Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 10, in some embodiments, the clamping ring assembly 10 and the isolating and sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 are coaxially provided with a filling hole for filling the ultrasonic couplant, and the filling hole is communicated with a space surrounded by the soft retainer ring 21c or the soft retainer ring 22 c. Specifically, the perfusion hole 19 is provided on the clamp ring assembly 10, and the perfusion hole 202 on the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 and coaxial with the perfusion hole 19 is provided, so that the ultrasonic couplant can be directly perfused through the perfusion hole 19 on the clamp ring assembly without reinstalling the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 after stopping the motion in the treatment process, thereby being convenient and fast. Referring to fig. 4 and 17, in some embodiments, the clamping ring assembly 10 is connected to the moving frame 33 through a clamping groove 331, and the clamping groove 331 includes a clamping block 17 disposed on the clamping ring assembly 10 and a clamping groove 331 disposed on an inner wall of the moving frame 33, and the clamping block 17 is clamped with the clamping groove 331 in a matching manner. Referring to fig. 15 and 16, when the clamp ring assembly 10 carrying the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 and the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 are loaded into the housing 31 of the body assembly 30, the clamping blocks 17 on both sides of the clamp ring assembly 10 can be simultaneously retracted by simultaneously pressing the shifting blocks 18 on both sides so as to load the clamp ring assembly 10 into the moving frame 33, and the shifting blocks 18 on both sides are released so that the clamping blocks 17 are inserted into the clamping grooves 331 to limit the clamp ring assembly 10 and the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 in the vertical direction. By mounting the clip 17 of the clip assembly 10 in the clip groove 331 of the moving frame 33, rapid loading and unloading of the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 in the moving frame 33 can be achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 17, in the above embodiment, the clamping grooves 331 are arranged in a plurality of vertical directions, and the clamping block 17 is clamped with one of the clamping grooves 331 in a matching manner to adjust the height of the clamping ring assembly 10 relative to the moving frame 33. Referring to fig. 17 to 21, in some embodiments, a movement area 311 is formed in the base 31 of the body assembly 30 for the movement frame 33 to reciprocate transversely, the driving unit 32 of the body assembly 30 includes a driving motor 321 and a crank link mechanism, which are disposed inside the base 31, an output shaft of the motor 321 is connected with a crank 322, the crank 322 is hinged with a link 323, the link 323 is hinged with the movement frame 33, two opposite sides of an inner wall of the movement area 311 are provided with sliding rails, the sliding rails are formed by pressing plates 312 disposed opposite to each other, and the movement frame 33 slides on the sliding rails through rollers 332 on two sides. In this way, the friction between the moving frame 33 and the base 31 can be reduced. The movement frame 33 is driven to reciprocate in the lateral direction in the movement region 311 by a crank link mechanism under the rotational drive of the output shaft of the motor 321. The invention also provides an ultrasonic treatment device comprising the auxiliary device for ultrasonic treatment or physiotherapy and an ultrasonic treatment gun.
The present embodiment will be described with reference to treatment or physiotherapy of the pelvic region using an ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus. The hand-held ultrasonic therapy gun 100 is mounted on the auxiliary device for ultrasonic therapy or physiotherapy, and rehabilitation therapy of the pelvic region is performed. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. the strap 42 is first threaded through the back and the length of the strap 42 is adjusted to be the length of the strap at each end.

