step three: acquiring the position of the mobile terminal in real time according to a positioning system, and performing coordinate conversion on the position of the mobile terminal according to a coordinate system of a map service, wherein the coordinate conversion is used for acquiring a shooting position and a shooting direction of shooting during inspection;
step four: shooting the land parcels by using the mobile terminal, and recording shooting positions and shooting directions;
step five: and calculating a preset shooting position and shooting direction in the process of re-checking based on the shooting position and shooting direction of shooting in the process of checking in the step four.

The method for rechecking illegal land parcels of claim 1 further comprising the step of: shooting during review, judging whether the actual shooting position during review is within the calculated preset shooting position or not, and judging whether the actual shooting direction during review is within the calculated preset shooting direction or not; if the actual shooting position in the rechecking is positioned in the calculated preset shooting position and the actual shooting direction is positioned in the calculated preset shooting direction, the shooting interface is jumped to for shooting and the current shooting position and the current shooting direction are recorded; if the actual shooting position is not in the calculated preset shooting position or the actual shooting direction is not in the calculated preset shooting direction, shooting cannot be performed, and when the actual shooting position is not in the calculated preset shooting position, reminding that the current position is not in the shooting position; when the actual shooting direction is not in the calculated preset shooting direction, reminding that the current shooting direction has deviation from the shooting direction in the checking.

The method for rechecking illegal plots for land law enforcement management according to claim 1, wherein the shooting direction in the third step is obtained by the following steps: and acquiring the direction of the mobile terminal camera by a direction sensor of the mobile terminal, wherein the direction of the mobile terminal camera is the shooting direction of shooting during inspection.
