and/or technical effect information by training the second artificial intelligence model; generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model, wherein the generating and displaying the patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through the pre-trained second artificial intelligent model specifically comprises the following steps:
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information and technical scheme information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
generating and displaying patent summary information according to patent name information, technical scheme information and technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance; or,
and generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent name information, the technical scheme information, the technical field information and the technical effect information through a second artificial intelligent model trained in advance.
2. A patent information generating apparatus, comprising:
an extracting module, configured to respond to a received patent information generating request, and extract, based on the patent information generating request, patent detailed information from a corresponding patent document as input through a first artificial intelligence model trained in advance, where the patent detailed information specifically includes at least one of: patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and technical effect information;
the generation module is used for summarizing the patent document based on patent name information, technical scheme information, technical field information and/or technical effect information by training the second artificial intelligent model; generating and displaying patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through a pre-trained second artificial intelligent model, wherein the generating and displaying the patent summary information according to the patent detailed information through the pre-trained second artificial intelligent model specifically comprises the following steps:
