The tapping device for hard pressing-in repair of the blast furnace lining is characterized by comprising an operation platform (1), a transverse sliding table (2), a sliding mechanism (3), a tapping mechanism (4) and a feeding mechanism (5), wherein the transverse sliding table (2) is slidably connected to a first sliding rail (9) arranged at the upper end of the operation platform (1) and horizontally moves along the first sliding rail (9) by means of the transverse sliding mechanism (12), the sliding mechanism (3) is provided with two sliding mechanisms symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the transverse sliding table (2), the tapping mechanism (4) and the feeding mechanism (5) are slidably connected to the two sliding mechanisms (3) by means of respective sliding seats respectively and can realize longitudinal horizontal movement by means of the sliding mechanisms (3), the transverse sliding table (2) is also provided with a swinging arm mechanism (6) and two centrally and symmetrically arranged longitudinal horizontal movement of the tapping mechanism (4) and the feeding mechanism (5) by means of the swinging arm mechanism (6), the tapping mechanism (7) is connected to the rear side of the operation platform (1) by means of a plurality of air collecting nozzles (80) are arranged on the inner wall (8) of a circumferential air ring (8), the pumping assembly (7) is also connected with the swing arm mechanism (6) by means of the vertical rod (73) so that the swing arm mechanism (6) can drive the pumping assembly (7) to supply gas into the gas collecting ring (8) and finally be sprayed out by the nozzle (80) when the swing arm mechanism swings.

The tapping device for hard press-in repair of blast furnace lining according to claim 1, wherein the sliding mechanism (3) comprises a frame (30) and sliding bars (31), the frame (30) is a shell structure with upper and lower openings, at least two sliding bars (31) are horizontally installed on the inner wall of the frame (30), and the sliding seat is slidably connected to the sliding bars (31);
the sliding mechanism (3) connected with the tapping mechanism (4) is further provided with a longitudinal moving mechanism (11), and specifically comprises a longitudinal moving motor (110) and a longitudinal moving screw rod (111), wherein the longitudinal moving motor (110) is arranged on the front side of the frame body (30) and the output end of the longitudinal moving motor is connected to the longitudinal moving screw rod (111), and the longitudinal moving screw rod (111) is rotatably connected in the frame body (30) and is connected with a sliding seat at the bottom of the tapping mechanism (4) by means of a screw rod nut.

Tapping device for the hard press-in repair of blast furnace liners according to claim 2, characterized in that the tapping mechanism (4) comprises a vertical support (40) and an electric drill (41), the vertical support (40) is mounted at the upper end of the slide, the electric drill (41) is mounted on the vertical support (40) and the drill bit of the electric drill (41) faces the rear side of the operating platform (1).

A tapping device for hard press-in repair of blast furnace lining according to claim 3, wherein the feeding mechanism (5) comprises a feeding table (50) and a sleeve (51), the feeding table (50) is mounted at the upper end of the slide, and the sleeve (51) is mounted at the rear side of the feeding table (50);
the swing arm mechanism (6) comprises a swing rod (60), a driving shaft (61) and a central shaft (62), the central shaft (62) is rotationally connected in a base (63) arranged on the transverse sliding table (2), the central shaft (62) penetrates through the driving shaft (61) with a polygonal cross section and is welded and fixed with the driving shaft (61), the swing rod (60) is arranged on the driving shaft (61), the swing rod (60) is collinear with the axis of the central shaft (62), the upper end of the central shaft (62) is locked by means of a nut, two groups of strip holes (64) are respectively arranged on two sides of the axis of the swing rod (60), the strip holes (64) on the outer side are respectively connected with the vertical support (40) and the feeding table (50) by means of upright posts, and the strip holes (64) on the inner side are connected with the upright rods (73).

The tapping device for blast furnace lining hard press-in repair according to claim 1, wherein the pumping assembly (7) comprises a piston cylinder (70) and a piston rod (71), the piston cylinder (70) is mounted at the upper end of the traversing sliding table (2) by means of a support (72), one end of the piston rod (71) is connected in the piston cylinder (70) by means of a piston sliding, and the other end of the piston rod (71) is connected with a vertical upright (73).

The tapping device for blast furnace lining hard press-in repair according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the gas collecting ring (8) is further connected with a vertical plate (81), two guide posts (82) are installed on the front side of the vertical plate (81), the guide posts (82) are slidably connected in the operation platform (1), and a return spring (83) is sleeved on the guide posts (82) between the vertical plate (81) and the operation platform (1).

when the blast furnace is scheduled to break down, a furnace skin (15) is perforated at a position where the furnace lining of the furnace body needs to be repaired or the cooling wall is damaged and the cooling wall is prevented from being burnt, firstly, an operating platform (1) is moved to a position to be drilled by means of a mechanical arm, a perforating mechanism (4) at the moment is positioned at a limit position close to the front side of the operating platform (1), then the operating platform (1) is horizontally moved towards the furnace skin (15), a gas collecting ring (8) is firstly contacted with the furnace skin (15) and is compressed towards the operating platform (1) for a certain distance, and the movement is stopped after the operating platform (1) and the furnace skin (15) reach a set distance;
then, starting a longitudinal moving motor (110) and driving a longitudinal moving screw rod (111) to rotate, driving an electric drill (41) to move towards a furnace shell (15), and drilling a target position;
after the drilling is finished, the mechanical arm drives the operation platform (1) to move away from the furnace shell (15) until the gas collecting ring (8) is restored to an initial state, then the transverse moving mechanism (12) is started and drives the transverse moving sliding table (2) to move horizontally and rightwards along the first sliding rail (9), after the drilling position is reached, the longitudinal moving motor (110) reverses and drives the electric drill (41) to move in a direction away from the furnace shell (15), the feeding platform (50) can be synchronously driven to move towards the drilling position by virtue of the action of the swinging rod (60) and the strip hole (64) positioned on the outer side until the grouting short pipe is conveyed to the drilling position, the grouting short pipe is welded and fixed by using matched welding equipment, after the welding is finished, the mechanical arm drives the operation platform (1) to move away from the furnace shell (15) until the gas collecting ring (8) is restored to the initial state, and the sleeve (51) is separated from the grouting short pipe at the moment, and the next drilling operation is prepared;
after welding, a control ball valve is arranged at the grouting short pipe, a single-cylinder pump is used for pressing the hard refractory material into the furnace through the grouting short pipe, when the hard refractory material is pressed into the furnace, furnace burden in the furnace plays a role of a baffle, and after the hard pressed material enters the furnace, the hard pressed material is spread between a furnace shell (15) and the furnace burden and is adhered to the furnace shell, so that the effect of lining building in the furnace is achieved.
