The factory floor railway and train switching compatible signal interlock system of claim 4 wherein the central interlock, central train switching, local train switching control modes of the train switching fork device are preserved in addition to the autonomous control and the very stand control modes of the signal interlock device.

The signal interlocking system compatible with factory railway and train switching according to claim 4, wherein the control logic of switch control box authority of built-in PLC is adopted, the control modes of central interlocking, central train switching and local train switching of the train switching equipment switch machine are remotely switched on the control display machine according to production requirements, and ground operation rods, head buttons and back switch equipment are used for automatic moving control of train switching forks.

and the access locking module is used for: if the establishment of the route is successful, checking whether the locking condition of the route is met, locking the track circuit, the annunciator and the switch machine when the locking condition is met, and giving out the locking variable and the prompt information of the route;
signal opening module: checking whether signal opening conditions are met or not, and forming an opening instruction of a signal machine of a protection route when the signal opening conditions are met; after the signal is opened, continuously checking signal opening conditions, and keeping the signal open when the conditions are met, otherwise, closing the signal;
and the signal reopening module is used for: after the establishment of the access and the signal opening are successful, the signal is automatically closed after the signal interlocking equipment fails or has an operation error, the signal is restarted after the problem of manual confirmation is eliminated, and the signal is started if the signal interlocking equipment is recovered to be normal;
the automatic route unlocking module: after the establishment of the access way and the signal opening are successful, the signal interlocking equipment automatically unlocks or returns to unlock the access way after the vehicle enters, leaves or returns to clear the operation when the signal interlocking equipment is normal;
manual delay unlocking route module: after the automatic unlocking of the route fails, the route can be manually delayed to be unlocked after the unlocking is confirmed manually;
and manually cancelling the route module: after route selection, the change of the scheduling plan is confirmed by a person to cancel the route;
section fault unlocking module: the locking section can automatically unlock failure under the condition of equipment failure or wrong running, and the unlocking corresponding section is manually confirmed;
switch individual control module: the total positioning, total reversing, single interlocking, single turning, independent locking and independent unlocking operation control of the turnout equipment;
signal interlocking equipment card hanging and picking module: section, annunciator, turnout maintenance listing and picking.

The signal interlocking system for factory-area railway and train switching compatibility according to claim 4, wherein each functional module of the signal interlocking functional module is controlled by a centralized dispatching system or a manual dispatching system in a central interlocking control state;
and each functional module of the signal interlocking functional module is in a central turning control state, and the related signal interlocking equipment is processed and controlled by the logic controller of the lower equipment.
