Optionally, the waterproof cover 31 includes a first connection section 311 and a second connection section 312 that are connected to each other, an inner diameter of the first connection section 311 is smaller than that of the second connection section 312, the first connection section 311 is sleeved outside the ear plate 1, and an end surface of the first connection section 311 away from the second connection section 312 contacts with the ear plate 1, and the second connection section 312 is sleeved outside the anchor cup 2.
The first sealing groove 301 penetrates through the end face of the first connection section 311 away from the second connection section 312, and the second sealing groove 302 penetrates through the end face of the second connection section 312 away from the first connection section 311.
In the above-described implementation, the waterproof cover 31 is provided as the first connection section 311 and the second connection section 312 connected to each other, so that it can be screwed together with the ear plate 1 through the first connection section 311 having a smaller inner diameter, and at the same time, be brought into contact with the anchor cup 2 through the second connection section 312 having a larger inner diameter.
The first sealing groove 301 penetrates through the end face of the first connecting section 311 away from the second connecting section 312, so that the first sealing groove 301 is an open groove, on the one hand, processing is convenient, and on the other hand, the end face of the second sealing ring 34 positioned in the first sealing groove 301 can be in contact with the ear plate 1. Likewise, the second sealing groove 302 penetrates through the end surface of the second connecting section 312 away from the first connecting section 311, so that the second sealing groove 302 is an open groove, and the first sealing ring 33 is convenient to process and place.
Referring again to fig. 1, the seal assembly 3 optionally further comprises a dust collar 35, the dust collar 35 being located at the end of the flap 32 remote from the waterproof cover 31 and being sandwiched between the flap 32 and the anchor cup 2.
In the above-described implementation, the dust ring 35 is used to seal between the shield cover 32 and the anchor cup 2, prevent invasion of moist air, rainwater, dust, impurities, etc., and form an excellent dust-proof effect, so as to further improve the sealing effect between the anchor cup 2 and the waterproof cover 31.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a retaining cap in an anchor head device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and in conjunction with fig. 5, optionally, a third end surface of the retaining cap 32, far away from the first sealing ring 33, has a retaining ring groove 320.
The retainer groove 320 includes a first retainer groove segment 3201 and a second retainer groove segment 3202, the inner diameter of the first retainer groove segment 3201 is larger than the inner diameter of the second retainer groove segment 3202, one end of the second retainer groove segment 3202 is located at a third end face, and the first retainer groove segment 3201 is located at one end, far away from the third end face, of the second retainer groove segment 3202 and is connected with the second retainer groove segment 3202.
The dust collar 35 includes a dust-proof first section 351 and a dust-proof second section 352 that are connected to each other, the dust-proof first section 351 having an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of the dust-proof second section 352, the dust-proof first section 351 being located in the first collar channel section 3201, the dust-proof second section 352 being located in the second collar channel section 3202.
In the above-described implementation, the retainer ring groove 320 is used to receive the dust ring 35. The retainer grooves 320 are correspondingly configured as the first retainer groove section 3201 and the second retainer groove section 3202 so as to correspondingly match the dustproof first section 351 and the dustproof second section 352 of the dustproof ring 35, that is, the dustproof first section 351 is accommodated by the first retainer groove section 3201, and the dustproof second section 352 is accommodated by the second retainer groove section 3202.
And the dustproof ring 35 is provided with the dustproof first section 351 and the dustproof second section 352, so that the dustproof first section 351 and the dustproof second section 352 with different outer diameters can be reliably positioned in the check ring groove 320 without positioning and mounting by using a sealing compression ring and other structural members.
In this embodiment, the dust ring 35 is an elastomeric single lip dust ring. Thus, the dust remover has good scraping and dust removing effects.
Optionally, the blocking cover 32 includes a connection ring 321 and a sleeve ring 322, the connection ring 321 is sleeved outside the sleeve ring 322, and the connection ring 321 is located at one end of the sleeve ring 322 facing the waterproof cover 31.
The retainer ring groove 320 is located in the sleeve ring 322, and the connecting ring 321 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the connecting holes are connected with the waterproof cover 31 through fasteners.
In the above implementation manner, the blocking cover 32 is provided with the connecting ring 321 and the sleeve ring 322, so that the blocking cover can be connected with the waterproof cover 31 through the connecting ring 321, and the first sealing ring 33 is sealed and pressed. And the sleeve ring 322 is used for sleeving the baffle cover 32 outside the anchor cup 2.
In the present embodiment, the connection holes are screw holes into which bolts or the like are inserted to connect the connection ring 321 and the waterproof cover 31 together by fasteners such as bolts.
Referring again to fig. 1, the anchor head device further comprises a plurality of set screws 5, wherein a first set screw 51 of the plurality of set screws 5 is inserted into the threaded connection of the ear plate 1 and the anchor cup 2, respectively. The second set screw 52 of the plurality of set screws 5 is inserted into the threaded connection of the ear plate 1 and the waterproof cover 31, respectively.
The set screw 5 is used to secure the ear plate 1 and the anchor cup 2 together against rotation. But also to prevent mutual rotation between the ear plate 1 and the waterproof cover 31.
The following briefly describes the installation manner of the anchor head device provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure:
the second sealing ring 34 is assembled in the first sealing groove 301 on the end face of the waterproof cover 31, and then the ear plate 1 is screwed to the pressing second sealing ring 34 through the external thread and the internal thread of the waterproof cover 31, so that the sealing between the ear plate 1 and the waterproof cover 31 is realized.
After the anchor cup 2 and the ear plate 1 are screwed to the length required by design through the screw pair, a first sealing ring 33 is arranged in the second sealing groove 302 of the waterproof cover 31, the first sealing ring 33 is pressed by bolts through screw holes on the connecting ring 321 of the baffle cover 32 and screw holes on the waterproof cover 31, then the dustproof ring 35 is arranged in the retainer ring groove 320 on the end face of the baffle cover 32, sealing between the anchor cup 2 and the waterproof cover 31 is achieved, and finally locking positioning between the ear plate 1 and the waterproof cover 31 and between the anchor cup 2 are carried out through set screws.
Since the second seal ring 34 has the first seal segment 341 and the second seal segment 342, not only can the second seal ring be directly positioned and installed in the first seal groove 301, but also the seal contact area can be increased, and the sealing performance can be improved. Moreover, the sealing contact surface of the first sealing ring 33 and the second sealing ring 34 is large, the sealing performance is good, the sealing contact surface can be automatically compensated after a small amount of abrasion, the service life is long, the invasion of moist air, rainwater, dust, impurities and the like can be well avoided by adding the dustproof effect of the dustproof ring 35, the excellent dustproof and sealing effects are formed, the good protection is formed for the anchor head device of the sling, and the service life of the sling is prolonged.

