Since the interval between the two embossing rollers 120 is smaller than the interval between the two sealing rollers 110, the two embossing rollers 120 roll the plastic packing bag sealed by the sealing rollers 110 again, thereby ensuring the sealing of the plastic packing bag to be tight.
The device seals the plastic packaging bag in a rolling way by using the heated sealing wheel 110, and the device can seal the plastic packaging bag no matter whether the bag mouth of the plastic packaging bag is long or short.

a purifying mechanism 130 is mounted on the carrier plate 100, and the purifying mechanism 130 is used for purifying gas generated during sealing. The purification mechanism 130 includes a fixed barrel 131, a vertical post 133, a second pulley 134, a cross bar 135, a first bevel gear 137, a second bevel gear 138, and a filter assembly 139.
The fixed cylinder 131 is installed on the bottom surface of the frame 200, one end of the fixed cylinder 131, which is close to the motor 151, is an opening, one end of the fixed cylinder 131, which is far away from the motor 151, is provided with an exhaust pipe 132, the exhaust pipe 132 penetrates through the carrier plate 100 and is fixedly connected with the carrier plate 100, and the lower end of the exhaust pipe 132 faces towards the two sealing wheels 110.
One end of the vertical rod 133 is rotatably connected with the carrier plate 100, and the other end of the vertical rod 133 extends into the fixed cylinder 131 and is rotatably connected with the fixed cylinder 131.
The second belt pulley 134 is fixedly sleeved on the part of the vertical rod 133 positioned outside the fixed cylinder 131; the cross rod 135 is positioned in the fixed cylinder 131, a connecting plate is rotatably arranged at one end of the cross rod 135, the upper end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 131, and a plurality of fan blades 136 are arranged on the cross rod 135; a first bevel gear 137 is mounted at one end of the cross bar 135; a second bevel gear 138 is installed at the upper end of the vertical bar 133, and the second bevel gear 138 is engaged with the first bevel gear 137.
The filter component 139 is spliced with the fixed cylinder 131; the filter assembly 139 comprises two activated carbon filter plates 139a and a plurality of connecting rods 139b, and a plurality of connecting rods 139b are positioned between the two activated carbon filter plates 139a and are used for connecting the two activated carbon filter plates 139a, and a handle 139c is arranged on any activated carbon filter plate, so that the two activated carbon filter plates 139a can be conveniently moved.
The driving mechanism 150 further comprises a first belt pulley 155 and a transmission belt 156, wherein the first belt pulley 155 is fixedly sleeved on a power output shaft of the motor 151; the drive belt 156 is looped over the first pulley 155 and the second pulley 134, the first pulley 155 being sized larger than the second pulley 134.
When the plastic packaging bag sealing machine is used for sealing the plastic packaging bag, the plastic packaging bag is sealed: when the motor 151 operates, the power output shaft of the motor 151 drives the first belt pulley 155 to rotate, then drives the second belt pulley 134 to rotate through the driving belt 156, then drives the vertical rod 133 to rotate, when the vertical rod 133 rotates, drives the first bevel gear 137 to rotate, then drives the second bevel gear 138 to rotate in a meshed mode, then drives the cross rod 135 and the fan blades 136 to rotate, when the fan blades 136 rotate, air is pumped through the air pumping pipe 132, then the pungent gas generated by sealing is conveyed into the fixed cylinder 131, the rotating fan blades 136 blow air in the fixed cylinder 131 to the filtering component 139, and after being filtered by the filtering component 139, the air is discharged, so that the pollution of the gas generated by sealing to the environment is reduced.

step three, starting the conveyor belt 300;
step four, the plastic packaging bag to be sealed is placed on the conveyor belt 300, so that the conveyor belt 300 drives the plastic packaging bag to move, when the plastic packaging bag passes through between the two sealing wheels 110, the two sealing wheels 110 seal the plastic packaging bag, along with the continuous operation of the conveyor belt 300, the sealed plastic packaging bag passes through between the two embossing wheels 120, the two embossing wheels 120 press stripes or reticulate patterns at the sealing position of the plastic packaging bag, when the sealing wheels 110 seal the plastic packaging bag, the purifying mechanism 130 can pump air through the air pumping pipe 132, and then the pungent gas generated by sealing is conveyed into the fixed cylinder 131, and the rotating fan blades 136 blow the air in the fixed cylinder 131 to the filter component 139, and after the air is filtered by the filter component 139, the air is discharged.

the tops of the two embossing wheels (120) are fixedly connected with a second shaft rod (121), and the second shaft rod (121) penetrates through the bearing plate (100) and is rotationally connected with the bearing plate;
and the conveying belt (300) is positioned below the carrier plate (100) and is used for conveying the plastic packaging bags.

The plastic package sealing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sealing wheel (110) and the first shaft lever (111) are of cavity structures; the heating rod (210) extends to the inside of the sealing wheel (110) and the first shaft lever (111), and the heating rod (210) is rotationally connected with the sealing wheel (110) and the first shaft lever (111).
