另一方面,近年来,在吸烟制品的开发领域中出现并广泛使用被称为加热式香烟的气溶胶生成制品,其是对含烟草的介质等气溶胶生成介质进行加热而非燃烧的产品。例如,使用气溶胶生成制品的系统有用200℃以上温度加热含烟草的介质,从而生成含有尼古丁的气溶胶的系统。在消费加热式烟草时,必须使用安装有加热系统的设备来生成气溶胶。所述设备中将热均匀传递至含烟草介质的系统分为内部加热式、外部加热式以及混合加热式,其中,内部加热式是设备的刀片形或针形加热器贯穿卷烟棒内的含烟草介质(烟草物质),从而通过插入内部的加热器由内对烟草进行加热;外部加热式是圆筒形加热器包裹设备的卷烟棒插入空间,从而由外向内对卷烟棒内烟草物质进行加热。
本发明的目的是为了将类似于加热式香烟的加热结构适用于传统卷烟,将利用化学反应的热源部附着至卷烟并提供专用的点火装置,从而在消费吸烟制品时更容易点燃香烟,由此完成了本发明。
发明内容
要解决的问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种卷烟棒用点火系统和安装有所述系统的卷烟棒,其将类似加热式香烟的加热结构用于传统卷烟,由此向含烟草介质均匀传递热量。
另外,本发明的另一目的在于在卷烟棒用点火系统提供用于点火的点火装置。
此外,本发明还提供一种将点火装置与安装有所述点火系统的卷烟棒进行接触来诱导所述热源发生化学反应,由此从含烟草介质生成气溶胶的方法。
然而,本发明要解决的技术问题并不限于上述问题,本领域技术人员将从下面的描述中清楚地理解未提及的其他问题。
发明效果
本发明提供一种传统型卷烟,其提供利用了化学反应的热源部而具有与加热式香烟相似的加热结构。本发明中,与吸烟场所的环境条件无关地进行点火,为消费者提供便利。

下面,将参照附图对实施例进行详细说明。应当理解,可以对实施例进行多种改变,本申请的权利范围并不受限于下面的实施例。对实施例进行的所有改变、及其等同物乃至其替代物均属于本发明的权利范围。
实施例中使用的术语仅用于说明特定实施例,并非用于限定范围。在内容中没有特别说明的情况下,单个型表达包括多个型含义。在本说明书中,“包括”或者“具有”等术语用于表达存在说明书中所记载的特征、数字、步骤、操作、构成要素、配件或其组合,并不排除存在或者额外附加一个或一个以上其他特征、数字、步骤、操作、构成要素、配件或其组合的可能性。
在没有其他定义的情况下,包括技术术语或者科学术语在内的本文使用的全部术语,都具有本领域普通技术人员所理解的通常含义。通常使用的如词典定义的术语,应理解为相关技术内容中的含义,在本说明书中没有明确定义的情况下,不能解释为理想化或过于形式化的含义。
并且,在参照附图进行说明的过程中,与附图编号无关,相同的构成要素使用相同的附图标记,并省略重复说明。在说明实施例的过程中,当判断对于相关公知技术的具体说明会不必要地混淆实施例时,省略其详细说明。
图1是本发明的卷烟棒用点火系统的结构的示例。
本发明的卷烟棒用点火系统包括圆筒形热源部20、位于其一端的金属封装件10、以及附着在所述金属封装件的金属端子11。
所述热源部20可填充有化学反应物质21或由其构成。
所述化学反应物质21可由固体金属粉末构成。固体金属粉末的能量密度高,并且相比液体或气体,反应稳定性优。另外,点燃所述固体金属粉末所需的初始能量较低。
所述化学反应物质21包括金属还原剂和氧化剂作为主料。
所述金属还原剂以及氧化剂可以为粉末状,并且金属还原剂和氧化剂粉末的大小可以是0.1μm至200μm,优选为30μm至150μm,更优选为50μm至100μm。
另外,所述化学反应物质21可以包含胶凝剂和表面活性剂作为辅料。
所述化学反应物质21中主料和辅料的比例基于各自重量可以是7至9:3至1的比例。
