A high-efficiency multistage dust removing device and a use method thereof are characterized in that: comprises a transmission mechanism (1) for driving the movement of a substrate (5); the dust removing roller set mechanism (2) comprises two dust adhering components (21) which are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the transmission mechanism (1); each dust adhering component (21) comprises at least two rubber wheel groups (211); and the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a plurality of lifting pieces (31) for driving the rubber wheel groups (211) to lift, and the lifting pieces (31) drive the rubber wheel groups (211) positioned on the same side to be in contact with the substrate (5) at intervals in sequence.

The efficient multi-stage dust removing apparatus and the method of using the same as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rubber wheel sets (211) comprise rubber wheels (2111) and dust-binding paper rollers (2112), the rubber wheels (2111) are located on one side close to the transmission mechanism (1), and the outer surface of each rubber wheel (2111) is tangent to the outer surface of each dust-binding paper roller (2112).

The efficient multi-stage dust removing apparatus and the method of using the same as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the limiting side plates (22) are provided with sliding grooves (221) for the dust-binding paper rollers (2112) to slide, and limiting stop bolts (222) for blocking the dust-binding paper rollers (2112) are further arranged in the sliding grooves (221) in a penetrating mode.

The efficient multi-stage dust removing apparatus and the method of using the same as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the driving assembly (24) further comprises a tensioning wheel (245) for tensioning the chain (244), and further comprises a fixed panel (4), the dust removing roller set mechanism (2) is slidably connected to the bottom of the fixed panel (4), locking blocks (41) are arranged on the lower surface of the fixed panel (4), and linear guide rails (25) matched with the locking blocks are arranged on two sides of the dust removing roller set mechanism (2).