the sealing assembly (3) comprises a waterproof cover (31), a blocking cover (32), a first sealing ring (33) and a second sealing ring (34), wherein the waterproof cover (31) is sleeved outside the joint of the anchor cup (2) and the lug plate (1), the first end of the waterproof cover (31) is in threaded connection with the lug plate (1), the second end of the waterproof cover (31) is sleeved outside the anchor cup (2), the blocking cover (32) is positioned at the second end of the waterproof cover (31) and sleeved outside the anchor cup (2), the blocking cover (32) is connected with the waterproof cover (31), the first sealing ring (33) is sleeved outside the anchor cup (2) and is positioned in a groove defined by the waterproof cover (31), the blocking cover (32) and the anchor cup (2), and the first sealing ring (33) is in compression deformation in the radial outward direction of the first sealing ring (33) per se;
the waterproof cover is characterized in that the second sealing ring (34) is clamped between the waterproof cover (31) and the lug plate (1), the second sealing ring (34) comprises a first sealing section (341) and a second sealing section (342) which are connected with each other, the outer diameter of the first sealing section (341) is larger than that of the second sealing section (342), one end face of the first sealing section (341) away from the second sealing section (342) is in sealing butt joint with the lug plate (1), one end face of the first sealing section (341) away from the second sealing section (342) is parallel to the radial direction of the first sealing section (341), and compression deformation exists on the second sealing section (342) in the radial outward direction of the second sealing section (342).
2. Anchor head device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first sealing ring (33) and the second sealing ring (34) are lip seals;
the lip of the first sealing ring (33) is far away from the baffle cover (32) along the axis direction of the first sealing ring, and the lip of the second sealing ring (34) faces the anchor cup (2) along the axis direction of the second sealing ring.