包含在所述化学反应物质21中的粉末状的固体金属还原剂可以包括铝(Al)、锆(Zr)、硼(B)、钨(W)、镍(Ni)以及钛(Ti)等,所述粉末状的氧化剂不受限制,只要是能够在反应时提供氧气即可,其非限制性示例包括高氯酸钾(KClO4)、铬酸钡(BaCrO4)、重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7),以及氧化铁(Ⅲ)(Fe2O3)等。
图2是安装有所述点火系统的卷烟棒的结构的一示例。
本发明的卷烟棒呈圆筒状,其一侧包括前述点火系统,按照距离所述系统从近到远的顺序包括液体部30、介质部40、冷却部50以及过滤部60,还包括用于将所述系统的热源部20产生的热传递至介质部的热传递部22。
所述液体部30可以包含调味剂、保湿剂和/或醋酸纤维素化合物等其他添加剂。例如,调味剂可以包括甘草、蔗糖、果葡糖浆、异糖甜味剂(isosweet)、可可、熏衣草、肉桂、小荳蔻、芹菜、胡芦巴、苦香树、檀香、佛手柑、天竺葵、蜂蜜香精、玫瑰油、香草、柠檬油、橙油、薄荷油、桂皮、香芹籽、白兰地、茉莉、洋甘菊、薄荷醇、桂皮、依兰依兰、丹参、绿薄荷、生姜、香菜或咖啡等。另外,保湿剂可以包括甘油或丙二醇等。
本发明的卷烟棒可以根据介质部的类型而不包括液体部30。
所述介质部40可以由含烟草介质填充,填充在所述介质部中的含烟草介质可以是烟丝或再造烟草(reconstituted tobacco)。上述再造烟草可以是折叠的褶皱薄片,并且可以是切割再造烟草片而成的多个烟草丝的形态。例如,所述介质部可以是多个烟草丝在同一方向(平行)或随机排列而成。一根烟草丝可以被制成水平长度1mm、垂直长度12mm,以及厚度(高度)0.1mm的长方体,但不限于此。另一方面,本发明的介质部可填充有应用于常规传统卷烟的烟丝。
相比填充再造烟草片,所述介质部40在填充有烟草丝时能够产生更多的气溶胶,并且与填充烟草丝相比,当使用粉碎的再造烟草或烟丝进行填充时可以产生更大量的气溶胶。烟草丝优于烟草片,而粉碎后的烟叶优于烟草丝,可以更好地将热量从热传递部22乃至热源部20传递至介质部内的含烟草介质。
所述冷却部50对热传递部22乃至热源部20对介质部加热时产生的气溶胶进行冷却。由此,用户可以吸入冷却至适当温度的气溶胶。所述冷却部可以由聚乳酸制成。所述冷却部可以被制成各种形状,以便增加每单位面积的表面积(即,与气溶胶接触的表面积)。
所述过滤部60可以是醋酸纤维素过滤部,或者可以被制成中空的凹槽过滤部,但不限于此。
所述热传递部22可以使用任何导热率高的材料,其非限制性示例有碳材料。所述热传递部22是包裹热源部20和介质部40的薄薄的纸状,可以类似于外部加热式电子烟将来自热源部的热量传递至介质部。
一方面,本发明的卷烟棒的侧面可以用外部卷烟纸70包裹。外部卷烟纸70可以是通过在纸制包装材料的一个或两个表面施加(或涂覆)既定材料制成。这里,既定材料可以是硅,但不限于此。硅具有不随温度变化的耐热性、不氧化的抗氧化性、对各种药剂的耐药性、防水性或电绝缘性等特性。除了硅之外,可以不受限制地使用任何具有上述特性的材料涂覆外部卷烟纸70。
外部卷烟纸70可以防止卷烟棒燃烧。例如,当热传递部22乃至热源部20对介质部40加热时,卷烟棒可能会发生燃烧。具体地,当温度高于介质部40中所含任一材料的燃点以上时,卷烟棒会发生燃烧。即使在这种情况下,由于外部卷烟纸70包含不燃材料,可以防止卷烟棒燃烧。
此外,根据本发明的热源部20内的化学反应物质所含金属还原剂的种类、大小,化学反应所需的活化能不同。在前述化学反应物质的大小和金属还原剂的种类的条件下,化学反应所需的活化能为0.1至10mJ。
在本发明中,包括金属端子11的金属封装件10设置在热源部20的一端面,以将所述活化能传递至本发明的热源部20。金属封装件起到加热器的作用,并且与使用打火机等将热量直接传递到热源的方式相比,可以将热量均匀地传递到热源部内部。
所述金属封装件10可以通过单独的点火装置100接收电力。具体地,金属封装件10的金属端子11与包括5至30V的电压、10至300μF电容的小型电池以及稳压器的点火装置100接触,从而被施加电流。
