When cutting longer dunnage, the cutting tool extension and cutting tool head may be interconnected to accommodate the cutting of longer material. During connection, the lengthened inserting plate 22 of the lengthened cutting frame side plate 6 is inserted into the cutting frame side plate slot 14 of the first-section cutting frame side plate 2, the 4 th locking device 12 is screwed, the hand citrate screw is screwed into a threaded hole on the left side wall of the cutting frame side plate 2, which is communicated with the cutting frame side plate slot 14, and the screw head of the hand citrate screw is screwed after being abutted with the lengthened inserting plate 22, so that the two sections of side plates can be connected with each other; inserting the lengthened cutting knife plug 23 of the front side wall of the cutter body of the lengthened cutting knife 7 into the cutting knife slot 9 on the rear side wall of the cutter body of the first-stage cutting knife, accommodating the biting cutting head accommodating part 13 on the rear side wall of the cutter body of the first-stage cutting knife 4 by the lengthened cutting knife body accommodating groove 24, screwing the 1 st locking device 10, screwing the hand citrate screw into the threaded hole communicated with the top wall of the cutter body and the slot 9 until screwing into the threaded locking hole of the upper wall of the lengthened cutting knife plug 23. The lengthening section of the cutting tool is similar to the first section, and a cutting knife slot 9, a seaming and shearing head accommodating part 13, a seaming and shearing head accommodating part 16, a 1 st locking device 10, a 2 nd locking device 11, a 3 rd locking device 12, a cutting frame side plate slot 14 and the like can be arranged. The perforating element comprises a connecting rod 28, a perforating head 26, a spring 27 and a hand pressing head 29, wherein the first end of the connecting rod 28 is connected with the tail of the perforating head 26, the head of the perforating head 26 is hollow and cylindrical, a cutting edge is arranged at the edge of the hollow cylinder, the outer diameter of the perforating head 26 is larger than the groove width of the mounting groove, the second end of the connecting rod 28 is connected with the hand pressing head 29, the rod body of the connecting rod 28 is sleeved with the spring 27, the connecting rod 28 sleeved with the spring 27 is inserted into the mounting groove, the perforating head 26 is positioned below the lower surface of the positioning plate, the hand pressing head 29 is positioned above the upper surface of the positioning plate, and length scale marks are arranged at the edge of the positioning plate; one side wall of the positioning plate is provided with a positioning jack which is communicated with the mounting groove, the positioning plugboard 32 is inserted into the positioning jack, the upper surface of the positioning plate is provided with a threaded hole which is communicated with the positioning jack, and the hand-screwed screw 30 can be screwed into the threaded hole; the locating plate is also provided with a locating base 25, the locating base 25 is formed by bending one end of the locating plate, namely a bending part, and a gap is formed between the bending part and the locating plate body. The bending part is provided with a threaded hole, and a hand-screwed screw 31 can be screwed into the threaded hole.
As shown in fig. 8, when in use, the positioning base 25, i.e. the bending part, of the perforating tool 33 is sleeved on the side plate 2 of the cutting tool cutting frame, the hand screw 31 is screwed down, the screw head of the hand screw 31 is abutted on the side plate 2 to fix the perforating tool 33, the connecting rod 28 is inserted into the mounting groove, the perforating head 26 is mounted at one end of the connecting rod 28 at the lower part of the positioning plate, the spring 27 is sleeved on the connecting rod 28 at the upper part of the positioning plate, the hand press head 29 is connected, one end of the spring 27 is abutted on the upper surface of the positioning plate, the other end of the spring is abutted on the hand press head 29, and the hand press head 29 and the connecting rod 28 can be connected in a threaded connection mode. The hand screw 30 is loosened, the insertion depth of the positioning plugboard 32 in the positioning plughole is adjusted, the position of the connecting rod 28 can be adjusted through the positioning plugboard 32, after the required scale is reached, the hand screw 30 is screwed, the screw head of the hand screw 30 is abutted against the surface of the positioning plugboard 32, the position of the tapping head 26 is determined, the padding is placed below the tapping head 26, after the position is adjusted, the hand pressing head 29 is pressed downwards, pressure is manually applied to the spring 27 and is transmitted to the tapping head 26, tapping operation is carried out, the blade part of the tapping head 26 can open a proper hole in the padding, and after tapping is finished, the hand pressing head 29 returns to the initial position under the action of the spring 27. The tapping head 26 can be screwed with the connecting rod 28, whereby tapping heads 26 of different hollow cylinder diameters can be installed as required, and tapping of different diameters can be made on the padding. The boring tool 33 may be used alone without being mounted on the cutting tool.
