Technical Field
The invention relates to a water heater, in particular to a gas water heater and a control method thereof.
Background
The gas water heater is accepted by more and more users because of the advantages of small volume, high constant temperature, high power and saving. When the gas water heater works, the opening of the gas valve is regulated according to the heat required to achieve the hot water with the required temperature. With the increase of the application range and supply amount of natural gas, users of gas water heaters are increasing year by year, and the spread of users is wider. Because the gas water heater has wide use areas, the gas components in each area are different; the oxygen content in the air is different due to the different heights of the posters in each place. However, most of the control schemes of the existing gas water heater are set before delivery, and are not specifically adjusted for specific use environments, so that when the gas water heater is used in an area with a large difference between an altitude and a standard environment, abnormal combustion working conditions exist, and normal use is affected.

Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a gas water heater according to one embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic block diagram of control components in a gas water heater according to one embodiment of the invention. The gas water heater 10 may generally include: cold water pipe 113, flow meter 112, heat exchanger 114, hot water pipe 115, gas pipe 121, gas valve 122, gas pipe 123, burner 124, fume collection hood 125, fume exhaust pipe 126, first oxygen sensor 131, second oxygen sensor 132, blower 133. Wherein the end of the cold water pipe 113 communicates with an external water source through the water inlet 111, and water with heating is introduced. The end of the hot water pipe 115 is connected to a water using device through a water outlet 116.
The gas water heater 10 uses gas as fuel and transfers heat to cold water flowing through the heat exchanger 114 by combustion heating. The gas water heater 10 works according to the following principle: after the water valve is opened, cold water enters the cold water pipe 113 from the water inlet 111. When the flowmeter 112 detects that the water flow reaches the ignition flow, the gas valve 122 is opened, gas is supplied into the gas water heater from the gas pipe 121, and the gas is distributed to different areas of the burner 124 by the gas distribution pipe 123, so that the burner 124 is ensured to burn uniformly. Simultaneously, the fan 133 is started to supply outside fresh air to the combustion area, so that the gas is ensured to be fully combusted. The heat of combustion heats the water flowing through the heat exchanger 114 to a set temperature and finally is supplied from the water outlet through the hot water pipe 115. The fume collecting hood 125 is positioned at the top of the combustion chamber and collects the fumes generated after combustion. The smoke exhaust pipe 126 is connected to the smoke collecting hood 125 to exhaust the smoke outside. In the above process, the combustion process can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the gas valve 122 and the rotation speed of the fan 133, so as to ensure the sufficient stable combustion and meet the requirement of constant temperature heating.
In this embodiment, the gas valve 122 is a proportional valve, and the opening degree thereof is adjustable for adjusting the gas supply amount of the gas water heater 10. The fan 133 uses a speed-adjusting motor to supply air required for combustion of the gas water heater 10, and the air supply amount can be changed by adjusting the rotation speed. The gas water heater 10 further realizes safe and stable operation by proportioning gas and air and keeping the air-fuel ratio (i.e. the proportioning of air and gas) in a reasonable range.
In contrast, in the control method of the gas water heater in the prior art, the combustion load is generally determined according to the water flow, the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature, the opening of the gas valve 122 is correspondingly adjusted, and the gas corresponding to the combustion load is supplied to the burner. And simultaneously, according to a preset combustion curve (corresponding relation between the opening of the gas valve and the rotating speed of the fan), the rotating speed of the fan is regulated. The combustion curve is configured according to the manufacturer's tests and calculations. However, in an actual working environment, the altitude of different geographical environments may cause a difference in air composition, and a preset combustion curve may not guarantee that the combustion condition is in an optimal state. In addition, the weather environment may influence the wind pressure of the exhaust environment, and in some cases, the increase of the air pressure in the fume collecting hood can lead to the reduction of the exhaust air volume of the fan under the same rotating speed condition, which also can influence the combustion stability. In severe cases, smoke evacuation may be hindered.
The gas water heater 10 of the present embodiment is additionally provided with a first oxygen sensor 131 and a second oxygen sensor 132. The first oxygen sensor 131 is used for detecting the oxygen content of air at the air inlet of the gas water heater 10, and may be disposed at the air outlet of the blower 133. The second oxygen sensor 132 is used to detect the oxygen content of the flue gas exiting the gas water heater 10, and may be disposed within the fume hood 125 of the gas water heater 10.
The gas water heater 10 of the present embodiment is further provided with a controller 210 including a memory 230, a processor 220, and a machine executable program 231 stored on the memory 230 and running on the processor 220, and the control method of the gas water heater of the present embodiment is implemented when the processor 220 executes the machine executable program 231.
It should be understood that portions of the present embodiments may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the method of the present embodiment, various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in the memory 230 and executed by a suitable processor 220.
The processor 220 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), but may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Memory 230 may include Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), erasable programmable read only memory (EPROM or flash memory), and any suitable combination of the foregoing. Etc
The machine executable program 231 may be assembly instructions, instruction Set Architecture (ISA) instructions, machine-related instructions, microcode, firmware instructions, state setting data, or source or object code written in any combination of one or more programming languages.
