Detailed Description

The agricultural machinery primer-topcoat aqueous environment-friendly paints prepared in this example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested with reference to HG/T4757-2014 agricultural machinery paint standards, and the test results are shown in Table 3:

As can be seen from example 1 and comparative examples 1-3, the agricultural machinery bottom surface integrated water-based environment-friendly paint meets the performance requirements in HG/T4757-2014 agricultural machinery paint standards, wherein the water resistance is 480 hours (standard 168 hours) without abnormality, the salt spray resistance is 500 hours without abnormality, and the artificial climate aging resistance is 1000 hours according with the requirements.
Comparative examples 1 and 2 used aqueous acrylic emulsions, and were unsatisfactory in terms of water resistance and salt spray resistance and resistance to artificial weathering; in the test of adhesion force of different substrates, the test results of not polishing the wiredrawing steel plate, not polishing the iron casting and not polishing the aluminum plate do not meet the requirements.
Summarizing example 1 and comparative examples 1-3, it can be seen that the aqueous epoxy modified acrylic emulsion used in example 1, when applied in combination with a coating formulation, meets standard requirements; the quick-drying performance is achieved, and the construction convenience is improved; the adhesive force of different substrates is good, and the integrated application of different substrates can be solved in the industrial application; and the scheme of integrating the bottom surface improves the construction efficiency and reduces the cost.