As shown in fig. 9a-9d, the seaming cutter includes a positioning rule 34 and a cutter 35, the positioning rule 34 is provided with length scale marks, the upper part of the cutter 35 is fixedly connected with the positioning rule 34, the two can be connected in a welding manner, the lower part of the cutter 35 is a cutting edge, the cutting edge includes a transverse cutting edge and a convex seaming cutting edge positioned in the middle of the transverse cutting edge, the cutting edges of the transverse cutting edge and the seaming cutting edge are flush, the cross section of the seaming cutting edge includes various shapes, such as triangle (fig. 9 a), rectangle (fig. 9 b), dovetail (fig. 9 c), ladder (fig. 9 d), and the like, wherein the transverse cutting edge is used for cutting off the bedding material, and the seaming cutting edge is used for cutting a required seaming shape on the bedding material. As shown in fig. 13, several forms of duct flange gasket splicing are shown, with corresponding bites being cut by corresponding bite cutting edges.
As shown in fig. 10, the positioning rule 34 of the seaming cutter 36 is inserted into the slot of the seaming and shearing head accommodating part 16 of the side plate 2 of the cutting frame, the installation position of the seaming cutter 36 is adjusted according to the scale marks of the positioning rule 34, after the adjustment, the 3 rd locking device 15, namely, the hand lemon screw is screwed, the screw head of the hand lemon screw is abutted against the positioning rule 34, and the seaming cutter 36 can be fixed, at this time, when the packing is cut by the cutting knife 4, the required seaming can be cut on the packing together.
As shown in fig. 11, the seaming cutter 36 may be mounted in the slot of the seaming and shearing head accommodating part 13 at the lower part of the cutter slot 9 at the rear side wall of the cutter body through the positioning rule 34, the mounting position of the seaming cutter 36 is adjusted according to the scale marks of the positioning rule 34, after the adjustment, the 2 nd locking device 11, namely the hand lemon screw, is screwed, the screw head of the hand screw is abutted against the positioning rule 34, and the seaming cutter 36 can be fixed, at this time, when the packing is cut through the cutting rule 4, the required seaming can be cut on the packing together.
The seaming cutter 36 may also be used alone, and is assembled with a seaming cutter base, as shown in fig. 12, the seaming cutter base body is square, two pins 39 are disposed on an upper portion of at least one side wall of the seaming cutter base body, each pin 39 is sleeved with a clamping piece 37, a through threaded hole is disposed in a middle portion of each clamping piece 37, a hand screw 38 is mountable, the clamping piece 37 is sleeved on the pin 39 through a mounting hole on an upper portion of the clamping piece 37, the clamping piece 37 can rotate around the pin 39, a notch is disposed on a lower portion of the clamping piece 37, a clamping post 40 is disposed on a lower portion of each pin 39 on a side wall of the seaming cutter base 42, a handle 43 is disposed on an upper surface of the seaming cutter base 43, and length scale marks are disposed on an upper edge of the side wall. During installation, the two clamping pieces 37 are rotated outwards, the positioning rule 34 of the seaming cutter 37 is inserted into a gap between each clamping piece 37 and the side wall of the seaming cutter base 43, the clamping pieces 37 are rotated inwards, a notch on each clamping piece 37 is clamped on the clamping column 40, the position of the positioning rule 34 is adjusted to reach the required scale position, the hand-screwing screw 38 is screwed, and the screw head of the hand-screwing screw 38 is abutted to the positioning rule 34, so that the positioning rule 34 can be fixed. When cutting, the handle 43 is pressed, and the cutter 35 cuts the required seam on the padding. The gap is in interference fit with the clamping post 40 to lock the clamping piece on the base body.
The cutting tool disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and multiple functions, can meet different padding cutting requirements, is convenient to install and use among parts, can be used in a combined way and can work independently, provides multiple modes for padding cutting, and improves the working efficiency and the cutting quality.