点火装置100的形式不受任何限制,只要能通过金属端子11向金属封装件施加电流即可,并且可以像市售加热式电子烟一样插入本发明的卷烟棒。
所述点火装置100可以包括检测热传递部22温度的感测部,还可以包括当所述感测部感测到的温度达到特定温度时,产生振动、发光或声音等信号的操作部。
根据本发明的一示例,当将安装有点火系统的卷烟棒插入点火装置100时,点火装置通过金属端子11供电使得热源部20内发生化学反应,当由热源部20加热的热传递部22达到特定温度时,点火装置会产生振动、发光或声音等信号,感应到所述信号的用户将卷烟棒从点火装置100中取出,即可以类似传统香烟的方式通过安装有点火系统的卷烟棒的过滤部吸入气溶胶。
如上所述的实施例虽然根据有限的实施例和附图进行说明,但是对于本领域的普通技术人员可以根据上述记载来进行各种修改和改变。例如,如果所说明的技术按照与说明的方法不同的顺序执行,和/或如果所说明的系统、架构、装置或电路中的构成要素按照不同的形态进行结合或组合,或者由其他构成要素或者等同物置换或代替,也能得到适当的结果。
因此,其他实施方式、其他实施例和权利要求书的等同物都应被解释为包括在所附权利要求书的范围中。

Claims (12)
1.一种卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
包括:
金属封装件,附着有金属端子,以及
热源部,与金属封装件接触;
所述热源部包括固体金属和氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述固体金属为粉末状,
所述固体金属为选自由铝(Al)、锆(Zr)、硼(B)、钨(W)、镍(Ni)以及钛(Ti)组成的组中的一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述氧化剂为粉末状,
所述氧化剂为选自由高氯酸钾(KClO4)、铬酸钡(BaCrO4)、重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7)以及氧化铁(Ⅲ)(Fe2O3)组成的组中的一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述热源部还包括胶凝剂和表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述热源部为圆筒形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述热源部的外表面被导热率高的热传递部包裹。
7.一种卷烟棒,包括权利要求1所述的卷烟棒用点火系统,其特征在于,
所述卷烟棒为圆筒形,一末端包括权利要求1所述的点火系统,另一末端包括过滤部,
所述卷烟棒包括:
介质部,与所述热源接触,以及
冷却部,各末端分别包括所述介质部和过滤部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的卷烟棒,其特征在于,
所述卷烟棒还包括位于热源部与介质部之间的液体部。
9.根据权利要求7所述的卷烟棒,其特征在于,
所述卷烟棒包括包裹热源部和介质部的外表面的一个热传递部。
10.根据权利要求7所述的卷烟棒,其特征在于,
所述卷烟棒包括一外部卷烟纸,所述外部卷烟纸包裹除了金属封装件之外的热源部、介质部、冷却部以及过滤部的外表面,
所述外部卷烟纸是由耐热物质涂覆的纸质包装材料。
11.一种点火装置,其特征在于,
在与权利要求7所述的卷烟棒的插入口相对的另一面包括能够施加5至30V电压的10至300μF电容的小型电池以及稳压器。
12.根据权利要求11所述的点火装置,其特征在于,
所述点火装置包括:
感测部,感测卷烟棒的外表面的温度;以及
操作部,当所述感测部感测到特定温度时,产生振动、发光和/或声音的信号。