The controller 210 is connected with the measuring devices such as the first oxygen sensor 131, the second oxygen sensor 132, the flowmeter 112 and the like through the input interface, acquires the working state of the gas water heater 10, processes and judges the data to form a control command, and sends a control signal to the executing components such as the fan 132, the gas valve 122 and the like through the output interface to complete the control method of the embodiment.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a control method of a gas water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method of the gas water heater comprises the following steps:
step S302, a power-on starting event of the gas water heater is obtained. The power-on starting event can be an event of first starting after the gas water heater is installed, or can be a restarting event of reconnecting the power supply after the gas water heater is powered off.
Step S304, obtaining the oxygen content of air at the air inlet of the gas water heater to obtain the inlet air oxygen content. The oxygen content in the air is generally affected by factors such as altitude, and particularly in a plateau area, the oxygen content is severely reduced. And in the combustion process, the air component involved in the combustion is oxygen. Therefore, the combustion state of the gas water heater in different working areas is correspondingly changed.
And step S306, correcting a preset combustion curve of the gas water heater according to the content of the inlet air oxygen to obtain a correction curve, wherein the combustion curve is used for prescribing the corresponding relation between the opening of a gas valve of the gas water heater and the rotating speed of a fan.
The combustion curve is a recommended corresponding relation which is obtained through testing and calculation and can enable the gas water heater to achieve stable combustion. The preset combustion curve of the gas water heater is generally established and verified in a standard working environment. In the case of a difference in working environment, the preset combustion curve deviates from the condition required for actual combustion, for example, a problem of a decrease in combustion efficiency due to insufficient oxygen supply may occur in a high-altitude working environment.
The combustion curve of the gas water heater is corrected by utilizing the content of the air inlet oxygen, so that the combustion curve accords with the current operation environment, and the fan and the gas valve can be matched for operation, thereby ensuring stable and efficient combustion.
Step S308, during the period of supplying hot water to the gas water heater, adjusting a gas valve and a fan of the gas water heater according to the correction curve.
The control method of the gas water heater can adapt to the condition that the oxygen content is different under different altitudes, and the problem of unstable combustion caused by air difference is avoided.
The correction process of step S306 may be: calculating a fan rotating speed compensation coefficient according to the inlet air oxygen content; carrying out compensation calculation on the fan rotating speed in a preset combustion curve according to the fan rotating speed compensation coefficient; and resetting a preset combustion curve by using the fan rotating speed value after compensation calculation to obtain a correction curve. The fan rotation speed compensation coefficient can increase the oxygen amount supplied to the combustion chamber by increasing the fan rotation speed, namely, the oxygen supply amount is increased by fan rotation speed compensation under the condition that the oxygen content of the inlet air is reduced, so that the combustion requirement is adapted.
Wherein, the step of calculating fan rotational speed compensation coefficient according to the air inlet oxygen content includes: calculating the relative value of the inlet air oxygen content compared with the standard oxygen content; and determining a fan rotating speed compensation coefficient according to the relative value. The relative value may be calculated by: and in order to take the oxygen content of the standard environment as a standard value, calculating a relative value according to the ratio of the detected inlet air oxygen content to the identification value.
In some embodiments, the oxygen content may be calculated by means of air density. The relative value under the standard environment is 1, the inlet air oxygen content is reduced by 10 percent, and the change of the inlet air oxygen content relative to the standard oxygen content is 90 percent.
The step of determining a fan speed compensation coefficient based on the relative values may include: acquiring a pre-stored parameter correspondence table of oxygen content relative value and altitude; and determining the altitude corresponding to the relative value according to the parameter corresponding table, and matching to obtain the fan rotating speed compensation coefficient of the altitude.
The parameter corresponding table of the oxygen content relative value and the altitude can be pre-stored in the gas water heater, and can be obtained from the network service equipment in a network request mode by the gas water heater. The parameter mapping table of the oxygen content relative value and the altitude can be summarized in advance according to the data obtained through testing, calculating and verifying in the testing environments of different altitudes. Wherein the recorded data may include any one or more of the following: oxygen content relative value, altitude data and compensation coefficients of fan rotating speeds at different altitudes.
The fan rotation speed of each point in the preset combustion curve is multiplied with the fan rotation speed compensation coefficient or other calculation modes are adopted, so that the fan rotation speed compensation value can be obtained. The fan rotating speed compensation value can ensure that the oxygen amount supplied into the combustion chamber of the fan is matched with the fuel gas supply amount, so that the effect of stable combustion is achieved.
Step S308 of adjusting the gas valve and the fan of the gas water heater according to the correction curve may include: acquiring heating demand parameters of the gas water heater; determining a target opening of the gas valve according to the heating demand parameters; inquiring a fan target rotating speed corresponding to the target opening degree from the correction curve; and adjusting the gas valve according to the target opening degree, and adjusting the fan according to the target rotating speed of the fan.