Placing the body assembly 30 on the binding band fixing plate 41, and positioning and mounting by using a fourth magnet 411 and a positioning boss 412 on the binding band fixing plate 41 and a third magnet 314 and a positioning groove 315 corresponding to the bottom surface of the body assembly 30; and then the second magic tapes 413 at the two ends of the binding band fixing plate 41 are stuck on the first magic tapes 316 at the two sides of the machine body assembly 30, so as to complete the connection and the fixation of the machine body assembly 30 and the binding band fixing plate 41.
6. The clamp ring assembly 10 is hooped at a designated area of the head of the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 and clamped.
7. The upper surface of the sound-transmitting membrane 203 of the isolating sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 is coated with an appropriate amount of ultrasonic couplant.
8. The isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 is pushed up and clamped on the clamping ring assembly 10, and the installation and the fixation of the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 and the clamping ring assembly 10 are completed.
9. The convex surface of the sound-transmitting membrane 203 of the isolating sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 is coated with an appropriate amount of ultrasonic couplant.
10. The left and right side shifting blocks 18 on the clamp ring assembly 10 are pressed towards the middle at the same time, so that the clamp ring assembly 10 is loaded in the moving frame 33 of the machine body assembly 30, the position height of the clamp ring assembly 10 can be adjusted up and down, the convex surface of the gun head of the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is kept close to the belly skin, and the loading preparation work of the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is completed.
11. The power of the body assembly 30 is turned on, the ultrasonic output switch of the ultrasonic therapeutic gun 100 is turned on, and then the motion power switch 313 of the body assembly 30 is turned on, at this time, the therapeutic gun is carried on the motion frame 33, and the reciprocating therapeutic motion is performed.
12. When the ultrasonic couplant is insufficient in the treatment exercise process, the motion power switch 313 on the body assembly 30 is turned off, then the ultrasonic output switch on the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is turned off, and the filling hole 19 on the clamp ring assembly 10 is filled with the ultrasonic couplant.
13. After the addition of the ultrasonic couplant is completed, an ultrasonic output switch on the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is turned on, and then a motion power switch 313 on the machine body assembly 30 is turned on to perform left and right round-trip treatment motions.
14. When a certain treatment time is reached, the power switch 313 of the motion power switch on the body assembly 30 is turned off, and then the ultrasonic output switch on the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is turned off, so that the back and forth treatment motion is completed.
15. The ultrasonic treatment gun 100 is taken out of the machine body assembly 30, meanwhile, the pressing blocks 16 on two sides of the clamping ring assembly 10 are pressed down, the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 is taken out downwards, and the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 is thrown into a specified medical consumable dustbin.
16. The ultrasonic couplant on the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 was wiped clean with a paper towel, and the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 was placed on the treatment gun holder.
17. The power plug of the body assembly 30 is pulled out, both ends of the binding belt 42 are loosened, the body assembly 30 and the binding belt assembly 40 are integrally taken down, and the ultrasonic couplant in the abdominal skin area is wiped clean, so that the whole treatment operation is completed.
18. The bottom surface of the body assembly 30 and the surface of the strap fixing plate 41 are cleaned and alcohol wiped for sterilization, and the ultrasonic couplant in the pouring hole 19 of the clamp ring assembly 10 is cleaned by a cotton swab.
In summary, in the auxiliary device and the ultrasonic treatment apparatus for ultrasonic treatment or physiotherapy described in the above embodiments, the cooperation of the clamp ring assembly 10 and the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly 20 can facilitate the rapid disassembly and assembly between the sound-transmitting membrane 203 and the ultrasonic treatment gun 100, and the cooperation of the body assembly 30 and the clamp ring assembly 10 can carry the ultrasonic treatment gun 100 to automatically perform reciprocating motion, so as to assist a doctor in performing treatment operation, reduce the labor intensity of the doctor, and improve the working efficiency of the doctor; the bandage component 40 is fixed at the appointed part of the human body in a wearing way, so that the wearing is convenient, simple and efficient; in addition, through the cooperation of clamp ring subassembly 10 and organism subassembly 30, can guarantee that the rifle head of ultrasonic therapy rifle 100 remains closely laminating through keeping apart sound-transmitting membrane subassembly 20 and skin surface all the time, reduces ultrasonic output's damage rate, improves ultrasonic output's treatment effeciency.

the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly is detachably connected with the clamping ring assembly and comprises a sound-transmitting membrane which is used for being attached to the gun head of the ultrasonic treatment gun;
the machine body assembly comprises a machine base, a driving unit and a moving frame, wherein the clamping ring assembly is detachably connected with the moving frame, and the moving frame can transversely reciprocate in the machine base under the action of the driving unit; and
the binding belt component is connected to the machine body component and used for being bound on a part to be treated of a human body.

The auxiliary device for ultrasound therapy or physiotherapy according to claim 1, characterized in that: the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly is connected with the clamping ring assembly through a butt joint structure, the butt joint structure comprises a first butt joint part arranged on the isolation sound-transmitting membrane assembly and a second butt joint part arranged on the clamping ring assembly, and the first butt joint part is matched and butted with the second butt joint part.
