The invention discloses a method, a device, a terminal and a medium for comprehensively auditing and managing hospital service data. By configuring various data auditing and checking rules, the conditions of inconsistent total score, incorrect in-table/inter-table auditing relation and the like in the data transmission process are effectively audited, and the situation of core data missing/repetition and the like are effectively checked, so that a problem data source is rapidly positioned, and relevant personnel are timely notified to be reminded of processing. Data integrity, standardability and accuracy are ensured, financial staff is assisted to carry out internal control, huge workload of financial staff manual comparison is lightened, and fund risk is reduced. Through data cleaning, the financial staff is assisted to process and correct various problem data; and meanwhile, a report of the problem data correction proposal is provided to assist the source data party in data management from the source. And finally, automatically forming the trusted data and the unified service view. On one hand, the accuracy and effectiveness of decision information are ensured by high-quality data; on the other hand, real-time industry and financial data is provided, and business decision information and business insight are provided for a management layer. . The following will describe in detail.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for comprehensive audit management of hospital business data according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the method for fully auditing and managing hospital business data may include the following operations:
101, collecting service data from each service system and storing the service data into a database; the embodiment collects service data from each service system by means of data views, interfaces, files and the like and stores the service data into a database.
102 defining a data model and processing the service data to obtain a service data table set, and structuring and establishing association relations among different service data table sets; specifically, after defining data models of different service data, binding the different service data with the corresponding data models through data set materialization and data model association management to form a service data table set, and building association relations among the data models to complete structural building of association relations among the service data, such as building of association relations among the service data, receivable data, charging bill data and the like.
103, configuring data auditing and checking rules, and checking each service data table set through the data auditing and checking rules;
it may be understood that when the check rule is configured, the method further includes:
predefining a rule visualization configuration interface of a plurality of business scenes;
setting data auditing and checking rules of different service data table sets on the rule visualization configuration interface; specifically, the configuration data auditing formula can be further refined in the visual configuration interface so as to audit and check different data.
104, cleaning the data of each service data table set to obtain a plurality of trusted service data;
104 presenting the trusted service data in a service view mode, and configuring an interface to supply an application to call the trusted service data for data operation. After the business data is fully checked, the association relation between the business data is established, and a unified, reliable and credible business view is formed. The method can be opened to other upper-layer applications in the forms of interface APIs and the like for report statistics, operation prediction analysis and other works.
In one embodiment, the data auditing rule includes one or more of a total score checking rule, an in-table data auditing rule, an inter-table data auditing rule, and a data format checking rule. The total score checking rule checks whether the data acquired from each business system (HIS/Internet hospital, etc.) is consistent with the actual total sum of the data collection amount by checking whether the expected transmission data is consistent with the actual reception data or not, wherein the data loss, missing transmission, etc. may occur in the transmission. The in-table data auditing rules are used for checking that logical auditing relations exist among the business amount fields in the same table, and the rationality of the data can be confirmed through the auditing relation checking. For example, total medical fee = total amount paid by the medical insurance fund + amount paid by the medical insurance personal account + amount personal self-fee. The inter-table data auditing rules are used for checking that logical audit relations exist among the business amount fields of the table, and the rationality of the data can be confirmed through audit relation checking. Such as clinic daily statement income amount total = clinic scanning code pay statement amount total + clinic card swipe charge statement amount total + clinic cash charge statement amount total. The data format checking rule is configured according to the core field rule, and is used for identifying and positioning the core data deletion, repetition, incorrect format and the like, so that the data type and the value range are ensured to meet the specification requirements.
In one embodiment, the data cleansing includes one or more of inter-data service logic repair, missing data padding, duplicate data removal, and data format verification. It will be appreciated that data typically has the following problems during transmission: the problem of service logic errors among data is commonly caused by error value transmission of a source data party in the data transmission process, and the processing mode is to export the error data and provide the error data for the source data party to confirm. And re-acquiring data after the repair. The problem of data loss is commonly caused by subjective and objective reasons. The subjective reasons may be incomplete data entry for the source data party, and the objective reasons may be data transmission failure, the source data system should save but not actually save. The processing modes are generally two types: one is to re-collect data to complete filling of missing data; the other is manual padding or marking. The problem of data repetition is commonly caused by error in source data storage or unreasonable flow, and the processing mode is to export the repeated data details, provide the data details for the source data party to confirm, and re-collect the data after the data are repaired. The problem of data format errors is often caused by different definitions of formats for the data provider and the acquirer, for example, the enumerated value receiver is defined as a number, and the source data party is an english letter. The processing modes generally have three types: one is to provide source data side with a request conversion; the second is to build a data mapping relationship, which is converted by the acquirer according to rules. The third is manual adjustment.
The embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) Through data structuring, business relativity of business data, receivable data and charging bill data is established, and data support is provided for financial staff to know global business.
(2) Through a rule engine, various data auditing and checking rules are configured visually through an interface, the conditions of inconsistent total scores, incorrect in-table/inter-table auditing relation, core data missing/repeated and the like in the data transmission process are effectively audited, a problem data source is rapidly positioned, and relevant personnel are timely informed to be reminded of processing. Data integrity, standardability and accuracy are ensured, financial staff is assisted to carry out internal control, huge workload of financial staff manual comparison is lightened, and fund risk is reduced.
(3) Through data cleaning, the financial staff is assisted to process and correct various problem data; and meanwhile, a report of the problem data correction proposal is provided to assist the source data party in data management from the source.
Automatically forming trusted data and unified service views. On one hand, the accuracy and effectiveness of decision information are ensured by high-quality data; on the other hand, real-time industry and financial data is provided, and business decision information and business insight are provided for a management layer. Therefore, the method for comprehensively auditing and managing the hospital business data described in fig. 1 can automatically store the collected data in the target database, then consider the data to be collected, and confirm the integrity, accuracy and effectiveness of the data structure so as to ensure the auditing relationship among the data and open the linkage among the data.