The heating demand parameters may include: water inlet temperature, water outlet set temperature, water flow and the like. These heating demand parameters correspond to a required heating load determined by the gas supply amount and the opening degree of the gas valve. Therefore, the target opening of the gas valve is determined according to the heating demand parameters, and the gas supply quantity meeting the hot water supply condition is directly reflected. The finally obtained target opening degree and the target rotating speed of the fan can meet the water heating requirement and meet the condition of stable combustion.
After step S308, the control method of the present embodiment may further include: acquiring the oxygen content of the flue gas discharged by the gas water heater to obtain the oxygen content of the flue gas; acquiring a corresponding expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas under the stable combustion state of the gas water heater; judging whether the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas; if the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the rotating speed of the fan is further adjusted until the oxygen content of the flue gas reaches the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas or the rotating speed of the fan reaches the limit.
The expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas is obtained according to the test result and/or the calculated theoretical value of the stable combustion state of the gas water heater, and can reflect the components of the oxygen and the gas after being combusted. By judging whether the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the combustion result of the gas water heater can be determined so as to further control the fan.
When the oxygen content of the flue gas is lower than the lower limit of the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the oxygen supply amount can be increased by increasing the rotating speed of the fan, so that the oxygen content of the flue gas is improved; when the oxygen content of the flue gas is higher than the upper limit of the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the oxygen supply amount can be reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the fan, so that the oxygen content of the flue gas is reduced.
Under normal conditions, the gas valve and the fan of the gas water heater are adjusted according to the correction curve, so that the gas water heater can work normally, and the oxygen content of the flue gas is within the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas. However, if the internal components are abnormal in operation or the environment is changed, for example, the exhaust wind pressure is increased, so that the air supply quantity of the same fan wind speed is reduced, the flue gas oxygen content may be beyond the expected range of the flue gas oxygen content. Therefore, the control method of the embodiment determines the combustion state by using the oxygen content of the flue gas, and correspondingly adjusts the fan, so that the self-adaptive control of the gas water heater can be further realized, and the reliability and stability of the gas water heater are improved.
And under the condition that the oxygen content of the flue gas does not exceed the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the rotating speed of the fan is maintained unchanged. So that the gas water heater stably operates.
If the rotation speed of the fan is adjusted to be the maximum or minimum, that is, after the rotation speed of the fan reaches the limit, the control method of the embodiment may further: calculating the difference between the air inlet oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content; judging whether the difference value between the inlet air oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content exceeds a normal range; if yes, outputting a fault alarm signal and controlling the gas water heater to be shut down.
The rotating speed of the fan is regulated to the limit value, the difference value between the air inlet oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content is abnormal, and the abnormal state that the gas water heater cannot be regulated is indicated, so that more serious faults can be avoided through safety protection.
Through the above description, it can be clear that the gas water heater and the control method thereof of the embodiment can adapt to the changes of different altitudes, gas types and wind pressure based on the detection of the oxygen content, and realize stable combustion by self-adaptive control and combustion adjustment; the detection, judgment and adjustment are rapid and efficient.
The intake air oxygen content can realize the correction of combustion curves of different altitudes and realize stable air-fuel ratio combustion. The flue gas oxygen content is compared with the expected range of the flue gas oxygen content, so that the rotating speed of the fan can be quickly adjusted when the external wind pressure changes, and the stable air-fuel ratio combustion is ensured.
In addition, by means of the difference value of the air inlet oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content, the combustion oxygen consumption condition can be judged, and then the change of an air source is judged, so that the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted to match with the air fuel gas, and stable combustion is realized; and when the difference value of the inlet air oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content is abnormal, the abnormality of the fan or the gas valve can be rapidly judged, so that the safety is protected, and the shutdown of the whole machine is controlled.

step S510, detecting the oxygen content of the flue gas and the air inlet oxygen content in real time;
step S512, judging whether the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas;
step S514, maintaining the rotation speed of the fan unchanged under the condition that the oxygen content of the flue gas does not exceed the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas;
step S516, correspondingly adjusting the rotating speed of the fan under the condition that the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas; when the oxygen content of the flue gas is lower than the lower limit of the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the oxygen supply amount can be increased by increasing the rotating speed of the fan, so that the oxygen content of the flue gas is improved; when the oxygen content of the flue gas is higher than the upper limit of the expected range of the oxygen content of the flue gas, the oxygen supply amount can be reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the fan, so that the oxygen content of the flue gas is reduced.
Step S518, judging whether the rotating speed of the fan reaches a limit;
step S520, judging whether the difference value between the inlet air oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content exceeds the normal range; namely, judging whether the oxygen consumption exceeds the normal range;
and step S522, outputting a fault alarm signal and controlling the gas water heater to be shut down under the condition that the rotating speed of the fan reaches the limit and the difference value between the inlet air oxygen content and the flue gas oxygen content exceeds the normal range.