The anchor head device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first end face of the waterproof cover (31) far away from the blocking cover (32) is provided with a first sealing groove (301), the first sealing groove (301) comprises a first groove section (3011) and a second groove section (3012), the inner diameter of the first groove section (3011) is larger than that of the second groove section (3012), one end of the first groove section (3011) is located at the first end face, the second groove section (3012) is located at one end of the first groove section (3011) far away from the first end face and is connected with the first groove section (3011), the first sealing section (341) is located in the first groove section (3011), and the second sealing section (342) is located in the second groove section (3012).
4. An anchor head device according to claim 3, characterized in that the second end face of the waterproof cover (31) adjacent to the blocking cover (32) has a second sealing groove (302), the first sealing ring (33) being located in the second sealing groove (302).

The anchor head device according to claim 4, wherein the waterproof cover (31) comprises a first connecting section (311) and a second connecting section (312) which are connected with each other, the inner diameter of the first connecting section (311) is smaller than that of the second connecting section (312), the first connecting section (311) is sleeved outside the ear plate (1), and the end face, away from the second connecting section (312), of the first connecting section (311) is contacted with the ear plate (1), and the second connecting section (312) is sleeved outside the anchor cup (2).

Anchor head device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing assembly (3) further comprises a dust ring (35), which dust ring (35) is located at the end of the shield cover (32) remote from the waterproof cover (31) and is clamped between the shield cover (32) and the anchor cup (2).
7. Anchor head device according to claim 6, characterized in that a third end of the blocking cap (32) remote from the first sealing ring (33) has a blocking ring groove (320);
the check ring groove (320) comprises a first check ring groove section (3201) and a second check ring groove section (3202), wherein the inner diameter of the first check ring groove section (3201) is larger than that of the second check ring groove section (3202), one end of the second check ring groove section (3202) is positioned on the third end face, and the first check ring groove section (3201) is positioned at one end, far away from the third end face, of the second check ring groove section (3202) and is connected with the second check ring groove section (3202);
the dustproof ring (35) comprises a dustproof first section (351) and a dustproof second section (352) which are connected with each other, the outer diameter of the dustproof first section (351) is larger than that of the dustproof second section (352), the dustproof first section (351) is located in the first check ring groove section (3201), and the dustproof second section (352) is located in the second check ring groove section (3202).

Anchor head device according to claim 7, characterized in that the blocking cover (32) comprises a connecting ring (321) and a sleeving ring (322), the connecting ring (321) is sleeved outside the sleeving ring (322), and the connecting ring (321) is positioned at one end of the sleeving ring (322) facing the waterproof cover (31);
the retainer ring groove (320) is located in the sleeve joint ring (322), a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting ring (321) at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting ring, and the connecting holes are connected with the waterproof cover (31) through fasteners.

Anchor head device according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the ear plate (1) comprises a joint head (11), a transition section (12) and a connecting section (13) connected together in sequence, the outer diameter of the transition section (12) being smaller than the outer diameter of the joint head (11), the outer diameter of the connecting section (13) being smaller than the outer diameter of the transition section (12), the end face of the transition section (12) facing the connecting section (13) being in contact with the first sealing section (341), the outer wall of the connecting section (13) being in contact with the second sealing section (342);
the connecting section (13) is in threaded connection with the waterproof cover (31) and the anchor cup (2).
10. Anchor head device according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a plurality of set screws (5), a first part of the set screws (51) of the plurality of set screws (5) being inserted at the threaded connection of the ear plate (1) and the anchor cup (2);
the set screw (52) of the second part of the set screws (5) is inserted into the threaded connection part of the lug plate (1) and the waterproof cover (31).
